소나타 형식의 재현부는 일반적으로 제시부에서 다른 조성으로 제시되었던 주제들을 원조에서 재현함으로써 거시적 불협화를 해결하는 공간으로 이해된다. 최근의 소나타 이론(Hepokoski and Darcy 2006)에서는 특히 제2주제가 원조성에서 정격종지를 성취하는 순간을 필수구조종결점(ESC) 으로 강조하며 소나타 전체를 이 순간을 향해 달려가는 목적론적 과정으로 파악하기도 한다. 그러 나 브루크너의 재현부는 코스트베트(Korstvedt 2004)가 작곡가의 형식에서 가장 문제시되는 부분 이라고 언급한 바 있듯이 자주 이러한 패턴에서 벗어난다. 제2주제가 원조가 아닌 다른 조성에서 나타나는 것은 물론 원조성에서의 정격종지도 나타나지 않는 것이다. 소나타 이론에 따르면 이러 한 ‘미해결 재현부’(non-resolving recapitulation)의 사례는 정규적 소나타 공간에서는 ESC를 확보 할 수 없는, 이른바 ‘소나타 실패’(sonata failure)를 표현하기 위한 작곡가의 의도적인 전략으로 이 해된다. 특히 다씨(Darcy 1997)는 브루크너의 미해결 재현부와 코다에서의 뒤늦은 종지의 확보를 작곡가의 종교적 배경과 결부시켜 ‘실패’와 밖으로부터의 ‘구원’의 구도로 해석한 바 있다. 그러나 이러한 해석학적 설명은 미해결 재현부가 담지하고 있을 수 있는 음악 내적인 필연성을 찾는 작업 의 중요성을 가려버릴 수 있는 위험이 있다. 이런 배경에서 본 연구는 브루크너의 원숙기 교향곡에 일반적으로 나타나는 전체적인 소나타 구상을 논의하면서 재현부에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 그러한 구상의 핵심적인 요소들을 다음 세 가지 측면에서 논의한다. 첫째, 브루크너 특유의 3부분 제시부와 전자에서 후자로의 연속적인 이행을 표 현하는 제시부의 조성계획 비롯된 형식적 균형의 문제, 둘째, 으뜸조성과 종속조성을 독립된 두 개 체로 대비시키기보다는 과 이후 나타나는 그 반대 방향의 이행과정, 셋째, 브루크너의 중후기 교향 곡에서 다양한 방식으로 나타나는 ‘불협화적 대립구조’(dissonant counter-structure)의 제시와 그 해결 양상이다. 본 연구는 이 세 가지 측면을 고려했을 때 미해결 재현부를 통한 브루크너의 접근 은 오히려 긴밀한 형식적 논리를 성취하기 위한 방편으로 이해될 수 있음을 ≪교향곡 제7번≫ 1악 장의 사례를 중심으로 밝히고자 한다.
This study sought to confirm the inhibitory ability of Clostridioides difficile KCTC 5009 strain using the bacteriocin-producing Lactococcus lactis CJNU 3001 strain. For this purpose, bacterial culture and partially purified bacteriocin verified the antibacterial activity against C. difficile strain. As a result, both samples showed strong antibacterial activity against the target strain. Co-culture tests were performed to more closely analyze the competition between the two strains. As a result, a similar inhibitory effect was confirmed in RCM broth and CMM (colon model medium) broth. In particular, inhibition of C. difficile KCTC 5009 strain was not observed until the exponential phase of the growth of L. lactis CJNU 3001 strain, because bacteriocins were produced during that period. It was inferred that it actively suppressed the growth of the target strain after that. Therefore, as it was proven that the bacteriocin-producing L. lactis CJNU 3001 strain can effectively control C. difficile strain in co-cultures, it was judged that it could be an alternative for CDI (Clostridioides difficile infection) treatment.
