The purpose of this paper is to summarize research trends and analyze major discussions of previous studies on language policy and planning from a research historical perspective. In order to accomplish this purpose, this paper firstly established a database of related research lists through a complete enumeration survey of research articles by Korean researchers published in Korean academic journals. Then, based on the database, this paper summarized research trends of preceding studies by fields (status, corpus, education, etc.), by topics (language rank/function, orthographic norm, national language education, etc.), by relevant countries/regions (Korea, Asia, Europe, etc.). Finally, dividing the preceding studies into those related to Korea and those related to foreign countries, this paper analyzed major discussions by fields and topics based on representative and recent preceding studies. 'Not only does the aforementioned summary and analysis have research historical significance for preceding studies on language policy and planning, but 'they can also contribute to exploring the tasks and directions of future research.

1. 농촌진흥청 연구과제를 통해 국내 젖소 정액의 수출여건 조사를 제공하고자 우간다 낙농 유전자원 및 인공수정 현황과 수출사례를 통해 국내 젖소 정액의 수출여건 대응 향상 방안을 제시하였다. 2. 우간다의 농업분야는 가용노동력의 70%, GDP의 약 24%를 차지하고 있을 만큼 GDP와 고용측면에 있어 경제의 핵심부문이며 그 중 낙농산업은 축산분야 중 높은 성장률을 보이고 있다. 그러나 동물유전자원과 관련된 전반적인 업무를 총괄하는 국립동물유전자원센터는 수입 유전자원을 정액 형태로 농가에 보급하는 수준에 그치고 있다. 3. 한국은 열악한 기후조건에도 불구하고 세계 3위권의 마리당 일일 우유 생산량을 기록하여 낙농 유전자원의 우수성을 증명하고 있다. 인공수정을 통한 품종 개량 시 유생산 우수 젖소를 효율적으로 확보할 수 있으며, 우간다 농민은 한국 젖소 정액을 활용하여 평균 유량이 어미 소의 2배인 딸소를 생 산하였다. 4. 우간다에 한국 젖소정액 수출은 양국 정부와 여러 관련 기관들의 협조 하에 이루어졌으며 그 과정에서 발생하였던 내용을 토대로 한국 젖소정액의 수출 진입장벽 해소를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

작년 2019년 11월, 세계몽골학회(IAMS)와 사단법인 중앙아시아학회(KACAS)는 우리 나라 국립중앙박물관에서 <세계몽골학회 제3차 아시아학술회의>를 열었다. 학술회의 주제는 ‘몽골의 문화유산－고고학과 문헌자료’였고, 세계 10개 나라의 몽골학 연구자 62인이 주 제발표를 하였다. 그 가운데 몽골정부의 문화정책 담당자 3인이 몽골의 문화유산정책과 몽골학 정책에 대해 소개한 바 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 몽골정부의 문화정책과 몽골학 정책에 대해 언급하고, 세계 각국이 개최한 전시사례를 중심으로 흉노, 튀르크, 위구르, 거란, 몽골제국 등 몽골의 문화자산을 바탕으로 중앙유라시아의 문화정체성을 어떻게 보여주고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다.

우리는 이번 코로나 19 사태를 통해 사회복지정책의 체계 및 구성요 소에 대한 구체적인 논의와 사회적 합의를 이끌어낼 책무가 있다. 보편 적이고 강력한 사회보장정책의 체계 및 구성요소를 재구축 및 재모색 하여 경제충격 뿐만 아니라 실질적인 코로나 19 사태 이후 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 코로나 19에 대응하는 정부 및 지자체의 대응과 특히 긴급재난지원금에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 사회복지정책 및 보장의 역할과 이에 대한 새로운 논의 및 재구축과 관련해 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 긴급재난지원금과 관 련한 많은 쟁점 및 논의 중 특히, 사회복지정책의 체계와 구성요소에 대한 논의 및 재정비를 통해 사회복지 및 보장 정책의 역할기대를 충 족시키기 위한 논의를 해보았다.

