        Because ordinary concrete cannot be hardened well under sub-zero temperatures, anti-freeze agents are typically added to prevent the frost damage and to ensure the proper hardening of concrete. With the advantage of a rapid exothermic reaction property, jet set concrete may be used as a cold weather concrete because it can reach the required strength before being damaged by cold weather. Recent studies are reported that magnesia-phosphate composites can be hardened very quickly and hydrated even in low temperature, which can be used as an alternative of severe cold weather concrete in arctic regions. This study developed the magnesia-phosphate composites that can be used in severe cold regions and suggested an appropriate mixture design from the experimental results.

        런칭거더를 이용하여 상부구조를 가설하는 건설현장에서 런칭거더가 붕괴하여 인접하는 상부구조 및 하부구조에 일시적인 큰 충격하중을 가하므로 인하여 손상이 발생되었다. 따라서 손상이 발생된 상부구조와 하부구조의 건전성을 평가하여 장기적인 안전성 및 내구성을 확보할 수 있는가를 평가하기 위하여 정밀안전진단을 실시하였다.

        영도대교는 부산 최초의 연륙교로서 1934년 준공된 이후, 수차례의 보수보강 공사를 거쳤으며 2011년 이후 현재까지 확장 복원을 위하여 철거공사를 실시하고 있다. 본 조사연구의 목적은 영도대교 건설 당시의 교량 기술 및 재료적 특성 분석 함으로써 근대 구조에 사용된 콘크리트의 당시 재료적 특성을 파악하고 근대 교량문화유산의 보존 및 활용을 위한 기초적 자료를 구축하는 데 있다. 일련의 실험을 통하여 콘크리트 구성재료는 시멘트 : 세골재 : 굵은골재 비율이 부위에 따라 1 : 2 : 4 또는 1 : 3 : 6 인 것으로 밝혀졌고, 압축강도는 50~55MPa, 탄성계수는 25~35GPa의 범위로 나타났다. 역학적 물성의 편차가 10%이하인 점을 미뤄봐서 당시의 품질관리가 비교적 우수했던 것을 알 수 있었다. 중성화 깊이는 높은 상대습도로 상당히 낮은 값을 나타내었고, 염소이온 확산계수는 1.052e-12(m2/s)로서 현대 콘크리트와 비교하면 물시멘트비 35%에 상응하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

        Construction period is one of the most important factors which influence on cost and quality in nuclear power plant construction. As part of continued efforts for the competent reactor type, the construction improvements such as application of mechanical rebar splice, optimum lift height for concrete placement and enlargement of liner plate module in the reactor building wall are developed to minimize the construction period. This study referred to knowledge and experiences from APR+(Advanced Power Reactor Plus) technical development. The proposed method can be applied to the APR+ in the near future.

More blasting is needed when construction projects like road, tunnel, railways and industrial area constructions. Noises and vibrations by blasting, therefore, cause many environmental disputes.         SLC has installed and operated a 50 tons/day scale pilot plant of construction & demolition waste (c&d waste) separation/ selection pilot plant in order to utilize wood wastes among construction wastes carried into landfill sites as energy sources, etc. In the present study, for optimized operation of the aforementioned pilot plant, the characteristics of operation of the plant were assessed in relation to changes in operation conditions and the characteristics of inputted wastes. Based on the results of an experiment conducted to select sieves of vibrating screens for the discharge of incombustible materials, wood waste recovery rates were the highest when 8mm sieves were applied but the purity of wood wastes and combustible materials was higher when 20 mm sieves were applied. By supplementing the shape of the overflower of the wet separator, combustible materials stagnant in the water tank were reduced and the rate of recovery of combustible materials including wood was improved by around 10%. It was identified that not only the amounts of wood wastes and combustible materials among inputted wastes but also the ratio of coarse combustible materials to entire combustible materials could affect operation time. Therefore, if processes to select or smash coarse combustible materials in advance are added and bottle neck points are supplemented to be prepared for an increases in the amount of inputted combustible materials, construction wood waste selection/separation facilities could be stably operated even when the characteristics of inputted wastes are changed.

To present the form of model and explore the optimal point of response surface model, central composite design(CCD) and Response Surface Methodology(RSM) were used in the design of the experiment and in the analysis of the results.

        본 연구에서는 댐 건설 사업을 추진하는 경우 발생되는 갈등사안 중에서 수문학적으로 접근하여 이수 및 치수에 대한 갈등 발생원인을 파악하고 이해당사자들의 직접적인 참여와 의견을 수렴하여 대안 모의와 결과를 도모할 수 있는 공영시각모형(SVM)을 개발하였다. 이수부문에서는 각 행정구역별 생활용수, 공업 및 농업용수 수요를 예측하고, 치수부문에서는 각 구조적 대안이 형성되는 경우 신속하게 모의하여 수위저감효과, 침수면적 및 피해액의 변화를 제시하여 상호의견 교환에 따른 합의점을 도출할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 이러한 공영시각모형의 이용은 정보공개의 정확성, 결과의 신뢰성 등을 확보할 수 있게 함으로써 댐 건설에 대한 갈등 조정 및 완화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        This April 5th dam and Hwanggang dam, which are located in Imjin river, North Korea, become the main causes of water shortages and damages in Imjin river downstream. April 5th dam is assumed a small or medium-sized dam, its total storage volume reaches about 88 million ㎥. And Hwanggang dam, multi-purposed dam of total storage volume approximately 0.3 billion ㎥ to 0.4 billion ㎥ is used as source of residental or industrial water in Gaeseong Industrial Complex. North Korea, which has April 5th dam and Hwanggang dam in Imjin river, manages water of approximately 0.39 billion ㎥ to 0.49 billion ㎥ directly. As water is storaged or discharged through dam, it causes a severe damage to areas in Yeoncheon-gun and Paju city, South Korea. Therefore, this study intends to analyze and estimate runoff through dam construction by using hydrological observation data and artificial data such as service water supply and agricultural water in Imjin river, water shortage and damage correctly.

        Eine private Vorteilsannahme unter Verletzung einer Treuepflicht wird nach § 357 ① kStGB mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu 5 Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bis zu 10,000,000 won und eine private Vorteilsgewährung unter Verletzung einer Treuepflicht wird nach § 357 ② kStGB mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu 2 Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bis zu 5,000,000 won. Es ist schwer zu finden eine solche Vorschrift von der Strafe für die privaten Vorteilsannahme und -gewährung unter Verletzung einer Treuepflicht, außer § 153a StGB von Österreich. Die Bestimmung dient der Bekämpfung der Korruption privater Machthaber.Darüber hinaus wird nach § 38-2 Rahmengesetzes über die Bauwirtschaft von Korea Erfassung und Bereitstellung der Gewinne in Sach- oder Vermögensschäden durch rechtswidrige Anträge, im Bereich der Bauarbeiten, bestraft. Diese Bestimmung dient besonders der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung der Bauarbeiten und der gesunden Entwicklung der Bauwirtschaft.Nach dem koreanischen Obersten Gerichtshof bestehe Tateinheit zwischen § 357 kStGB und § 38-2 Rahmengesetzes über die Bauwirtschaft, aber man soll die Konkurrenz zwischen § 357 kStGB und § 38-2 Rahmengesetzes über die Bauwirtschaft als Gesetzeseinheit (genau genommen materielle Subsidiarität) verstehen. Denn die verwirklichten Straftatbestände verfolgen jeweils die gleiche Schutzrichtung.
