        본 연구는 고등학교 시기의 진로활동이 진로성숙도와 대학 소속감을 매 개로 대학생의 중도탈락 의도에 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 분석하고자 하 였다. 경기교육종단연구(GEPS) 9차년도(2020)와 10차년도(2021) 조사자료 를 활용하여 2021년 현재 대학교 1학년인 총 1,935명을 연구대상으로 상 관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 부트스트래핑을 활용한 매개효과 검증 을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 종합하면, 첫째, 고등학교 시기에 경험했던 진 로진학 활동 도움도는 진로성숙도에는 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 중 도탈락 의도에는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 다만 진로진 학 활동 도움도는 대학의 소속감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 고등학교 시기에 형성된 진로성숙도는 대학 소속감에 통계적으로 유 의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 있고, 대학 소속감은 중도탈락 의도에 통계적 으로 유의미한 부적 영향력을 보였으나, 진로성숙도가 직접적으로 대학에 서의 중도탈락 의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 대학 소속감은 진로성숙도와 대학 중도탈락 의도 간 관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 대학 소속감을 향상하고, 중도탈락 의도를 줄이는 방안에 대한 정책 제언과 본 연구의 제한점을 바탕으로 한 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

        본 연구는 행정직원의 역량 수준을 진단할 수 있는 도구를 개발하고, A대학 행정직원을 대상으로 이를 적용하여 행정역량 수준과 변인별 집 단 간 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석, 전문가 자문, FGI 분석결과를 근거로 진단도구를 개발하였고, A대학 행 정직원(총 123명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 타당도, 신뢰도를 검 증하였다. 그리고 기술통계분석, T검정, 분산분석 등을 시행하여 행정직 원의 역량 수준 및 집단 간 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 행정직 원의 역량이 기본역량, 행정역량, BEST역량으로 타당하게 구분되는 것 을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, BEST역량이 기본역량, 행정역량보다 높은 평균값을 보였고, 하위역량에서는 직업윤리, 전문가의식, 리더십의 인식수준이 높게 도출되었다. 셋째, 집단 간 비교에서는 A대학 여자 직원들은 전문가 의식, 의사소통, 업무 처리능력에서 남자 직원보다 자신들의 역량 수준이 더 낮다고 인식하고 있었고, 기본역량의 전문가 의식, 의사소통, 고등교육 이해 역량 모두 20 대의 역량 수준 인식이 가장 낮았고, 40대가 가장 높은 인식 수준을 보 였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학 행정직원의 역량 강화방안과 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

        The ecosystem provides a diverse array of environmental conditions for organisms, and only those that are capable of successfully adapting to these conditions within their habitats can endure, thrive, and proliferate. Further, the environmental conditions within these habitats can significantly affect the bioavailability of chemicals that are introduced therein, thus resulting in varied adverse impacts on the organisms. The present study aims to evaluate the sensitivity of Yuukianura szeptyckii - a species adapted to riparian - to heavy metals following ISO guideline 11276, with the objective of assessing its potential as an indicator species for ecotoxicological evaluations in riparian habitats. The findings revealed that cadmium and copper both had significant toxic effects depending on their concentrations. For cadmium, the LC50 was 280 mg kg-1, EC50 was 66 mg kg-1, and NOEC and LOEC were 25 and 50 mg kg-1, respectively. For copper, the LC50 was 911 mg kg-1, EC50 was 151 mg kg-1, and LOEC was 50 mg kg-1. Comparative analysis with previous results for the international standard species Folsomia candida and the domestic standard species Allonychiurus kimi indicated that Y. szeptyckii exhibited even greater sensitivity to toxicity values. The adverse effects on survival and reproduction were closely associated with the influx concentration of heavy metals in their bodies. Altogether, the results suggest that Y. szeptyckii is a sensitive species for ecotoxicological assessments in riparian habitats, thus making it suitable as an indicator species, particularly in riparian ecosystems that are characterized by relatively high humidity conditions.

        외부하중을 받는 구조물로부터 계측된 신호의 파워 스펙트럴 밀도함수는 모달 파라미터(고유진동수, 감쇠비)에 대한 상당량 의 정보를 함축하고 있다. 시스템 식별기술은 이러한 신호나 해당 스펙트럼으로부터 모달 파라미터를 추출하는 기법이라고 볼 수 있 다. 파라미터를 추출하는 또 다른 기법으로는 샘플링(신호)을 이용하여한 확률분포의 모수(평균, 분산)를 추정하는 기법이다. 본 연구 에서는 파워 스펙트럼 밀도함수를 확률분포로 치환함으로써 기존 확률통계분야에서 모수를 추출하는 기법(최대우도법)에 의해 모달 파라미터를 추정하는 기법을 제안한다. 모드형상을 추정하는 기법을 개발하고 모드형상에 의해 분해된 모드응답으로부터 고유진동수, 고유감쇠비를 순차적으로 산정하는 기법을 제시한다. 더 나아가, 외부하중이 스펙트럼 해석모델로 치환 가능한 경우에는 이 하중모델 은 통합하여 모델 파라미터까지 산정하는 기법으로 확대한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 기법을 검증하기 위한 수치해석과 실구조물의 응답 에 대한 적용이 이루어졌으며, 검증결과 제안된 모드식별체계가 안정적이며, 신뢰도가 높은 모달파라미터 추정이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

