현재 국내의 주된 폐기물 처리 방식은 발생억제(Reduce), 재이용(Reuse), 재활용(Recycle)을 통한 물리적인 처리방식으로써 대량으로 발생하는 폐기물을 효율적으로 처리하기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 폐자원 에너지화(Recovery) 개념의 도입으로 폐기물의 단순한 처리가 아닌 효율적인 에너지 자원으로 활용함으로써 자원순환사회를 구축하기 위한 정책적 방안이 마련되었으며, 구체적인 방안의 하나로 2018년 1월 1일부터 시행되는 자원순환기본법을 통하여 소각시설에 발생되는 열에너지를 적극적으로 활용할 예정이다. 따라서 소각시설로부터 실질적으로 회수되어 사용되는 에너지의 정확한 수치화가 요구되었으며, 현재 국내에서 운영 중인 소각시설을 대상으로 시범사업을 진행하여 소각열에너지 회수・사용률의 실증에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 폐자원에너지 회수・사용률 산정에서 가장 중요하게 작용되는 저위발열량을 도출하기 위한 핵심요소인 출열항목을 실측하여 소각열에너지 회수・사용률 산정을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 운영 중인 생활폐기물 소각시설 2곳(A, B 소각시설)의 3개 호기와 사업장폐기물 소각시설 5곳(C, D, E, F, G 소각시설)의 5개 호기를 대상으로 5월부터 16주 동안 TMS 데이터 수집과 현장측정 및 시료분석을 병행하였으며, 종합적인 결과 값을 환경부 고시 제 2015-251호 폐자원에너지 회수・사용률 산정방법에 대입하여 소각로에서 발생되는 각각의 출열항목을 산출하였다. 또한 산출된 결과를 종합하여 생활폐기물 소각장과 사업장폐기물 소각장의 출열분포를 비교하여 보았다. 소각시설의 출열항목의 산정결과, 생활폐기물 소각시설 3개 호기의 출열 총합은 A시설 1호기가 13.54GJ/ton, 2호기가 14.12GJ/ton으로 산정되었으며, B시설 1호기는 12.72GJ/ton으로 산정되었다. 이 중 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 출열항목은 증기 흡수열로 A시설 1호기는 9.57GJ/ton, 2호기는 9.82GJ/ton, B시설 1호기는 9.77GJ/ton을 차지하여 평균 72%의 분포를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사업장폐기물 소각시설의 출열 총합은 C시설 16.65GJ/ton, D시설 15.48GJ/ton, E시설 13.35GJ/ton, F시설 12.49GJ/ton, G시설 11.79GJ/ton으로 산정되었으며, 사업장폐기물 소각시설 또한 생활폐기물 소각시설과 동일하게 증기 흡수열이 평균 65%의 분포를 보여 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 지속적인 시범사업을 통해 실측값을 축적하여 소각열에너지 회수・사용률 제고를 위한 연구 등의 기초자료로 활용하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.
Since the scale and disaster characteristics of volcanic eruptions are determined by their geological features, it is important not only to grasp the current states of the volcanoes in neighboring countries around the Korean Peninsula, but also to analyze the tectonic settings, tectonic regions, geological features, volcanic types, and past eruptional histories of these volcanoes. We created a database of 285 volcanoes around the Korean Peninsula, and then identified a high-risk groups of 29 volcanoes that are highly likely to affect the region, based on conditions such as volcanic activity, the type of rocks at risk of eruption, the distance from Seoul, and high VEI (volcanic explosivity index). In addition, we identified the 10 volcanoes that should be given the highest priority. We selected them through an analysis of data available in literature, such as volcanic ash dispersion results from previous Japanese eruptions, the definition of a large-scale volcano used by Japan’s Cabinet Office, and examination of cumulative magma layer volumes from Japan’s quaternary volcanoes.
This paper applied the ensemble model output statistics (EMOS) with truncated normal distribution, which are easy to implement postprocessing techniques, to calibrate probabilistic forecasts of wind speed that take the form of probability density functions. We also considered the alternative implementations of EMOS, which were EMOS exchangeable model and reduced EMOS model. These techniques were applied to the forecasts of wind speed over Pyeongchang area using 51 members of the Ensemble Prediction System for Global (EPSG). The performances were evaluated by rank histogram, mean absolute error, root mean square error and continuous ranked probability score. The results showed that EMOS models with truncated normal distribution performed better than the raw ensemble and ensemble mean. Especially, the reduced EMOS model exhibited better prediction skill than EMOS exchangeable model in most stations of study area.
Barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV) is transmitted by a root-inhabiting Polymyxa graminis (P. graminis) and thus the disease is called “soil-borne”. In this study, the presence of P. graminis was confirmed by PCR test based on specific sequences of P. graminis type Ⅰ (P. graminis f. sp. temperata) Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS). P. graminis was detected in the BaYMV infected soil and root of barley plants. The monitoring of P. graminis was conducted in March 2015 in 8 korean provinces. It was detected in the soil of all collected regions. This is the first report on a P. graminis a survey of Korea.
본 연구의 주목적은 유역의 유출응집구조를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 멱함수 법칙분포의 대표적 특성인 보편성을 수문학적 관점에서 입증해 보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 최우법에 따라 집수면적의 누가분포에 대한 멱함수 법칙분포의 적합을 수행하였으며 이로부터 도출된 멱함수 법칙분포의 지 수를 집수평면의 형상을 기반으로 평가하여 보았다. 주요한 결과로서 본 연구의 대상 유역들은 집수평면의 규모에 대하여 거의 모두 동일한 형태의 분 포를 취하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 얻은 멱함수 법칙분포의 지수는 선행연구에서 제시된 값에 비하여 다소 큰 수치로 나타났는데 이는 본 연구의 대상유역들이 가진 자기상사성의 특징을 반영하는 것으로 판단된다. 향후 DEM을 기반으로 보다 더 실제에 가까운 흐름방향모의를 통한 집 수평면의 멱함수 법칙분포의 보편성에 대한 연구가 반드시 수행되어야 할 것이다.
방사선 치료시 최근 많이 쓰이고 있는 IMRT, Tomotherapy, mArc(modulation arc therapy)의 치료법을 선량 적인 측면에서 상호 비교하고자 한다. 비소세포성 폐암의 환자를 대상으로 하여 치료계획용적에 58.0 Gy를 처방선량을 기준으로 설정하였으며 주변 정상장기는 척수, 식도, 간을 설정하였다. PTVmean는 mArc의 경 우 57.60 Gy, Tomotherapy가 61.04 Gy, IMRT는 58.95 Gy이었다. 식도(Esophagus)의 평균선량은 mArc가 2.84 Gy였고, Tomotherapy가 5.14 Gy, IMRT가 1.84 Gy로 나타났다. 간(Liver)은 mArc는 19.44 Gy, Tomotherpy가 12.22 Gy, IMRT는 21.97 Gy이었고 척수(Spinal Cord)은 mArc 5.72 Gy, Tomotherapy가 7.08 Gy, IMRT는 6.15 Gy로 측정되었다. 또한, 선량포함도와 선량체적곡선 등의 자료를 관찰해 본 결과 mArc와 Tomotherapy 그리 고 IMRT의 결과와 현저한 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 하지만, 본 연구는 폐암이라는 질환으로 한정하였었고 실험군의 수가 적은 단점을 가지고 있으므로 좀 더 많은 질환과 환자를 대상으로 연구를 폭넓게 진행 한다 면 환자 맞춤형 치료기법을 개발하여 적용될 것으로 사료된다.
Ninety ducks (one-day-old Pekins, 45 males and 45 females) were used to evaluate the effects of supplementing diets with Houttuynia cordata powder on the fatty acid profiles of duck breast meat. The ducks were allotted to one of the three treatment diets using a completely randomized design, each treatment-group containing three replicate pens with ten birds each (five of each gender). The experimental diets were: 1) Control (basal diet), 2) T1 (Control+ 1% Houttuynia cordata) and 3) T2 (Control+2% Houttuynia cordata). In spite of significant difference, the addition of Houttuynia cordata resulted in higher unsaturated fatty acid and lower saturated fatty acid contents than in the Control group. However, no remarkable difference was observed between 1% and 2 % Houttuynia cordata groups for fatty acid profiles.
