Gene manipulation of Siberian wildrye grass through transgenic technology can modify grass feature for further improvement in the forage production. In order to optimize transformation conditions of Siberian wildrye grass, the effects of transformation efficiency was investigated with GUS gene. Seed-derived calli were infected and co-cultured with Agrobacterium tumefaciens carrying the binary vector pCAMBIA3301 encoding the GUS gene in the T-DNA region. The effects of several factors on transformation and the expression of the GUS gene were investigated. The highest transformation efficiency was obtained when embryogenic calli were inoculated with Agrobacterium strain EHA101 in the presence of 200 μM acetosyringone and coculture for 5 days. The present study was framed and materialized to standardize an efficient, high frequency and reproducible genetic transformation protocol for aromatic Siberian wildrye grass using Agrobacterium tumefaciens.

Recently the route connecting the Trans-Korean railway and the Trans-Siberian railway becomes of critical interest for many academicians and policy-makers of East Asian countries. So in this study, we'd like to study whether TKR-TSR will be the best way for Korea. To analyze its efficiency, we will compare TKR-TSR with maritime shipment, shipment-railway and hope our conclusion can provide some reference for later study.

본 논문에서는 해상에서 사용 가능한 이중대역 무선랜 안테나를 설계하였다. 탄젠트 손실이 없는 FR-4기판을 사용하였으며, 유전율은 4.4, 32mm*28mm*1.6mm의 크기를 갖는다. 입력대비반사손실이 2.4GHz와 5.8GHz대역에서 -10dB이하로 동작하며 간단한 구성으로 50옴 마 이크로스트립라인에 의해 급전하는 안테나를 설계하여 양호한 반사손실을 보임을 확인하였다.

평화의 댐은 높이 125m, 길이 601m, 저수량 2,630,000,000㎥로 강원도 화 천에 위치하고 있으며 2006년 6월 15일 2차 증축공사를 준공 하였다. 하천에 댐을 건설하게 되면 유수역이던 지역의 유속이 급격히 감소하고, 수위 상승 및 그에 따른 수변의 확장으로 인해 인공적인 정수역으로 변화하게 된다. 따 라서 유수역에 적응하여 살아가던 저서성대형무척추동물들은 물의 흐름이 있 는 상류지역 등 주변지역으로 이동하거나, 그러지 못한 개체는 사멸하게 되 고, 새로이 정수역이 된 지역은 환경에 맞는 종들로 구성원이 대체된다. 이러 한 일련의 변화과정은 댐이 건설된 지역 뿐 아니라 그 주변 지류에도 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 조사지역인 평화의 댐 주변은 그러한 변화과정이 진행되고 있 는 불안정한 생태계로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 평화의 댐 주변 지역 4개 지점 및 대조군에 대해 2006, 2008, 2010년에 걸쳐 연 2회 조사수행 후 저서성대 형무척추동물의 군집구조를 분석하였다. 비교 결과 지속적으로 종수 및 개체 수가 늘어나고 있었으며, 특히 유수역에서의 개체수 증가가 두드러지게 나타 났다. 반면 정수역은 종수가 줄어들고 우점도가 증가하는 양상을 나타내어 적 절한 서식지가 형성되지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Furthermore, the lyrics of mongolian long song have its own unique rhymes, where the beginning and the end of the line sounds similar. Also, it contains many valuable aphorisms and proverbs, which are used appropriately to better describe the situation.

청계천은 지난 2005년 10월 복개하천에서 자연형하천으로 복원되어 전 세계적 으로 많은 주목을 받았으며, 도심 속의 생태하천으로 보전 및 관리가 필요한 지역 이다. 조사구역은 서울특별시 종로구 서린동 청계광장(위도 37o 34' 8‘’ , 경도 126o 58' 41‘’)부터 성동구 용답동 중량천 합류부(위도 37o 33' 11‘’ , 경도 127o 3' 3‘’)까 지 8.12Km에 달하는 청계천의 좌우측 곤충서식지이다. 총 4개 구간으로 나누어 서, 2007년부터 2009년까지 3년간 연 4회씩 조사를 수행하였다. 조사결과 2007년 11목 67과 174종, 2008년 10목 70과 192종, 2009년 11목 72과 206종이 발견되어 서 복원 후 종다양성이 지속적으로 증가하였다. 목별 종구성을 살펴보면 복원후 2 년째인 2007년에는 교란에 강한 파리목이 28.16%의 종수를 차지하였으나 2009 년에는 17.96%로 감소하였고, 그 외 목들도 다양성이 늘어나며 점차 군집이 안정 되어가는 경향을 나타냈다. 조사구간별로는 도심지로서 인간의 이용 등 교란요인 이 많으며, 하폭이 좁고 곤충서식지 폭도 좁은 1, 2번 조사구역에 비해 곤충서식지 가 넓고 인간의 교란이 적은 3, 4번 지역이 높은 종다양성을 나타내었다. 특히 2009년 최초로 시행된 야간채집에서는 주간채집 때 나타난 종다양성에 비해 상대 적으로 낮은 종다양성을 나타내었는데, 이는 다양한 조명이 주광성을 지닌 야행성 곤충에게 심각한 교란 요인으로 작용하였기 때문으로 파악된다.

