동시대 사회적 변혁에 있어서 디지털 미디어의 역할에 대한 도구적 관점은 정치 적으로 조망되고 있다. 방송미디어의 가치는 평가 절상되었고 시민들이 사적으로 소통하는 미디어는 가치 평가 절하되었다. 그러나 중동사태, 영국폭동, 일본 쓰나미 와 후쿠시마 원전 폭발사전, 한국에서의 시장선거(2011)에서처럼, 소셜미디어는 기 득권 미디어의 대안으로서의 역할을 분명히 하고 있으며 의제설정의 힘을 획득하 고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 미디어가 사람들로 하여금 인식을 공유케 하는 역할을 점 검하고 보수적인 권력이 소셜 미디어와 네트워킹 현상에 대해 대처하는 방식을 검 토하고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 소셜 미디어가 사회적 합리성을 증진시키는 도구로서 의 역할을 수행함에도 불구하고 소수의 엘리트에 의해 과점적으로 지배되어 권력 의 면역시스템 기능을 수행할 수 있다는 점에 우려를 표명하고 있다.

In the early 20th century, as the main founders of the Chinese Communist Party, Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao formed their respective characteristic democratic thoughts on China's political development, which were based on the need to solve the practical problems of China, and combined with their cultural backgrounds, experiences as well as the judgments about China's political situation, in the environment of the changing world and the turbulent politics of China. Today, it is extremely necessary to do the comparative studies on their democratic political thoughts at the important moment of developing socialist democratic politics and promoting democracy within the party.

This study discusses the community of participants in new media-based art of Taeyoon Choi, Wafaa Bilal and Mushon Zer-Aviv in relation to current discourses on social functions of art by Nicolas Bourriaud and Jacques Rancière. Focusing on these artists' participatory projects which aim to provide alternative perspectives on wars between countries, to raise awareness about expanding surveillance systems in city spaces, or to create new public spaces on the web, this paper argues that their works hybridize entertainment culture and political activism to suggest a new model for political art.

본 연구는 대학생들의 일상생활에서의 사회 및 정치에 대한 인식이 대학생들의 정치의식에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 분석하였다는 것이다. 기존연구와의 차이점은 청소년기의 생활환경의 요소들을 중심으로 이러한 것들이 청소년 정치의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 것이다. 본 연구는 2009년 청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 실태자료를 참고하였으며 대학생 1363명을 대상으로 분석한 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 분석방법으로는 SPSS 13.0을 통한 기술통계와 회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 정치에 대한 관심도는 정치의식에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있다. 둘째, 본인과 형제, 자매, 부모, 이웃과의 사회 정치 대화정도는 청소년 정치의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 셋째, 대학생들의 매체 즉, TV, 라디오, 신문, 잡지, 인터넷 등을 통한 사회 및 정치에 대한 접촉정도는 그들의 정치의식과 유의미한 상관관계가 있을 가능성이 있다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 사회 및 정치에 대한 관심 및 담론의 기회를 넓히고, 다양한 매체를 통한 사회 정치의 참여의 경험이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있게 한다. 또한 실생활을 통한 청소년들의 사회 정치의식에 대한 교육의 접근방법에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This investigation was carried out to research on the actual states for bycatch and discards of catches caught by funnel net from December, 2007 to June, 2010. Fishing grounds were Manheung-dong and Ocheon-dong in the coastal waters of Yeosu. The number of the investigation was 21 in Manheung-dong and 7 in Ocheon-dong fishing ground. In Manheung-dong, the species of catches were 26 of fish, 6 of cephalopod and 5 of crustacean. In Ocheon-dong, the species of catches were 25 of fish, 6 of cephalopod and 4 of crustacean. In the two all fishing grounds, the largest amount of species was revealed as gray mullet. Among these catches, the number of non marketable species that were classified and discarded ones, were 9 in Manheung-dong and 7 in Ocheon-dong. Also, among the marketable species which were small entity or too tiny catches to commercialize and not fresh ones were discarded. The proportion that they dominate in the whole catches was 37.1% in the number of catches and 5.4% in the weight of catches in Manheung-dong, and 6.9% in the number of catches and 0.3% in the weight of catches in Ocheon-dong. In case of Manheung-dong, the monthly discarding proportion was the highest with 59.4% in the number of catches in may and 17.6% in the weight of catches in November, and in case of Ocheon-dong, the both of them were the highest in February, with 28.0% in the number of catches and 5.1% in the weight of catches.

As Maud Gonne had been regarded as one of the most important factors in Yeats’s life and literature, this study aims to analyze her images reflected in the poet’s poems which were published in 1910s and 1920s. Maud Gonne is presented as a political icon of that time in Ireland in Yeats’s poems. Unlike his early poems, where Maud Gonne is idealized as a goddess, a heroic figure of unbounded nobility and courage, Yeats presents her as a tragic warrior who devotes herself to political activities for violence and destruction in this period. At the same time, Yeats shows his holding back of approving Gonne’s political role of female warrior. The number of poems related to Maud Gonne also is decreased when Yeats realizes that Maud Gonne devoted herself too much on the political matters.

