본 연구는 2007년 일본내 491개의 해외 다국적 제조기업들을 대상으로 인력 현지화에 대한 해외자회사 조직내부의 결정요인들을 두 가지 관점(통제 및 조정관점, 지식관점)을 바탕으로 두 가지 차원(최고경영자 현지화,종업원 현지화)으로 구분하여 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면, 해외자회사의 최고경영자(CEO) 현지화 수준은 해외자회사에 대한 현지지분율이 많을수록 낮아지는 경향이 있으며, 자회사규모가 클수록, 제품다각화를 할수록 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 해외자회사의 종업원 현지화의 경우 해외자회사에 대한 현지지분율이 많을 수록 종업원의 현지화 수준은 낮아지고, 해외자회사가 현지국에서 사업을 영위한 기간이 길수록, 자회사규모가 클수록 종업원의 현지화 수준은 높아지는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 본 연구는 해외자회사의 CEO 현지화의 경우 현지지분율, 자회사규모, 제품다각화에 의해 영향을 받으며, 해외자회사의 종업원 현지화의 경우 현지지분율, 현지사업기간, 자회사규모가 중요한 영향요인이라는 것을 증명하였다. 본 연구는 일본에 진출한 다국적 기업들의 인력 현지화에 대한 결정요인을 통제 및 조정관점과 지식관점을 기반으로 CEO와 종업원의 현지화 수준에 미치는 결정요인들을 통합적으로 분석해 보았다는 점에서 해외자회사의 인력 현지화에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In mold structure machining, tool interference is a phenomenon which results from a collision between a blade of tool and a workpiece. Also tool collision is a phenomenon which results from a collision of holder with the object to be machined. These phenomena not only cause damages to mold and tool but also increase machining time and cost. To detect a collision of a tool to mold structure, first of all, the mold structure and a tool must be defined with famous geometric models such CSG, B-rep, and Voxel. A tool is defined as a combination of the blade, the shank, and the holder. This thesis reviews various collision detection algorithms using z-map and computer 3D graphic collision detection algorithms for the tool in machining a mold structure.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have constructed Integration Information System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP package. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and discontinued next activity for promotion. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. Also, it proposed next study subject about investigate the role of the member of task force team as a factor that makes the ERP system a success. The results of this study can be used for a successful construction of the ERP system as a solution about Internal problems of Project team.

본 연구에서는 국제합작투자 성과 결정요인을 조직학습 관점에서 살펴보았다. 파트너의 흡수 능력과 합작경험은 지식 습득의 효율성을 증대시키고 지식검색에 소요되는 비용을 절감시킴으로써 국제합작투자 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 반면, 기업문화 차이와 파트너 간 갈등은 정보흐름을 방해하고 오해를 야기해 조직학습을 방해하고 내부 관리비용을 발생시켜 기업 성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 국내 진출한 외국 기업과 한국기업간의 86개 국제합작투자에 대해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 현지 파트너기업의 흡수 능력과 합작경험은 국제합작투자 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 파트너간 갈등은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In modern society, there are diverse sorts of VIPs including a king and individuals. Some like a king or president are in need of professional secret services, and others become VIPs by being guarded by a bodyguard company at their own request. The former is called a public guard, and the latter is a private one. In the field of the public guard, the nation should be furnished with a guard system in consideration of political circumstances to protect VIPs. That is, the parliamentary cabinet system and presidential system call for a different guard system, and the guard system's professional features vary to some degree with political situations and cultural climate. If the ultimate goal of guard is to protect the chief of the democratic and open state in a most efficient and safe manner, it's mandatorily necessary to set up a professional and specialized guard organization to provide democratic and efficient secret services. It's desired that the domestic presidential guard division should be staffed with not only expert guards but other personnels dispatched from the military and police. In the police, guard mission is splitted among various guard and security agencies, including the National Police Agency's public security bureau or the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's public security division, 101 security unit, mobile police and 22 special guard division. As a chain of command is separated and it's difficult to manage such organizations effectively, the National Police Agency should be exclusively in charge of VIP guard and security. In the area of private guard, the private police system has shared national security task as a middle organization between the private police and private guard. But now its intent has gradually weakened, and its mission should be redefined. In addition, the way people look at private guard should change, and they should be well informed that it could serve to prevent possible crimes, protect them against crimes and get rid of their inconveniences. To make a good impression on people, the guard associations and businesses should put their efforts into reinforcing publicity activities, and the government, academic circles and press should team up with them as well.
