        In this research, we evaluate on the disassemblability of recycling process for vehicle front door using the symbolic chart method and machine-learning algorithm. It is applied to the front door of 1600cc class vehicle, and then the conventional steel door and CFRP door were compared. Based on the principle symbolic chart method, the number of processes can be different according to decomposer proficiency of suitability of recycling process, so the evaluation method is required to supply this issue. The machine learning algorithm, and artificial intelligence method were applied and the applicable tools for each experiment were used to compensate the variations in the number of processes according to different proficiencies. Because CFRP front door has integrated components compare to steel door, so its disassemblability processes were decreased to 80 from 103 of the conventional steel door’s. It can be confirmed that the disassemblability was increased from the suitability of recycling equation. In case of the steel, disassemblability was approximately 60.6, in case of the CFRP is approximately 72 for car front door. Therefore, it can be concluded that the disassemblability of CFRP was better in the evaluation of suitability of recycling.

        Phthalate is an endocrine disruptor that interferes with homeostasis and developmental regulation. It is highly toxic to the environment and is associated with various diseases of the human body. Using biological samples from 140 adult subjects, to evaluate the influencing factors which are related to contaminant concentration levels, we used correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Lastly, in order to analyze the health effects related to exposure to phthalates, we conducted a risk assessment by estimating acceptable daily intake exposure according to the influential factors. When we compared the concentration level according to influential factors, in general, the subjects who had engaged in home remodeling work had higher urinary phthalate metabolite concentrations levels than the subjects who had not engaged in home remodeling work. We can confirm statistically significant differences in DBP metabolites. In addition, we can confirm the concentration appeared higher in the categories such as using air freshener, sofa and foods. Through conducting a risk assessment of DEHP, BBzP, DiBP, and DnBP by using data on phthalate metabolite concentration in urine, it was found that the average concentration of all metabolites did not exceed TDI.

        1996년도를 기점으로 공정안전관리제도는 화재·폭발 및 독성물질 누출사고를 예방하자는 목적으로 시작되었다. 현재는 정유, 석유화학 등 업종대상 사업장과 유해·위험물질 51종을 규정량 이상 사용하는 사업장 대상으로 나뉘며 총 2,000여개 사업장에 현재 적용중이다. 또한 전국 6군데 주요 화학공장 밀집 지역을 기반으로 중대산업사고예방센터를 운영하는 등 중대산업사고를 예방하기 위한 정부차원의 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 덕분에 관련사고의 감소는 물론 수십명의 사상자를 야기하는 초대형 사고를 예방할 수 있는 기반과 대상 사업장에서 안전관리 체계를 구축 할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 하지만 안타깝게도 매년 10여건의 중대산업사고가 발생하고 있는 점은 간과할 수 없는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행제도를 보다 최신화하기 위한 첫 걸음으로 사고유발 인적요인을 분석해내고 최근 시작되고 있는 증강현실, 사물인식 기술 등과의 융합을 통한 차세대 공정안전관리 시스템에 대해서 검토하고자 한다.

        In this study, Equivalent fracture strain and Fracture energy were evaluated with the small punch test(SP test) for friction stir welded(FSW) Al6061-T6 sheets. With the three rotation speeds and the three feeding rate, The nine different conditions of FSW were prepared for the SP test. The SP test specimens were manufactured and tested on the advancing side, center, and retreating side to the tool rotation direction. From the SP test data, the equivalent fracture strain and the fracture energy were analyzed. The high value of equivalent fracture strain was attained form tool rotational speed 900RPM and feeding rate 330mm/min. It is found that its characteristic is about 14% higher than the value of condition 1100RPM-330mm/min that have the lowest value. The high value of fracture energy was obtained from the tool rotation speed 900RPM and feeding rate 330mm/min. The lowest fracture energy, which from 1000RPM-300mm/min, was approximately 16% difference to the highest value.

        This study examines earthquake-induced sloshing effects on liquid storage tanks using computation fluid dynamics. To achieve this goal, this study selects an existing square steel tank tested by Seismic Simulation Test Center at Pusan National University as a case study. The model validation was firstly performed through the comparison of shaking table test data and simulated results for the water tank subjected to a harmonic excitation. For a realistic estimation of the wall pressure response of the water tank, three recorded earthquakes with similar peak ground acceleration are applied:1940 El Centro earthquake, 2016 Gyeongju earthquake, and 2017 Pohang earthquake. Wall pressures monitored during the dynamic analyses are examined and compared for different earthquake motions and monitoring points, using power spectrum density. Finally, the maximum dynamic pressure for three earthquakes is compared with the design pressure calculated from a seismic design code. Results indicated that the maximum pressure from the El Centro earthquake exceeds the design pressure although its peak ground acceleration is less than 0.4 g, which is the design acceleration. On the other hand, the maximum pressure due to two Korean earthquakes does not reach the design pressure. Thus, engineers should not consider only the peak ground acceleration when determining the design pressure of water tanks.

