한국 주변 해역에서 수온과 살오징어 유생 분포와의 관계를 파악하기 위해 서해 중부(2013년 8월), 동중국해 북부(2013년 8월), 동해 남부연안(2013년 6월, 11월, 2014년 4월, 5월, 6월, 8월, 9월) 등 3개 해역에서 유생 채집과 CTD 조사를 하였다. 유생 채집은 망구 직경 60 cm, 망목 333 ㎛의 Bongo net를 조사선 속도 2-3 knot에 맞춰 저층 부근에서 표층까지 경사채집(oblique tow) 하였다. 서해 중부에서는 오징어 유생이 발견되지 않았으며, 동중국해 북부에서는 외투장 1.0 ㎜의 1 개체가 발견되었다. 동해에서는 총 39 개체의 유생이 발견되었으며, 외투장 범위는 1.9-13.5 mm이다. 2013년 8월 서해 중부의 표층 수온은 약 30℃인 반면 30 m 이하에서는 10℃ 이하로 낮게 나타나 살오징어 유생의 생존에 적합한 수온(15-24℃)의 공간적 분포가 좁았다. 동중국해 북부의 표층 수온은 31℃에 이르는 고온이며, 50 m 이하 수심에서도 20℃ 이상의 수온이 분포하여 비교적 깊은 수심에 유생이 분포하는 것으로 추정되었다. 동해 남부 연안에서는 관측기간 동안 유생의 생존에 적합한 수온이 75 m보다 얕았다.

교류형 플라즈마 디스플레이에서 기입기간 중 방전지연시간을 단축시키기 위하여 공통전극에 추가펄스 인가 하였을 때의 플라즈마 방전이 시뮬레이션 되고 기입 광파형이 측정되었다. AC PDP의 초기화 기간 동안 셀 내부에는 벽전하가 쌓이고 그것들은 기입 기간에 주사와 기입펄스에 의해 기입방전을 트리거링 시키기 위하여 이용되어진다. 그러나 종래에는 공통전극에는 DC 바이어스 전압에 의해 음의 전하는 기입방전에 이용되지 못하므로 방전지연시간 의 단축은 한계가 있다. 만약 주사와 기입전극의 전하뿐만 아니라 공통전극의 음의 전하를 이용한다면 방전지연시간 은 단축될 것이고 이를 확인하기 위하여 기입기간 동안 3 전극에 펄스가 모두 인가될 때, 진공 자외선을 발생시키는 Xe 3P2 의 에너지 상태가 시뮬레이션 되었다. 또한 종래의 구동방법과 공통 전극에 추가 펄스를 인가한 경우에 기입 방전의 광파형의 단축을 각각 측정되었다.

In this study, we investigated the effects of EGR rate and engine load on the emission characteristics in a 4-cylinder common rail direct injection diesel engine fueled with canola oil biodiesel (BD) blended fuel. The biodiesel blend fuel, BD20 (20 vol.% biodiesel and 80 vol.% ULSD blend) was used at an engine speed of 1,500rpm. The experimental results showed that with the increasing of EGR rate, the combustion pressure and rate of heat release (ROHR) of three test fuels were decreased, and the ignition delay was extended, the carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM) emissions increased slightly, but the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission decreased clearly. On the other hand, with the increasing of engine load, the combustion pressure and ROHR were increased, and the CO and PM emissions decreased. However, the NOx emission was increased due to the rise of the combustion temperature.

Most of the stars in the Galaxy are in binary systems. Binaries should be possible as the hosting stars of planets. Searching for planetary companions to binaries, especially evolved close binary stars, can provide insight into the formation and the ultimate fate of circumbinary planets and shed light on the late evolution of binary stars. In order to do this, we have chosen some post common envelope binaries including sdB-type eclipsing binaries and detached WD+dM eclipsing binaries as our targets and monitored them for several years. In this paper, we will present some of our new observations and results for three targets, NSVS 07826147, NSVS14256825 and RR Cae.

