A Vacuum pump for industrial machinery(fuel dispenser for gas station) is developed using reverse engineering process. The 3-D Modelling for a sample imported pump is constructed by 3-D scanner and CATIA. The kinematic analysis are accomplished using LMS Virtual Lab. The analysis shows quite reasonable result. The prototype vacuum pumps are fabricated by the die casting method with 3-D modelling. The pumps show applicable performances compared to the current pump with a point of view of pressure, durability.

Korean logistics industry have been focused on transportation business. However, with the expansion of the electronic commerce and on-line shopping, delivery service is now dramatically growing. Despite the expansion of logistics market, the domestic logistics industry have significant structural problems such as low productivity comparing with the advanced countries, relatively high cost and shortage of human resources and lack of professionalism of people in the industry. Logistics companies reallocate employees, use subcontractors, expand consignment and training the employees to overcome the labor shortages but it has some limits. In recognition of the importance of labor in the logistics industry, financial support and investment have increased. Logistics companies tend to hire consultants, set up logistics department or R&D center in order to establish highly productive logistics process and system so it is viewed that there will be considerable demands of human resources in the logistics industry. This study indicates implications and development direction of human resources in the logistics industry by looking into prospect and characteristic of the industry, employment status, training programs and qualification requirements.

최근 글로벌 IT시장에서 꾸준한 성장을 하고 있는 대만 IT산업에 대한 연구는 성장세에 비해서 학계에서의 관심이 많이 부족하고 필요한 상황이다. 특히 최근에 들어 중국 IT산업의 성장 배후에는 대만의 IT기업들이 있다는 점에서 대만 IT산업에 대한 이해는 피할수 없는 것이 현실이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 지난 30여 년간 급성장해 온 대만 IT산업이 정부, 산업, 기업 차원에서 다각도로 협력하여 성장하게 된 배경을 분석하고 여기에 따르는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

Project implementation plan is a blueprint that confirms project performance activities and specifies required man-hour, period and resource imput ratio. Various figures, the results of implementation plan, are predicted through estimation, and because of superiority of objectivity and repeatability, numerical formula-based estimation model is often used overseas. COCOMO model is the representative estimation model whose theories and formulas are publicized and it predicts the total man-hour required for software system development. This model is publicized in "Software Engineering Economics" written by Professor Barry Boehm of the U.S., and is the most widely applied numerical formula-based estimation model. This study is conducted to provide a series of methods that are optimal for KTDS environment by choosing COCOMO II model among various types of COCOMO models. In establishing implementation plan, COCOMO II model alone is not sufficient, it is necessary to link with and apply standard WBS system and standard man-hour. In establishing specific implementation plan, phased standard WBS system in order of the first phase of all the activities implemented in the project, Activity, Task, and Role, and the man-hour put into this should be distributed according to standard ratio from COCOMO II model's total man-hour. This study provides explainations by establishing standard WBS system and linking with COCOMO II model.

본 연구는 정부의 대표적인 상용화 기술혁신정책인 산업기술개발사업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 관련 정책결정자에게 정책적인 시사점을 주는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2007년간 종료된 산업기술개발사업을 대상으로 정부가 중요하게 고려하는 정책요인별로 가설을 형성하였다. 사업을 수행한 주관기관의 유형(대기업, 중소기업, 벤처기업, 연구소, 대학)에 따라 R&D성과에 차이가 있는지, 산학연간의 협력 개발이 단독 개발에 비해 R&D성과가 나은지, 과제 참여기관 수와 R&D성과의 관계, 과제 총금액의 크기와 R&D성과의 관계, 과제 총금액에서 차지하는 민간 총투자금의 비중과 R&D성과의 관계 등을 검증하고 있다. R&D성과는 산업기술개발사업의 제1차적 성과물인 특허등록건수와 논문게재건수로 측정하였다. 포아송 회귀분석 결과, 기업이나 연구소에 비해 대학이 특허 및 논문 차원의 R&D성과가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 벤처기업의 특허 성과는 중소기업의 특허성과에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 산학연의 협력개발은 단독개발에 비해 대체적으로 R&D성과가 높고, 과제 총금액이 클수록 R&D성과가 높으며, 민간 총 투자금의 비중이 높을수록 대체적으로 R&D성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 과제 참여기관의 수와 R&D성과간의 역U자형 관계 가설은 지지되지 않았다.