        미리찌 증후군은 담낭결석증의 드문 합병증으로, 담낭 경부나 담낭관의 결석에 의한 압박으로 인해 총간관의 폐쇄가 발생하게 된다. 미리찌 증후군은 수술적 치료를 하게 되며 그 방법은 질환의 세부 분류에 따라 다양하다. 미리찌 증후군의 외과적 치료 후 발생한 담관 협착은 드문 합병증이며 담도-장 문합술을 시행한 환자에서 이를 내시경적으로 치료하는 것은 불가능하다. 본 증례는 미리찌 증후군의 수술적 치료 후 발생한 담관 문합부 협착을 장기간 경피경간 담도배액술로 치료하여 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        The investigation on the lightweight of automobiles has been underway in commercial vehicles as well as passenger cars due to global warming and strengthening of European emission standards. In this study, the V-arm were developed for lightweight parts using aluminum alloy instead of steel with high pressure die casting processing. This study has focused on lightweight adaptive concept design. Several models of V-arm were designed and analyzed for the fluidity and solidification. V-arm was produced with ADC12 by high pressure die-casting process. The mechanical properties of developed V-arm were measured; such as tensile strength, elongation, shear strength, and durability. The possibility of mass production with the light weight aluminum V-arm substitute from the steel. The weight was reduced about 38% from 16kg to 9.98kg. The productivity was improved with decreasing the process from 8 to 5 by All-in-0ne process using high pressure die-casting.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the concentration of seminal plasma in aerobic and anaerobic conditions on the total motility(TM) and the progressive motility(PM) of spermatozoa in long term preservation of cooled equine semen. We also examine the pregnancy rates after artificial insemination using fresh, cooled or frozen semen, and different durations of cooled-preserved equine semen. In the aerobic state of cooledpreserved semen, As the increase of preserved duration to 24h, 48h, 72h, and 96h, TM tended to decrease in each of different concentrations of formalin-containing experimental group, TM tended to decrease regardless of the concentrations of SP. In different concentrations of SP, TM of without seminal plasma(SP W/O) group tended to be higher than that of SP 20%, SP 33% and SP 50%, especially TM of SP W/O group was significantly higher than other groups at 96 h (p<0.05). PM was higher in the groups of SP W/O and SP 20% than in the groups of SP 33% and SP 50% from 24 h to 72 h in cooled-preservation, especially PM of SP W/O group was significantly higher than other groups at 96 h (p<0.05). In the anaerobic condition of cooled-preserved semen, the results of TM and PM at different concentrations of SP were similar to the results in the aerobic condition although there was a difference in the ratio. The pregnancy rates of fresh-cooled, cooled-preserved and frozen semen were 66.3%, 60.7% and 34.5%, respectively, and the pregnancy rate of frozen semen was the lowest. We also found that it is possible to pregnancy after artificial insemination using 72 h cooled-preserved equine semen. There was similar of the pregnancy rates in the different month from April to August.

        Numerical analysis has been performed to investigate the stress distribution characteristics of auxiliary axle system in a compact special vehicle. Structural and running stability of compact special vehicle is largely affected by auxiliary axle system installation. Structural characteristics of stress and deformation distributions with safe factor in the auxiliary axle system are analyzed. It can be seen that maximum stress happens near the local axle position, and deformation is also predicted. Simulation results are also compared with experimental test data. These results from this study could be applicable for optimal design of diverse axle systems in the compact special vehicle.

        This study present base data for development of vinegar-based source and marketing strategies for penetration of the global market for local source companies by comparing and analyzing the awareness and choice factors of vinegar-based sauces by foreign consumers. Preference (p<0.05), matching food (p<0.001), number of purchases (p<0.001), place of purchase (p<0.001), information source (p<0.001), importance of selective attributes (p<0.05), and most frequently purchased vinegar-based sauces (p<0.01) differed significantly according to nationality. There were also significant differences by nationality in purchase intention (p<0.05), packaging (p<0.001), and purchase considerations (p<0.001) of naturally fermented vinegar-based sauce. Developing of vinegar-based sauces and menus should be combined so that it suitable for the food culture of each country.

        Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) and wet etching are employed in existing texturing processes to fabricate solar cells. Laser etching is used for particular purposes such as selective etching for grooves. However, such processes require a higher level of cost and longer processing time and those factors affect the unit cost of each process of fabricating solar cells. As a way to reduce the unit cost of this process of making solar cells, an atmospheric plasma source will be employed in this study for the texturing of crystalline silicon wafers. In this study, we produced the atmospheric plasma source and examined its basic properties. Then, using the prepared atmospheric plasma source, we performed the texturing process of crystalline silicon wafers. The results obtained from texturing processes employing the atmospheric plasma source and employing RIE were examined and compared with each other. The average reflectance of the specimens obtained from the atmospheric plasma texturing process was 7.88 %, while that of specimens obtained from the texturing process employing RIE was 8.04 %. Surface morphologies of textured wafers were examined and measured through Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and similar shapes of reactive ion etched wafers were found. The Power Conversion Efficiencies (PCE) of the solar cells manufactured through each process were 16.97 % (atmospheric plasma texturing) and 16.29% (RIE texturing).

        PURPOSES:The objectives of this study are to evaluate moisture sensitivity of various asphalt mixtures and to suggest an alternate method for the dynamic immersion test, which is used to determine the application of anti-stripping agent, by analyzing bond strength.METHODS:The bond strength of various asphalt mixtures such as hot mix asphalt, warm mix asphalt, and polymer-modified asphalt was evaluated by the ABS test. In order to characterize moisture sensitivity at different temperatures of the mixtures, the ABS test was conducted at -10°C, 5°C, 20°C, 40°C, and 54°C under both dry and wet conditions. The concept of the bond strength ratio was applied for objective moisture sensitivity analysis. Moreover, the bond strength characteristic was compared to the dynamic immersion test to suggest an alternate method to determine the application of anti-stripping agent.RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS :Overall, the polymer-modified asphalt demonstrates the highest bond strength characteristic regardless of moisture condition and temperature. The bond strength characteristic displays a highly reliable linear relationship from 5°C to 40°C, and the relationship could be used to predict bond strength at any intermediate temperature. Based on the analysis of bond strength and retained asphalt ratio, the bond strength value of 1254 kPa could be applied as a criterion for anti-stripping agent.