The common-envelope process is a complicated phase in binary evolution. A lot of effort has been dedicated to study the common-envelope stage, but many questions related to this process are yet to be answered. If one member of the binary survives the common-envelope phase, the binary will emerge as a white dwarf accompanied by a low-mass main sequence star in close orbit, often referred as a post common-envelope binary (PCEB). SDSS J0745+2631 is among the list of newly found PCEBs from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). This star is proposed to be a strong eclipsing system candidate due to the ellipsoidal modulation in its light curve. In this work, we aim to conrm the eclipsing nature of SDSS J0745+2631 and to determine the stellar and orbital parameters using the software Binary Maker 3.0 (BM3.0). We detected the primary eclipse in the light curve of SDSS J0745+2631 in our follow-up observation from January 2014 using the ULTRASPEC instrument at the Thai National Observatory. The data obtained on 7th and 8th January 2014 in g filter show an evident drop in brightness during the eclipse of the white dwarf, but this eclipse is less prominent in the data taken on the next night using a clear filter. According to our preliminary model, we find that SDSS J0745+2631 hosts a rather hot white dwarf with an eective temperature of 11500K. The companion star is a red dwarf star with a temperature of 3800K and radius of 0.3100 R⊙. The red dwarf star almost fills its Roche lobe, causing a large ellipsoidal modulation. The mass ratio of the binary given by the Binary Maker 3.0 (BM3.0) model is M2/M1 = 0.33.

CESL은 EU 역내 계약법을 개정하지 않고 개별회원국이 채택하는 경 우 특별법의 지위를 점할 수 있도록 성안되었다. 이에 CESL은 국제상사 계약에 있어 계약당사자의 합의에 따라 자발적으로 적용된다. CESL상 계약당사자의 의무 및 불이행에 관한 규정체계는 구체적이고도 광범위하 다. 주요 내용은 의사표시하자, 계약의 현저한 불균형 내지 불공정성, 표 준약관 삽입과 관련한 법적 유효성, 소유권 또는 담보권의 이전에 대한 법률효과, 계약의 유효성, 서비스 계약 및 디지털 콘텐츠와 관련한 계약 등이다. 이 경우 CESL은 서식의 교전에 관한 규정을 보유하여 보다 포 괄적이고 응집된 규칙을 보유하고 있는 특징이 있다. CESL은 독립적으로 그리고 당해 목적과 일반원칙에 따라 해석되어져 야 하고, 나아가 CESL의 범위 내에 있지만 명시적으로 규정하고 있지 않는 사안에 대하여도 그 처지는 마찬가지다. CESL의 적용에 대하여는 해석, 합리성, 불요식, 개별적으로 협상되지 않는 계약내용, 계약의 해제, 혼합목적의 계약, 통지, 기간의 계산, 일방적인 진술 또는 행동 등이다. CESL은 계약체결 전 일방이 계약내용에 기한 정보를 제공하지 않을 경우 신의 및 공정거래 위반에 해당되는 것으로 취급하고 있다. 나아가 원거리 계약의 경우 전자적 방법의 계약체결을 용인하고 있고 계약체결 전 또는 체결 시 정보를 제공하는 일방은 계약내용의 구속력 확보를 위 해 그리고 특정장소에서 당해 의무를 준수하기 위한 정보가 정확히 전달 되었음을 확인할 수 있도록 합리적 주의의무를 부과하고 있다. 만약 당 해 의무위반에 기하여 부정하거나 잘못된 정보가 제공된 경우 타방은 특 단의 구제권을 행사할 수 있다. CESL은 당사자의 합의, 합의에 기한 법적 구속력, 충분한 계약의 내 용과 확실성 등을 계약체결의 요건으로 두고 있다. 또한 의사표시의 하 자에 기하여 착오ㆍ사기ㆍ강박ㆍ부당한 착취에 대해 계약을 취소할 수 있는 권리를 보장하고 있으며, 취소통지, 취소효과, 추인, 손해배상금, 구 제수단의 배제 또는 제안과 구제수단의 선택 등을 이에 추보하고 있다. 나아가 계약내용의 해석기준으로서 계약내용 해석의 원칙, 계약내용 및 그 효력, 불공정한 계약내용 등으로 구분하여 다루고 있는 특징이 있다.

