전 세계적으로 통신사업자들의 IPTV와 같은 방송 시장 진출은 유무선 대체 추세로 인해 가입자 및 통화량 감소, 가입자당 매출감소, 케이블 사업자의 초고속 인터넷 시장 및 전통적인 음성통신 서비스 진입 가속화 등으로 촉발된 위협과 관련이 있다. 통신사업자들은 IPTV를 이 같은 상황을 반전시킬 수 있는 기회로 간주하고 있다. IPTV 도입시 진입장벽 및 부정적 요인으로서는 다음과 같은 점을 지적할 수 있다. 첫째, 부처 간,사업자 간 대립과 법령정비의 지연 둘째, 해외에서도 방송과 통신 융합에 성공한 사례 및 사업자가 드물다는 사실 셋째, 한국 방송시장의 공급과잉 상태 넷째, 프로그램 조달 문제 다섯째, Switching Cost와 가격 경쟁력 문제 등을 지적할 수 있겠다. 이러한 난관을 극복하고 IPTV 사업에 성공하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 경영전략이 요청된다. 첫째, 기술 확인 둘째, VOD 사업부터 시작하는 방안 셋째, 미국유형과 같이 위성 방송 SkyLife와의 연계 전략을 추진하는 방안 넷째, 일본의 사례와 같이 지상파방송사와의 연대 및 제휴 전략을 검토할 수 있다. 다섯째, 월드컵 특수를 비롯한 스포츠이벤트와 연계 및 교육시장을 Killer application으로 채택할 수 있다. 여섯째, 오픈 악세스 정책과 망사업자로 주력 하는 방안을 검토할 수 있다. KT가 전체 채널을 운영할 것이 아니라 KT는 일부 채널이나 3분의 1 정도만 채널을 운영하고 다수의 채널 운영권은 복수 사업자에게 할당하는 방안이다. 일곱째, KT의 자발적 양보조치가 기대된다. 미국에서는 M&A 가 실현되면 공정경쟁을 우려한 라이벌 사업자의 반발을 무마하기 위해 사업자가 스스로 공정경쟁 조건을 제시하거나 자발적 양보조치를 선언하기도 한다. KT도 타 사업자의 반발을 무마할 수 있는 방안을 찾아야 한다. 여덟째, 번들링 서비스로 요금 경쟁력을 확보해야 한다. 아홉째, 통신사업자의 방송사업 진입의 성공여부는 주가 문제와 깊숙이 관련되어 있다. IPTV는 신규 미디어 서비스임을 고려하여 방송매체에 상당하는 엄격한 규제를 실시하기 보다는 규제완화의 측면에서 접근하는 것이 바람직하다. IPTV를 현행 케이블 TV 수준으로 규제를 강화할 것이 아니라 선진국 추세를 감안하여 케이블 TV를 IPTV 수준으로 규제를 완화하면 공정경쟁 질서가 부여될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 한국 방송시장은 3대 지상파 방송사, 대형 케이블 MSO, KT 및 SKT와 같은 통신사업자 등 3대 축을 중심으로 합종연횡과 치열한 방송시장 쟁탈 각축전이 벌어질 것이다. 이들 사업자간의 전략적 제휴와 효율적 연대가 사업자 및 서비스의 성공을 담보하는 지름길이다. 즉 미디어 사업자간 경쟁과 협력 구도를 여하히 수립하느냐가 IPTV의 주요한 정책이며 전략이 될 것이다.

우리나라 상품의 대외경쟁력은 대체적으로 국내 물류비에서 결정된다. 이 좁은 국토(거리상으로)에서 왜 그리도 많은 내륙 물류비를 부담해야 하는 지 많은 이들이 의아해 한다. 제대로 갖추어져 있지 못한 국가차원의 사회간접자본(SOC) 시설, 승용차 중심의 도로운송시스템도 문제지만 제품공장과 수출입관문인 항만.공항간의 연결점에 있는 물류거점시설들이 활성화돼 있지 않다는 것이 요인으로 지적되고 있다. 민간업자 차원에서는 국토 요소요소에 물류센타를 세워놓고 고객들의 화물에 대한 일괄 물류서비스를 제공하려고 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 이곳에서는 보관, 재고관리, 유통가공, 보세운송, 수배송, 물류대행, 물류컨설팅 등 종합(통합) 물류서비스들이 이루어진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류센터의 실태를 조사하여 수요에 따른 물류센터의 공급능력을 평가하면서 물류의 일괄서비스 측면에서의 효율성을 점검해 보고져 한다. 또한 향후 이 분야에 있는 연구나 조사 필요성이 있는 과제가 무엇인지를 검토하여 단계별 연구과제를 정의하여 체계적인 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 그 믿걸음이 되고져 한다.

Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.

Recently, Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) has been commonly recognized as one of the supply chain application that delivers clear value to the sectors of electic & electronic components. VMI is a process in which a supplier generates orders for its distributor based on demand information sent by the distributor. VMI is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories(work in process, safety stock) and reduced costs. This study focused on improvement of safety level inventory efficiency by VMI. The results indicated that VMI allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

The purpose of this study is to examine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and ergonomic risk factors for workers of printing business. A self-reporting survey and task analysis using video camera were performed to identify ergonomic risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders. We used the OWAS, RULA, and REBA methods to quantify the risk factors, and the results show that the printing business have high risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

이 논문에서는 최근 기업정보보고의 표준형식으로 부상하고 있는 XBRL을 소개하기로 한다.XBRL은 미국을 비롯한 유럽, 호주, 일본 등에서일찍부터 활발한 논의가 진행되어 왔으며 기술적으로도 상당한 진전이 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라에서는 Kosdaq시장이 시범적으로 XBRL을 이용한 기업정보를 제공하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze errors of business English letters composed by Korean secretaries. A total of eighteen business English letters of positive style were used for error evaluation conducted by eleven native English speakers in business. In the error analysis, major error types were identified as the following; the noun phrase errors, i.e., articles, misuse of possessives, the verb phrase errors, i.e., prepositions, auxiliary, and the adjective and adverb errors. Another types of critical errors were related to the inappropriate expressions and minor errors of mechanics. The error patterns of business English letters of Korean secretaries were identified by eleven English business specialists. This research also suggests the important guidelines for Korean secretaries to write concise and accurate English business letters for efficient business communication. It is recommended to choose appropriate and precise terms and expressions for business letter writing.

We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in production. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for reducing production rate in production management.
