우리나라 해양경찰 함정 승조원은 근무여건의 열악함에도 불구하고 많은 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 해양경찰 함정의 조직유효성 향상을 위해 함장의 변혁적 리더십이 열악한 함정에서 근무하는 일반 승조원의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구를 위하여 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 다양한 선행연구를 알아보았고, 가설을 설정하여 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검증을 시도하였다. 검증을 위하여 변혁적 리더십을 독립변수로, 직무만족을 종속변수, 그리고 여섯 가지 요소의 인구통계학적 특성으로 연구의 모형을 설정하였다. 연구의 결과 변혁적 리더십의 지적자극이 해양경찰 함정 일반 승조원의 직무만족에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개별배려는 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

The optimization of dewatering and impregnation soaking (DIS) process for a concentrated Aloe vera product was investigated using Taguchi method in combination with desirability function analysis. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) as osmotic agent was adopted, and soaking temperature (T), immersion time (t), PEG concentration (C), PEG molecular weight (MW), and thickness of Aloe vera leaf slice (x) were selected as affecting variables. L16 (45) orthogonal array was designed by Taguchi method with four parameters such as water loss, solid gain, glucomannan, and anthraquinone contents as objective functions. An overall quality index was transformed from individual objective functions, and was optimized finally. The optimal setting for maximum overall desirability was obtained at 55oC (T), 2 hr (t), 40% w/v (C), 0.5 cm (x), and 4,000 Da. (MW). The obtained overall desirability was 0.7842. The order of affecting factors was T>C>x>MW≈x>t and the experimental results under optimum condition were similar to the prediction of an overall desirability of 0.8384. Also, it was found that the optimized DIS condition could be reproduced for a minimally processed Aloe vera product with high quality.

목적: 본 연구는 안경사의 직무만족도가 이직률과 근속기간에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 이를 통해 안경원 운영의 효율성 증대와 안경사의 직업 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 인식변화의 계기를 마련하는데 있다. 방법: 본 연구는 안경원 근무 안경사가 응답한 106부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 안경사의 직무 만족도가 이직률과 근속기간에 미치는 영향을 t-test와 one-way ANOVA를 통해 분석하였다. 결과: 직무만족도의 여러 요인과 이직률에 영향을 주는 이직횟수에 대해 분석한 결과, 이직횟수는 작업환경 만족도(p=0.035), 직무경험 만족도(p=0.036), 상사관계 만족도(p=0.048), 직무만족도(p=0.012) 와 유의성을 보였다. 근속기간은 직무경험만족도(p=0.035), 동료관계 만족도(p=0.021), 상사관계 만족도 (p=0.046)와 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이직률은 동료 및 상사와의 유대관계가 깊고, 직무경험이 많으며 직무에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 낮아졌다.

본 연구는 현재 직업 발레단 무용수들의 여가활동 참여 유형을 알아보고, 여가활동 참여 유형 별 여가만족도와 직무몰입과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국립발레단, 광주 시 립발레단, 유니버설 발레단, 서울발레시어터 4곳의 무용수 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였고, 본 연구의 연구문제를 달성하기 위해, 다변량분산분석과 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 연 구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용수들의 여가활동 참여 유형은 휴식형, 활동참가형, 교양 감상 형, 휴양형 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용수들의 여가활동 참여 유형별 여가만족도의 관계를 분 석한 결과 심리적 만족에는 활동참가형, 사회적 만족에는 휴양형, 환경적 만족에는 교양감상형, 신체적 만족에는 활동참가형, 휴식적 만족에는 휴식형이 높은 평균을 나타냈다. 셋째, 무용수들 의 여가활동 참여 유형별 직무몰입의 관계를 분석한 결과 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined the job satisfaction and characteristics of dietitians working in an elderly health care facility. The subjects for the study were 116 dietitians who work in an elderly health care facility across the country. The following lists the items affecting the total satisfaction on each element of the job: the nature of work (4.20), coworkers (4.02), supervision (3.83), communication (3.81), pay (3.22), operating conditions (3.16), fringe benefits (3.05) and promotion (2.78). Regarding supervision, regular employees (3.90) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (3.11), and for fringe benefits, regular employees (3.10) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (2.52). Regarding fringe benefits, those with less than 10 years experience showed higher satisfaction than with more than 10 years'. In terms of the job characteristics, the following were found to affect job satisfaction: the task identity (3.33), variety (3.27), autonomy (3.18), feedback (3.05), friendship opportunities (3.01) and dealing with others (2.82) were listed in the highest order. For task identity, more than 41 years old (3.53) had a significantly higher score. Regarding diversity, graduate schools (3.37) had a significantly higher score. In terms of income, those earning more than 2 million won (3.37 and 3.26) showed higher scores in autonomy and friendship opportunities than those earning less than 1.5 million won (2.79 and 2.57).

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing dietary satisfaction, and their perceived importance and performance, in North Korean refugees according to age. Questionnaires were completed by 220 North Korean refugees and data was analyzed with SPSS software. From our study we determined that fresh food, clean dishes, and proper vegetable oil are of high importance but considered poorly performed. 'Taste' and 'comfort' were factors with low importance but considered well-performed. The IPA technique proved that 8 items including Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8, Q9, Q11, Q13 were in 'Doing great, keep it up' and no items that got high importance and low performance were in 'Focus here'. North Korean refugees like Korean food more than Chinese, Japanese, and Western food. They specifically want to learn how to cook Korean casseroles, soups, and side dishes(e.g. Myeolchibokkum, Kongjorim). The North Korean refugees who resided in South Korea under a year have difficulties in understanding menus and Western table manners.

Assessing service quality and satisfaction is the essential part of service science. In this study, for G2B electronic commerce service composed of information systems and human resources, a composite research model for exploring factors of service quality satisfaction is proposed. The proposed model uses SERVQUAL’s five quality dimensions as independent antecedent factors and usefulness and ease-of-use of the technology acceptance model as mediating factors. A case of a G2B purchase service is empirically studied using the proposed model. The result shows that the proposed composite model is good and appropriate for explaining the characteristics of G2B services.