본 논문에서는 2000년-2020년까지 중국의 연구개발비 투자와 기술비지니스 창업보육센터가 R&D 투자 성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. R&D는 한 나라 경제의 지속적 성장을 위한 필수적인 요소로 자본과 노동의 추가 투입에 의한 경제성장이 점차 한계에 접어드는 경제구조에 있어서는 더욱 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 올해 3분기 중국의 경제성장률이 3.9%로 예상을 뛰어넘기는 했지만 여전히 4% 미만으로 이전의 고성장 국면으로 반등이 어려울 것으로 예측되고 있다. 무역이 경제성장의 절대적인 요소로 자리매김하는 우리나라의 경우에는 중국이 세계 경제성장의 1/3 이상을 담당하는 상황에서 중국의 경제성장률 둔화는 부담스러울 수밖에 없다. 중국의 R&D 투자를 살펴보고 R&D 활동을 통한 산출물을 분석함으로써 중국 경제의 지속적인 성장 가능성은 논하고자 한다.
농촌진흥 전략, 농촌발전 전략, 농민의 자체적 발전, 풍부한 농촌의 음식자원과 방대한 관광객 시장, 다양한 농촌관광 수요 등의 요인의 작용 하에 중국 농촌 음식관광은 점차 발전하면서 관광촌, 특색마을, 음식축제 등 세 가지 발전의 모델을 갖게 되었다. 그러나 중국 농촌 음식관광의 발전은 정책 및 관리, 관광객 시장, 문화적 함의의 결여, 부족한 브랜드 의식 등의 문제에 의한 제약을 받고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 중국 농촌 음식관광의 발전은 시장의 수요 및 농촌관광 발전 추세에 부응한다는 전제 하에 계획적 지도와 부처 간 협력,정책적 지원과 제도 개선,건전한 농촌 음식관광 관련 법체계 구축,음식관광 관련 인재 육성 강화,지역 간 연동과 차별화된 발전,관광객 시장 개척과 브랜드 구축,문화와의 융합을 통한 내부 소양의 발전,요리 교육 등의 조치를 취하여야 한다.
목적: 이 연구의 목적은 고교배구 선수들의 자기결정성 동기와 집단효능감 및 팀 응집력의 관계를 규명하는 것이 다. 방법: 2022년도 대한배구협회에 등록된 전국 남녀 고등부 배구선수 422명을 대상으로 스포츠 동기, 집단효능 감, 팀 응집력 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집한 뒤 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 요인 분석, 상관 분석 및 회귀 분석 을 실시하였다. 결과: 자기 결정성 동기, 집단효능감의 하위 요인은 팀 응집력의 하위요인과 대부분 유의한 상관 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 팀 응집력은 주로 집단 효능감의 하위요인인 집단 효능과 개인 효능 그리고 자 기결정성 동기의 하위요인인 내재 조절에 의해서 정적으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 팀 응집력에 대 한 자기결정성과 집단 효능감의 역할을 파악했으며, 팀 퍼포먼스를 향상 시키기 위한 동기 심리와 사회인지 심리 변수 활용에 대해서 제언하였다.
After liquid culture of Phellinus baumii (P. baumii) mycelium (LPBM) was prepared, LPBM was fractionated into A∼E fraction (A; hot-water extract of liquid culture including mycelia, B; crude polysaccharide of A, C; hot-water extract of mycelia, D; crude polysaccharide of C, and E; crude polysaccharide of culture broth) to evaluate for possibility as functional materials with immunostimulatory activity. In macrophage stimulatory activity, E fraction as postbiotics significantly increased secretion of NO and IL-12 from RAW 264.7 cells. Next, when the splenocytes of C3H/HeN mice were primary cultured, E fraction showed significantly mitogenic activity with enhancing mitogen-related cytokines (IFN-γ and TNF-α) production from splenocyte. E fraction also potently stimulated GM-CSF production from Peyer’s patch cells as well as Peyer’s patch-mediated bone marrow cell proliferation. In addition, the immunostimularoy E fraction contained neutral sugar (73.8%), uronic acid (10.6%), protein (7.8%), and polyphenol (7.5%), and mainly consisted of glucose (39.1%), galactose (21.7%), mannose (11.1%), galacturonic acid (9.9%), and arabinose (8.9%) as component sugars. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that postbiotics including exopolysaccharide fractionated from liquid culture of the P. baumii mycelium could enhanced immunostimulatory activity.
