미래는 어쩔 수 없이 불확실하다. 더욱이 현대 프로젝트의 다국적화, 거대화, 복잡화 현상은 프로젝트 성공과 관련된 미래 예측을 더욱 불확실하게 만들고 있다. 이러한 불확실성의 증가 현상은 모든 산업에 있어서 일반적인 것이며, 결과적으로 리스크에 대한 관리의 필요성을 더욱 증폭시키고 있다. 관리되지 않은 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트의 실패의 원인이 되며, 나아가 조직의 위기로 발전된다. 따라서 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트 팀을 포함한 전체 조직 차원에서 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 전반에 걸쳐서 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위해 프로세스를 중심으로 서술하였다.

21세기 첨단영상매체인 디지털 비디오 디스크(DVD)가 지난 1996년 11월 처음 등장한 이래, 올해로 만 8년째를 맞이한 DVD산업은 본격적인 성장기에 접어들고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 DVD유통업체는 비효율적인 푸시(Push)유통체제로서 유통물류시스템을 가동하고 있다. 따라서 국내 DVD유통관련 업계의 물류비용 절감과 DVD유통(제조업 포함)업계의 사업 참여를 적극 유도하여 선진 유통정보시스템 구현을 통한 산업 경쟁력 확대차원의 사업추진방안이 필요한 실정이다.

Safety management cost, US one thousand billion has been input to the construction area from 1995 to 2000 but the management quality is still in the developing country level. The above mentioned increase of accident rate are attributed to the generous code regulation, net fit to the sense, varying with time change, but the more fundamental reason of this is no practical construction safety management system, up to now. Hardware-orienting operation for the system could be a main reason of this problem. In this paper, we developed a model for efficient construction safety system. What is the most important in articles of food is hygienic safety. Because food Is the most common thing in our everyday life, however, the importance of its hygienic safety and other many problems caused by food may be easily neglected. What is more, food is can be dangerous as much as it is directly related to human life and accidents from the same cause may have different effects on the victims according to physical and environmental differences of individuals. Thus PL action for food requires more thorough prevention and measure. Korea has been enforcing 'the Product Liability Act' since the 1<SUP>1st</SUP> of July 2002. Product Liability (PL) is liability of the manufacturer or the seller of a product to compensate for the death or injury of consumers or the loss of properties caused by the defect of the product. This study surveyed consumers' response to and the effects of the enforcement of the Product Liability Act, investigated how consumers perceived the importance of food safety and the risk of defective food based on PL standards and their experience in damage by food through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed collected data through empirical analyses (reliability analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA t-test) using SPSS 10.0. 최근 개발 도입되고 있는 첨단항해계기와 관련된 새로운 기술, 관련 국제기준과 세계주요해양대학의 항해계기 관련 교육현황을 분석하였다. 그리고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 새로운 전자항해교육을 위한 교과목의 세부 요목을 제시하였다. 이것은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 해기교육과정의 편성과 해기면허시험의 세부요목을 설정하는데 참고 자료로서 충분히 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The articles of food is very important things to human. Since PL Law came into effect in July of the last year(2002) in Korea, many domestic firms have taken great interests in PL. And the purpose of PL Law is to provide a means for those injured by defective products to receive redress. Additionally, enterprises get to place more importance on the safety of the products, which led to improvement in competitiveness and enhancement in quality. Consequently customers can get better products. So, it aims not only to compensate the injured by defective products but also to act an incentive to maker/supliers of food to make their products more safe. For the first Maritime Accident Inquiry System in Korea, Central Marine Accidents Inquiry Committee were founded in Seoul and District Marine Accidents Inquiry Committee in Busan city In 1963 to determine the circumstances of the accidents and causes. At the present day, it was settled as Maritime Safety Tribunal tough several revision of the Law and regulations regarding the Maritime Accident Inquiry System. In Korea, there occurred about m cases of marine accident, and as a result, about 200 people were lost human lives in average per year. In accordance with the change of circumstances such as traffic increasing and being bigger in size, being faster in speed, etc., the causes of the marine accidents become complicated year by year. Accordingly, in this moment, it is meaningful that the introduction of the Research Official who assists the Judges probing the cases fair and square. In this Paper, with the consideration of the several kinds of Research Official System, such as the Research Official of the Korean Supreme Court, the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office and the Constitutional Court, Japanese Supreme Court, Law Clerk in USA, etc., the selection, numbers, duty of the Research Official were studied. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The Research Official to be appointed among the person having long enough career as a Judge, Investigator engaged in the Maritime Safety Tribunal due to he sho띨d have capability to confirm perfectly logical judgement and to collect enough material for the conclusion of the causes of the case. The one who understands the foreign language is preferred for the study of the foreign cases; 2. It will be logical to post 3 joint Research Officials in Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal in Seoul after due consideration the cases treated a year; 3. This article traces the process in which gender-specific approach was emerged to rehabilitate female offenders in the United States and introduces a few promising gender specific programs for female juvenile delinquents. Gender-specific services refer according to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention(OJJDP) the correctional services that are designed to meet the unque needs of female offenders; that value the female perspective; that celebrate and honor the female experience; that respect and take into account female development; that empower girls and young women to reach their full potential; and that work to change established attitudes that prevent or discourage girls and young women from reaching their potential. The emergence of the gender-specific approach can be explained by two factors. empirically, female offenders, especially female delinquents, have been one of the fastest growing criminal population since the 1900s. Correctional personnel recognised the role of gender-sensitive correctional programming to curtail the size of female delinquent population. They realized many current services for juveniles are aimed at the rehabilitation and education of male delinquents. Second, many criminological research based on feminist perspective have found that female offenders are quite different from male offenders in various ways; girls are incarcerated for status offenses that boys; girls develop self-esteem and female identity differently; girls are pressured to conform the traditional gender roles and the gender stereotyping plays a central role in creating female delinquents; girls have gender unique problems such as physical, sexual abuse, domestic violence and adolescent pregnancy. On the premise that certain emotions, if and when engendered by a consumer good, may be conducive to an urge “to own or to identify oneself with the product”, presented here is a model of Sensory Engineering that is oriented objectively towards identifying the Emotion-Specific Physiology in order to have the Sense-Friendly Features reproduced in product designs.