To develop an effective and efficient measurement system for tracking changes of functional status across two measures, it is essential to integrate information and communicate scores across two measures. The lack of communication between two measures leads to score incompatibility. A potential solution would be the development of a crosswalk table between those measures. Prior to creating a crosswalk table, selecting common items between two measures is critical. By using the Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire (Oswestry) and a short form measuring disability resulting from low back pain, item level statistics as well as differential item functioning (DIF) using the Rasch measurement were investigated. Eighty-two participants with known group validity were recruited. Based on the application of the Rasch measurement model, item difficulties across the two measures were logically and hierarchically ordered. Ceiling effects for both measures were detected, which were not be able to be effectively measured with the two measures. The DIF analysis across the two measures confirmed that five paired items were found to have DIF and five common items were selected for common items. Although five paired items function differently across the Oswestry and the short form, all items of both measures were well targeted study participants. The common items selected by the Rasch measurement model may be effective when creating a crosswalk table between the Oswestry and the short form.

This study describes the effects of canola oil biodiesel (BD) blended fuel on the combustion performance and emission characteristics in a 4-cylinder common-rail direct injection diesel engine. In this study, with the increasing of engine loads, the biodiesel blend fuels(100 vol.% ULSD and 0 vol.% biodiesel blend, BD0; 80 vol.% ULSD and 20 vol.% biodiesel blend, BD20; 0 vol.% ULSD and 100 vol.% biodiesel blend, BD100; ULSD: ultra low sulfur diesel) were used at an engine speed of 1,500rpm. The experimental results showed that with the increasing of biodiesel blend rate, the combustion pressure decreased slightly at engine load of 20~60Nm. However, the rate of heat release (ROHR) increased clearly and ignition delay time was shortened. With the increasing of biodiesel blend rate, the carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM) emissions were more decreased at all of the engine loads.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of fuel combustion enhancing apparatus(FCEA) for ionization of intaking air into cylinder combustion chamber on the combustion performance and emissions characteristics in a 4-cylinder common-rail direct injection diesel engine. The experiments were applied to the engine at an engine speed of 1,500rpm under 20Nm, 40Nm, 60Nm and 80Nm conditions. The test results were compared to each other with or without the FCEA. In the case of the FCEA, the combustion pressure, peak combustion pressure and rate of heat release were increased slightly and the brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) was decreased slightly when compared to that without the FCEA under all loads at an engine speed of 1,500rpm. However, in the case of the FCEA, the nitrogen oxide(NOx) were increased slightly, the carbon monoxide(CO) and particulate matter(PM) were decreased slightly when compared to that without the FCEA under all loads at an engine speed of 1,500rpm.

본 연구는 OO학교에서 담당자에 의해 의뢰된 청소년 성폭력 가해자 대상으로 성폭력통념 수용도, 성태도, 성지식의 변화를 위한 집단상담 프로그램의 효과성에 관한 연구이다. 프로그램 진행은 2***년 **월부터 **월까지 주 1회씩 총 8회에 걸쳐 약 120분씩 OO학교 집단 상담실에서 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 객관적인 평가와 주관적인 평가를 하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단을 설정하여 프로그램 실시전ㆍ후에 성폭력통념 수용도, 성태도 및 성지식 검사지를 실시 한 후 t-test를 실시하였다. 또한 주관적인 평가로서 연구자와 관찰자 중심기법을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 집단상담 프로그램이 청소년 성폭력 가해자의 성폭력통념 수용도와 성태도 및 성지식의 변화에 효과가 있었다. 또한 프로그램 실시 구성단계에 따라 하위영역의 깊이에 변화를 주었다. 이것은 여러가지 급변하는 어려운 한계 속에 실천현장에서 집단상담 프로그램의 활용가능성을 제시하는 데에 의의와 큰 성과가 있다고 하겠다.

