개방화, 세계화의 심화로 국제사회 및 국가간의 상호의존성이 확대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 국제개발협력의 역할과 중요성도 커지고 있다. 또한 글로벌 시장의 개방과경쟁이 날로 심화되고 선진국 위주의 시장확대, 성장이 한계에 다다름은 물론 OECDDAC 가입 등 외교적 국격향상에 따라 대개도국 국제개발협력 확대에 대한 내외부의수요가 증가하고 있다.이러한 대외환경의 빠른 변화는 정책 및 국제공조의 강화 등 거시적 수준의 변화뿐만 아니라 국제개발협력의 방법론의 미시적 수준의 변화를 동시에 요구한다. 이에본 연구는 국제개발협력의 방법론에 대한 새로운 접근법으로서 오픈 이노베이션의 가치를 검토 하였고, 특히 교육분야에서 오픈 이노베이션의 운영사례인 ALCoB을 분석하여 향후 국제개발협력 방법론의 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Recently real-estate investment business is standing out as a new plan for creation of source of income. In this paper, we suggested appropriate real-estate investment strategy through the reconstruct case study of existing one-storied building. That is, we showed the efficient process of decision and propel to reconstruct and the key points for lease business and post management after building completion. Also, we analyzed the rate of return of commercial building investment in order to find its optimum dealing time. Therefore the results of this paper are expected to be a help to old ages and persons laying plans for a similar business.

When manufacturing die casting mold, generally, the casting layout design should be considered based on the relation among injection system, casting condition, gate system, and cooling system. Also, the extent or the location of product defects was differentiated according to the various relations of the above conditions. In this research, in order to optimize casting design of an automobile part (Gear Box) Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) was performed by using the simulation software (ZَCast). The simulation results were analyzed and compared with experimental results. During the mold filling, internal porosities caused by air entrap were predicted and reduced remarkably by the modification of the gate system and the configuration of overflow. With the solidification analysis, internal porosities caused by the solidification shrinkage were predicted and reduced by the modification of the gate system. For making a better production dieَcasting tool, cooling systems on several thick areas are proposed in order to reduce internal porosities caused by the solidification shrinkage.

본 논문은 2011년 과천과학관에서 개최한 "iZ 히어로의 대모험"전시를 통해 미디어테크놀로지를 활용한 보다 효과적인 전시 방법론에 대한 연구이다. 전시를 통해 아동관객들의 태도와 인식변화에 대한 설문을 실행하고 전시가 원하는 메세지 및 정보전달이 효과적으로 전달되었는지를 분석하였다. 전시의 설문은 전시 관람전과 전시 관람후로 나누어 설문결과를 비교 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 단순히 관객들의 흥미만을 유발하는 전시가 아닌 관객과 소통하고, 효과적인 정보전달이 가능한 전시의 형태를 제안하고자 한다. 마지막으로 “iZ 히어로의 모험” 전시의 고찰을 통해 향후 융합체험전시의 보다 효과적인 방법론을 논하였다.

In this paper, quantitative and systematic procedures for establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of R&D departments are presented. The proposed methodology is composed of 4 steps : 1) identification of critical success factors, 2) identification of potential KPI’s, 3) determination of KPI’s and 4) monitoring and execution. A Strategy Map has been presented to better align KPI’s with a company’s competitive strategies. Also, Analytical Hierarchy Planning (AHP) is used to determine weights of KPI’s and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to analyze the effectiveness of R&D departments. To demonstrate its validity of the proposed method, it has been applied to the R&D divisions of a semiconductor company.

R-Z 관계식은 레이더 강우추정의 정확도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 캐나다 궤벡주의 셍레미에서 홍수를 야기한 폭우사례에서 관측된 우적계 및 레이더 자료를 이용하여 레이더 강우추정 시 우적계 자료에서 도출된 R-Z 관계식의 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 맥길 S-밴드 레이더에서 시간 분해능 2.5분과 공간 분해능 1˚×250m로 관측된 레이더 반사도를 사용하였다. 레이더 반사도 자료에서는 폭우를 동반한 강우세포가 셍레미를 통과한 것으로 관측되었지만 우량계 관측망에서는 낮은 공간 분해능으로 인하여 이 세포가 관측되지 않았다. 셍레미에서 30분과 1시간 최대 누적 강우량은 각각 39 mm와 42 mm였다. 강우사례 동안 두 개의 우적계(POSS; Precipitation Occurrence Sensor System)가 사용되었다. 하나의 우적계는 레이더 반사도와 우적계 반사도를 비교하여 레이더 반사도를 보정하고 다른 우적계는 R-Z 관계식을 유도하는데 사용되었다. 기후학적 R-Z 관계식을 사용하였을 때 보다 반사도에 의존적인 우적계에서 유도된 관계식을 사용하였을 때 강우 추정 오차가 크게 줄었다. 일 누적 강우량에 대하여 편차는 +12%에서 -2%, 평균제곱근오차가 16%에서 10%로 줄었다. 우적계에서 도출된 R-Z 관계식으로 추정된 레이더 강우장을 이용하였을 때 홍수사례에 대하여 강우 발생 시간 및 강우량이 잘 일치하였다.

우리나라에서 한자어가 사용된 역사는 최소한 이천여년이 넘었다. 근대화를 기 점으로 한자와 한문교육이 보편 교양교육에서 특수한 일부 개별 교과 교육으로 전환되었고, 한글 전용 정책의 실시로 인해 한자와 한문교육이 축소되었으며, 시 대의 변화에 따라 한자 사용과 노출의 예는 극히 줄어들었다. 하지만, 오랜 세월 동안 구축된 한국어 어휘 체계 중에는 이미 70% 가까이 한자어가 포함되어 있으 며, 실제 언어 생활에서도 한자어의 사용 빈도 또한 매우 높다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한자와 한자계 어휘 교육이 전문적이고 체계적으로 시행되지 않음으로써 한자 표 기 오류 현상은 끊임없이 출현하고 있다. 본고는 이러한 한자 표기 오류가 나타나는 근본적 이유에 대해 다시 생각해 보 고, 원인에 따라 유형화하여 해결의 근본적인 대책을 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of VE (Value Engineering) activities is to come to an achievement of building necessary functions at the lowest possible cost. This study unfolds the co-VE activities which occurred between Gas Range and its partner company in the supply of Grill Body. The co-VE activity has accomplished the cost reduction of about 57 million through performing the function deployment of 12 parts and by devising the alternatives

This study is an analysis about BOD ,COD, SS, T-N, T-P of 4Stage-BNR, MLE + CS(Coagulating Sedimentation) , Bio-SAC BNR method of construction for 3 largest sewage treatment plants among 12 sewage treatment plants in lncheon. The purpose of this study is improving the operational effectiveness for lncheon sewage treatment plant by introducing the optimized method for quality of the discharged water.
