최근에 수행된 보 플랜지 절취형 (Reduced Beam Section, RBS) 내진 철골모멘트접합부의 실험 결과에 의하면, 보 웨브를 볼트 접합한 시험체는 보 웨브를 용접 접합한 시험체에 비해서 조기에 스캘럽을 가로지르는 취성파단이 발생하는 열등한 내진성능을 보였다. 실험결과에 의할 때, 이러한 접합부 취성파괴가 발생하는 주요 원인은 웨브 볼트의 슬립과 고전 휨이론에 의한 예측과는 전혀 다른 응력 전달메카니즘에 의한 스캘럽 부근의 응력집중 때문으로 사료된다. 이는 고전 휨이론에 기초한 전통적 보 웨브 볼트접합부의 설계법을 재검토할 필요가 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 고전 휨이론에 기초한 현행의 보 웨브 설계법에 문제가 있음을 지적하였다. 실험 및 해석결과를 바탕으로 RBS 접합부의 실제 응력전달경로에 부합되는 새로운 보 웨브 볼트접합 설계법을 제안하였다.

On-machine automatic measuring software from 3-D solid modeler is generally applied to assess the functional performance of a final produce for computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Automatic measuring software may also be performed on individual components of CNC machine in which some functional aspect of the component must be examined and cannot be implicity determined by means of a mechanical inspection. The manufacturing specialist, combined with the appropriate software simulation, can not only create the commands to drive the virtual measuring but also can check for mistakes by viewing the computer graphics simulation of the tool cutting sequence.

Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

Autonomous mobile robots based on the Web have been already used in public places such as museums. There are many kinds of problems to be solved because of the limitation of Web and the dynamically changing environment. We present a methodology for intelligent mobile robot that demonstrates a certain degree of autonomy in navigation applications. In this paper, we focus on a mobile robot navigator equipped with neuro-fuzzy controller which perceives the environment, make decisions, and take actions. The neuro-fuzzy controller equipped with collision avoidance behavior and target trace behavior enables the mobile robot to navigate in dynamic environment from the start location to goal location. Most telerobotics system workable on the Web have used standard Internet techniques such as HTTP, CGI and Scripting languages. However, for mobile robot navigations, these tools have significant limitations. In our study, C# and ASP.NET are used for both the client and the server side programs because of their interactivity and quick responsibility. Two kinds of simulations are performed to verify our proposed method. Our approach is verified through computer simulations of collision avoidance and target trace.

Global warming awareness through energy conservation is growing due to the regulatory policies issued by governments and voluntary organization that established carbon emission limits. Transportation is one of the major contributors to carbon emissions. Bike will be simultaneously saving money, getting fit and helping to reduce global warming. Web design has been identified as a key factor for the acceptance and success of the websites and electronic commerce. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effective implementation of the proposed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique on a bike case study whose company (Bike Company) is involved in web design for a critical component in the demonstration. Survey research used a variety of data collection methods, with the most common being questionnaires and interviews of some exporters. The research results reveal that the top five key success factors are Good reputation, Transaction security, Ease of use, Promotion, and Diversified choices, which provide the guidelines and directions for decision-makers to design effective websites in the current competitive business scenario. The major findings of this study are suggesting that Internet marketing channels are securing the company’s relevance, together with paving the way for methods to increase web traffic.

This study aims at unveiling phonetic cue weighting of English word recognition by Korean learners of English using a web-based online perception experiment. The longer duration of a high front tense vowel than that of a lax counterpart is used as a cue by native English speakers and presumably as a cue by Korean learners of English. The longer duration of a vowel before voiced stops than that of an equivalent before voiceless stops serves as a cue by native Speakers of English and also probably by Korean learners of English. A web-based online experiment has been designed to examine how Korean learners of English cope with a mixture of fine grained phonetic cues. Results of the web-based online experiment reveal that duration is primarily and robustly used to distinguish a tense vowel before voiced stops and a lax vowel before voiceless stops. At the same time, spectral cues are also put to use, though to a lesser extent, to help make a distinction from a tense vowel before voiceless stops and a lax vowel before voiced stops. The study implies that learners of English try to utilize a complex mixture of acoustic cues to distinguish words.

국내에 처음 웹이 도입된 초기만 하더라도 웹사이트는 하이퍼텍스트 링크 방식으로 정보를 전달하는데 그쳤었다, 기업에서의 업무 활동을 비롯해 모든 고객 서비스가 지금은 웹이라는 온라인 공간을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이는 웹 사이트가 단순히 온라인을 통해 정보를 제공하는 역할에 그치지 않고 기업이나 브랜드의 가치를 평가하는 기준이 되기도 하며, 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 중요 요소로 작용하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 많은 기업과 기관들은 웹 사이트의 디자인 품질 개선을 위한 노력들을 아끼고 않고 있다. 여기서 말하는 디자인 품질은 빠른 속도로 발전해 가는 웹 기술력을 반영할 수 있어야 하며 차별화된 디자인을 통해 자신만의 아이덴티티를 이끌어 낼 수 있어야 하고, 심미성이 높은 디자인을 통해 우수성을 확보해야 하는 것을 말한다. 기업이나 기관이 요구하는 디자인 품질을 이끌어 내기 위해 웹디자이너들은 웹 기술이나 디자인 트렌드를 파악하려 노력하고 있는데, 이러한 정보를 제공해 주는 역할을 바로 웹 디자인 벤치마킹 사이트들이 해왔었다. 웹 디자인 벤치마킹 사이트는 웹 사이트들 중 디자인적으로 우수한 사이트들에 대한 정보를 제공해주고, 커뮤니티 공간을 통해 웹 디자이너 간 정보 공유 창구 역할을 해왔으며 국내 웹 디자인 역사의 라이브러리 역할도 병행해 왔다. 그러나 디지털 환경이 비약적으로 발전하면서 보다 웹 디자인 트렌드를 명확히 파악할 수 있고, 벤치마킹 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 서비스 개선이 필요하여 Analytics를 활용, 웹 디자인 벤치마킹 사이트의 사용자 이용 패턴 도출에 대한 연구를 시행하였다. 연구의 결과로써 국내 웹 디자인 산업의 발전은 물론 웹디자이너들의 능력을 향상시키는데 기여하고자 하였다.

