목적 : 본 연구는 상지근력 저하로 인해 일상생활 활동 수행이 제한되는 근육병 장애인을 대상으로 Arm Support 사용에 따른 작업 부하의 변화와 심리·사회적 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상자는 지역사회에 거주하는 근육병 장애인 3명으로, 모두 척수성 근위축증을 진단받았다. 대상자는 능 동형 Arm Support 적용 전·후에 식사, 마스크 착용, 머리 빗기 활동을 수행하였다. 이후, NASA-TLX를 통해 능동형 Arm Support 적용 전·후 활동의 작업 부하를 측정 및 비교하였으며, 한국판 보조공학기기 심리·사회적 영향 척도 (K-PIADS)를 활용하여 Arm Support의 심리·사회적 영향력을 측정하였다. 마지막으로, 인터뷰를 통해 기기 사용 후 느낀 주관적인 감정 등에 대해 알아보았다. 결과 : 작업 부하 변화는 Arm Support 적용 후에 모든 항목의 평균 점수가 감소하였으며, 신체적 요구도 항목의 평균 점수가 가장 많이 감소하였다. 심리·사회적 영향 측정 결과는 하위 영역인 자기욕구 실현능력 2.08점(‘긍정적인 영향 ~ 매우 긍정적인 영향’), 적응성 2.06점(‘긍정적인 영향 ~ 매우 긍정적인 영향), 자존감 1.71점(’다소 긍정적인 영향 ~ 긍정 적인 영향‘)이었다. 인터뷰를 통해, 대상자는 Arm Support 사용함으로써 활동 수행 시 자신감, 만족감, 편안함 등을 느 꼈지만, Arm Support 구조가 정확하게 고정되지 않거나 휠체어 구조물의 간섭으로 인해 불편함 또한 느낀 것을 확인하 였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 Arm Support가 근육병 장애인의 작업 부하를 낮추며, 긍정적인 심리·사회적 영향을 미치는 점 을 알 수 있었다. 추후에는 다양한 유형의 근육병 장애인을 대상으로 실생활 기반의 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이며, 체계 적인 평가를 통해 맞춤형의 서비스가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과가 Arm Support를 중재 전략으로 활용하는 연구와 서비스에 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The association between the COMT rs4680 (G>A, Val-158-Met) polymorphism and the risk of fibromyalgia has been investigated in previous studies, but the results are controversial. Therefore, a meta-analysis has been performed to confirm the association between COMT rs4680 (G>A, Val-158-Met) polymorphism and the risk of fibromyalgia in this study. Our study includes eleven case-control studies with 2,909 individuals comprised of 1,365 fibromyalgia patients and 1,544 control subjects. The regression analysis was performed using the random effects model or the fixed effects model and OR with the corresponding 95 % CI was calculated for the allele, recessive, dominant, over-dominant, co-dominant 1, and co-dominant 2 model. No statistical significant associations were observed between COMT rs4680 (G>A, Val-158-Met) polymorphism and risk of fibromyalgia in allele model (P-value = 1.00), recessive model (P-value = 1.00), dominant model (P-value = 0.54), co-dominant 1 model (P-value = 1.00) and co-dominant 2 model (P-value = 1.00). In conclusion, our meta-analysis showed that the COMT rs4680(G>A, Val-158-Met) polymorphism might not be genetic risk factor for the fibromyalgia.

This study analyzed the relationship between the community structure of benthic macroinvertebrates and habitat changes in open estuaries among the sites included in the national estuary monitoring program. The estuary survey was conducted under the “Guidelines for Investigation and Evaluation of Biometric Networks” and classified by sea area, 80 places in the East Sea, 102 places in the South Sea, and 19 places in the West Sea were investigated. In a total of 201 open estuaries, benthic macroinvertebrates were identified with 4 phyla, 9 classes, 41 orders, 139 families, 269 species and 196 species in the East Sea, 182 species in the South Sea, and 90 species in the West Sea. The highest population densities were Insecta in the East Sea, the Malacostraca in the South Sea, and the Annelida in the West Sea. Through SIMPER analysis, species contributing to the similarity of benthic macroinvertebrates communities in each sea area were identified. Some species greatly influenced the similarity of clusters. The benthic community in the East Sea was affected by the salinity, so the contribution rate of freshwater species was high. On the other hand, the benthic communities of the South and West Seas showed species compositions are influenced by the substrate composition. As results, the benthic macroinvertebrate community in Korean estuaries was impacted by salinity and substrate simultaneously, and the close relationship with geographical distance was not observed. The result of this study is expected to be used to respond to environmental changes by identifying and predicting changes in the diversity and distribution of benthic macroinvertebrates in Korea estuaries.

풍력발전단지는 초기 투자비용이 높고 설치 후 이동이 용이하지 못하기 때문에 풍력발전단지 설계 과정에서 해당 지역의 생 산 가능 자원량을 정확히 예측하는 것이 필수적이다. 많은 연구자들이 풍력에너지 발전량을 예측하기 위해 수치기상예보(Numerical Weather Prediction, NWP) 방법으로부터 얻은 장기간 기상데이터를 활용한다. 하지만 NWP 방법은 국지적 지형지물과 표면조도가 풍 황에 미치는 영향을 충분히 고려하지 못한다는 한계점이 존재하여 대부분의 육상풍력발전단지가 지형이 복잡한 산간지역에 설치되어 있는 한국에서 활용하기에 적합하지 않다. 이에 NWP 방법을 통해 얻어진 장기간 기상데이터를 전산유체역학(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)의 경계조건으로 활용하여 지형지물과 표면조도의 영향을 고려하여 축소함으로써 공간해상도를 100m 급으로 고해상 도화 하였다.

In this experiment, the error according to the measurement method was analyzed for the length, angle, radius of curvature, and diameter of the measurement system analysis using a profile projector device used in the field. One-way analysis was performed on each data tested 30 times using a statistical technique. Through the experiment, it was found that an error occurred in each data when measuring the angle according to the measurement method, and the null hypothesis that no error occurred when measuring the length, inside dia and radius was established.

Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to private law regulations. This article reviews the legal nature of cryptocurrency from the perspective of general civil law theory. The undeniable nature of property in cryptocurrency has led to an increased demand for judicial systems to effectively operate in regards to cryptocurrency. The right to cryptocurrency cannot be regarded as intellectual property rights. Cryptocurrency cannot also be regarded as a bond, as it is merely units of information listed in the distributed ledger with no counterparty. Cryptocurrency can be understood as an “things” under civil law because there is a possibility of management through an electronic wallet private key and also independence through a distributed ledger. Among the requirements of an things, the requirement of ‘corporeal things’ or ‘natural force’ can be flexibly interpreted in regards of transactions between related parties. On the other hand, cryptocurrency cannot be regarded as “money” among things. Cryptocurrency cannot function as a “measure of value”, which is a fundamental function of money, due to its inherent nature of volatility and price differences between its exchanges. As a result, the legal nature of cryptocurrency can be recognized as a things, not money, through which current existing judicial systems such as compulsory execution law and bankruptcy law becomes able to operate in regards to cryptocurrency, ultimately promoting legal predictability. However, legislation on cryptocurrency should ultimately be completed through legislation, not interpretation. This requires further in-depth discussion in academic and practice sectors.