        The objective of this study was to produce a nutrient delivery system (NDS) using sialic acid extracted from edible bird’s nest (EBN), which improves brain function in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, by affinity bead technology (ABT). The inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and pyramidal cells in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus were analyzed to investigate the effect of a sialic acid NDS on Alzheimer’s disease. Also, the effect of a sialic acid NDS on Parkinson’s disease was evaluated by rota-rod test and pole test in an animal model. Among the groups treated with donepezil, EBN, and sialic acid NDS, the AChE activity was the lowest in the sialic acid NDS-treated group. The results of the hippocampus analysis of the rat model confirmed that the sialic acid NDS inhibited amyloid-beta accumulation depending upon the concentration. Also, the sialic acid NDS group showed more improvement in motor deterioration than the1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)- induced group in both the rota-rod test and pole test. Therefore, the sialic acid NDS had an effect of protecting not only Alzheimer’s disease by inhibiting AChE and amyloid-beta accumulation, but Parkinson’s disease by preventing neurotoxicity induced by MPTP.

        The purpose of this study was to improve the nutrition and the permeability of functional plants by using cryogenic grinding technology. Barley sprouts, Curcuma longa L., Dendropanax morbifera LEV., Phellinus linteus were dried, ground and extracted in different temperature conditions. Powder size of barley sprouts and Curcuma longa L. were about 50 μm and Dendropanax morbifera LEV. and Phellinus linteus were about 20 μm. Cryogenic ground of Barley sprouts preserved 18.27-124.65% of nutrients such as protein, ash, carbohydrate, beta carotene, minerals, vitamins. Cryogenic grinding powder of Curcuma longa L. show high nutrients retention rate of lipid and carbohydrate. Permeability was measured by Parallel Artificial Membrane Permeability Assay (PAMPA) to predict passive gastrointestinal absorption. Permeability of saponarin, which is marker compound of Barley sprouts, is 9.88 times higher in cryogenic grinding powder than ambient grinding powder. Curcumin permability is 3.1 times higher than ambient grinded powder. As a result, particle size, nutrition, protein digestion degree and permeability demonstrated a positive relationship with the decreasing grinding temperature for the powders. These results confirm that the cryogenic grinding method had good suitability to increase functionality of plants, since it could minimize the heat generated while processing and effectively reduce the particle size.

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of malodor and VOCs reduction that could be achieved through the installation of a vapor recovery system (VRS) in a gas station. It was revealed that the reduction efficiencies of malodor by running VRS were about 93% around the oil feeder, 32% in the office and 45% in the site boundary. Specifically, it was remarkable that reduction efficiencies of BTEX over 90% were recorded through VRS operation. In addition, the results of continuous monitoring of THC around the oil feeder device provided good evidence of the inhibition of oil mist diffusion after running VRS.

        The present study investigated the concentration of gaseous odor emitted from paint manufacturing facilities and the cases of improvement for odor emission reduction. It was found that the companies located in odor management district observed the odor emission standard more than the companies located in other local industrial complex. We ascribed the reason to the continuous crackdown by local government and voluntary efforts of each companies. Finally, we described the improvement cases of process for odor emission reduction.

        Odorous pollutants emitted from the manufacturing process of TFT-LCD were investigated to prepare the odor control plan. Odor measurements in the workplace of clean room were also carried out. The odorous pollutants detected in the organic and acid gas emission duct were acetone, acetic acid, IPA, nbutylacetate, PGMEA, cyclohexane, which were chemicals used for LCD manufacturing. Especially, acetic acid was turned out to one of the major odor substances in the acid gas emission duct because of its low odor threshold value. No odorous pollutants were detected in the toxic gas emission duct. Some organic gases detected in the clean room were due to the leakage from chemical containers or LCD devices.

        본 논문은 인간의 감성을 반영한 아이폰 기반의 3차원 미로 게임을 제시한다. 이를 위해서 2차원의 미로이미지를 입력받아서 골격선(skeleton) 추출 기술을 활용하여 이진화 된 최소의 데이터를 얻는다. 이 데이터를 이용하여 OpenGL ES를 활용한 3차원 미로 환경을 구축한다. 또한 인간의 감성에 영향을 미치는 시각·청각 요소들이 반영된 아이템을 배치하여 게임적인 흥미요소들을 추가한다. 시각적 요소에는 미로 텍스처의 색상과 밝기, 청각적 요소에는 OpenAL을 활용한 멀티사운드를 이용한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 3차원 미로 게임은 기존의 2차원 미로 게임들과 달리, 스테이지 별로 시나리오를 구성하였으며 3차원으로 개발함으로써 게임의 현실성을 높일 수 있었다.

