본 연구는 디지털 게임 규제의 현주소를 짚어보고, 디지털 게임의 자율규제에 대한 실천적인 방안을 마련하기 위한 목적을 갖고 시작되었다. 이를 위해 문헌검토를 통한 사례연구 및 비교연구의 통합적 방식을 시도하였다. 그 결과 실천적 규제방안에 대한 시사점과 효율적인 정책지원에 대한 제언을 도출할 수 있었다. 먼저 실천적 규제방안에 대해, 협의체 형태의 시장 친화적 규제가 이루어져야 한다는 점, 자율기구의 결정에 공적 규제 버금가는 권한이 이양되어야 한다는 점, 자율규제가 보다 포괄적인 기능을 가질 필요가 있다는 점을 들었다. 다음으로 효율적인 정책지원으로는 자율기구의 독립성과 재정적 안정이 확보되어야 한다는 점, 사회적 합의 조정 및 정책 설계-집행-감독이 이루어져야 한다는 점, 실질적이고 구체적인 방식으로 지원이 이루어져야 한다는 점을 논의하였다. 이러한 논의를 통해 본 연구는 디지털 게임의 질적 성장 도모를 꾀하는 데 기여하고자 하였다.

지난 40년간 비디오 게임 산업은 비약적인 발전을 이루었다. 이에 본 연구는 산업조직론을 이론적 분석틀로 이용하여 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 진화를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 시장 구조 및 시장 행위의 역사적 변화를 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 시장구조의 변화와 시장행위의 변화간에 밀접한 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 비디오 게임 산업에 대한 경제학적 분석을 실시하는 후속 연구에 기초가 될 것으로 여겨진다.

본 연구는 불확실성을 고려하여 홍수 취약성 평가를 정량화하기위한 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 현실 세계로부터 얻는 많은 정보들은 불확실성을 가지고 있으므로 본 연구는 우리나라의 공간적 홍수 취약성을 산정하기 위해 Fuzzy TOPSIS기법을 사용하였다. 또한 Fuzzy TOPSIS의 결과를 TOPSIS 및 가중합계법을 적용한 결과와 비교하였다. 그 결과 일부 지역의 취약성 순위가 큰 폭으로 역전되는 현상을 보였다. Spearman 순위 상관분석을 실시한 결과 TOPSIS와 가중합계법의 순위는 높은 일치성을 보였으나 Fuzzy TOPSIS의 순위와는 상당히 일치하지 않은 결과를 나타냈다. 즉, Fuzzy 개념을 반영하여 지역별 취약성을 산정할 경우 우선순위의 변동이 크게 발생할 수 있으므로 본 연구에서 제시한 모형도 하나의 취약성 평가의 방법이 될 수 있다.

It is argued in this article that the crucial aspects of syntactic change in the history of English are derived from the fact assumption that the LCA is applied to lexical items individually in the [CP-VP] clause structure of Old English, yielding various patterns of AUX, V and O placement. In the meantime the LCA is applied directly to the clause structure [CP-TP-vP-VP] of Modern English, thus deriving the fixed word order. With the assumption that Old English AUX and V are base-generated in the same position of VP under the [CP-VP] structure, one of both should move out of VP in order to asymmetically c-command each other due to the LCA requirements, deriving AUX-V order or V-AUX order in the surface subordinate clauses of Old English. After the introduction of TP and vP in Middle English, however, it is argued that AUX and V are base-generated in TP and vP respectively, showing the structure where TP asymmetically c-commands vP. Thus the word order change in the history of English is shown to be derived from the LCA availability.

The purpose of this study is to introduce and evaluate Rodney Stark’s Theories of Rational Choice in Religion. To this end, chapter I identifies some foundational issues related to the historiography of the writing of church history after Ranke, including the work of Max Weber, Ernst Troeltsch, and H. Richard Niebuhr. Chapter II describes the formation of the sociology of religion and surveys Stark’s attempt to combine sociology and church history. Stark emphasizes a sociological approach to church history over traditional approaches involving psychology or doctrinal interpretation. His approach uses sociological elements such as demography, in addition to social, political, and cultural interpretative models. Chapter III delineates Stark’s position with regard to Theories of Rational Choice in Religion. He first defines these theories by arguing that they suggest “people are as rational in making religious choices as in making secular decisions.” He further qualifies this, claiming that “within the limits of their information and understandings, restricted by available options, guided by their preferences and tastes, humans attempt to make rational choice.” In short, people usually attempt to pursue what they perceive to be the best option for achieving their goals in religion. The major content of such Rational Choice theories is that subjects adopt a cost-benefit assessment before adopting a new religious product such as a church or a denomination. These theories do not apply in the case of state churches but to free churches in the context of a religious economy. He defines this economy as “consist[ing] of all the religious activity going on in a society; a ‘market’ of current and potential adherents, a set of one or more organizations seeking to attract or maintain adherents, and the religious culture offered by the organization(s).” Thus, Stark proposes that religion is necessarily pluralistic in such a religious market. Chapter VI of the present study concludes with an emphasis on the a critical evaluation of Stark’s theory and the possibility of applying these doctrines to Korean churches. This paper also emphasizes the urgent necessity of dealing with new sects or churches in Korea.

