We investigated eight active natural antimicrobials for preservation of functional beverages that are usually degraded by yeasts rather than by bacteria due to a high sugar content and a low pH. Five strains of yeasts (S. cerevisiae, Z. bailii, P. membranaefaciens, C. albicans, and P. Anomala) were tested with eight natural antimicrobial agents (ε-polylysine, yucca extract, vitamin B1 derivative, scutellaria baicalensis extract, chitooligosaccharid, allyl isothiocyanate, sucrose-fatty acid ester, and oligosaccharide). The lowest minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were 10 ppm for oligosaccharide and sucrose-fatty acid ester against S. cerevisiae and Z. bailii, 10 ppm for allyl isothiocynate against P. membranaefaciens and C. albican, and 10 ppm for allyl isothiocynate and oligosaccharide against P. anomala . No growth were observed for five kinds of yeasts in functional beverages containing sodium benzonate at concentration of 0.015% or higher. The resistance of S. cerevisiae, Z. bailii, and P. Anomala against natural antimicrobial agents was lower than those of P. membranaefaciens and C. albican. Allyl isothiocyanate, oligosaccharide, and sucrose- fatty acid ester showed the highest antimicrobial activities among the eight tested antimicrobials. These results can be applied to develop new natural antimicrobial agents to improve microbial quality of functional beverages.

본 연구는 특성(trait) 이론에 기반한 Eysenck의 EPQ-R 설문지와 EEG 변수들간의 상관 관계에 대한 실험적 연구로서, 피험자들은 한국판 EPQ-R 설문지를 작성하였고, 2회에 걸쳐 눈을 감은 조건, 눈을 뜬 조건, 암산과제 수행조건에서 EEG를 측정하였다. Neuroticism 은 눈을 뜬 조건에서 theta 파와 부적 상관을 보였으며, Psychoticism 은 눈을 감은 조건에서 alpha파와 정적상관, delta파와 부적 상관을 보였는데, 이것은 Robinson(2001)의 이론과 일치하는 결과이다.

양산천 하류부에 위치하고 있는 보에서 1993년 2월부터 1996년 12까지 월 2회 간격으로 하천의 이화학적 특성 및 식물플랑크톤의 군집에 관해 조사하였다. 양산천은 전형적인 4차의 산지/농경지 하천이며 유량은 보에 의해 조절되어지고 있으며, 본 하천의 보가 있는 구간은 부영양화상태였다 (chl. a, 37.0±72.6 μg/l). 이화학적 요인의 계절적인 변화는 강우나 인위적인 교란에 의해 크게 변화하는 것으로 나타났다(수온, 4~31.7°C; 탁 도, 4.4~28.1 NTU; 용존산소, 4~14.9 mg/l; 전기전도도, 82~1820 μS/cm; 알칼리도, 11~222 mg/l; pH, 6.3~9.0; 총인, 54~1155 μg/l; 총질소, 2.0~18.3 mg/l). 또한 식물 플랑크톤 군집은 일정한 주기성을 나타내었는데 동계에는 유글레나류와 황색편모조류, 그리고 우상형 규조류 군집의 우점양상이 뚜렷하였으며, 하계에는 녹조류와 규조류의 비율이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이 결과를 통하여 본 조사지점에서는 봄과 가을에 높은 생체량을 보이며, 겨울에는 정체된 수계에서 우점하는 Euglena가 나타나는 것으로 보아 정체(lentic)수역의 성향이 강하였으며, 하계에는 장마에 의한 유량의 증가로 유수 (lotic)역의 성향이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 우리 나라 중소하천에서의 보의 생태적 역할은 앞으 로 규명되어야 할 중요한 연구분야의 하나이다. 특히 보의 물리적 특성과 저서 및 유영 생물의 이동, 갈수기 수 중생물의 피난처로서의 역할, 부분적인 퇴적으로 인한 하천 내 물질순환의 변화 등 보가 하천생태계의 구조와 기능에 미치는 영향은 시급히 연구되어야 한다.

