본 연구는 중학생들의 심리적 특성과, 관계특성, 수업만족 등 관련 요인들이 학교생활적응과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있는지 분석함으로써 중학생들의 학교생활적응 제고를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울특별시교육연구정보원에서 수집한 2013년의 서울교육종단연구(SELS)자료 가운데 2013년 중학교 1학년에 재학 중인 중학생들의 자료를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였으며, 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 자기통제력 등 심리적 특성이 긍정적일수록, 교우, 교사, 학교와의 관계가 우호적일수록, 수업에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 학교생활적응 수준도 높았다. 둘째, 교우, 교사, 학교와의 관계는 수업만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인들이었으며, 이러한 관계요인은 학교생활적응에 직접효과를 보일 뿐만 아니라 심리적 특성과 학교생활적응 간 관계에서 매개효과를 나타냈다. 그리고 개인적 특성들은 수업만족에는 직접 효과를 나타냈으나 학교생활적응에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 중학생들의 심리적 특성과 관계 특성, 수업만족 요인들 가운데 학교생활적응에 대한 상대적 영향력의 크기는 관계 특성요인, 수업만족 요인, 심리적 특성 요인의 순서로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 선행연구 결과들과 함께 논의하였으며, 학교생활 적응을 제고하기 위한 방안에 관하여 논의하였다.

Korean Oriental medicine has unequal access to some linguistic resources that it shares with biomedicine under the dual medical system despite their comparable legal positions. At the societal level, their asymmetric linguistic hegemonies are encapsulated in, and perpetuated by the Medical Law of Korea (e.g., Ch. 1, Article 2), which consistently marks the former with han- ‘Korean’, while unmarking the latter. However, there has been little empirical research that examines the unmarking norms in unfolding discourse. Noting the paucity, the present study investigates whether or not the societal marking norms persist at a situational level, particularly in unfolding Oriental medical interactions, and if so, in what forms. To do so, it qualitatively analyzes a data set of 15-hour-long naturally-occurring consultations between Oriental doctors and their patients. It evidences the consistency of the unmarking norms at the situational level and demonstrates that the first-mention references point to biomedical entities even within an Oriental interaction despite the absence of any linguistic markings that favor biomedicine. Thus, potentially ambiguous unmarked first-mentions such as uysa (sensayngnim) 'doctor,' pyengwen 'hospital/clinic,' yak 'drug,' and uyhak 'medical science' are macrolinguistically disambiguated. Consequently, they discursively materialize the macrolinguistic hegemony that biomedicine holds under the dual medical authority. The very fact that such one-way intertextual references pervade even unfolding Oriental discourse with little confusion and resistance is symbolic of biomedical dominance and power asymmetry between the two medicines.

본 연구는 12개월 미만 첫 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 경험을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫 자녀가 12개월 미만인 어머니 1인을 연구참여자로 하여 참여관찰, 면담, 연구자의 반성적 저널, 연구참여자의 육아일기 등을 통해 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 연구자는 12개월 미만의 첫 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 경험을 크게 세가지로 범주화하였으며, 첫째,「새 생명과 함께 하는 첫 걸음」은「자녀의 성장이 주는 경이로움」,「최고의 것을 주는 행복」,「우리 가정에 찾아온 보물」로 범주화하였다. 둘째,「힘겹지만 함께 걸어갈 길」은「아가, 너는 나의 전부」,「때로는 힘겨운 시간들」,「나란히 함께 걷고픈 사람」,「이제는 긴 담을 허물 시간」으로 범주화하였고, 셋째,「모두의 행복을 위한 새로운 걸음」은「미래를 위한 또 다른 시작」,「일 선택의 조건」,「마음 단단히 먹기」로 범주화하였다.

This Research examines the extent of damage on the waterproofing layer in the first floor underground parking lot affected by fire through various waterproofing quality testing. According to the result of the research, although the first floor surface of the substrate layer was damaged due to high temperature of the fire, the waterproofing layer applied in the substrate was not damaged to the point that its waterproofing performance would be affected.

The first Korean satellite laser ranging (SLR) system, Daedeok SLR station (DAEK station) was developed by Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) in 2012, whose main objectives are space geodesy researches. In consequence, Korea became the 25th country that operates SLR system supplementing the international laser tracking network. The DAEK station is designed to be capable of 2 kHz laser ranging with precision of a few mm both in daytime and nighttime observation of satellites with laser retro-reflector array (LRA) up to the altitude of 25,000 km. In this study, characteristics and specifications of DAEK station are investigated and its data quality is evaluated and compared with International Laser Ranging Service (ILRS) stations in terms of single-shot ranging precision. The analysis results demonstrated that the DAEK station shows good ranging performance to a few mm precision. Currently, the DAEK station is under normal operations at KASI headquarters, however, it will be moved to Sejong city in 2014 to function as a fundamental station for space geodesy researches in combination with other space geodesy systems (GNSS, VLBI, DORIS, etc.).

An exotic parasitic wasp Anisopteromalus apiovorus of Pteromalidae was newly recorded in Korea. Specimens of this species have been collected in Gimhae of Korea since 2012. External morphology of this species was described in detail and diagnostic differences of this species from the related species and the host insect were also given. The funicle segments of female antennae are 1.2 to 1.5 times longer than those of Anisopteromalus calandrae, an sister species. Body color is gold-glossy black and with dense creamy-white hairs on the surface. This exotic species has been originated from the African continent including Democratic Republic of Congo and Cote d'Ivoire, and then intruded into other countries, for instance, Korea. This is the first distribution record of this species except the country of origin after original description as a new species. Although little is known about the life history or ecology of this species, we found that a new host of this small parasitic wasp is Lasioderma serricorne of coleoptera through present study. And this species possibly be a new agent of biological control for economic pests. It was presumed that the invasion of Anisopteromalus apiovorus into Korea was prior to November of 2012.