The current study analyzed the home range size of the Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) by observation using the natural markings in the suburban area of Busan from December 2009 to May 2010. In all, 26 individual kestrels were observed in the study area, of which 14 individual kestrels were frequently observed (more than five times) and 12 were observed less frequently (less than five times). Mean home range sizes of the 14 frequently observed kestrels were estimated using two different methods (minimum convex polygon (MCP) method and fixed kernel (FK) method): 34.49 ㏊(2.74–163.96 ㏊) by 100% MCP, 41.35 ㏊(3.54– 99.02 ㏊) by the 95% FK, 14.33 ㏊(0.20-31.57 ㏊) by the 75% FK and 5.75 ㏊(0.52–14.74 ㏊) by the 50% FK. The mean home range size was larger for males than for females estimated at 51.50 ㏊(15.04–163.96 ㏊) and 11.80㏊(2.74–24.48 ㏊), respectively, by the 100 % MCP method and 8.02 ㏊(2.38–14.74 ㏊) and 2.72 ㏊ (0.52–4.28 ㏊), respectively, by the 50 % Fixed Kernel method. The home range sizes by sexes in breeding pairs differed during the wintering and breeding seasons; the sizes decreased among females but increased among males during the breeding season. Such differences of home range sizes between sexes could be attributed to parental role division during the breeding season. Females stay in the nest or next to it during laying, incubating, and feeding activities, and males go far away from their nest sites to forage areas for their fledglings for most of the breeding period.

본 증례는 복강경 담낭절제술 후 10년이 경과되어 발생한 총담관 결석의 예로, 결석 내 포함된 외과용 클립이 담관결석의 원인이 되었을 것으로 추정된다. 내시경으로 제거한 총 담관결석 내에 외과용 클립이 발견되어 수술시 사용한 외과용 클립이 총담관 내로 이동하여 총담관 내 결석의 핵으로 작용했을 가능성을 뒷받침한다. 담낭 절제술 후 발생한 우상 복부 통증으로 내원한 환자에서 외과용 클립에 의한 총담관 결석은 진단에 있어 고려해야 할 부분으로 생각된다. 진단은 단순복부촬영에서 우상복부에 금속성 물질이 관찰된다면 의심할 수 있겠으나, 내시경적 담췌관조영술에서 총담관 내에 음영결손과 결석 내부에 금속성 물질이 관찰될 때 가능하다. 치료는 일반적인 총담관 결석의 치료와 동일하며, 내시경을 이용한 유두괄약근 절개술 후 바스켓 및 풍선 카테터를 이용한 결석 제거가 유용하다.

The common octopus, which has a high growth rate and high market price, is a prime candidate for commercial marine aquaculture operations. We evaluated the effectiveness of two types of shelters (pipe and tire types) for juvenile common octopus growing out in flow-through seawater tanks. Growth rates were evaluated in two experiments. The first experiment (Experiment 1) ran for 72 days, and the second (Experiment 2; replicated) ran for 46 days. Each trial included 40 octopuses fed a diet of frozen sardine (Sardinops melanostictus) and swimming crab (Portunustri tuberculatus) at 3–8% of body weight once every 3 days. In the two experiments, the respective specific growth rates were 0.3 and 0.04%/day in pipe-type shelters and 0.00 and 0.88%/day in tire-type shelters, while the respective percentage survivals were 80 and 80% in pipe-type shelters and 70 and 90% in tire-type shelters. Shelter type had little influence on the growth rate (P < 0.05).

