본 연구는 시설양묘 용기에서 직근성 수종인 찰피나무 유묘의 생육상황 및 뿌리발달 형태를 탐구하기 위하여 5개월 간 플라스틱 온실에서 수행되었다. 공시용기로 사용된 플라스틱 망 용기와 일반 플라스틱 용기에서 생육한 용기묘의 수고생장 차이는 크지 않았으나, 근원경 생장은 플라스틱 망 용기에서 높게 나타났다. 플라스틱 망 용기는 묘목의 뿌리발달에 영향을 끼쳐 묘목의 뿌리발달을 촉진시켰으며, 전체 지하부의 건물생산량을 증가시켰다. 특히 플라스틱 망 용기묘에서는 적극적으로 유도된 공기단근에 의하여 나선형 뿌리가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 본 실험에 사용된 플라스틱망 용기는 찰피나무 용기묘 생산에 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이 용기에서 생산된 묘목은 다양한 식재지 환경에서 식재될 경우 활착율 증가는 물론 생장율 증가도 보일 것으로 생각된다.
아스팔트 포장에서 소성변형은 교통하중에 의해 발생하는 가장 심각한 파손중의 하나이다. 현재 개발중인 한국형 포장 설계법은 역학적-경험적 설계법으로 다양한 포장 파손 예측모델을 필요로 한다. 이 연구는 포장설계시 아스팔트층에서 발생하는 소성 변형량을 예측할 수 있는 모델을 개발하여 포장의 공용성을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 아스팔트 혼합물의 소성변형에 영향을 미치는 인자를 규명하고, 소성변형 예측 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 3단계 온도, 공극률을 조합한 19mm 밀입도 혼합물에 대하여 삼축압축 반복재하시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 혼합물의 온도와 공극률이 소성변형 예측 모델 계수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 근거하여 19mm밀입도 아스팔트 혼합물에 대한 소성변형 예측식을 다중 회귀분석을 통하여 개발하였으며, 개발된 모델을 검증하였다.
This study was carried out to establish the consumer-centric food labeling system by investigating usage state, importance evaluation, problems and satisfaction, etc. on the current food labeling system by consumer. For usage state of checking the food label, 50.2% of respondents were replied ‘mostly check the label’, and they were indicated a significant difference on ‘education level(p<.05)’, and in case of married respondents, most were relied 'absolutely check the label', For the reason to check the food label, 61.8% of respondents were replied 'to determine whether it is stable or not', and they were indicated a significant difference on age(p<.01), marital status(p<.01), and job(p<.01). For the item considered as important things on the label of the whole food, 49.8% of respondents were replied that 'expiration and manufacture date is important', and they were indicated a significant difference(p<.001) on age, marital status, job. For item considered as important things on the label of each food, it was indicated that they considered food company as important thing in case of snack, soft drink, edible oils, and noodles, and food company in case of ice cream, and expiration and manufacture date in case of milk product and meat product. For the problems on the current food labeling system, the clauses 'Poor marking on food additives and materials contents' and 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on age(p<0.05, p<0.001), and the clause 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on marital status(p<.01) and job(p<.01).

Recently in Korean Society, risk and safety has become a central discourse in not only the social and natural science but also political decision making. The efficient organizational management contributes to controlling the risk factors in the workplace. For the management is influenced and improved by the organizational culture, the alternatives more than simply improving the work environment or enforcing the education of safety on each workers are required. This study was the status of safety culture in organizational members(managers and workers, and specialist) including the attitude on the safety atmosphere and risk perception, and experiences, knowledges, motivation etc. For this part, the method of questionnaire and statistical analysis are mobilized. The degree of safety commitment of organization members appears relatively high (3.97 in five scale estimation), but there are variations in this results according to socio-demographic characteristics. At the same time, managers and professionals actively participation in the program related to safety than workers in production/sales. The higher income level and career is the more attention to the safety is. Based on this survey, we make an rough suggestion of several tasks to the policy -makers: improvement of communication on the risk and safety is required and in particular, the workers in the relatively low level in production/sales. The education system about safety which is, with one-side, provided by government or managers turns out to be inefficient. Rather, small group performance of the organizational members which they participate in the communication with interaction in the various discourse are able to provoke the safety mood in workplace.
This study aims to analyze functions and characteristics of 'Cha-il(遮日)' which was used at ritual events(宮中儀禮行事) in the Joseon dynasty, Joseon dynasty had many ritual events related with O-Rae(五禮). Cha-il was almost used at important ritual events, especially at the congratulatory events. The congratulatory events(宮中宴享) are the representative events were held with many temporary install facilities(假設施設) in a palace. Cha-il was a kind of Korean traditional membrane structures. Cha-il was set up for cutting off interior space from sunlight and rain. In general, Cha-il was Consisted of Cha-il-jang(遮日帳:woven fabric), Cha-il-jook(遮日竹:bamboo column), some ropes, and fixing wares. In the congratulatory events, three types of Cha-il. were set up. Baek-mok-Dae-Cha-il(白木大遮日)was made of cotton cloth. Yu-Dun-Cha-Il(油芚遮日) was made of oiled paper or oiled cotton cloth. Man-Joen-Cha-Il(滿箭遮日) consisted of wooden structure. Baek-mok-Dae-Cha-il(白木大遮日)was set up on the most important area of stage for protecting from sunlight. Yu-Dun-Cha-Il was set up on less important area of stage for protecting from sunlight and rain. Man-Joen-Cha-Il was set up below Baek-mok-Dae-Cha-il for supporting and draining raindrops off. The results of this study were as follows; Functions of Cha-il were to protect ritually space from sunlight and rain, and to extend ritually space, and to reconstruct ritually space. Cha-il was the peculiar temporary install facility which differed from other countries.
This study was peformed to investigate effect of feeding experimental mixture containing chitosan, hibiscus extract and L-carnitine on body weight and lipid metabolism in rats. Forty-eight male rats(Charles River CD) of eight weeks old and weighing 336.5±2.3g were raised for five weeks with high fat diet(40% fat as calorie) to induce obesity. After induction of obesity, rats weighing 560.4±5.6g were blocked into four groups according to body weight and raised for eight weeks with diet containing either 0.09%(+1D group), 0.9%(+10D group) or 4.5%(+50D group) of experimental mixture. Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total protein and albumin were normal levels in plasma. Body weight gain and epididymal fat pad weight were lower in experimental mixture groups than control group However, weights of perirenal fat pad and brown adipose tissue were not significantly different among all groups. There was no significant difference in plasma and hepatic lipid levels among all groups. Liver citrate lyase and camitine acyltransferase activities were not significantly different among all groups, however, citrate lyase activity was tended to be decreased with increasing experimental mixture level in diet. Fecal total lipid and total cholesterol excretions were highest in +50D group, and triglyceride excretion was highest in +1D group. in conclusion, intake of experimental mixture containing chitosan, hibiscus extract and L-camitine was effective in reducing body weight and body fat, and its inhibitory effects might lead to obesity improvement.