The distribution characteristics of functional feeding groups and biological evaluation of water quality with benthic macroinvertebrates were investigated from 2013 to 2014 in the mountain streams of Jirisan National Park. Both quantitative and qualitative collection had been performed six times during study periods in twelve sites located at upstream, midstream and downstream of four valleys, Chilsungol, Baemsagol, Daesunggol and Piagol of freshwater ecosystem in Jirisan National Park. As results, the total collected benthic macroinvertebrates were 3 phyla, 4 classes, 11 orders, 37 families, 107 species and 4,028 individuals. In 2013, 3 phyla, 4 classes, 10 orders, 32 families, 89 species and 1,829 individuals were collected. And in 2014, 3 phyla, 4 classes, 9 orders, 31 families, 80 species and 2,199 individuals were identified. The total dominant species was Ecdyonurus kibumensis, and EPT groups occupied 80.39% of total species number. Biotic indices were also compared to site and to season. The dominant index (DI) was highest at the downstream of Baemsagol in the spring of 2013, and the evenness index (J') was highest at the downstream of Daesunggol in the summer of 2013. Both diversity index (H') and richness index (RI) were highest at the upstream of Baemsagol in the summer of 2014. The correlation between altitude above sea level and functional feeding groups of benthic macroinvertebrates was also researched in this study. As a result, the species number of shredders and predators have significantly increased according to the increase of the altitude of their habitat. On the other hand, individuals of gathering collectors have increased according to the increase of altitude. The biological water quality was evaluated and compared with several methods in this study, and we suggest that ESB and GPI are more appropriate than KSI and BMI to evaluate biological water quality of mountain stream water.
The objective of this study was to investigate the 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) concentrations and emission sources from the soils of three regions (north, mid-south, and east) in Jeollanamdo. Overall PAH concentrations in the east region were higher than in north and mid-south regions and 9.1 times higher for polluted areas. The results of the emission source study indicated that average Ant/(Ant+Phe) and InP/(InP+BghiP) ratios were 0.15-0.22 and 0.36-0.46, respectively, which indicated dominant pyrogenic sources in the three regions. For the InP/(InP+BghiP) ratio, various emission sources were shown in the east region where petrochemical facilities and oil storage tanks have been operated.
In this study, axial-stress distribution of enlarged concrete column according to degree of composite is analysed. The analysis showed that axial-stress on existing concrete and new concrete was concentrated to edge in case of lower degree of composite. On the other hand, axial-stress was evenly distributed in case of higher degree of composite.
The occurrence of heat waves estimated on historical runs of climate change was compared to that on reanalysis data from 1981 to 2005. Heat waves in the future then were predicted on the basis of climate change scenarios from 2006 to 2100. For the past period, the heat wave days predicted from the climate change scenarios data overestimated and than those by the reanalysis data. For the future period, the heat wave days increased until the mid-21st century and then stay stagnant by the RCP 2.6 scenario. However, the yearly heat wave days steadily increased until 2100 by the RCP 8.5 scenario. The synoptic cause of the most severe year of the heat wave days was analyzed as a strong high pressure developed around the Korean peninsula. The high pressure under the RCP 2.6 scenario was caused by the high level jet stream in the border area between China and Russia, whereas the high pressure under the RCP 8.5 scenario was caused by the strong high level jet stream and pressure ridge in the East Sea.
Consumption of oat-based food is rapidly increasing due to consumer preference for functional foods. Until now, breeding is focused on the development of naked oat for food in Korea. Hulled oats recognized as forage have strong merits for yield and stability in cultivation except milling properties. Lately, advanced milling technology provides an opportunity to use hulled oats for food. Therefore, the processing characteristics of hulled oats are of great importance for food use. This study examined the physicochemical properties and dietary fiber of 9 Korean oat cultivars (4 hulled oats as compared with 5 naked oat cultivars). Findings showed that the color values (i.e. L and W) of hulled oat cultivars in seed and flours are lighter than the naked oats. The protein and ash contents are higher in hulled oats as compared with naked oats. The unsaturated fatty acid (USFA), mainly C18:1, C18:2 were 80~83%. USFA of ‘Daeyang’ (DY, naked) and ‘Jopung’ (JP, hulled) were 82.0 and 81.9% respectively. Total Dietary fiber and Total β-Glucan contents ranged from 13.2 to 20.6% and from 3.4 to 4.1% in oat flours. The ‘DY’ (4.10%, naked), ‘JP’(4.09%, hulled) and Highspeed (4.07%, hulled) showed high levels of β-Glucan contents. Findings of the study will provide useful information in extending the use of hulled oats for food.
