실파용으로 적정 양액농도를 구명하고자 수경재배용으로 선발한 '금장외대파'와 '토쿄구로파' 품종을 공시하여 담액식으로 하여 시험을 수행하였다. 양액종류 시험을 통해 선발된 야마자키 처방의 싹파 전용 양액(NO3--N 9.0, NH4+-N 3.0, PO43--P 6.0, K+7.0, Ca2+ 2.0, Mg2+ 2.0, and SO42--S 4.4me·L-1)을 이용하여 EC 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4dS·m-1의 4수준으로 처리한 결과 초장, 구당 생체중과 건물중에 있어서 두 품종 모두 EC 1.2, 1.8, 2.4, 0.6dS·m-1 순으로 양호하였다. 최대 생체중을 위한 남장외대파와 '토쿄구로파'의 2차 회귀곡선식은 y=-42.0912+171.79x+11.047 (R2=0.8946, R=0.9458*)와 y=-50.069x2+157.58x+15.414(R2=0.9343, R=0.9692**) 이었고, 이에 따른 적정 양액농도는 각각 1.68dS·m-1과 1.57dS·m-1수준이었다. 따라서 실파 수경재배시 생육 초기에는 양액을 1.2dS·m-1수준의 저농도로 유지하고 정식 후 30일경인 생육 중기 이후에는 1.6~1.7dS·m-1수준의 농도로 유지하는 것이 효율적이라 여겨진다.

실과용으로 적합한 양액종류를 선발하고자 수경재배용으로 선발한 '금장외대파'와 '토쿄구로파'을 공시하여 담액식으로 시험을 수행하였다. 양액종류로 기존 파용 지바농시액, 엽채소용 M식액, 파용 타케가와액, 및 싹파용 야마자키액을 이용하여 시험한 결과, 구당 생체 중 및 건물중에 있어서 두 품종 모두 야마자키액, M식액, 지바농시액, 타케가와액 순으로 양호하였다. 생체중과 건물중 증가, 그리고 양분 흡수율 및 기타 요인을 모두 고려하였을 때 실파 수경재배용으로 가장 적정한 배양액으로 싹파용 야마자키액을 선발하였다.

실파는 생육기간이 짧고 온도 적응성이 높아 주년생산이 가능한 작목으로, 국내에서는 양념채소 및 다양한 쌈 채소류의 일부로 최근부터 수경 재배되고 있으나 실파의 수경재배에 필요한 재배기술이 확립되어 있지 않았다. 따라서 고품질 실파의 안정적인 주년생산을 위한 수경재배에 적합한 실파 품종을 선발하고자 본 시험을 수행하였다. 국내 5품종과 일본 5품종 등 총 10품종을 공시하여 봄부터 겨울까지 작형별로 담액순환방식으로 재배하였다. 발아율과 발아세는 대부분의 품종이 90%이상이었으며 발아속도는 '금장외대파', '구조파' 및 '후유네'가 가장 높았다. 봄 작형에서 외형적 생육은 '토쿄구로'와 '금장외대파'가 가장 우수하였다 여름 작형에서는 '금장외대파', '구조파', '새색시실파' 및 '토쿄구로', 가을 작형에서는 '금장외대파', '구조파' 및 '토쿄구로', 겨울 작형에서는 '금장외대파', '미도리가와', '토쿄구로'가 우수하였다. 종합하면, 연중 작형에 '금장외대파'와 '토쿄구로'가 적합하였고 또한 여름과 가을작형에는 '구조파'도 적합하였다. 내적 품질 측면에서 측정한 봄 작형의 vitamin C 함량은 '아쿠아그린', '미도리가와', '서울백파'가 높았으며, nitrate 함량은 '금장외대파', '후유네' 및 '토쿄구로'가 낮았고, pyruvic acid 함량은 '석창외대파', '금장외대파' 및 '구조파'가 높았다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 '금장외대파'와 '토쿄구로' 및 '구조파' 3품종을 담액순환식 수경재배용 실파 품종으로 선발하였다.