교원의 업무과다에 따른 문제를 해소하기 위한 정부 및 교육청 차원의 대책 그리고 대책마련을 위한 정책연구들이 최근까지도 이어져 오고 있지만 교원업무 경감을 바라보는데 있어 정부, 교원단체, 학계의 다양한 시각차이가 존재함으로 인해 선행 접근들은 일정한 한계를 노정하고 있다. 본 연구는 교원업무 경감에 대한 이러한 선행 접근들의 한계에 착안하여 정책의 생태적 접근과 전략적 접근 그리고 소통적 접근을 토대로 교원업무 경감의 방향과 과제를 교원업무의 생태적 순환단계별로 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교원업무 경감에 대한 다양한 인식을 분석하고, 업무경감을 위한 새로운 접근 모형으로서 생태적, 전략적, 소통적 접근 모형을 통합적으로 제안하였다. 이러한 모형에 근거하여 교원업무 경감을 위한 정책의 기본방향을 설정하고, 구체적인 방안을 교원업무의 발생, 전달, 처리 단계별로 업무경감 방안 추진의 우선순위를 고려하여 제시하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 생태적, 전략적, 소통적 접근의 모형을 바탕으로 교원업무 경감을 위한 통합적 접근 모형을 대안적 틀로서 제시하고 교원업무 과다로 인한 문제의 해법을 모색하였다.

This study aims to analyse the landscape ecological characteristics of 39 rural villages in Korea and classify them according to their characteristics. After producing a land-use map of rural villages, this study quantified the landscape ecological characteristics of the subject sites as 18 landscape indexes using Fragstats. By applying the landscape index as a variable, selecting 4 factor through principal component analysis and conducting a cluster analysis, it classified them into 3 groups. Rural villages of Korea have their unique types of land-use due to the influence of physical environment such as geography, climate and ecology as well as the social and cultural influence, and the characteristics of land-use can be analysed and classified using the landscape index, the quantified landscape ecological characteristics.

본 연구의 목적은 체육수업에서 학생들이 지각한 능력믿음과 접근-회피 목표 및 지연행동과의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 577명의 남녀 중학생(남학생 229명, 여학생 348명)이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 분석되었다. 구조방정식 모형분석의 결과 증가된 믿음은 숙달접근, 수행접근과 숙달회피목표를, 고정된 믿음은 수행접근, 숙달회피와 수행회피목표에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 숙달접근과 숙달회피 및 수행회피는 지연행동에 직접 영향을 미치는 예측변인이었다. 또한 증가된 믿음은 숙달접근과 숙달회피목표의 매개를 통해서 뿐만 아니라 직접적으로 지연행동에 영향을 미치고, 고정된 믿음은 숙달회피와 수행회피목표를 통해 지연행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다집단 분석의 결과 증가된 믿음이 숙달접근목표에 미치는 영향력은 여학생이 남학생보다 강하게 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 고정된 믿음을 가진 학생들이 회피목표를 지향하여 수업시간에 지연행동을 하지 않도록 적절한 교수전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

최근의 기후변화로 인해 도시지역에서 홍수의 빈도 및 홍수량의 증가로 인한 피해가 증가되고 있는 실정이며, 이에 따라 도시지역에서 홍수피해 저감을 위한 방재계획이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시지역 내 도로 합류부에서의 유입량 및 접근각도에 따른 홍수흐름 특성에 대해 실험하였다. 도로경사 0% 및 내각 °45일 때, 유입량에 따른 홍수흐름 특성에 대해 Type 1.(99.8ℓ/min, 1002.2ℓ/min), Type 2.(102.0ℓ/min, 301.0ℓ/min), Type 3.(51.2ℓ/min, 301.5ℓ/min) 세 가지 경우에 대해 수리실험을 하였다. 수치실험을 통해 도로 합류부에서 변화하는 홍수흐름 특성과 경향을 분석하였다.

본 연구는 온라인 게임이 어떻게 정부 및 기업과 같은 공급자 차원에서 의도적으로 부상하지 않고, 수요자 차원에서 자연발생적으로 부상하였는지를 지식생태계적 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 온라인게임 부상의 요인으로서 첫째, 소비과정을 통해 학습된 리드유저들이 효과적인 사회 환경적 기반들(국내외 기술 교재, 대학, 외부 교육기반, 기업 등)과의 상호작용 속에서 신산업 부상을 이끄는 지식생태계의 참여자로서 참여할 수 있었던 조건, 둘째, 이들 개발인력이 조직화된 제작 경험을 얻을 수 있는 온/오프라인의 창조적 공동체 활동을 통해 창업 조직들로 성장할 수 있었던 조건을 제시한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 신산업 부상이 단절적이고 인위적인 물리적 환경 조건이 아닌 다양한 행위자들 간의 강력한 상호작용이 작동하는 지식생태계가 선행되어야 한다는 정책적 함의를 제공한다.

