현재 방송 영화 기록물은 수집 관리 체계가 미흡하여 망실의 위험이 상존하고 있다. 또한 수집 관리 기관의 이해관계에 따라 국가 기록물의 접근이 폐쇄적이다. 따라서 영구보존 가치를 지닌 방송프로그램 영화 기록정보 수집관리를 체계화하여, 국가의 역사 문화 기록유산으로 보존 및 활용을 위한 중장기 계획을 수립하여 추진하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 선진 국가의 방송 영화 기록물 체계를 비교 분석하여 우리나라 기록물 수집 관리 제도의 문제점을 도출하고 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과, 방송프로그램의 경우 프랑스와 미국 등은 방송프로그램에 대한 법적 의무납본 및 자발적 납본을 채택하고 전문적인 공공방송영상아카이브를 운영, 안정적으로 수집 관리하고 있다. 영화의 경우엔, 거의 모든 선진 외국이 의무 납본제를 통해 체계적으로 관리하고 있다. 이에 우리나라에서도 총괄 관리 기능을 수행할 독립적인 성격의 국립 방송 영화 아카이브 설립될 필요가 있으며 안정적인 방송영화 기록물의 수집을 위해 의무 납본제를 실시하여 국가기록물의 멸실을 방지해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 법, 제도의 개정이 필수적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

A taxonomic review of a new record, Bolitophagiella pannosa (Lewis) in Korea is presented. Description of adult is presented and also we conducted laboratory and field observations of the life history and fungal hosts of the darkling beetle, Bolitophagiella pannosa (Lewis). A fungivorous tenebrionid beetle, Bolitophagiella pannosa (Lewis), was a rare inhabitant of fungi on deciduous trees (Quercus, Robinia pseudoacacia etc.) in Korea. Development from egg to adulthood took 3~10 months in nature and about 54 days in the laboratory at 25.5~26.1℃ and 63.5~64.5% relative humidity. Both larvae and adults overwintered in their host fungi or beneath the bark of the host tree near the host fungi. Sporophores of Perenniporia medulla-panis (Fr.) Donk and Perenniporia frazinea (Fr.) Ryv. were obligate feeding and breeding sites in Korea. Description, habitus photographs of adult and instar, and illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.

This thesis mainly deals with what is the Gurodae, recorded on the YeonggeonUigwe and the SanleungUigwe. Gurodae makes diverse appearance In Uigwes.(久老代, 仇老代, 求路代, 仇老臺, 仇露臺, 求露臺, 仇累臺, 九累臺) It seems that Gurodae was an architectural member used on the roof. Especially that was a member of the eaves. Gurodae looks like a Pyeonggodae, located on the end of the rafters. But it differs in the shape compare to that of Pyeonggodae. Gurodae has the shape of combined members, Pyeonggodae and Chakgo. Chakgo is a member covering the space, between two Buyeons So Gurodae has the shape of prominence and depression. The result obtained by surveying the Uigwes is the Gurodae used until 1789. After the publication of HyeonlyungwonUigwe in 1789, that member was no longer existed on the other Uigwes. In 1794, the year making Hwaseong fortress, Gurodae divided into two members, Chopyeonggodae and Chakgo. Since then Chopyeonggodae and Chakgo never combined again.

Two functions are considerable in the record management of policy management system operation. The first one is to prove that shows the conforming status of the management system requirements. The second one is to prove that shows the performing status whether the policy management system is operating effectively to the company. However, the second function requires the high level data analysis techniques, and it is more important for the decision making of the company operations. That is, the second function is more closer than the first function to the top manager's policy management tool. This paper is prepared to offer a study on the desirable record management which is necessary to the scientific decision making process. The scientific decision making requires the analysis of data derived from the reliable records. It is also aimed to enlighten the relations between the reliability of records and the adoption of the results of analysis in associated with the top manager's decision making.

Two species of Miridae, Pachylygus nigrescens (Kerzhner 1977) and Deraeocoris yasunagai Nakatani 1995, are reported for the first time from Korea. The brief information on them is presented with the photos of specimens.