석유류와 곡류 가격 상승으로 버섯 생산비는 계속 증가추세에 있다. 하지만 버섯 가격은 점차 하락하거나 보합세를 유지하는 추세이다. 농가는 살아남기 위하여 경영비를 절감하여야 한다. 여기에는 국가 또는 공공기관이나 단체가 해야 할 일과 개인 농가가 실천하고 노력해야 하는 일이 있다. 경영비 절감방안으로 로열티 대응 국산품종개발, 국산배지자원 개발과 배지자원 수입선 다변화, 농협 등 공공기관에 의한 배지자원 확보로 안정적 농가보급 시스템 구축, 종균제조 및 재배 자동화, 경유보일러 살균기를 전기 보일러 살균기로의 전환, 에너지 절감용 레미콘 발효통을 이용한 배지발효 봉지재배, 폐배지의 가축사료화 및 유기질 비료화, 소비촉진, 수출증대 등이다. 버섯산업의 문제점과 다양한 방안은 상호 깊은 연관이 있으며, 이러한 문제를 근본적으로 해결하려면 가칭 “버섯산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률” 이 제정되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략을 공동연구 협력, 제조/마케팅/판매 제휴, 자금지원, M&A 등 4가지로 구분하고, 이와 같은 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략이 기업의 성과에 미친 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 미국 바이오기업 패널자료를 사용하여 분석한다. 첫째, 기술개발 이후의 제조/판매/마케팅 제휴는 단기간에도 모든 기업성과를 증진시키는 역할을 하였다. 둘째, 기술개발단계에서의 연구개발협력 중 제약회사와의 협력은 1~2년 이후의 기업성과에, 그리고 타 바이오기업과의 연구개발협력은 2년 이후의 기업성과에 정의 효과를 가져왔다. 셋째, 가장 장기적이며 기초연구에 주목적을 두고 있는 공공기관 및 대학과의 공동연구 협력은 단기적인 기업성과에 부정적으로 작용하여, 향후 2~3년이 아닌 보다 장기적인 관점에서 재조명되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 국내 바이오산업의 발전을 위하여 외부 네트워크 전략을 통하여 기술혁신을 경주하는 노력이 필요하며, 또한 주로 기초기술에 집중된 공공기관과 대학과의 공동연구를 지원하는 정책적 고려가 필요함을 시사한다.

The efficient safety estimation for a business should analyze an accident data by considering every possible and potential factor. Thus, we consider several factors to build the safety estimation model to meet fairness and rationality. This paper present the yearly statistic data of accident from KOSHA analyze the data by industry, scale, year of service of a employee, age and other factors; build the safety estimation model for the business based on the accident report derived the analysis. The estimation model is established by the weights for accident type, degree, scale, industry, year of service, and age of the employee derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

현행 주차장법상의 부설주차장 설치기준은 위락시설, 문화 및 집회시설, 단독주택, 공장 등 설치 대상 시설물을 9개 그룹으로 분류하고, 그룹 내 시설물에 대해서는 동일한 설치기준이 제시되어 있다. 지자체는 필요에 따라서 지자체 조례로 시설물의 종류를 세분하거나 설치기준의 2분의 1의 범위(±50%) 안에서 이를 강화 또는 완화할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 최근 건축물의 종류가 다양해지고 기능이 혼재되어 같은 그룹에 속하더라도 시설물에 따라 주차장설치기준을 세분화할 필요가 있으나, 대부분 지자체의 경우 체계적이고 일관된 기준 없이 주차장법에서 제시된 시설분류기준에 강화된 획일적인 설치기준을 조례에 적용하고 있다. 특히, 산업단지 내 위치한 대규모 첨단제조시설의 경우 공정이 자동화되어 건물규모대비 근무인력이 소수임에도 불구하고 이에 대한 별도의 세부적인 구분없이 기타시설 또는 공장시설로 분류되어 일반 제조공장과 동일한 일괄적 기준을 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장조사를 통해 산업단지 내 공장시설에 대한 기존 주차원단위 산정에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 방안으로 용도 및 규모특성을 고려한 부설주차장 설치기준 개선방안을 제시하였다.

For the last two decades, remanufacturing has drawn attention for its expected economic and environmental benefits and becomes a matter of strategic importance not only for manufacturers, but also for nations, as can be seen in such advanced countries as the US and some other European countries. In light of the experiences of those countries, it is highly recommended that Korean manufacturing companies as well as the government take into consideration the remanufacturing of their products, with a view to making contribution to global society by reducing the carbon-foot-prints of their products. This paper shows that the implications of remanufacturing the laser multi-function peripherals(MFPs) can provide with a good start in discussing and implementing the concept of remanufacturing a variety of different industrial products.

생산성 및 품질혁신을 위하여 Lean 6시그마에 대한 다양한 국외 적용사례는 존재하나, 고도의 하이테크 산업이며 품질을 최우선으로 삼는 항공산업에 적용 및 평가에 대한 국내 연구사례는 거의 전무한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 린 6시그마 기법이나 사상들이 국내 항공산업 프로세스의 생산성 및 품질을 향상시키는데 과연 적합한지 판단하여, 현장적용을 사례로 적용 방법론을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

It is analysed the efficiency of the Korean IT industry using CCR and BCC models of the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) method in this study. In this study, the Korean IT industry is classified into 7 groups which are Displays, Digital Contents, Wireless Communication Devices, Telecommunication Services, Semi-Conducts, Broadcasting Services and Computer Services that the efficiency of each groups is analysed contrastively. And it is considered to find a way to improve the efficiency of inefficient companies using the slack variable analysis. Also the Super DEA is used to find the relative rank among companies that their efficiency is 100% and the change of the Korean IT efficiency is measured by the Time Series Analysis from 2005 to 2007 for 3years as well.