        Odorous compounds emitted from the melting process for material recycling of plastic have an effect on the sensory annoyance to the nearby residents. The objective of this study was to investigate emission characteristics of malodor in the domestic plastic recycling plants. The olfactometric results showed that the odor concentration among the surveyed plants were significantly different, depending on the melting temperature and material sources. The higher melting temperature led to the higher odor concentration. In particular, as for a plant where melting temperature was 320℃, the odor concentration exceeded 100,000 dilution ratio. However, as the temperature was reduced, the odor emission decreased gradually. This result indicates that reduction of the melting temperature is effective measure to decrease the emission of odor compounds. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of odorous compounds showed that regulatory odor substances such as sulfur compounds, aldehydes and VOCs were found with high concentration in the exhausted gases. Liquid tar in the exhausted gases makes it difficult to remove odorous compounds with traditional odor control devices. In order to eliminate both odorous compounds and liquid tar effectively, a combustion method is strongly recommended in these plants.

        PASKYULA was formed in September, 1923 through the union of artists involved in two art groups: Kim Ki-Jin, Kim Bok-Jin, Yeon Hak-Nyeon who had previously participated in the ToWolHoi, and Park Young-Hi, Lee Sang-Hwa, An Seok-Ju, former members of the BaeckJo. After its founding, the PASKYULA artists had been searching for the social function of art to reform the harsh reality of Minjung and the nation with criticism toward society as well as art world. Their art theory for MinJung could grow relatively ease in relation to changing social and political conditions in the early 1920s. In August, 1925, PASKYULA organized the Korea Artista Proletaria Federatio with the YeomGunSa, and laid the groundwork for Proletariat art movement which was regularized in the late 1920s. From PASKYULA up to the early state of KAPF, the theory of art advocated by Kim Bok-Jin and An Seok-Ju could be summarized as "art for MinJung". At that time, widely ranging discourses on MinJung, however, was spawned in art theory, because many intellectuals`─`including artists and writers`─`begun to pay more attention to MinJung, who emerged as one of the social forces after the Samil Independent Movement. Sometimes, MinJung was construed as the target of enlightenment from a negative viewpoint. On the other hand, several intellectuals under the influence of individualism asserted that the discussion itself on MinJung exerted an evil influence on art. In contrast of these cases, the PASKYULA artists including Kim Bok-Jin, An Seok-Ju perceived that MinJung had the potential to change society, and regarded them as "a creator of genuine civilization and art". In the PASKYULA artist's writings, the concept of MinJung was often overlapped with the meaning of the Choson nation suffering under colony. Although their concept of MinJung was transformed gradually into the proletariat as they were under the strong influence of socialism, it did not change that they grasped the realities of the whole Choson Peninsula through the proletarian consciousness. In the early state of PASKYULA, the methodology for social function of art was presented in a twofold manner. First of all, Kim Bok-Jin emphasized on the necessity of education to improve MinJung's way of life through art, and it was embodied by the organization of ToWol Art Workshop and public lecture. Also, he championed "the popularization of art", which was one of methods to distribute art to MinJung. According to the PASKYULA artists, art should be not art for art's sake but art for MinJung. That was why they advocated the convergence of art and MinJung's life. Especially Kim Bok-Jin affirmed a link between art and industry because he considered industry the field inextricably linked with MinJung's life. In this context, his idea could be read as the generalization and equalization within the framework of possession. Kim Bok-Jin thought that the social ramifications of capitalism deprived MinJung of their right to enjoy art, and emphasized the artist's social role to return the right to them. That is, the even distribution of art was mainly discussed than the contents of art in the half of 1920s. By 1925, the contents of art itself became an issue in the PASKYULA art theory, and it was based in realism. Kim Bok-Jin and An Seok-Ju insisted that art should be reflection of real life. At that time, realism acquired the representation of MinJung and the nation's realities not realistic style. In fact, the various Western art styles including Futurism, Constructivism, Cubism etc. were exploited in the PASKYULA's visual images. Western art, target of criticism on theory, was selectively adopted in the works which were produced by Kim Bok-Jin and An Seok-Ju. Kim Bok-Jin's MoonYeUnDong cover design was conceived of as the example in which Western art was adopted with it's ideology under the influence of MAVO, while Western art shown in An Seok-Ju's illustrations served as a decorative function in many cases. Especially, An Seok-Ju attempted the various styles of Western art simultaneously, which may be seen as representing that PASKYULA did not have a firm ideology for their style. Also, it can be read as showing his hasty zeal to overcome Western art rapidly. The wish to establish "art for MinJung" as soon as possible was accompanied with the will to jump over the all steps of Western art though it was superficial. This aspiration of PASKYULA was expressed through the mass media, which had the potential for communicating to MinJung. At this point, there was a significant disparity between PASKYULA and another art groups in the first half of 1920s. However, the PASKYULA's method on the basis of the mass media could not but have a certain limitation because of the medium's properties. Nevertheless, PASKYULA?attempts may be considered to be valuable in sense that they expended the boundaries of Korean modern art into the commercial art questioning the matter of the distribution for art.

