인간 감성변화의 기본인 피부온도 및 피복내 온습도 측정을 위한 시스템과 감성공학적 해석을 위한 보다 정밀하고 안정성이 있는 센서의 응답성 및 회로의 선형화에 대한 연구를 수행하고, 의복내 환경평가 및 실내 온습도 측정등의 다양한 감성공학적 해석을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에는 손쉬운 온습도 변환장치와 풍부한 저장능력 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능한 온습도 측정기와 이에 필요한 센서를 개발하고 측정기의 선형화특성을 평가하였다.

This study is focused on the process of community resource building for the protective and corrective agencies. Because of lack of skills and funds at these agencies, it becomes known that various resources should be mobilized from the community to enhance the capacity of those correctional institutions. The mobilization of community resource is much required not only for the high quality of programs but also for the development of the participants. In the study, social exchange theory and some concepts including voluntary are mentioned to rationalize the process of community resource building. Also three cases are introduced as the community resource building in the field of corrections. A model of community resource building for the protective and corrective agencies is developed based on the theory and those concepts. Community resource building could be processed through the following levels; assessment, recruitment, training, application, and evaluation. Specially, community resource building should be emphasized to reward the participants for their efforts. Furthermore, community resource building is an important independent program from the main program which is to be conducted at the correctional centers. The model of community resource building developed in this study needs to be applied at the correctional institutions to make up for the weak points.

개인별 신체 특성을 나타내는 가상피팅모델을 이용하여 제공되는 가상 착용 서비스는 웹을 기반으로 한 인터넷 의류 쇼핑의 흥미를 더해준다. 본 연구의 연구자들은 2000년과 2002년에 개발된 미국의 가상피팅모델과 국내에서 개발되었던 가상피팅모델의 개발 기술의 특성과 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 가상피팅모델의 구축을 위해서는 인체의 치수, 형태, 얼굴의 특징들에 관한 정보 입력이 필요하며, 이때 요구되는 정보는 미국과 한국의 사이트에서 차이가 있음을 밝혔다. 미국의 사이트는 정면이나 측면의 실루엣에 대한 정보의 입력이 요구되는 반면 한국의 사이트는 더 많은 인체 치수 관련 정보를 요구하였다. 2000년에 개발되었던 한국의 가상피팅모델은 길고 좁은 프로포션으로 표현되어 사실적인 표현이 부족하였던 반면 2002년 미국에서 개발한 가상피팅모델은 다양한 인종의 특성을 반영하며, 그래픽 기술의 발전으로 사실적으로 표현된 가상피팅모델을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 실험은 Piezo-미세조작기(PrimeTech Ltd., Japan)를 사용하여 마우스 핵이식 후 재구축배를 CZB와 KSOM 두가지 배양액을 사용하여 체외배양성적을 비교 검토하였다. MII의 미수정란은 성숙한 4~5주령 B6D2Fl에 hCG 주사 후 14시간째에 과적 방법을 통해 난관의 팽대부로 부터 회수하였고, metaphase II chromosome-spindle complex와 최소량의 세포질을 내경이 10인 피펫으로 흡입하여 탈핵하였다. 핵이식에 사용된 난구세포(8-l0)는 3시간동안 12% PVP 에처리 하여 piezo-미세조작기를 이용하여 세포질에 세포의 핵을 직접 미세주입 하였다. 핵이식 후 생존한 재구축배는 2시간동안 배양한 후 10mM SrC1와 5/의 cytochalasin B가 첨가된 -free CZB에서 6시간 활성화 처리하였다, 활성화 처리 후 위전핵이 관찰된 재구축란을 CZB 와 KSOM 배지에서 배양하면서 발달률을 비교하였고, 상실배 및 배반포배로 발달한 재구축배를 day 3 대리모에 이식하였다. 표 1에서 보는 바와 같이 재구축배의 2-cell로의 발달률에 있어서 KSOM이 CZB에 비하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났으며(P<0.05), 또한 4-cell과 상실배/배반 포배로의 발달률에 있어서도 KSOM이 CZB에 비하여 유의적으로 높은 발달률을 나타내었다(P<0.01). 또한 KSOM 배지에서 배양된 상실배/배반포배를 대리모에 이식한 경우에 11.5 d.p.c에 생존한 태아가 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 핵이식 재구축배의 활성화 처리 후의 발생에는 KSOM 배지가 CZB 배지에 비하여 유효함을 확인 할 수 있었다.그와 같은 배양 기술을 이용하여 외래유전자를 도입한 일련의 결과에 관하여 보고 하고자한다., 이것은 세포내 유전자가 transfection되지 않은 세포도 neo selection에서 선발된다는 것을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 체세포를 이용한 형질전환동물 생산을 위해서는 세포내 유전자 도입과 선발 과정에서 나타난 colony에 대하여 보다 엄격한 screen을 하는 것이 필요한 것으로 생각된다.로 우점하였다. 여름철 식물플랑크톤 대발생에 영향은 수온과 직산염이 중요하였으나, 부유물질 크게 기여하지 못하였다.애를 확인하고 지도 관점을 파악하는 것을 포함한다. 그러나 본 논문은 역사발생적 수학 학습-지도 원리의 실제적인 적용에 관하여는 기초적인 연구에 지나지 않기 때문에, 역사발생적 원리를 학교수학에 실제적으로 적용하기 위해서는 각각의 내용에 대한 철저한 역사적 분석을 바탕으로 하는 후속 연구가 필요하다./TEX>구성교육이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.

In Currently, the domestic reuse rate of ELV parts is about 3%. The reason of the row rate of it is due to that consumer can not obtain the information of the needed ELV parts. In order to supply the needed information to consumer, the standard of the part classification of the ELV parts is required. This research is to develop the part classification system of the three digits and web site of ELV parts.

SOC(Social Overhead Capital) projects such as road, power plant, airport or telecommunication facility construction require a large scale of cost, a long period of time and management of a number of sub-contractors. So systematic and efficient management tool in SOC projects is inevitable. Information system provides a valuable tool which can integrate and manage the large volume of information for SOC projects. This study investigates and analyzes the information system of nuclear power plant construction project. Based on this study, we can suggest the direction for designing information system for SOC projects.

최근 국내외 대학들이 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안의 하나로 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템 인증 또는 이와 유사한 평가를 받고 있으며 ISO 14001 환경경영시스템 인증도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. ISO 9001 과 ISO 14001은 서로 추구하는 목적과 대상은 상이하나 근본적인 목적이 고객만족을 통한 경쟁력 강화에 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 경영시스템이라는 공통점이 있으므로 통합시스템을 구축할 경우 시스템의 효율성 제고, 비용절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 학사행정에 대한 ISO 9001/14001 통합경영시스템을 도입하고 실행하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The marketing environment of recent security business has been changed as goods and service have been changed variously. Under this condition, the security corporations have been trying to have good relationship with customers and to have high gains as well. But the management of the customers in the bond marketing is not enough. Then, this paper suggests some methods to promote the CRM at bond brokerage in order to make profits in the security corporation. First, the customers will know the earning rate of the bond that they have and also they can analysis the difference selling the bond and keeping it until the due date. The developed bond management system analyzes customers' preference from questionaire which is responded by customers. It also can make customers actively sell and buy the bond through recommendations corresponding with customers' preference. Moreover, this paper suggests the video conference consulting system for close relationship with corporation and customers. We have tested this bond management system and we expect that this system activates the buying and selling of the bond that non-experts can easily invest bonds and the security corporations can increase profit.