본 연구는 패밀리 레스토랑 맥락에서 패밀리 레스토랑 내 환경에 대한 젊은 남녀의 지각 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 성별 주제에 대한 연구는 소비자 행동 연구에서 기본적인 조절 변수로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 패밀리 레스토랑 업게 에서도 점포환경의 마케팅 믹스 전략으로서 가장 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 자료는 세 개의 패밀리 레스토랑을 방문한 382명의 고객들로부터 수집하였으며, SPSS LISREL 통계프로그램을 사용하였고 가설검증을 위하여 신뢰도분석과 확인요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성이 여성보다 식음료 요인에 대하여 더욱 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이벤트 요인들은 여성보다는 남성이 레스토랑 내 환경을 판단하는데 유용한 기초를 제공하였다. 셋째, 디자인 요인들이 여성보다 남성에서 성별차이를 설명하는데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 요약하면, 본 연구의 결과는 레스토랑 내 환경믹스 전략들은 성별에 따라서 달라져야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 최근 젊은 남성들의 기호는 전통적 패러다임에서 변화하고 있으며, 심미적으로 스타일적이며, 감성적 지향적 문화를 추구한다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 식음료산업 트랜드에 중요한 방안을 제공해준다. 연구의 마지막 부분에, 이론적 기여도, 관리적 시사점, 연구의 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

칼랑코에 단일처리전의 유묘기의 목표는 초장이 짧고 건실하며 분지수가 많은 식물체를 생산하는 것이다. 광과 양분조건은 어린 식물의 생육과 품질에 직접적으로 영향을 준다. 본 연구는 이 시기에 배양액농도와 광강도가 생육과 양분흡수에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여, 2조건의 적산일사량(15.8, 7.9 mol·m-2·d-1, PPF)과 3조건의 배양액농도(EC 0.8, 1.6, 2.4 dS·m-1) 처리를 하였다. 칼랑코에 유묘의 생육조사 결과, 광도가 높을수록 엽면적, 생체중, 건물중이 크게 나타났고 분지가 많이 발생하였다. 이러한 경향은 EC 1.6 dS·m-1 이상에서 현저하였다. 초장은 광강도가 낮을수록 컸다. 배양액의 EC 감소분은 배양액의 농도가 증가함에 따라 커지는 경향을 보였다. 생육 단계의 진전에 따른 양분흡수는 광도와 배양액 농도(EC)가 높을수록 많아지는 경향을 나타냈다. 실험기간 중 NO3-N, P, K, Ca은 대체로 고광도에서 저광도보다 많이 흡수되었다. 칼랑코에 유묘기 재배 시, 적정 엽면적, 생체중, 분지수, 초장을 얻고, 식물체의 적절한 양분흡수를 위해서는 고광도 시 배양액 농도를 EC 1.6 dS·m-1이상으로 관리하는 것이 적절하였고 저광도 시 배양액 농도를 EC 0.8 dS·m-1 관리하는 것이 적절하였다. 본 연구결과에서 광도에 따라 배양액 내의 각 무기양분의 농도를 다르게 관리해야 함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to produce the regression equation from non-exercise of healthy young adults and to develop a maximal oxygen consumption () regression model. This model was based on heart rate non-exercise predictor variables (rest heart rate, maximal heart rate/rest heart rate), as an extra addition to the general regression which can reflect an individual's inherent or acquired cardiorespiratory fitness. The subjects were 101 healthy young adults aged 19 to 35 years. Exercise testing was measured by using a Balke protocol for treadmill and indirect calorimetry. The prediction equation was analyzed by using stepwise multiple regression procedures. The mean of was (meanSD). The greatest variable correlated to was %fat. The predictor variable used in the non-exercise included %fat, gender, habitual physical activity and . The non-exercise estimation was as follows: ()=55.58-.41(%fat)+.59(physical activity rating)-2.69()-5.36 (male=0, female=1); (R=.85, SEE=3.64, R2=.72: including heart rate variable); ()=48.47-.41(%fat)+.45(physical activity rating)-5.12 (male=0, female=1); (R=.84, SEE=3.74, R2=.70: with the exception of heart rate variable). As an added heart rate variable, there was only a 2% coefficient of determination improved. Therefore, these results demonstrated that heart rate variable correlation with a non-exercise regression model was very low. In conclusion, for healthy young korean adults, those variables that can affect non-exercise estimation turned out to be only % fat, gender, and physical activity. We suggest that further research of predictor variables for non-exercise is necessary for different patient groups who cannot perform maximal exercise or submaximal exercise.