This paper intends to reveal that Eliot’s life has a good influence on his poems, especially appearing in Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats which was published in 1939. But a version of it was announced by Faber and Faber, as “Mr. Eliot’s Book of Pollicle Dogs and Jellicle Cats as Recited to him by the Man in White Spats,’ in the spring of 1936. Therefore we need to feel out the period from before and between 1936 to 1939, when Eliot suffered fromdomestic problems ashe tried to divorce his wife Vivienne, and Vivienne herself was confined to the mental hospital Northumberland House in 1938. So this paper deals with his personal experiences (or situations and accidents) happening through his unhappy marriage, especially the emotional conflicts between him and his wife Vivienne in Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats.

This paper investigates teaching The Waste Land to both undergraduate and graduate students at Andong National University in Korea from personal and pedagogical perspectives. First of all, the correct translation of the original text into Korean Language is very crucial in the appreciation of T. S. Eliot’s modernist masterpiece. Incorrectly translated words or phrases by several prominent translators are noted and the correct or more appropriate translations are thoroughly indicated. The poem’s theme that immoral sexuality is death is explored mainly by biographical and mythological-archetypal criticism. In addition to the Tarot cards, quite a lot of pictures I took in such places as London, Kew, Starnbergersee, Hofgarten, Lac Léman, Vienna, etc mentioned in The Waste Land are used to enhance the pedagogical effect. Furthermore, my blog entitled “Flowers, Nature, Travel, and Poetry” (http://blog.paran.com/blueskyflowers) in Korean and the cassette tape, video and DVD containing T. S. Eliot’s voice and vision are also strongly recommended for this purpose.

본 논문은 쇼팽의 마주르카 Op. 50/3, c 단조에 대한 “이야기 분석”(narrative analysis)이 다. 이 이야기 분석에서 필자는 두 개의 서로 다른 분석적 패러다임을 통해 작품을 조망하는 데, 아가우(Kofi Agauw)가 기호학적 분석 모델로 제시한 외적인 기호(extroversive semioses)와 내적인 기호(introversive semioses)가 그것이다. 이야기 분석에서 필자는 아가 우의 방법론적 모델을 수용하면서도 해튼(Robert Hatten)의 해석학적인 담론을 추구한다. 해튼의 해석학적인 담론은 여러 계층에 배태되어 나타나는 다양한 토픽들과 구조적인 특징 에 대한 날카로운 통찰이 조화롭게 녹아든 전문가적인 비평을 지향한다. 또한 필자는 이야기 분석에서 타라스티(Eero Tarasti)의 음악의 공간적, 시간적, 행위적 측면에 대한 의미론적인 접근을 통한 음악 표면적 사건에 대한 세밀한 관찰을 작품 조망에 대한 패러다임으로 포함한다. 쇼팽의 마주르카 Op. 50/3, c 단조는 아리아(aria)와 학자적 양식(learned styles), 왈츠 (waltz), 랜들러(Ländler), 판타지아(fantasia)와 같은 다양한 토픽들을 함유하고 있다. 더욱 이 이 작품은 아리아를 모방․대위적인 짜임새에 투영하고, 19세기 농민의 투박한 선율을 유 려한 아리아와 솔기 없이 엮어내는 등, 토픽을 단순히 나열하는 수준에서 벗어나 이들을 새 로운 방식에서 조합하는 대가적인 수월성을 여실히 보여주었다. 또한 작품의 긴 규모와 후반 부의 반음계적인 일탈에도 불구하고 작품의 구조는 강한 조성적 응집성은 물론 동기적으로 밀접한 연관성을 보였다.

This paper intends to reveal that Eliot’s life entered a profound influence upon his earlier poems, especially in the unpublished work, Inventions of the March Hare: Poems 1909-1917, which was edited by Christopher Ricks in 1996. Eliot said that there might be the experience of a child of ten, a small boy peering through sea-water in a rock-pool, and finding a sea-anemone for the first time: the simple experience (not so simple, for an exceptional child, as it looks) might lie dormant in his mind for twenty years, and re-appear transformed in some verse-context charged with great imaginative pressure. This paper deals with the personal experiences of his early years, from his boyhood to the time when he returned for the autumn term of 1911 and enrolled as a graduate student in philosophy; that is, the inhibiting circumstances from Unitarianism, the emotional conflicts between him and his parents from preparing for Harvard University, and from his mother’s opposition to studying abroad in Paris in 1910. In his poetry, Eliot reveals his passion for studying abroad in Paris that he kept in his mind even before graduation from Harvard University, and he also expresses his circumstances through his poems indirectly, something which he would not dare communicate directly to his strict family. For example, in the situation that he already had lost interest in Boston, the streets already seemed so boring and also it seemed the “Mandarins” says the oppressed feelings of his family that had been against the abroad study. He also expresses himself as a clownesque or a marionette, which even can’t make any decision about themselves.