We analyzed diurnal variations in the surface air temperature using the high density urban climate observation network of Daegu in summer, 2013. We compared the time elements, which are characterized by the diurnal variation of surface air temperature. The warming and cooling rates in rural areas are faster than in urban areas. It is mainly due to the difference of surface heat capacity. In addition, local wind circulation also affects the discrepancy of thermal spatiotemporal distribution in Daegu. Namely, the valley and mountain breezes affect diurnal variation of horizontal distribution of air temperature. During daytimes, the air(valley breeze) flows up from urban located at lowlands to higher altitudes of rural areas. The temperature of valley breeze rises gradually as it flows from lowland to upland. Hence the difference of air temperature decreases between urban and rural areas. At nighttime, the mountains cool more rapidly than do low-lying areas, so the air(mountain breeze) becomes denser and sinks toward the valleys(lowlands). As the result, the air temperature becomes lower in rural areas than in urban areas.
Background : This text was conducted to evaluate the distribution, shape characteristics and habitat condition of Crypsinus hastatus in Buyeo Korea. Methods and Results : In Buyeo, Crypsinus hastatus was distributed at an altitude of 31.2 m, a slope of 82.5% and a distance from river water of 27.2 m. The leaf blade was oblong, 2.7 ㎝ long, 1.2 ㎝ wide with a petiole length of 2.3 ㎝. The total population comprised 2,100 individuals, with the highest proportion being individuals with a leaf blade of length 0.5 - 1 ㎝. The temperature and light intensity of the growth point were lower, but the humidity higher, than that of growth around. The chemical properties of the soil were as follows: pH 4.42, organic matter 77.99 g/㎏, electrical conductivity 0.50 dS/m, nitrate nitrogen 20.50 ㎎/㎏ and available phosphate 165.7 ㎎/㎏. Exchangeable cation content of potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium was 0.35, 0.70, 0.09 and 2.04 c㏖+/㎏, respectively. Conclusions : In Buyeo, Crypsinus hastatus was distributed in 5.3 ㎡ area of Nakhwaam, Naeseongri and Jeongamri. However, the population of the medicinal resources seemed to decrease owing to the poor environmental conditions of the habitat.
본 연구에서는 CSI 치료시 Standard Technique과 Simple Technique을 비교하여 조사야 접합부의 고선량(ho t spot) 또는 저선량(cold spot)이 발생되는 부위의 체적을 분석하고 이에 따른 방사선 치료 유용성을 평가 하고자 한다. 연구 목적에 동의한 환자를 대상으로 CT Simulator를 이용하여 환자의 두개부에서 골반부 까 지 영상을 획득하였다. Standard Technique 의 경우 조사야 접합부의 이동을 실시하며 Simple Technique은 접합부에서 조사야를 고정하여 치료계획을 수립 후 분석하였다. 분석결과 Standard Technique의 경우에는 조사야 접합부분에 대한 고선량(hot spot)의 영역이 발생 되었으며, Simple Technique은 Standard 기법 보다 선량이 균등하게 나타났다. Standard Technique 과 Simple Technique의 CI 지수는 각 1.6∼3, 1.6∼1.87, CN의 경우는 0.32∼0.53, 0.46∼0.51, HI는 0.11∼0.33, 0.2∼0.26의 분포를 나타났다. 즉, 인접 조사야가 접합하는 조사야 부분의 선량 분포는 Standard Technique에 비해 균등하게 나타났으며, CI, CN, HI 지수를 비교한 결 과 Simple Technique에서 균등한 선량 분포가 나타나 CSI 치료에서 Simple Technique의 적용은 적합하다고 판단된다.
Using of the recycled aggregates is strongly promoted to use the national resources efficiently and enhance the recycling rate of construction wastes. However, the negative impact is expected by the alkalinity elution characteristic to the water quality and soil ecology in the region where could be contacted by water like ground water, river, area nearby coast, and etc. For this reason, we developed the pH test method to use the recycled aggregate in the drainage layer and analyse the pH concentration of the sort of time change and particle size. By the ‘Korean Standard Method for Waste’, the pH concentration was ranged from 10.78 to 11.72, by the ‘Korean Standard Method for Soil’, the pH concentration was ranged from 10.73 to 11.97, by the developed pH test in this study, the pH concentration was ranged from 10.82 to 11.71. There was no difference in the pH concentration in relation to the stirring time and the spread of particle size.