For him, the Great Soul was a wellspring of imaginative art, a means by which Nature herself became intelligible. In this study, Yeats's theory of the World Soul, addressing occult, metaphysical, and literary antecedents of his belief, especially the way of his building of concept of "Anima Mundi" in his early life and experiences are surveyed. Yeats has a very keen interest in mysterious strange things in his early life, and he meets many influential friends who could help him build his theory of the World Soul in Dublin and London.

This article explores Yeats's “A Man Young and Old”. This series poems described conflict between a man and a woman. According to Yeats's theory of the art, people are in a perpetual conflict of opposites. Opposition determines the cycle pattern of life and ensures recursive waves of love and hate as men and women struggle toward personal collective Unity of Being. Such conflict evokes differences between person and daimon, and also between men and women. These parallel conditions suggest an analogy: man relates to his daimon as to a woman. Later, Yeats conceives the daimon not only as a woman bur as a gendered being in her own right. Gender provides a crucial key to Yeats's art, because gender is imprinted upon all temporal and spiritual reality. It is employed not only as a subject in his poetry, but as the means of fleshing out his philosophy and clothing his personal experience in a universal and comprehensible metaphor. Gender determines the way Yeats's views reality. In “A Man Young and Old”, Yeats describes a type of personality that is consummately objective-primary-solar-masculine according to his vision of archetypal phases. Although that personality is consistent throughout the sequence, there are stages of experience and insight that shift from youth through maturity to old age, as the title signifies. This research examines the L2 output of young Korean ESL learners with respect to early child English grammar. From the comparison of the frequency of clause elements between L1 and L2 clause elements with respect to semantic theta roles, both language data showed that the ""agent-action-object"" structure was most prevalent. The dominant clause structures of Korean ESL language data were the SVO and the SVA structure. The frequencies of the V, the VO, and the SV structure in EFL language data were higher than those of Korean ESL utterances. The syntactic development of the Korean ESL language data was formed around the SVO and the SOA structure, whereas the EFL language data did not reveal any specific order of the development. Much more English language input should be provided to the students in natural ways for their acquisition and we should take into consideration the language difficulty and the natural development of English clause structure at the same time when developing EFL textbooks.

Furthermore, many more people suffer from poverty and the feeling of alienation. The resulting sense of mutual distrust, accentuated by the feeling of comparative deprivation, and the generation gap has led to a state of conflict and confrontation. Thjs state is marked by a tendency towards globalization which is ruled by the logic of power and economics. This in tum has brought about the opposing trend towards regional bloc based on cultural homogeneity. The current general state of affairs calls for a leader capable of providing the necessary leadership to solve the global crisis and confusion and mediate conflicts and reestablish order The current world leadership is lacking in piety and moderation which led them to fa Jl as slaves towards power and materialism. They display clear signs of moral f1aws as they foster distrust among the people, making them move about in confusion amidst the insecure and uneasy world. What enables the leader to overcome self-love and see things in an objective way, gives him the ability to control himself, work for the kingdom of God, seek after the spirit of love and unity and overcome all obstacles is the leadership deriving from mission spirit. Historically, young Christians have taken a leading role in this matter. In particular, during the eighteenth century which is marked by confusion, fear and conflicts, young Christians such as Wesley and Whitfield had attempted to solve the many social, political, and economical problems through the practice of spiritual and religious movements such as spiritual revival movements and student mission movements. The reason they were successful was because the young Christians were visionaries armed with open-mindedness and adaptability. The young Christian mission leadership burns with a sense of altruistic purpose and they are filled with a vision, constantly examines themselves and praying for guidance in order to stay true to God’s purpose. As long as they accentuate the vision received from God, grow into leaders deserving of trust and responsibility, maintain the healthY and balanced development of body and spirit, train in the di scipleship, and add hurnility to these, then, they can acquire σue leadership qualities as light and salt to the world. The leadership crisis of the world can be overcome by young Christian mission leadership characterized by its oneness, unity and harrnony, mutual love, efforts to reduce division and conflict, trust and responsibility. The cause of leadership void in the wor1d is selfcenteredness that inhibits efforts to overcome oneself. There can be no alternative world leadership save by following the teachings of Jesus who died for others and taught others to do likewise. Through such leadership, we can overcome unreasonable and conflicting state of affairs and work towards changing the world ruled not by the will of people but where God’s righteousness flows like a river.