        Activated carbon fiber (ACF) filters are widely used to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in air cleaning devices. The performance of ACF filters could be enhanced combining adsorption process with photodegradation process. In this study, to investigate this enhancement effect, a duct-type reactor was made and TiO2 was i㎜obilized on a co㎜ercialized ACF filter. Benzene, toluene, and m-xylene (BTX) were chosen as target compounds. Removal experiments for BTX were done under different air velocity and upstream concentration conditions. The range of inlet concentration was 200~1,400 ppb and the air velocities were 0.4, 0.7 and 1.0 m/s. Adsorption by an ACF filter alone showed high removal efficiency of BTX, depending on the BTX species, the upstream concentration, and the air velocity. The combination of TiO2 and ACF filter significantly increased removal of benzene which was less removed than other pollutants by an ACF filter alone. It was found that the combination effect was small in removal test of toluene and m-xylene. Removal efficiency in the tested experimental conditions was decreased in order of toluene > m-xylene > benzene.

        Gene delivery is one of the keen interests in animal industry as well as research on gene functions. Some of the in vivo gene delivery techniques have been successively used in various tissues for the gene therapy and transgenesis. Despite intensive efforts, it still remains to overcome problems of limited local and regional administration and low transgene expression. To improve the efficiency of gene delivery, a new procedure was tested. We injected exogenous DNA containing LacZ into the female or male gonads and then pulsed electric field. Electroporated gonads showed positive X-gal staining in many seminiferous tubules of the porcine fetal gonads. Exogenously introduced LacZ genes were also expressed in female porcine gonad. In addition, we demonstrated efficient gene delivery in gonad of adult mouse. Furthermore, we succeed to generate genetically modified germline cells showing GFP and positive X-gal signals. The results suggest that the newly developed gene delivery is an effective way of in vivo transfection in mammals. The developed gene delivery procedure should be useful in producing transgenic animals when combined with primary cell culture and nuclear transplantation.

        해안생태공원 조성이 추진중인 인천광역시 논현동 일대 염습지의 식물상 및 식생을 1999년 6월부터 2000년 6월까지 조사하였다. 이 지역에는 소래포구의 조간대를 따라 발달한 자연염습지와 함께 조수가 차단된 폐염전이 있다. 이 지역에서 14종의 염생식물이 조사되었는데, 그중 해흥나물이 가장 많이 분포하고 있었으며, 그밖에 퉁퉁마디, 비쑥, 갯개미취 등도 많이 관찰되었다. 폐염전에서 관찰된 염생식물의 종류는 자연염습지에서 조사된 것과 매우 유사하였다. 그

        본 연구는 전산화단층촬영에서 간 질환의 자동 인식으로 질감특징분석(texture feature analysis. TFA) 알고리즘을 제안하고자 하였으며, 간세포암(Hepatocellular carcinoma. HCC)에 대한 컴퓨터보조진단(computer-aided diagnosis.CAD) 시스템을 설계하고, 제안하는 각 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하고자 하였다. HCC 영상에서 분석영역(40×40 픽셀)을 설정하고 각 부분영상에 통계적 특징을 이용한 6가지 TFA 파라메터(평균 밝기, 평균 대조도, 평탄도, 왜곡도, 균일도, 엔트로피)비교하여 간세포암 인식률(recognition rate)을 구하였다. 결과적으로 TFA는 간세포암 인식률을 나타내는 척도로 유의함을 알 수 있었으며 6가지 파라메터에서 균일도가 가장 인식률이 높았으며 평균 대조도, 평탄도, 왜곡도가 비교적 높았고 평균 밝기와 엔트로피는 상대적으로 낮은 인식률을 나타내었다. 이와 관련하여 높은 인식률을 보인 알고리즘(최대 97.14%, 최소 82.86%)을 간세포암 영상의 병변을 판별하여 임상의 조기 진단을 보조하여 치료를시행한다면 진단의 효율성이 높아 질 것으로 판단되었으며, 향후 효율적이고 정량적인 분석을 추가함으로써 질병인식의 일반화에 대한 기준 연구가 필요 할 것으로 사료되었다.