최근 구조물의 지진해석에서 시간이력 지진해석의 필요성이 증대되고 있는데, 시간이력해석을 위해서는 최소7개의 지진기록을 사용하도록 IBC2003, ASCE와 KBC2005의 내진설계 기준에서 요구하고 있다. 시간이력 지진해석을 위해 지진기록의 선정은 주어진 대지 조건에 따른 설계스펙트럼을 만족하도록 시간이력 지진기록을 설계 지반조건과 유사한 지반에서 계측된 지진기록들 중에서 선정하거나 설계스펙트럼을 만족하는 인공지진기록을 생성하여 사용할 수 있지만, 이 연구에서는 절충적 방법으로 태평양지진연구센터(PEER) 데이터베이스에서 암반 지진기록으로 알려진 50개 계측지진기록을 이용하여 7개 인공 시간이력 지진기록을 생성하였다. 일차 조정계수를 곱한 지진응답스펙트럼이 목표설계스펙트럼에 최적합한 7개 지진기록을 선정하고, SRSS 평균값이 목표설계스펙트럼과 최소의 오차를 갖게 하는 최적합화법으로 구한 조정계수를 선정된 각 지진기록에 곱하여 7개 인공 시간이력 지진기록군을 생성하였다.

최근 감쇠장치 등을 가진 초고층 건축물의 지진해석에 시간이력해석법이 자주 사용되고 있다. 지진기록은 구조물의 기본 진동주기를 T라 할 때 설계기준에서 요구하는 바와 같이 0.2T에서 1.5T 사이의 스펙트럼 값을 설계응답스펙트럼에 부합하게 조정되어 사용되고 있다. 설계기준에서 제시한 방법으로 조정할 경우 주기가 길어질수록 두 해석법 사이의 응답차이는 커지는 현상이 발생한다. 즉 설계기준에 의하여 조정된 지진기록을 사용하여 시간이력해석을 수행하면 밑면전단력 등은 비슷하지만 변위, 층간변위, 부재력 등은 적게 평가되는 현상이 발생하였다. 이들 결과에 밑면전단력 조정계수를 적용하면 응답이 더욱 작아지는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지진을 만드는 데 어려움이 있는 엔지니어들을 위하여 기존 설계기준에 부합하는 지진기록 조정방법을 제시하였다.

가루이(Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae)는 전 세계적으로 161속, 1,566종이 보고되었으며(Evans, 2007; Martin과 Mound, 2007), 최근까지 국내에 13속, 20종이 기록되었다(Lee 등, 2005; Suh와 Hodges, 2005). 특히 몸 크기가 작고 바이러스를 매개하는 가루이는 수입 묘목류에 부착되어 침입될 가능성이 높기 때문에, 검역적으로 중요한 미소 해충그룹중 하나이다. 이에 이들 곤충에 대한 국내 발생조사가 지속적으로 수행되고 있으며, 본 조사를 통해 우리나라 가루이과 미기록 4종이 추가 확인되었다. Mimemodes Reitter, 1876 and Mimemodes emmerichi Mader, 1937 are reported from Korea for the first time and a historical review of the taxonomic position of this genus is provided. M. emmerichi was found on the island of Guleopdo in the West Sea of Korea, bringing the number of species within the Korean Monotomidae to five. In this study, we provide a key to the genera within the Korean Monotomidae, a redescription of M. emmerichi Mader, and illustrations of its habitus and aedeagus.

Nine species of Curculionidae, Pimelocerus elongates (Roelofs, 1873), Phylaitis maculiventris Voss, 1958, Egiona picta (Roelofs, 1875), Cryptorhynchus electus (Roelofs, 1875), Rhadinopus confinis Voss, 1958, R. sulcatostriatus (Roelofs, 1875), 1962, Deiradocranus setosus (Morimoto, 1962), Rhadinomerus annulipes (Roelofs, 1875), and R. maebarai Chûjô et Voss, 1960 are recorded for the first time in Korea. And the distribution of the species of Shirahoshizo hiurai Morimoto to Korea which its distribution was unclear is confirmed with this report. Habitus photos and descriptions of the species are given.