하이그로마이신(hygromycin) 저항성 형질전환 동진 벼의 환경위해성 평가 기초자료를 위해 형질전환 벼와 일반 재배 동진 벼에 발생하는 곤충상을 2013년 7월부터 9월까지 조사하고 군집특성을 분석하였다. 형질전환 벼는 경상대학교 LMO(Living genetically Modified Organism) 격리포장 내에서 재배되었고, 일반 재배 동진 벼는 사천시 두량면과 진주시 대곡면에서 재배되었다. 조사기간 동안 LMO 격리포장에서는 총 7목 31과 65종 5,362개체가 채집되었고, 일반재배 벼를 재배하는 두량 1 포장은 총 5목 23과 44종 8,325개체, 두량 2 포장은 총 7목 16과 27종 4,027개체, 대곡 포장에서는 총 9목 30과 54종 4,785개체가 채집되었다. 총 조사된 곤충 종 수와 목 별 개체수의 비율은 딱정벌레목이 각각 29.3%와 88.6%로 가장 높았고, 애넓적물땡땡이(Enochrus simulans (Sharp))는 모든 포장에서 우점종이었다. 포충망을 이용한 쓸어잡기 방법으로 채집된 곤충은 29종으로 유아등 트랩으로 채집된 94종보다 낮았으나, 포장 별 구성종의 개체수 비율은 다양하였다. 전체 곤충 종 군집분석 결과 모든 포장에서 종 다양도가 낮고, 특정 종이 우점하는 등 농생태계 단일 경작지의 특성을 보였다. LMO 격리포장과 동진 벼 3개 포장간 유사도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 실험결과 형질전환 벼와 비변형 벼에서 향후 환경위해성 평가를 위한 곤충상 조사는 유아등과 포충망 조사를 동시에 이용하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구는 인공광 이용형 common ice plant 식물공장 설계를 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 수행되었다. 인공광 이용형 식물공장에서 작물의 광합성을 위해 필요한 광도는 120~200μmol·m−2·s−1, 탄소 고정률은 0.84nmolCO2·cm−2·s−1 이었다. 1주의 점유 면적 0.0225m2(15×15cm), 광도 200μmol·m−2·s−1, 하루 1,000주 생산을 가정할 경우, 식재 주수는 25,000주, 563m2의 재배면적이 필요하며, 전체 광도는 140,625μmol·s−1가 필요하게 된다. 하루 전력 약 153.2kW 기준으로 약 2,785개의 55W 형광등이 필요하며, 1개월 전기요금은 246만원(농업용 전력(을))이 된다. 또한 조명 설비 비용 2,785만원, 설비 비용 8,356만원과 전체 생산 비용 10,027만원이 소요된다. 재배기간 25일(325일 생산), 상품화율 80%에 따른 1주 당 생산 비용은 인건비 포함하여 약 370원이 된다. 경비 총합, 감가 상각비와 연간 판매수입을 고려해볼 때, 1주당 판매 비 용은 970원 이상으로 판단되었다.

본 논문의 연구주제인 자유주의적 공동체주의자인 마이클 샌델의 자기이해 사상과 존 스타인벡의 팀쉘에 대한 재해석을 통한 자유의지 사상의 접점을 찾는 연구 혹은 관련 연구는 예가 많지 않다. 본 논문의 목적은 샌델의 자기이해 사상과 스타인벡의 자유의지 사상의 접점과 샌델의 자유주의적 공동체이론에 비추어 '에덴의 동쪽'에 드러나는 공동체의 필요성을 고찰하는 것이다. 스타인 벡과 샌델의 사상 사이의 접점으로 그들은 모두 개인의 선택의 중요성과 진정한 공동체의 필요성을 강조한다. 스타인벡은 샌델이 진정한 공동체라고 주장하는 ‘구성적 공동체’를 전제한다면 어느 누구라도 자유의지를 통해서 자기이해를 실현할 수 있음을 보여준다.
