        Staphylococcus aureus와 Bacillus cereus는 식중독을 일으키는 주요한 원인균 중 하나로 각종 식품에서 검출되면서 많은 주의가 요구되고 있다. 식중독 발생의 원인균을 신속하고 정확하게 검출할 수 있는 여러 가지 방법 중 DNA 분석을 기반으로 하는 PCR 검출법이 보편적으로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 샌드위치와 같은 즉석 섭취 식품에서 식중독을 유발할 수 있는 S. aureus와 B. cereus 의 신속검출을 위해 conventional PCR과 real-time PCR의 특이도 및 민감도를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 검출한계 범위가 배양액에서는 cPCR의 경우 S. aureus (104-106 CFU/mL), B. cereus (103-105 CFU/mL) 이였고, real-time PCR의 경우 S. aureus (103-106 CFU/mL), B. cereus (102-105 CFU/mL) 이였다. 식품에서는 cPCR의 경우 S. aureus (104-106 CFU/mL), B. cereus (103-105 CFU/mL) 이고, real-time PCR의 경우 S. aureus (104-106 CFU/mL), B. cereus (103-105 CFU/mL) 으로 나타났다. Real-time PCR법이 cPCR법 보다 10배 이상 더 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 real-time PCR은 우수한 민감도를 지닌 검출기법으로 식중독 세균 검출에 있어 매우 효과적인 방법으로 사료된다.

        Salmonella는 전세계적으로 식중독을 유발하는 주요 원 인 균으로서, 식중독을 유발하는 Salmonella를 신속하게 검출하는 방법은 식품 안전을 위한 중요한 도구이다. Realtime PCR은 식중독균을 검출하기 위한 신속검사법으로 널 리 사용되어 왔다. 최근에는 NBS LabChip real-time PCR 이라는 새로운 시스템이 칩타입으로 조작이 간편하며 초 고속의 real-time PCR 시스템이라는 보고가 있었다. 본 연 구에서는 살모넬라의 신속한 검출을 위하여 NBS LabChip real-time PCR에 기반하여 real-time PCR 반응 시간이 20 분 이내인 검출법을 확인하고자 하였다. 프라이머와 프로 브 설계를 위해 두 개의 타겟 유전자(invA, stn)가 선택되 었으며, 특이도와 민감도(검출한계)를 평가함으로 개발된 검출법을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 특이도 검증을 위해 Salmonella 균주 42주와 Non-Salmonella 균주 21 주를 포함하였으며, 본 방법으로 Salmonella 42주에 대해 서만 정확하게 검출이 가능하였다. 검출한계는 살모넬라 genome DNA 기준으로 101 copies/μL 였으며, 소시지에서 는 4시간 증균 이후 접종균수로서 101CFU/g 에서 102 CFU/ g까지 검출이 가능하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 검출법은 신속한 식중독 원인조사에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) on the swallowing function of stroke patients. Twelve-week PNF (facial, tongue, and breathing exercise) was applied in the experimental group consisting of 12 subjects, and a general swallowing exercise program was applied to the control group consisting of 12 subjects. In addition, the signs of improvement in the stroke patients (N=24) swallowing function were examined by conducting a video fluoroscopic swallowing study. The data were analyzed using the SPSS ver. 21.0 program, which was also utilized to gain statistical information (percentage, mean, and standard deviation), and paired t-test was conducted. As a result of the analyses, the following conclusions were arrived at. The 12-week PNF significantly improved the functional dysphagia scale, penetration-aspiration scale, pharyngeal transit time, swallowing response time, residue in valleculae, and residue in pyriform sinuses enhanced swallowing functions of the stroke patients (p<.05). In conclusion, the PNF intervention in the swallowing function of the stroke patients was found to be an effective exercise program.

        This study is research on the thermal emissivity depending on the alignment degrees of graphite flakes. Samples were manufactured by a slurry of natural graphite flakes with organic binder and subsequent dip-coating on an aluminum substrate. The alignment degrees were controlled by applying magnetic field strength (0, 1, and 3 kG) to the coated samples. The alignment degree of the sample was measured by XRD. The thermal emissivity was measured by an infrared thermal image camera at 100˚C. The alignment degrees were 0.04, 0.11, and 0.17 and the applied magnetic field strengths were 0, 1, and 3 kG, respectively. The thermal emissivities were 0.829, 0.837, and 0.844 and the applying magnetic field strengths were 0, 1, and 3 kG, respectively. In this study the correlation coefficient, R2, between thermal emissivity and alignment degree was 0.997. Therefore, it was concluded that the thermal emissivities are correlated with the alignment degree of the graphite flakes.

