        목적 : Wolf Motor Function Test는 상지와 손기능 검사를 위해서 개발된 도구이며 국외에서는 이미 타당도와 신뢰도 연구가 이루어져 널리 쓰이고 있고 이러한 WMFT를 한글화하여 그 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증함으로써 상지 및 손기능 장애의 평가와 재활의 기초선을 마련코자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 대상은 뇌졸중 발병 6개월 이상된 성인 편마비 환자로 평균 연령 54.45세의 남자 12명, 여자8명을 대상으로 검사를 실시했으며 이들은 기능성 정신질환이나 기질성 정신질환이 없는 환자이며 오른쪽 마비12명, 왼쪽 마비 8명으로 모든 환자의 우세손은 우측이었다. 본 검사를 위해 1명의 작업치료사와 1명의 재활의학과 전문의에 의해 번역 작업이 완성 되었으며 3년 이상의 임상 경험을 가진 1명의 작업치료사에 의해 밝고 조용한 평가실에서 20명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 타당도 검증을 위해 이미 신뢰성 및 타당도가 입증된 Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)를 이용하였으며 WMFT를 이용해 수행시간과 기능 점수를 평가하였다. 결과 : 한글판 WMFT의 타당도를 평가하기 위하여 FMA와 비교한 결과 수행시간의 Pearson 상관계수는 -0.80, 기능적 점수와의 상관계수는 0.94로 둘 다 유의한 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.001). 한글판 WMFT의 Cronbach’s alpha 계수는 수행시간에서 0.92, 기능적 점수에서 0.96으로 높은 내적 일치도를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 한글판 WMFT의 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증되어 국내 뇌졸중 환자의 재활치료의 효과를 알아 볼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 재활치료의 효과 측정과 더불어 상지와 손기능 장애의 평가에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 거라고 생각된다.

        This study for preparation of aluminum nitride (AlN) with high purity was carried out by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method in two different systems, Al-N and Al-N-AlN, with the change of nitrogen gas pressure and dilution factor. On the occasion of Al-N system, unreacted aluminum was detected in the product in spite of high nitrogen pressure, 10 MPa, This may be caused by obstructing nitrogen gas flow to inner part of molten and agglomerate of aluminum, formed in pre-heating zone. In Al-N-AlN system, AlN with a purity of 95% or ever can be prepared in the condition of f 0.5, PN2 1 MPa, and the purity can be elevated to 98% over in the condition of f = 0.7 and PN2 = 10 MPa

        Ni-diamond composite powders with nickel layer of round-top type on the surface of synthetic diamond (140/170 mesh) were prepared by the electroless plating method (EN) with semi-batch reactor. The effects of nickel concentration, feeding rates of reductant, temperature, reaction time and stirring speeds on the weight percentage and morphology of deposited Ni, mean particle size and specific surface area of the composite powders were investigated by Atomic Adsortion Spectrometer, SEM-EDX, PSA and BET. It was found that nucleated Ni-P islands, acted as catalytic sites for further deposition and grown into these relatively thick layers with nodule-type on the surface of diamond by a lateral growth mechanism. The weight percentage of Ni in the composite powder increased with reaction time, feeding rate of reductant and temperature, but decreased with stirring speed. The weight percentage of Ni in Ni-diamond composite powder was 55% at 150 min., 200 rpm and 7 .

        To examine the utilization of the soluble proteoglucan in oats as a nutraceutical ingredient, soluble components were extracted from Oat Bran Concentrate (OBC) by varying the experiment factors such as temperature (4060oC), ethyl alcohol concentration (0~20%), and pH (5~9), and then analyzed for their compositions and viscosity. The total yield of oat soluble extracts ranged between 6.4~17.9 and the contents of β-glucan, protein, lipid, and ash in oat extracts were 21.4~38.3%, 23.2~29.0%, 8.3~11.8%, and 5.9~7.9%, respectively. The extraction yield increased with the extraction temperature, but decreased with the alcohol concentration and pH. The β-glucan and protein contents increased with increasing temperature and decreasing ethanol concentration. However, the pH level did not influenced those contents. The viscosity of 2% oat extract solution ranged between 8.6~83.1 cp at different share rates, showing the pseudo-plastic flow properties. Results suggested that extraction condition could be controlled the purity of β-glucan and protein and applied commercially to the large-scale process.

        Liquid-phase methanol synthesis via methyl formate using coal-derived syngas was carried out in a bench-scale(diameter 173 mm and dispersion height 1200 mm) slurry bubble column reactor(SBCR) Under the condition of 180˚. 61 atm, 30 L/min, H2/CO=2 and a slurry mixture of 2 kg of copper chromite and 0.5 kg of KOCH3 suspended in 14 L of methanol, the per pass conversions of syngas is 6 %, maximum concentration of methyl formate 3.088 mol% and maximum synthesis, rate of methanol 0.8 gmole/kg · hr. It is a significant evidence that copper chromite powder as heterogeneous catalyst didn't active for the hydrogenolysis of methyl formate to methanol, resulting copper chromite powder was not efficiently suspended in a slurry mixture. To enhance the hydrogenolysis of methyl formate in liquid-phase methanol synthesis process, the designed SBCR have need to use the higher specific gravity solvent and/or decrease the catalyst particle size.