억새의 최적 조직배양조건을 확립하기 위하여 성숙종자로부터 배발생 캘러스 유도 및 캘러스로부터 식물체 재분화에 미치는 식물생장 조절물질의 영향을 조사하였다. 배발생 캘러스 유도시 첨가되는 auxin으로는 2,4-D가 가장 효율적이었으며, 3 mg/L 2,4-D가 첨가된 배지에서 배발생 캘러스가 가장 높은 빈도로 유도되었다. 식물체 재분화는 배발생 캘러스를 1 mg/L 2,4-D와 2 mg/L BA가 첨가된 재분화 배지에서 배양했을 때 가장 높은 재분화효율

The artworks of Socialist Realism of the former Soviet Union, with the beginning of the 21st century, are gaining a new attention from art collectors. One reason for this might consist in the fact that relevant art pieces exemplify the ways in which they visualize ideas on the basis of their high-profile art tradition and also in which they integrate their utopian ideals with mysticism. These aspects of the Soviet art goes far beyond the wide-spread assumption that their art, as a means of propaganda, principally represents a political allegiance to the system. With Stalin coming into power in the 1930s, the artistic trend of Socialist Realism obtained a nationwide sympathy and support from people, giving birth to a new art which essentially corresponded to the demands of the political power. An official art current of the USSR over the period from the 1930s to 1950s, Socialist Realism was in tandem with the Communist commitment to the party and popularity, symbolizing a loyalty to the cause. It was thus characterized by plainness and lucidity so that ordinary people could gain easy access to art. Its salient feature, over an entire range of art, was an optimistic pursuit of a utopian dream. Therefore, it tallied with the popular sentiment for a Communist paradise, giving form to their beliefs in human agency working at the materialist world and also to such abstract concepts as force, fitness, and beauty by adding even mythical ideals. Its main subject matter includes harvest feasts of collective farms, imaginary socialist cities, grand marches of heroic laborers and in this way it served as a propaganda for a sacred utopia of socialist totalitarianism. On the other end of the spectrum, however, rose the second camp of art, which put an emphasis on bona-fide artistic activities of plastic art and on an artist's personal expression and freedom, as opposed to the surface optimism of Socialist Realism. Central to the Russian Avant Garde art, which prized the above-mentioned values, were Malevich's Geometric Abstraction and A. Rodchenko's Constructivism. Furthermore, in the transitional era of the late 20th century and the 21st century it was recognized that film art or electronic media art, rather than traditional genre of paintings, would function as a more efficient way of propaganda. These new genres were made possible by ridiculing the stereotypes of the Russian lifestyle and also by ignoring ethical or professional dimensions of artworks. That is, they reinvented themselves into a sort of field art, seemingly degrading the quality of artworks and transforming them into artifacts or simulacres in the very sense of post-modernism. The advent of the new era brought about the formation and occupation of pop culture of the younger generations, calling into question the idea of art as the class-determined. It also increased the attention to field art, which extensively found way to modern art centers, galleries, and exhibition projects. It can be stated that this was a natural outcome of human nature.

계약외 제3자에 대한 감정인의 책임이 문제된 사안에서 연방최고법원은 제3자보호효 있는 계약이라는 법형상을 원용하였다. 하지만 감정위탁인과 그 제3자의 이익 간에 역방향성이 존재한다는 점 그리고 제3자보호효를 근거지우는 계약당사자들의 의사를 인정할 수 없다는 점 등에 비추어 볼 때, 동 법형상은 이 문제상황을 해결하기에 적합한 법형상이 아니다. 한편 체약상 과실에 기한 제3자의 신뢰책임을 인정함으로써 이와 같은 문제를 해결하려는 시도도 있다. 하지만 확정적으로 계약당사자가 되지 않을 자에 대해서까지 체약상 과실책임의 주체를 확대할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, "신뢰"라고 하는 모든 책임상황에 편재하는 요소가 특히 이 책임을 근거지우는 데 원용되는 것도 적절치 않다. 다양한 무계약적 급부관계가 혼재하는 현대적 협업형태의 한 유형으로 이 사례를 이해할 때, 법의 발전적 형성(Rechtsfortbildung)을 통해 문제를 해결하는 것이 적절하다. 절대권적 지위가 침해된 경우가 아닌 일차적 재산손해에 대한 배상책임은 제한적으로만 인정되는데, 그 취지는 배상청구권의 인정범위가 무한히 확대됨으로써 결국 사회구성원들의 행동의 자유가 과도하게 제약받는 것을 저지하는 데에 있다. 이런 의미에서 책임법질서 내에서 상충되는 두 기본가치는 현상의 보호 그리고 행동자유의 보장이다. 전체계획에 따라 조직화된 급부결합관계의 틀 내에서, 그 개별화 기능으로 인하여 배상청구권자 범위의 무제한적 확대가 저지될 수 있다면 일차적 재산손해에 대한 배상책임을 긍정한다 할지라도 행동자유에 대한 과도한 침해는 없다같은 기준에 따라 급부결합관계를 차별화함으로써, 손해배상청구권이 긍정되는 경우와 부정되는 경우를 구분하는 기준이 설정될 수 있다.

