Job stress weakens physical ability causing the diseases related to working condition, decreases a production level, and increases mistakes and accidents. This study examined the relationship between job stress and human error, and focused on the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error. The study used a quantitative design based on the 450 questionnaires of maintenance personnel in the Air force. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.
포장조건에서 22종의 옥수수교잡종을 과습조건에서 도복관련형질들의 상호관련성을 검정하였는데 좌절중 (1.0 m, 1.5 m)과 좌절부위등을 평가하였고 주요한 도복 저항성 형질인 좌절중, 간직경, 뿌리건물중, 중심고등의 상호 관련성을 함께 평가하였다. 본시험은 포트시험에서 일차 스크린 한 것을 논에 경사지를 만들어 경사지별로 수분함량과 도복저항성을 비교하기 위하여 관수시기(과습조건)를 파종후 20일, 5엽기, 출웅기, 출사기로 구분하였고 관수량은 100 mm/일 씩 5일간 처리하였으며 조사는 수확기에 수행 하였다.
본시험의 결과 출사기에 1.0 m, 1.5 m 높이에서 좌절중과 중심고는 정의 상관을 보였으며 파종후 20일차에 관수처리구에서는1.0m, 1.5m 모두 좌절강도와 간직경이 정의 상관을 나타냈다. 관수처리 5엽기에서는 높이 1.0 m에서 좌절강도와 간직경간의 강한 정의 상관을 나타냈으며 도복관련 형질인 간직경, 뿌리건물중,지상부 중심고, 좌절중, 좌절고등이지만 관수처리시 이들을 가장쉽게 판별 할 수 있는 방법은 5엽기에 관수처리구가 가장 효율적으로 사료된다.

However, that it is attached when it has to pay attention. Whether it is familiar with the various factorses including the member of the cultural area, living this success popular culture, language, and etc. or not. However, while the existing values according to the socialist identity which they have in the process of doing Korean college life and world view underwent a lot of difficulties in strange Korean cultural adaptation, the stress was experienced. In this condition, when the church community sets the mission direction and strategy, the many-sided effort for the stress relaxation according to the cultural adaptation of the Chinese student studying abroads is required. the strategic access about how approaching from the position in which the Social Support for canceling the stress required for the cultural adaptation for Korean Chinese college life is needed is required. It has the values, of the church the world view and existing paradigm so far, it is not easy to propagate the Chinese student studying abroads. The strategic access to the new paradigm which can be managed with the form of ‘the come mission’ in ‘it visits mission’ paradigm which the church and missionary group had been providing is desperately required. Therefore the mission resource in which many churches can distinguish the various obstacle according toes the Chinese student studying abroad mission and which can overcome this has to be communally created.

Plantago asiatica L. (P. asiatica) has been used as one of the popular folk medicines in Asia for human health care practices. Various activities of P. asiatica have been reported, such as anti-oxidant, anti-glycation,anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective activity. Therefore, the potential of P. asiatica to reduce oxidative stress has been studied in several ways for over 20 years, especially at liver and kidney. However no investigation has been reported revealing its protective effect on prostate. Method : Treatment of P. asiatica leaf ethanolic extract (PLE) (1 g/kg body weight (b.w.), 2 g/kg b.w., or 4 g/kg b.w.) were given separately to animals for pretreatment once per day for 7days, and on the seventh day ferric nitrilotriacetate (Fe-NTA; 0.24 mmol Fe/kg b.w.), which is known as an oxidative stress-inducer at prostate, was administrated by i.p to negative control group. At the end of the study period, dissection was carried out for detecting the prostate protective effect of PLE. Result : Fe-NTA-treated animals produced reactive oxygen species (ROS) resulting in depletion of antioxidant biomaker, such as glutathione (GSH), glutathione reductase (GR), and glutathione s-transferase (GST) and increase of lipid peroxidation in prostate. However, PLE pretreatment resulted in an increase in the GSH, GST and GR levels concentration dependent manner and in an significant decrease in the levels of lipid peroxidation. Conclusion : Our data suggest that PLE may be effective in protecting oxidative stress-induced damage of prostate, and PLE may be an chemopreventive agent against Fe-NTA-mediated prostate oxidative damage.
본 연구는 웃음요법이 아동의 스트레스 대처행동 향상을 위해 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여, 서울시 중랑구의 ○○지역아동센터를 이용하는 4학년에서 6학년까지의 아동 19명을 대상으로 웃음요법 프로그램을 진행하였다. 프로그램 참여 아동 중 설문조사에 응답이 가능한 12명에 대해 스트레스 대처행동에 대한 사전․사후 검사를 진행하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 사용한 웃음요법 프로그램이 아동의 스트레스 대처행동에 효과가 있을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 본 연구에 활용한 웃음요법이 스트레스 대처행동을 향상시키는 프로그램이기에, 아동을 지도하는 기관에서 적극 활용한다면, 부적응 행동을 보이거나 의사소통에 어려움을 겪는 아동들의 불안한 마음을 진정시킬 뿐만 아니라 스트레스 해소 및 이에 대한 대처기술을 증진시키고 더불어 자존감 향상에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 알려준다.
This study investigated the adverse effects of sound treatment on physiological processes of the American leafminer, Liriomyza trifolii, during several developmental stages. Larval feeding activity was analyzed by measuring feeding tunnel length. It was significantly suppressed by sound treatment (5,000 Hz, 95 dB). Sound treatment delayed the pupal period at 315 - 5,000 Hz and prevented adult emergence at 1,000 - 5,000 Hz. Female oviposition was also inhibited by the stress sound treatments. However, phototactic adult movement was not affected by sound treatment. Pupae treated with 5,000 Hz showed marked changes in protein pattems analyzed by two dimensional electrophoresis. MALDI-TOF analysis of specific protein spots indicated that trafficking protein particle complex I, triosephosphate isomerase, hypothetical protein TcasGA2_TC013388, polycystin-2, paraneoplastic neuronal antigen MAl, and tropomyosin I (isoform M) were predicted in the control insects and disappeared in the insects treated with sound. By contrast, DOCK9, cytoskeletal keratin II, and F0F1-ATP synthase beta subunit were predicted only in the sound-treated insects. Furthermore, stress sound significantly increased the susceptibility of L. trifolii to insecticides. These results suggest that physiological processes of L. trifolii are altered by sound stress, which may be exploited to develop a novel physical control tactic against L. trifolii.
Plantago asiatica L. (PA), which is widely distributed in Korea, Japan and China, has traditionally been used as a popular folk medicine for the treatment of liver diseases. A variety of activities of PA was reported, that is hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, anti-glycation and anti-oxidant effect. Ferric nitrilotriacetate (Fe-NTA) is a potent nephrotoxic agent and has been reported to induce renal proximal tubular necrosis. In the present study, pretreatment with PA extract (PAE) in Wistar rat followed by Fe-NTA i.p. treatment (13.5 mg Fe/kg body weight) was performed to detect the renal protective effect of PAE. Only Fe-NTA treated group showed increases in the level of serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Cr), and renal tissue malondialdehyde (MDA), product of lipid peroxidation. Moreover, the level of biomarkers indicate the antioxidants status, reduced glutathione (GSH), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) and glutathione reductase (GR) were decreased. However, PAE pre-treated group showed decreases in the levels of serum BUN, serum Cr and renal tissue MDA in concentration dependent manner and increases in the level of GSH, GST and GR. These results are significantly different (p < 0.05) to the other groups. Our data suggest that PAE may be used as an chemopreventive material against Fe-NTA-mediated renal oxidative stress.