생물계 최대의 분류단위인 바구미科(Curculionidae)를 포함하는 바구미上科(Curculionoidea)는 세계적으로 지금까지 6만종(추정종수 20만종)이 알려져 있는 거대한 분류군(Megadiversity taxon)이다. 최근 전세계의 바구미上科(Curculionoidea)에 대하여 속 수준까지 목록이 Alonso-Zarazaga & Lyal(1999)에 의해 정리되었다. 이번 연구에서 새롭게 알려지는 Brachyceridae를 포함하여 현재까지 한국에서 알려진 科들은 다음과 같다. 한국미기록속인 Mimemodes Reitter, 1876 큰머리긴고목벌레속 (신칭) 및 한국미기록종인 Mimemodes emmerichi Mader, 1937 큰머리긴고목벌레 (신칭)을 보고하고, 이들이 배속된 과명에 대한 논란과 변천을 소개하고자 한다. Mimemodes속은 극동러시아에 4종 (Medvedev, 1992), 일본에 5종 (Nakane, 1959; Hisamatsu, 1983)이 알려졌다. Mimemodes속은 국내에 이미 보고된 Monotoma Herbst, 1793 (톱가슴긴고목벌레속)과 근연의 무리로 이들과는 딱지날개의 점각이 도랑을 이루고 있다는 점으로 구별된다. Mimemodes속은 Reitter (1876)에 의해 Nitidulidae (밑빠진벌레과)의 한 속으로 알려져 왔으나, Mader (1937)는 이를 Cucujidae (머리대장과)에 배속시켰으며, Kôno(1940)는 이 속의 상위 아과인 Monotominae (톱가슴긴고목벌레아과) 자체를 Cucujidae (머리대장과)의 한 아과로 배속시켰다. 이 후 Crowson (1955)이 Monotominae를 Rhizophagidae Redtenbacher, 1845 (긴고목벌레과)로 편입시켰다. 하지만 Lawrence & Newton (1996)은 Rhizophagidae (긴고목벌레과)의 학명 선취권에 대한 논의를 통해 Monotomidae Leporte, 1840가 과에 대한 학명으로 타당하다고 주장하였으며, 현재는 이를 따르는 추세이다. 이에 따라 국내에는 Rhizophaginae 3종을 비롯하여 총 2아과 3속 5종이 분포하는 것으로 확인되었다.

Three species: Anorthoa angustipennis (Matsumura), Harutaeographa stenoptera (Staudinger), and Cerastis pallescens (Butler), are recorded for the first time from China, and Nikara castanea (Moore) is newly added to the fauna of Northeast China. The image of adult, genitalic characteristics, and the distributions are given as necessary.

최근까지도 많은 시간이력 지진해석이 연약지반의 증폭영향을 고려하지 않고 연약지반 위 지표면에서 기록된 지진거동으로 수행되었다. 그러나 합리적인 구조물의 지진해석을 위해서는 지반조건을 고려하고 암반지진기록을 이용하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 연구를 위해 태평양지진연구센터(PEER)에서 제공하는 공개된 1557개의 지진기록 중에서 26개 암반지진기록을 선정하고 암반지진 기록의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 지반조건을 고려하지 않고 지진규모로부터 지진가속도를 추정하는 것은 합리적이지 못하며, PEER 데이터베이스 암반지진기록으로는 지진가속도, 지진규모, 진앙거리 사이의 일반적인 상관관계를 추정하는 것도 어려운 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 이 연구에서 선정한 26개 암반지진기록은 구조물-지반체계의 시간이력 지진해석을 위해 암반지진기록으로 사용할 수는 있지만, 이 지진기록을 사용할 때에도 지진가속도, 지진규모, 진앙거리 및 지반조건이 유사한 지진기록을 사용하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

We have analyzed the comet records in the Korean history books: Samguksagi, Goryeosa, and Joseonwangjosillok. For a comparison, the Chinese and Japanese comet records collected by Kronk (1999) have also been analyzed. Power spectrum of the time series of the comet records is used to find periodic comets. Statistically significant periodicities in the power spectrum are detected at the periods of 38-40 years, about 76 years, and 300-400 years for all Korean, Chinese, and Japanese comet records. We have also calculated the past orbits of some comets that have been recently observed, to check whether or not they were recorded in the history books. We use a multistep method to numerically integrate the comet's orbital motion backward in time to 51 B.C. The gravitational force due to the Sun and the nine planets, non-gravitational force, and the relativistic effects have been considered. Comparison of comet's perihelion passage time and the position on the sky with the historical records shows that the comet Halley were recorded at every passage in both Goryeo and Joseon periods. The orbital motion of the comet Pons-Brooks has also been compared with the Korean records. For the comet Tempel-Tuttle, Swift-Tuttle, and Ikeya-Zhang, we have compared our calculation of the orbital motions with those of the previous studies.