감자 수요를 확대하기 위해서는 소득 증가와 함께 소비자 의 관심이 증대하고 있는 신선편이식품으로 시장을 보다 더 넓혀 나가야 한다. 이를 위해서는 감자에 존재하는 유독 물질 인 glycoalkaloids에 대한 주의가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도 입품종인 대서, 수미와 최근 국내에서 개발된 하령, 고운, 홍 영, 자영 품종을 포함하여 국내 주요 24품종을 대상으로 부위 별 PGA 함량을 분석하였으며 그 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음 과 같다.
1. 총 PGA 함량(mg/100g·FW)은 하령(10.1), 수미(9.3), 홍영(7.3), 자영(6.9), 대서(4.8), 고운(3.4), 자심(3.1) 순으로 나타났다.
2. 공시품종의 껍질부위 PGA 함량은 전체 함량의 41 ~ 85% 분포를 보였으며, 국내주요 재배 품종에서 대서는 PGA 함량이 껍질(85%)에서 높고 육질 부위(0.7)에서 낮아 PGA 독성으로부터 가장 안전한 품종이었다.
3. 특히 고운, 자심 품종은 PGA 함량이 제일 낮아 껍질째 감자를 이용하기에 적절하며 중간모본으로 활용가치가 크다 고 판단된다.
In order to clarify the characteristics of PM10 in coastal and inland cities and their variation statistical analysis were carried out using environmental and meteorological data observed at Busan and Daegu metropolitans during 4 year from 2010. Averaged PM10 concentration was higher in industrial area than any other land-use sites, and its maximum value reach on over 50 ㎍/㎥ at Jangrim site in Busan. Temporal and spatial variations of PM10 concentration in Busan were more sharply, since topograph and mesoscale wind pattern in Busan is more complicated than those in Daegu.
Correlation of PM10 concentrations between sites within Daegu appeared strongly and maximum values R2 is about 0.8. This indicate that because wind pattern induced by mesoscale forcing in Daegu are well unified, the variation of PM10 concentration tends to be similar in all sites within Daegu. However, due to complicate wind pattern induced by topography and coastal line, PM10 correlation of sites within Busan was weaker in comparison with in Daegu. And correlation of PM10 at same lane-use in Busan and Daegu tend to be related to the intensity of meteorological forcing, which can decide the intensity of wind pattern.
본 연구의 목적은 이중편파 레이더 강우자료와 격자기반 분포형 강우-유출 모형인 KIMSTORM (KIneMatic wave STOrm Runoff Model)을 이용하여 유출해석을 수행하고, 침수실적자료와의 비교를 통해 레이더 강우자료의 효용성을 검토하는데 있다. 남강댐 유역(2,293 km²)을 대상으로, 2012년 4개의 강우 이벤트(집중호우, 카눈, 볼라벤, 산바)에 대하여 비슬산 레이더 강우자료를 사용하였다. 분포형 모형은 28개 지점 강우와 레이더 강우를 이용하여 보정되었으며, R² (coefficient of determination), ME(model efficiency), VCI (volume conservation index)를 이용하여 적용성을 평가하였다. 모형의 보정결과, R², ME, VCI의 평균이 지점강우 를 이용한 경우 각각 0.85, 0.78, 1.09, 레이더 강우를 이용한 경우 각각 0.85, 0.78, 0.96의 결과를 보였다. 태풍 산바에 의한 하천범람 침수실적자료의 두 침수지역(신연지구와 문대/신기지구)과 레이더와 지상강우에 의한 유출분석 결과를 비교하였다. 신연지구와 문대/신기지구 두 침수지역에서 레이더강우가 지상강우보다 더 많은 지역강우를 발생시켜 지표유출량을 더 크게 모의하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 수위관측소가 존재하는 문대/신기지구의 경우, 지점강우보다 레이더 강우가 침수지역내 수위관측소의 실제 첨두유량에 가깝게 모의하였으며, 하천수위도 0.72 m 높게 모의하였다.