현재 중국 중고차시장은 급성장단계에 있다. 시장진입 초기인 2000년대 초반부터 자동차산업시장의 발전 흐름을 타고 성장 움직임을 보였다. 중국 정부는 2004년 ｢자 동차산업발전정책(汽车产业发展政策)｣을 마련하며 중고차시장 발전 의지를 공식적으로 드러냈다. 이어서 로컬기업뿐만 아니라 대형 외자기업에도 중고차판매를 허용하 며 본격적으로 시장 규모를 확대해가고 있다. 중국 중고차시장에 대한 기존의 관망적 관점에서 벗어나 새로운 접근 전략을 모색해야 할 적절한 시기에 당면하였다. 이 에 따라 본 연구에서는 중국 자동차산업 시장의 환경 변화와 관련하여 최근 급성장 하고 있는 중국 중고차시장의 유통 활성화 추세와 특징을 고찰하고 발전을 저해하는 제도적 요인들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 관련 거래 기준 정책이 정비되는 과정에서 발전을 저해해온 문제 요소들이 차츰 해결되고 거대시장으로 성장 할 수 있을 지에 대한 종합적 검토가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 논문은 미국의 대 아프리카 외교정책을 분석하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 미국과 아프리카 관계가 그동안 큰 진전을 보이지 못한 요인들이 무엇인지 살펴보고 있다. 일부 전문가들은 미국과 아프리카의 협력이 포괄적이며 꾸 준히 진전되고 있다고 주장한다. 그러나 이 논문은 미국이 아프리카에 대한 장기적이고 전략적인 정책과 비전이 부재하기 때문에 미국과 아프리카 관계 는 발전하지 못하고 있다는 점을 지적하였다. 9/11테러 이전 미국의 대아프 리카 정책은 인도주의적인 원조와 초국가적 범죄, 테러, 그리고 고질적인 질병 치료 지원 단기적인 협력과 같은 분야에만 국한되었다. 그러나 9/11테 러 이후 미국은 테러의 확산과 안보 위협의 증가를 막고, 지정학적, 경제적 으로 중요한 지역에 대한 통제, 그리고 자원과 시장에 대한 이유로 아프리 카에 대해 적극적으로 개입하기 시작하였고, 그 결과 미국의 아프리카에 대 한 직접 투자의 증가, 아프리카의 정치, 보건, 민주화의 개선 등이 이루어지 고 있다. 현재 미국과 아프리카 관계는 후원자와 고객 사이의 관계에서 동 등한 협력 방식으로 변화하고 있으며 이러한 추세는 지속될 것이다.

The topic of indoor air quality has attracted great interest since urban dwellers spend over 90% of their time indoors, such as public facilities, public transport and homes. In this study, the changes and current status of indoor air quality management and improvement policies for public facilities in Korea were discussed. Furthermore, we investigated the concentration and contamination status of indoor air pollutants based on the indoor air quality guidance and inspection report from 2007-2017 published by the Ministry of Environment, Korea. As a result, we found that while the PM10 concentration in public facilities decreased consistently, there was no clear change in the CO2 concentration. The HCHO concentrations were high in museums, art galleries, and postpartum centers, etc. The child care centers showed a high concentration of TCB. In conclusion, we suggested that it is necessary to focus on target substances according to the type of facility to manage indoor air quality efficiently. Intensive management and monitoring are particularly needed in child care centers to improve the indoor air quality.

As China enters the 21st century, China is strengthening its position as a world power in an international position. However, there are still problems with Three Agricultural(Agricultural, Rural, Farmer) and unbalanced urban and rural villages. China, as one of the largest and most populous nations, values the development of three farms. Strategies such as “The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside” were a policy to solve rural problems, But they were not enough to achieve breakthrough results. In order to achieve more effective results, the Central Committee of THE STATE COUNCIL proposed The Document No.1 of “Opinion on the Implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy” in February 4, 2018 and published “The Rural Revitalization Strategy (2018-2022 )”. The Yanbian region, which is the subject of this study, is the home of Korean-Chinese tribes and the Korean autonomous region. As a minority of Chinese ethnic minorities, the Korean-Chinese has their own unique culture, and Yanbian has distinct regional characteristics. As The Rural Revitalization Strategy was raised, Villages is showing positive change in accordance with policy implementation in Yanbian. This study analyzed the current status of policy implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yanbian area and analyzed the policy contents and performances based on the of Yanbian Daily News. Based on the results of the analysis, I would like to help in suggesting a more rational development direction and building the villages.