Recently the researches to enhance the hand function of brain injured clients are increased. One of those aspects is related to in-hand manipluation. In-hand manipulation is divided to four types: that is finger-to-palm translation. palm-to-finger translation, shift, and rotation. The purpose of this study was to find type of in-hand manipulation in normal adults in six activities and to differentiate the pattern of in-hand manipulation between normal adults and children with cerebral palsy. The participants were consist of twenty normal adults and twenty cerebral palsy. children. As a results, cerebral palsy children significantly used at lower frequence than normal adults in 3 activities. Also, in the other items, there are some pattern to differenciate between normal adults and cerebral palsy children but that was not significant statistically. The development of in-hand manipulation skills involves improvement in the dimension of activities of daily living skills training and more detailed evaluation method will be needed.

Twenty normal female subjects participated in a study designed to motion on the time required to complete manual tasks from the Jebsen Hand Function Test. The Jebsen Hand Function Test consists of seven subtests: writing; turning cards; picking up small objects; simulating feeding; stacking checkers; picking up large and light objects; picking up large and heavy objects. At this study, writing was excluded. Activities were performed with the wrist free and with the wrist immobilized by the volar splints that were flexed 40" and 80" . Data were analyzed using the MANOVA(Mu1tiple analysis of variance) and the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results showed that the time for performing the subtasks(turning cards, picking up small objects, stacking checkers) statistically significantly decreased during a wrist 40" flexion rather than a wrist free. Especially when a wrist was flexed 80" , the performing time of all subtasks statistically significantly decreased rather than a wrist free. Only one subtask(simu1ating feeding), 20-29 years old female statistically significantly decreased in performing time rather than 30-39 years old female with a wrist free. This study presents that a hand function is affected by a variable wrist position.

본 연구의 목적은 초임 유아교육 강사가 한 학기 동안 강의를 실행하는 과정에서 경험한 교수자의 어려움과 성장 과정을 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 초임 유아교육 강사 3명이며, 연구자와 연구 참여자가 같은 셀프내러티브탐구 방법을 활용했다. 연구기간은 2018년 9월부터 2019년 1월까지이며, 자료는 개별 성찰일지와 모임 대화 내용 녹음 및 전사본, 수업 촬영을 통해 수집했다. 연구 결과로 세 초임 강사의 강의 경험을 살펴보고 그 의미를 찾고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 세 강사들은 학사 운영과정에서 교수학습 기술 및 평가, 새로운 인간관계와 관련해 어려움을 경험했다. 또한 세 강사는 자신의 강의를 ‘소통을 강조한 현장 중심의 강의’, ‘학습자의 특성을 반영하고 경험을 공유한 강의’, ‘생각할 수 있는 기회를 부여한 학습자 참여 강의’로 발전시켰다. 끝으로, 본 연구는 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학 내 초임 강사를 위한 역량 강화 연수 개설, 학과 구성원과 소통 할 기회의 필요성, 교수학습 공동체 구성을 위한 재정적 지원을 제언하는 바이다.

토공부 시공 시 공간이 협소한 교대, 옹벽, 암거 등의 구조물 뒤채움부는 다짐시험 관리가 곤란하다. 또한, 노체부는 공기 단축 등에 의한 다짐관리 소홀에 우려가 있다. 이와 같은 문제는 현행 토공 다짐도 측정시험으로 주로 사용하는 평판재하시험 방법의 적용상 난이도가 높기 때문이다. 평판재하시험을 하기 위해서는 반력 역할을 하는 장비가 있어야 하고, 시험에 시간이 과다하게 소요되며 이 모든 과정이 인력에 의해서 이루어지므로 주관적 평가에 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 한편 이를 보완하기 위하여 소형충격재하시험을 활용한 다짐관리 기준이 제정되었으나 이 또한 인력운영에 한계가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 다짐관리를 간편하고 빠르게 토공부 다짐관리를 위한 자동화 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The inspection items of tunnels include road surface breakage and cleaning condition, lane paint condition, lining crack, leakage, corrosion condition, tile cleaning condition, daylight and nighttime optimum illuminance condition, drainage facility damage and cleaning condition, Gangway wall wall and retaining wall abnormality, slope top and side slope condition. However, investigations for maintenance of tunnels mainly consisted of surveying condition and durability of concrete lining due to characteristics of tunnels.