들잔디의 최적 조직배양 조건을 확립하기 위하여 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 재분화능이 높은 배발생 캘러스 유도효율에 미치는 몇 가지 요인에 관하여 조사하였다. 성죽종자의 소독은 30% (v/v) NaOCl 농도로 60분간 처리하였을 때 가장 낮은 오염율과 가장 높은 캘러스 유도 효율을 보였다. 옥신류의 혼용처리에 따른 배발생 캘러스 유도효율은 2,4-D와 diacamba를 각각 3 mg/L로 혼용처리 하였을 때 가장 높은 배발생 캘러스 유도효율을 나타내었다.

We report on the light-emitting diode (LED) characteristics of core-shell CdSe/ZnS nanocrystal quantum dots (QDs) embedded in TiO2thin films on a Si substrate. A simple p-n junction could be formed when nanocrystal QDs on a p-type Si substrate were embedded in ~5 nm thick TiO2 thin film, which is inherently an n-type semiconductor. The TiO2 thin film was deposited over QDs at 200˚C using plasma-enhanced metallorganic chemical vapor deposition. The LED structure of TiO2/QDs/Si showed typical p-n diode currentvoltage and electroluminescence characteristics. The colloidal core-shell CdSe/ZnS QDs were synthesized via pyrolysis in the range of 220-280˚C. Pyrolysis conditions were optimized through systematic studies as functions of synthesis temperature, reaction time, and surfactant amount.

본 연구는 고추냉이 수경재배시 유리온실내 무차광, 10, 30, 70% 차광률이 고추냉이 생육 및 광합성 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 광도가 증가할수록 엽록소 형광특성 ETR은 함께 증가하였으며, 무차광, 10%, 30%차광간의 차이가 없었으나, 70%차광 처리구는 다른 처리구에 비해 현저히 낮게 나타났다. Yield와 qP는 광도 증가와 함께 감소하였으며, 70% 차광 처리구에서 감소폭이 컸다. 광합성과 기공전도도는 10%차광에서 가장 높았으며, 증산율은 무차광 처리구에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 고추냉이 엽면적과 생장량은 10%차광에서 가장 높았으며, 엽수는 무차광에서 가장 많고 차광률이 증가할수록 감소하였다. 엽장, 엽폭은 무차광, 10-30% 차광간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, 엽병장은 무차광에서 유의적으로 감소하였다. 뿌리의 생장은 70% 차광을 제외하고 처리간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 70% 차광에서 고추냉이 잎과 뿌리의 생장이 현저히 감소하였다 고추냉이를 11월에 정식하여 순환식 담액수경 방식으로 5개월간 재배한 결과 시설내의 차광률은 엽중, 엽병중, 엽면적과 광합성 특성 등을 고려할 때 10% 차광(700μmolm-2s-1)이 잎 생산에 적합하였다.

수경재배 시스템에서의 고추냉이 잎 생산 가능성을 알아보고자 실험을 수행하였다. 분무수경, 마사, Coir등의 배지경 시스템에서 60일 재배하였을 때 고추냉이 잎 광합성 속도가 높고, 상품 가능 잎(엽폭 11~13cm)이 주당 11.2~11.7매, 생체중 52~53.8g으로 높았다. Yamasaki 배양액을 급액한 담액 수경 방식에서 130일 재배하였을 때 고추냉이의 주 당 수확 잎 수가 25.7매로 가장 높았다 봄과 가을 재배 고추냉이 수경재배를 통해 고추냉이 상품 가능 수확 잎 수는 주 당 평균 2~4일에 1매를 수확함으로써 재배 환경 조절이 가능한 수경재배 방식에서의 고추냉이 잎 생산이 가능하였다.

이 실험의 목적은 침엽수(Paraserianthes falcataria) 와 활엽수(Shoreasp) 골목에서 두 개의 Ganoderma lucidum 균주의 자실체 발생과 성장을 연구하고 자실체의 organic germanium 과 crude ganoderic acid 함량을 측정하기 위함이다. 두 개의 Ganaderma lucidum중 하나는 인도네시아 본지에서 분리한 것이고 또 다른 하나는 Fungi Perfecti, USA에서 구입한 것을 사용하였다. 일반적으로 활엽수에서 생성된 자실체의 농도가 침엽수에서 자란 것보다 훨씬 높다. 두 종류의 골목 모두에서 상업용 균주에서 생산된 자실체의 organic germanium 농도가 인도네시아의 균주에서 생산된 자실체의 organic germanium 농도보다 높았다. 이에 반하여 버섯 자실체의 crude ganoderic acid 농도는 두 개의 균주로부터 생산된 자실체에서 거의 같은 농도를 보였다. 인도네시아 균주는 상업용 분리균주와 비교했을 때 생산된 자실체의 총 organic germanium과 총 crude ganoderic acid의 생산성이 높았다.