Liquid-state fermentation (LSF) and solid-state fermentation (SSF) were carried out to produce enzymes and β-glucan. The modified synthetic medium composition in liquid-state fermentation (LSF) was determined to be 5% (w/v) whole oat flour, 2% (w/v) tryptone, and 2% (w/v) rice bran. The different humidity conditions of oat by solid-state fermentation were evaluated in terms of maximum production of fungal biomass, amylase, protease, and β-glucan, which were 0.23 mg/g, 7,157.38 U/g, 413.67 U/g, and 8.26% (w/w), respectively, at 60% of humidity condition. Moreover, α-glucosidase inhibition activities of fermented oat with 60% humidity at 48 h were shown to be high 49.08% (w/w). Therefore, liquid- and solid-state fermentation processes were found to enhance the overall fermentation yields of oat to produce enzymes and β-glucan.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the probiotic properties of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from kimchi and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of heat-killed LAB strains. Regarding probiotic properties, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum SMF398 and L. plantarum SMF470 isolated from kimchi can survive under artificial gastric condition and adhere strongly to HT-29 cells. The SMF398 and SMF470 strains showed strong antimicrobial activity and co-aggregation against pathogenic bacteria. The heat-killed cells of LAB (1 mg/mL) were prepared by heating at 121℃ for 15 min. MTT assay revealed that the heat-killed cells (1 mg/mL) of SMF398 and SMF470 were not toxic to HT-29 cells. The heat-killed SMF398 and SMF470 showed significantly higher DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities as well as β- carotene bleaching inhibitory activity than the heat-killed L. plantarum ATCC14917, a control probiotic strain (p<0.05). In lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW264.7 cells, the heat-killed SMF398 and SMF470 significantly reduced the nitric oxide production by 30.92% and 22.81%, respectively (p<0.05). Furthermore, the heat-killed SMF398 and SMF470 significantly decreased the gene expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, inducible nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 up to 58.02%, 67.70%, 53.44%, 45.90%, respectively (p<0.05). These results suggest that the heat-killed L. plantarum SMF398 and L. plantarum SMF470 might be useful as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents.
This study investigated microbial communities and their diversity in a full-scale mesophilic anaerobic digester treating sewage sludge. Influent sewage sludge and anaerobic digester samples collected from a wastewater treatment plant in Busan were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing. It was found that the microbial community structure and diversity in the anaerobic digester could be affected by inoculation effect with influent sewage sludge. Nevertheless, distinct microbial communities were identified as the dominant microbial communities in the anaerobic digester. Twelve genera were identified as abundant bacterial communities, which included several groups of syntrophic bacteria communities, such as Candidatus Cloacimonas, Cloacimonadaceae W5, Smithella, which are (potential) syntrophic-propionate-oxidizing bacteria and Mesotoga and Thermovigra, which are (potential) syntrophic-acetate-oxidizing bacteria. Lentimicrobium, the most abundant genus in the anaerobic digester, may contribute to the decomposition of carbohydrates and the production of volatile fatty acids during the anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge. Of the methanogens identified, Methanollinea, Candidatus Methanofastidiosum, Methanospirillum, and Methanoculleus were the dominant hydrogenotrophic methanogens, and Methanosaeta was the dominant aceticlastic methanogens. The findings may be used as a reference for developing microbial indicators to evaluate the process stability and process efficiency of the anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge.