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has the natural assets resulting in UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, World Heritage Listed and World Geopark Certification, so the principle of 'Conservation First Development Later' has been set up for the vision of environmental policy to preserve these assets. This case study has been carried out to investigate the realization of the principle of 'Conservation First Development Later' for the development projects performed environmental impact assessment from 1994 to 2012 in Jeju Province, using geographic information systems(GIS). The Jeju Province has its own ordinance to consult and operate an environmental impact assessment(EIA) system. In particular, the conservation area, such as, Absolute/Relative Conservation Area and Underground Water, Ecosystem and View Conservation Zone, has been assigned and managed specially to conserve the natural environment. The 179 projects has been performed EIA for last 18 years in Jeju Province, and then the Absolute Conservation Area has been included in 22 projects and the Relative Conservation Area has been included in 34 projects. However, the 2 projects only have included the Absolute Conservation Area for 7 years after 2005. This result suggests that the application of the principle for the Absolute Conservation Area is strengthened gradually. On the other hand, the 17 projects and the 24 projects have included the Underground Water Conservation Zone assigned grade 1 and 2, respectively, and the number has been increasing after 2004. The results show that it needs to strengthen the application of the principle for this Zone. And the Ecosystem Conservation Zone assigned grade 1 and 2 have been included in 1 project and 9 projects, respectively. It is considered from this result that the principle is realized successfully for the Ecosystem Conservation Zone. In addition, it could be known that the principle is applied well for the View Conservation Zone, in this study.

Corythucha marmorata Uhler was newly recorded in Korea as a invasive species at Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea in 2011 and at Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea in 2012. Adults of this species show reticular forewings with a lot of transparent membranes and also show pterigoid process of paranotum with strong processes. This invasive species was originated from North America, and then intruded into Europe and Japan. This species is presumed became an epidemic horticultural pest at present and it is injuring almost of Asteraceae leaves. It was presumed that the invasion of Corythucha marmorata into Korea was prior to September of 2011.

We present the first BVRI CCD photometric observations of V345 Cas made on 22 nights during the observing seasons in 2007-2008. Our light curves, resembling those of EB-type binary stars, are analyzed with the 2003 version of the Wilson- Devinney binary code. The photometric study shows that V345 Cas is a typical semi-detached binary system with the primary star being about ΔT = 2400 K hotter, two times more massive, but only 17% larger than the secondary star being filled with it's Roche-lobe. The orbit has a relatively large inclination of about 88°. A cool spot on the secondary component is modeled to explain a small light curve asymmetry. Absolute dimensions and related radiometric parameters of the eclipsing pair are calculated and their evolutionary states are discussed with the HR diagrams of mass-radius and temperature-luminosity. A period analysis of all available times of minima, including our measurements, indicates that the orbital period may vary in a cyclical way, unfortunately the secondary period for the variation can not be uniquely determined because of lack of present timing data.

복합재료가 신재생 에너지 산업 관련 구조물 및 해양 구조물에서 좀 더 신뢰도 있는 주 하중 부재로 사용되기 위하여 복합재료평판의 확률론적 비선형 초기 파단 하중과 원공과 곡률이 있는 복합재료판의 확률론적 비선형 좌굴 하중이 평가되었다. 주어진 설계 추출점에서의 확정론적 유한요소해석 결과를 바탕으로 반응면기법을 이용하여 한계상태면을 확률변수로 이루어진 2차 다항식으로 근사하였다. 또한, MPFP 근처에서 좀 더 정확하게 한계상태면을 근사하기 위하여 반복적 선형보간법이 적용되었다. 파괴확률을 평가하기 위하여 근사된 한계상태면 상에서 향상된 일계이차모멘트법과 몬테카를로법이 수행되었다. 마지막으로 파단에 영향을 주는 주요한 확률변수를 파악하기 위하여 변환된 확률변수에 대한 신뢰도지수의 감도를 계산하였다.

This study was carried out to compare the characteristics of seed germination and the first stage of growth in Cynanchum wilfordii (Maxim.) by different light conditions such ass fluorescent light, dark and light emitting diode (LED). There was not much difference from the germination rate of C. wilfordii (Maxim.) in different light conditions for 10 days. The highest of germination rate occurred over 91.11 percentage by LED red condition at 26℃. Also mean germination velocity and promptness index were represented the highest results of 2.3 ea/day and 52.67 under red light, respectively. But mean germination time under both LED red and blue light was represented low data that it takes over three days for germinating of seed. Even though handling both LED red and blue lights, the germination uniformity was not constant. These results may help our understanding of variations in germination characteristics for C. wilfordii (Maxim.) seeds treated under different light conditions.

Keeping the intact germinal vesicle (GV) is essential for maintaining the capacity of mammals including human. It is maintained by very complex procedures along with folliculogenesis and is a critical step for getting competent oocyte. So far, a few mechanisms involved in folliculogenesis are known but GV arrest mechanisms are largely unrevealed. Cyclic AMP, a adenosine derived substance, have been used as inhibitor of germinal vesicle breakdown as a putative oocyte maturation inhibitor. In this study, we examined the potency of adenosine as GV maintainer and a possible signaling mediator for that. A1, A2b, and A3 were detected in cumulus cells of cumulus enclosed-oocyte (CEO). Intact of germinal vesicle was not kept like in follicle but the spontaneous maturation was inhibited by exogenous adenosine. It is inhibited with concentration dependent manners. Intracellular calcium level of cumulus was extensively increased after adenosine treatment. Based on these results it is suggested that one of the pathway for GV arrest by adenosine and its receptors is calcium mediated signaling pathway in CEO.