        Multi-view system is one of the auto-stereoscopic displays that allows users to watch 3D images without wearing special glasses. Generating contents for the multi-view display system is often accomplished using Depth-image-based rendering (DIBR) intermediate view generation. DIBR-based intermediate view generation method reconstructs a 3D scene with a color image and depth map information. Then, a virtual camera is put in various view positions to capture intermediate view images. In this research, we tried to improve the quality of the DIBR-based intermediate views by applying non-uniform quantization method for depth map information. This paper describes the intermediate view generation process using DIBR. Then, it discusses the evaluation of multi-view intermediate images generated using uniform and non-uniform depth quantization methods. Finally, the paper describes the future direction and how the muti-view systems can be utilized in computer games.

        Recent high efficiency electronic devices have been found to have heat emission problems. As for LEDs, an excessive increase in the device temperature causes a drop of the luminous efficiency and circuit lifetime. Therefore, heat release in the limited space of such electronic parts is very important. This is a study of the possibility of using a coating of carbon materials as a solution for the thermal emission problem of electronic devices. Powdered carbon materials, cokes, carbon blacks, amorphous graphite, and natural flakes were coated with an organic binder on an aluminum sheet and the subsequent thermal emissivity was measured with an FT-IR spectrometer and was found to be in the range of 5~20 μm at 50˚C. The emissivity of the carbon materials coated on the aluminum sheet was shown to be over 0.8 and varied according to carbon type. The maximum thermal emissivity on the carbon black coated-aluminum surface was shown to be 0.877. The emissivity of the anodized aluminum sheets that were used as heat releasing materials of the electronic parts was reported to be in the range of 0.7~0.8. Therefore, the use of a coating of carbon material can be a potential solution that facillitates heat dissipation for electronic parts.

        This study was conducted to identify the factors associated with weight control and nutritional knowledge of juvenile delinquents. The average heights of the subjects in this study were 172.20 cm (male) and 160.89 cm (female), and the average weights were 66.73 kg (male) and 58.42 kg (female), and the BMIs (Body Mass Index; kg/m2) were 22.46 (male) and 22.54 (female). The results of this study revealed that 41.4% of the subjects were over weight or obese. In addition, there were significant differences in the BMI, satisfaction with body image and perception of body image observed between male and female subjects. Furthermore, female subjects were more experienced at weight control than male students (p〈0.001). Additionally, overweight and obese individuals had more experience with weight control than subjects that were not overweight. Moreover, there were significant differences in the reason that subjects took weight control measured between male and female students. Specifically, female subjects practiced weight control due to their appearance (p〈0.001). The order of methods by which male subjects attempted to control their weight was exercise〉diet control〉starvation and for girl student were diet control〉starvation〉excercise. The nutritional knowledge scores were higher for female subjects than for mele subjects. In addition, the nutritional knowledge scores increased as the BMI value increased and the father˚Øs educational level increased. These results of this study could be useful data to plan and develop nutritional education programs for juvenile delinquents.

        부산의 대표적인 해안림 지역 태종대, 이기대, 몰운대, 암남공원 4개소에 대해 식생구조 및 현황을 파악하여 그 생태적 특성을 분석하였다. 조사결과 부산지역 해안림의 교목층에서는 곰솔이 주요 우점종으로 나타났으며, 아교목층에서는 몰운대와 태종대에서 사스레피나무가 다수 관찰되는 반면 이기대는 천선과나무, 암남공원에서는 사스레피나무와 산벚나무가 우점종인 것으로 나타났다.

        Model experiment was introduced to obtain the formation of a core/rim structure by only liquid phase reaction in Ti(C, N)-based cermet alloys. Infiltrated Ti(C, N)-Ni, , and TaC-Ni cermets were bonded to sandwiched specimen by heat treatment for 5hr. With nitrogen addition, both (Ti, Mo) (C, N) and (Ti, Ta) (C, N) rim structure was nucleated around comer of cuboidal Ti(C, N) core. However, equilibrium shapes of(Ti, Mo) (C, N) and (Ti, Ta) (C, N) rim were different possibly due to the effect of interface energy. The core/rim and rim! binder interfaces were parallel to each other with TaC addition, while rotated to each other with addition.