Through psychological evaluation, this study attempted to verify the effect of quality of life improvements from gardening activities in apartment landscaping spaces. The study was conducted on 32 mothers raising children. Psychological valuation was conducted using world Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaire(WHOQOL-Bref), the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS), the Life Satisfaction Experience Scale(LSES), and the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised(SCL-90-R). The psychological analysis results showed that, engaging in gardening activities for two weeks had, a positive effect on mothers’ environmental of quality of life evaluation. The LSES indicates that satisfaction with oneself significantly increased after starting the gardening activities. The activity resulted in a positive change in attitude toward life. The SCL-90-R results showed changes in the mother’s psychological state. There was a significant amelioration of obesessive-compulsive behaviors, hostility, and phobic anxiety. In conclusion, this study was found that, for mothers in apartments, outdoor gardening activities can significantly affect their quality of life. Moreover, it can help prevent mental health deterioration, Further study should be conducted on the beneficial effects of gardening on the variety of age groups and activities.
The aim of this study was to determine the optimum level of carbon dioxide to maximize the quality and yields of strawberries cultivated in a greenhouse. Specifically, two strawberry cultivars, namely, ‘Seolhyang’ and ‘Maehyang’, were subjected to varying concentrations of carbon dioxide and patterns linked to their productivity were noted. Both cultivars showed improvements across various physical variables (i.e., leaf area, crown diameter, plant height, fresh weight, and dry weight) when carbon dioxide concentrations were at 1,500 ppm. The optimum carbon dioxide concentration for increased fruit yields and quality was 1,000 ppm. When carbon dioxide was at 1,000 ppm the yields of ‘Seolhyang’ and ‘Maehyang’ increased by 1.99 and 1.78 times, respectively, compared to control plants. The influence of carbon dioxide on fruit color was negligible. However, the carbon dioxide increased the sugar content and sugar-acid ratio of the experimental fruits compared to control plants. Specifically, the sugar-acid ratio, which is directly related to taste, was at its highest when the concentration of carbon dioxide was at 1,000 ppm (i.e., for both ‘Seolhyang’ and ‘Maehyang’). Overall, the application of carbon dioxide culminated in improved yields and fruit quality for both cultivars of interest.
In this study, the contributions of emissions (foreign and domestic) and atmospheric physical and chemical processes to PM2.5 concentrations were evaluated during a high PM2.5 episode (March 24-26, 2018) observed on the Jeju Island in the spring of 2018. These analyses were performed using the community multi-scale air quality (CMAQ) modeling system using the brute-force method and integrated process rate (IPR) analysis, respectively. The contributions of domestic emissions from South Korea (41-45%) to PM2.5 on the Jeju Island were lower than those (81-89%) of long-range transport (LRT) from China. The substantial contribution of LRT was also confirmed in conjunction with the air mass trajectory analysis, indicating that the frequency of airflow from China (58-62% of all trajectories) was higher than from other regions (28-32%) (e.g., South Korea). These results imply that compared to domestic emissions, emissions from China have a stronger impact than domestic emissions on the high PM2.5 concentrations in the study area. From the IPR analysis, horizontal transport contributed substantially to PM2.5 concentrations were dominant in most of the areas of the Jeju Island during the high PM2.5 episode, while the aerosol process and vertical transport in the southern areas largely contributed to higher PM2.5 concentrations.
The effect of coupled data assimilation (DA) on the meteorological prediction in the west coastal region of Korea was evaluated using a coupled atmosphere-ocean model (e.g., COAWST) in the spring (March 1726) of 2019. We performed two sets of simulation experiments: (1) with the coupled DA (i.e., COAWST_DA) and (2) without the coupled DA (i.e., COAWST_BASE). Overall, compared with the COAWST_BASE simulation, the COAWST_DA simulation showed good agreement in the spatial and temporal variations of meteorological variables (sea surface temperature, air temperature, wind speed, and relative humidity) with those of the observations. In particular, the effect of the coupled DA on wind speed was greatly improved. This might be primarily due to the prediction improvement of the sea surface temperature resulting from the coupled DA in the study area. In addition, the improvement of meteorological prediction in COAWST_DA simulation was also confirmed by the comparative analysis between SST and other meteorological variables (sea surface wind speed and pressure variation).