The fisheries resources by a set net in the coastal waters off Neungpo, Goeje Island from 2003 to 2004 were studied to determine species composition and catch variation. The main fishing period by a set net were from April to December in 2003 and from May to December in 2004. A total weight of 48 species caught through the survey period was 540,688.0kg. Most of them were 44 species of fishes and a few were 4 species of cephalopods. Dominant species was Trachurus japonicus accounting to 57.5% in total catch. Sub-dominant species were Trichiurus lepturus(12.9%), Engraulis japonicus(10.6%), Scomber japonicus(6.9%), Clupea pallasii(4.5%), Todarodes pacificus(2.8%) and Parapristipoma trilineaturm(1.3%). The remnant species showed a low catch, indicating the catch had less than 1% in total, respectively. T. japonicus and T. lepturus were caught throughout the survey period, but C. pallasii, Gadus macrocephalus, Oncorhynchus keta in low temperature season and Thunnus obesus in high temperature season. The fishing ground temperature was 11.7-24.0℃ in range and the catch by a set net was higher in autumn than in spring and in summer with the variation of fishing ground temperature. The annual catch by a set net was much higher in 2004 than in 2003 due to high temperature(〉17℃) and the recruitment of T. japonicus from offshore seas. Therefore we concluded that the catch of Neungpo fishing ground by a set net was highly related to the variation of T. japonicus catch with fishing ground temperature.

Lady Gregory is best known as a central figure of the Irish Literary Movement and the founder of the Abbey Theatre along with W. B. Yeats, John Millington Synge, George Moore, and Sean O’Casey. Her secondary contribution to the Irish Literature must be that she had discovered Yeat’s genius when nobody paid serious attention and supported him with every possible environments so that Yeats could cultivate and exert his genius without wasting his genius in other tribial matters. It is a wonder that Lady Gregory herself was a playwright and she had produced 35 plays in her lifetime. As is generally known to the public, her genius was overshadowed by a far greater poet and playwrights Yeats. Of course, she had no idea and desire to be a playwright, but her writing was initiated by collaborating with Yeats. In “The Rising of the Moon”, ‘Man’ persuades the sergeant who were originally to seize the Man to be helping his escape through reminding the days when all the Irish people were under Granuille’s leadership. At last the sergeant even betrays fellow policeman X and B and become co-criminal by strongly ordering them to go away from him. The “Man” who might be a wandering poet consistently reminds the sergeant of the good old days when all Irish people were single-minded holding the same ideal-to be perfectly free from British rule. In “The Shadow of the Glen”, Nora leaves home following a stranger, Tramp. Literally, she was expelled by her husband, Dan but, frankly speaking, she actively leaves home for a new and better life. Here Dan represents an old and stubborn British rule while “to search for a new life following Tramp represents a new Ireland, a free and hopeful Ireland.” Nora has the same name with Nora in Henrick Ibsen’s “Doll’s House”. Like Nora of “Doll’s House”, Nora in “In the Shadow of Glen”, ventures her life for the sake of an independent, free, and hopeful life. In “Cathleen Ni Hoolihan”, Michael is rushes out of the house to join the French to fight against the British army following the voice calling outside. Peter, Bridget, Patrick & Delia could not hear the old woman’s voice while Michael clearly hears her & bolts out as if led by ghost not hearing Delia's appeal to wait for their marriage. In Michael’s eye, the old woman looked like a queen and Michael followed her as if the Queen’s people follow the queen quite naturally. Lady Gregory has been often referred to as ‘a queen’ in that she had a strong leadership like a queen and she had a special power to make people succumb to her will.In Gregory’s plays it is often represented that she consciously stirs patriotism in people’s mind. And especially in three of her plays, “The Rising of the Moon”, “In the Shadow of the Glen”, and “Cathleen Ni Hoolihan”, it is so transparent that Lady Gregory intentionally drives the reader to wake their patriotism up and continue to fight against British rule by helping the man to escape, by giving Nora courage to follow Tramp, and by making Michael to join the French following the voice of an old woman leaving his bride-to-be Delia. In most cases, It seems to be nothing but patriotism that drives Gregory to write plays. In this sense, Gregory could be labelled as an political or an activist writer.