This paper reviewed the relationship between superior leadership and job stress responses, and the moderating effect of age in maintenance area of air force. Based on the responses from 450 air force maintenance persons, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that transactional leadership has negative relationship with physiological stress response, charisma has negative relationship with psychological stress, and individual consideration has negative relationship with behavioral stress. In moderating effects, age has negative effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and physiological stress response, and age has positive effect on the relationship between charisma and psychological stress response.
This study analyzed effects of different sound treatments in frequencies and intensities on digestion and immune physiological processes of the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua larvae. Without effect on egg hatch, sound treatments with 100-5,000 ㎐ at 95 ㏈ suppressed feeding behavior and inhibited a digestive enzyme activity. In addition, two dimensional electrophoresis of midgut luminal proteins indicated a marked difference of the sound-treated larvae. In response to 5,000 ㎐ at 95 ㏈, larvae showed a significant decrease in hemocyte nodule formation against fungal challenge along with significant suppression in phospholipase A₂ activity in hemocyte and plasma. With increase of sound frequencies, the treated larvae showed an enhanced susceptibility to insecticides. Such sound frequency effect was significantly modulated with different sound intensities. These results suggest that sound treatment may give adverse stress to physiological processes of S. exigua larvae and may be applied to a nonchemical insect pest control.
본 연구는 염화나트륨과 염화칼슘 처리가 오이(Cucumis sativus L.) 접목묘의 도장억제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 오이 접목 후 염류의 처리 방법, 처리 시기 및 처리 농도를 diniconazole 처리구 및 무처리구와 비교하였다. NaCl을 저면관수나 상토에 혼입하여 처리한 경우 과도한 줄기신장이 억제되는 효과가 있었으며 묘의 충실도 또한 증가되었다. 하지만, 염화나트륨을 두상관수 처리할 경우에는 40mM 이상 농도부터 잎에 피해 증상을 나타낸 반면 도장억제 효과는 거의 없었다. 염화나트륨 처리시기를 접목 7일 후로 할 경우 접목 시에 처리하는 것 보다 도장 억제를 위해 더 높은 농도의 염화나트륨을 필요로 하였다. NaCl 처리 접목모종의 생육을 정식 후 36일에 조사한 결과, 대조구 대비 생체중의 변화는 없었으나 고온기 암꽃 수가 감소하는 경향을 보여 위험 부담이 따랐다. 전체적으로, 염화나트륨이 염화칼슘 처리보다 줄기 신장 억제에 더 효과적이었으며 잎에 나타나는 피해 증상도 적었다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of stress response on safety behavior and to explore moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. 224 workers were asked to respond to the questionnaires that measured various demographic variables, stress response, safety climates and safety behaviors. A hierarchical regression was conducted to identify variables that had significant relationships with safety behavior and to examine moderating effect of safety climate between stress response and safety behavior. Results indicated that the depression response significantly predicted safety behavior. It was found that the safety climate was also a significant predictor for safety behavior. In addition, safety climate had a moderating effect on the relation between depression and anger responses and safety behavior.
본 연구는 스트레스 취약성모델에 근거하여 노인의 스트레스가 자살생각에 미치는 영향의 경로를 검증하기 위해 실행되었다. 독립변수로 노인의 스트레스를, 종속변수로 노인의 자살생각을, 매개변수로 노인의 우울을, 조절변수로 사회적 지지 및 스트레스 대처방안을 설정하고 충청북도에 거주하는 60세 이상 노인 465명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 스트레스, 우울, 자살생각의 수준차이에 유의미한 결과를 나타내었으며, 둘째, 노인의 스트레스가 높을수록 자살가능성 요인이 높아지는 결과를 나타내었다. 셋째, 우울을 매개로 스트레스가 자살생각에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, 스트레스 대처방안이 노인의 스트레스가 노인의 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.
