Nickel powders were synthesized by the hydrazine reduction of nickel chloride solution containing ammonia in DEA solutions. The size distribution of nickel powders were investigated as a function of ammonia concentration, hydrazine concentration and the mixed composition ratio of diethanolammine (DEA) and triethanolammine (TEA). Nickel powders with the size in submicron range were obtained at for 45 minutes by hydrazine reduction of nickel chloride solution in DEA solutions. The hydrazine concentrations showed significant effects on the particle size and shape distribution of nickel powders under molar ratio of 2.0 condition. As the mixed volume ratio of TEA and DEA increased, nickel powders with relatively larger particle size and low agglomeration were obtained. Nickel powders with particle size in the ranged from 0.4 to were obtained at the 50 of TEA.

Fat and sugar reduced yellow layer cake system was developed with varied replacement level of 30%, 60%, and 90% for AD(amylodextrin) and 10%, 30%, and 50% for PD(polydextrose). Physicochemical and sensory characteristics were investigated and optimum replacement level was also decided using response surface methodology. Sample groups of PD10AD30 had significantly the lowest specific gravity and viscosity, indicating the stable batter system with high air incorporation. Sample groups with PD10AD90 showed the highest volume index and were not significantly different from those of the PD10AD30. Sensory results indicated that PD30AD30 were significantly the most springy and moist, and the least hard of all sample groups. Sample groups with PD10AD90 had the least adhesiveness value. To establish the optimum substitution level using RSM, the restriction level was set up as moistness over five point, hardness under five points, and adhesiveness under four points. The optimum substitution level was 20% for PD and 88% for AD.

Early foreign language education in Germany means language learning in primary school. The languages taught there are English or French. At this early age of six years foreign language learning is oriented on the acquisition of the native language. The knowledge of the structure of the foreign language supports the development of the native language and vice versa. Foreign language learning should therefore be comparable to the native language learning, i.e. it should be based on situation, topic, action and experience. Instruction should rely on the natural succession of the learning phases: frequent and intensive listening should precede imitative and dialogical speaking. That is what input-oriented foreign language education does in Germany in early childhood teaching.

This study was carried out to determine the contents of sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in danmooji, jangachi, puffed cereal, mixed beverages, carbonated beverages, fruit and vegertable juices (excepted unheated fruit and vegertable juices) and dried fishery products(seasoned) in the market. Sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate were analyzed by HPLC at the wavelength of 215 nm with 0.05% ammonium phosphate dibasic acetonitril mobil phase(94 : 6), and recovery rates were 96.2-100.3%, 95.8-100.9%, 96.1-99.8%, respectively. The contents of sodium saccharin were N.D.-1234.8 mg/kg in danmoogi, jangachi, puffed cereal and mixed beverages and sodium benzoate in mixed beverages, carbonated beverages, fruit and vegertable juices were N.D.-663.2 mg/kg, and potassium sorbate in danmooji, jangachi and dried fishery products were N.D.-2725.2 mg/kg.