The pound net fishery is very important one in Korean coastal fishery and it need to grasp the characteristics of the net affected by many factors. It is considered that the structure and the shape of the pound net can be changed by the direction and speed of current, wave height, depth and conditions of sea bed. However, most of all, the speed of current and wave height influence more upon the pound net than any other factors to deform and flutter. In this study, author carried out the experiments with a model of double one-side pound net made by the similarity law as 1:100 scales at a real experimental area, and additionally the model net experiments were conducted in the circulating water channel in Pukyong National University. The author analyzed the data of transformation of shape and tension of the model pound net to recognize the characteristics of the current and wave acting on it. Regardless of the direction of flow affecting on the fish court net or bag net, the deformed angle and depth to the side panel and bottom of box nets becomes bigger as the wave gets higher and the period of wave is faster. The tension in both upward or downward tends to be changed by the speed of wave. Those value of changes occurred similarly in either fish court net or bag net. Generally, when bag net is located at upward of flow, the value of tension was bigger 10% than any other location or nets. Regardless of the setting direction, the tension of the pound net is increased in proportion to flow speed, wave height and period of wave, and it becomes bigger about 15-30% at upward to flow than downward. Where the flow is upward in the court net, the tension in the wave increased to 37% compared to the one in the flow only in the condition of flow of 0.1-0.3m/s. Where the flow is upward in the bag net, the tension in the wave increased to 52% in the flow of 0.1m/s, and the tension increased to 48% in the flow of 0.2-0.3m/s.

안창호에 대한 연구는 과거 자료의 한계 등으로 인해 교육자, 조직 운동가, 준비론자 등의 단면적인 접근이 주류를 이루었다. 그러나 다량의 해외소장자료의 국내입수 및 자료에 대한 해석으로 인해 일제 식민지하 독립운동의 지도급 인사로 어떠한 사상을 견지하고 활동을 벌였는지에 대하여 총체적인 분석을 하는 상황으로 연구경향이 발전되었다. 안창호의 대표적인 활동은 국내외에서의 정치 조직결성과 운용, 임시정부를 통한 독립운동으로 볼 수 있으며, 민족내적으로는 지속적인 조직활동을 통해 단결을 도모했고, 대일전선에서는 비타협적인 독립운동을 펼쳐나갔다. 이런 의미에서 광의의 ‘政治’ 를 차용하여 안창호의 정치가로서의 면모와 정치관의 분석을 통하여 그 성격을 규명하는 일은 의미 있는 일이라고 본다. 안창호의 사상 형성의 특징 중에 하나는 자신이 기존에 가졌던 견해를 일거에 버리지 않고 기존의 것을 기반으로 새로이 체득한 내용을 반영하고 보완하는 유연한 모습을 보였다는 점이다. 따라서 상황, 장소, 대상에 따라 발언의 수위와 내용도 다소 차이를 보이기도 한다. 그러나 그의 발언과 행동을 전체적으로 평가해 보면 굴절을 보이기보 다는 오히려 일관된 면을 발견할 수 있다. 이 글에서는, 과연 안창호는 어떠한 사상을 견지하면서 정치활동을 해 나갔는지, 또 현재의 안창호에 대한 평가는 정확하게 이루어지고 있는지를 짚어보고 향후 그에 대한 보다 정확한 평가가 이루어지기를 기대하면서 나름대로의 견해를 제시해 보고자 한다.

In the period of nationalism, W. B. Yeats's works address the loss of nation and resolute fights for independence and remembrance of the fighters killed in the struggles. Freudian ideas of mourning and melancholy and moral masochism and Jacques Rancière's ideas of colonial 'policy' or 'police order' and postcolonial 'politics' can provide effective tools to understand characteristics of the post-colonial works by Yeats. By putting side by side Freud and Rancière, we can produce a combination of mourning-colonial police-order vs. melancholy-post-colonial politics. The colonial police-order induces the colonized Ego to forget the loss of nation and move on to other objects, for example, money, through mourning. Melancholic post-colonial fighters derail the workings of mourning espoused by the colonial policy or police order. Melancholy and moral masochism of the colonized Ego are the driving forces of post-colonial struggles. Melancholy of the colonized Ego and sadism of the Super-Egoic demand of independence and moral masochism of the colonized Ego can explicate the bloody and 'erotic' relationships between the colonized Ego and the womanized ideal of nation, which have been interpreted as 'fatal mistress,' 'eroticized politics' and 'vampirism' by many Yeats critics. But melancholy and moral masochism drove the colonized Ego to fall into a fatal love relation with the female symbol of nation demanding unconditional sacrifice of the colonized Ego, which renders 'eroticized politics' and 'vampirism' noticeable.

정치성 구획어업 개발예정지의 해양환경특성을 조사하기 위하여 2001년 8월과 11월 2회에 걸쳐 해양관측이 실시되었다. 관측결과 수온은 마산만에 비해 진동 내 외만 및 서부해역이 8월에는 2℃, 11월에는 약 0.7℃ 정도 놀게 나타났다. 염분은 진동만 서부 해역의 표층 염분농도가 가장 낮았고 진동만과 마산만으로 갈수록 점점 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 마산만 부근해역이 상대적으로 저온 고염을 나타내며, 진동만 서부해역과 진동 내 외만은 고온 저염으로 나타났다. 부유물질의 농도를 살펴보면, 8월의 경우 진동 내만에서 부유물질의 농도가 15mg/L 이상으로 높았다. 11월에는 진동 내만에서 외만으로 갈수록 농도가 마산만의 경우는 내해에서 외해로 갈수록 낮아지는 역 현상을 보였다. 화학적 산소요구량(COD)의 농도는 만산만에서 7mg/L로 가장 높게 나타났다.