하나의 콘텐츠를 여러 디바이스에서 동일하게 사용하고 싶은 편리함에 대한 요구는 디스플레이 종류에 따라 화면의 크기를 자동으로 최적화하는 웹페이지 기술인 반응형 웹을 탄생시켰다. 유행의 속도가 빠른 한국은 IT기술의 사용 속도 면에서도 세계 어느 나라보다도 빠른 변화를 경험하고 있으며, 2010년 에단 마코트(Ethan Marcotte)에 의해 소개된 반응형 웹의 기 술은 이미 한국에서 상용화 되고 있다. 하지만 반응형 웹의 제작에 대한 표준화된 가이드나 개발 모델은 아직 미비하며, 제작 면에서도 표준화된 프로세스 보다는 제작자 개개인의 역량에 의존한 개발의 성격이 강한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 반 응형 웹의 대표적 오픈 플랫폼인 부트스트랩(Bootstrap)의 사례를 기반으로 하여 반응형 웹의 그리드 시스템을 분석하고, 황금비율과 유동형 레이아웃을 중심으로 반응형 웹의 그리드 시스템 모델을 제안하였다. 늘어나는 수요와 중요성에도 불구 하고 관련 연구와 프로세스 표준화 작업이 부족한 반응형 웹의 제작환경에서, 프레임워크인 부트스트랩의 그리드 시스템은 반응형 웹 제작의 프로세스 표준화 작업에 좋은 선행연구 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 또한, 현재 서비스 중인 사이 트인 ‘클라우드 제트(Cloud Z)’에 대한 사례분석은, 부트스트랩을 사용하여 제작되는 반응형 웹 사이트가 현장에서 고객의 요구사항과 어떻게 조율되는지 대한 실제적인 사례라는 점에서 의미 있는 자료로 보여 진다.

본 연구 웹-투-프린트 서비스의 유니버설디자인 적용에 관한 연구는 양적인 성장과 디지털 내에서의 소통만을 강조하던 디지털 사회의 흐름에서 최근 일어나고 있는 아날로그를 닮고자 하는 디지털로 사회적인 관심이 전환되는 시점과 맥을 같이하고 있다. 웹-투-프린트 서비스는 이들 디지털 약자들에 대한 배려가 필요한 서비스로 이에 대한 연구는 의미가 있는 일이라 생각된다. 본 연구는 웹-투-프린트를 통하여 유니버설디자인 이념을 구현하기 위한 것으로 웹-투-프린트 서비스의 유니버설디자인 가이드를 제안하였다. 연구는 서비스 디자인의 연구 4D 프로세스로 진행되었는데, 웹-투-프린트의 개념과 이론을 고찰해보고 서비스가 이루어지고 있는 표본 사이트의 UD 평가를 통하여 서비스의 현주소를 파악하는 것으로 연구를 시작하였다. 서비스를 이용하고 있는 사용자와 서비스의 제공에 대한 이해관계자를 정의하였고, 디지털 서비스 이용에 취약한 주부, 고령자, 외국인, 일반인의 서비스 이용에 관한 여정조사에서 용어와 상품에 대한 이해부족, 주문의 옵션과 난해함, 심리적 부담감 등의 이용자 불편사항을 파악하게 되었다. 기초설문, 관찰, 심층인터뷰를 통한 서비스 여정 조사에서 서비스 개선에 대한 인사이트를 얻었으며 그 결과물로 웹-투-프린트 서비스의 유니버설디자인 가이드를 제시하였다. ① 인쇄용어를 보편적 용어로 전환, ② 세 줄 설명글과 이미지 요소 삽입, ③ 수준별 상품배열과 단계의 압축, ④ 옵션의 단순화와 심화옵션으로 보완, ⑤ 실수요소의 사전안내, ⑥ 단순 템플릿 상품, 다중채널 안내의 가이드로 결과를 제시하였다. 온라인 기반의 각종 서비스에서 아직 디지털 약자들에 대한 배려가 충분하지 못한 상태로 유니버설디자인에서 추구하는 공평하고, 융통성이 있고, 간단한 직관적인 방향으로 진화되어야 하며, 이러한 연구를 통하여 일반인의 서비스 이용 편의개선 또한 많은 향상이 이루어질 것으로 여겨진다.

This study conducted the minimum weight optimum design using the differential evolution and genetic algorithm of simple structure. And then, the optimization program was verified with the numerical analysis examples of fixed beams. As a result, the graphs of these two optimization programs increased similarly.

Most of these studies focused on the strength of girders through analysis and experiment of corrugated steel plates and studies on the optimization of corrugated steel plates are still insufficient. This study developed the weight optimum design using the differential evolution. The optimization program was verified with differential evolution through the numerical analysis examples of simple beams. For this verification, the optimization program using the genetic algorithm that has been studied was compared with the weight optimum graph of the optimization program of differential evolution proposed in this study. As a result, the graphs of these two optimization programs increased similarly. And then, in the graph of changing design variables, the changing web thickness showed a similar trend as the increasing trend of the optimum sectional area.

In this paper, the methodology to develop web-based assembly system with BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology for modular bridge is proposed. The system has three main parts that are composed of standardized part library, assemble module, and virtual construction. The web-based assembly design program for modular bridge could be widely used for rapid construction of bridges with module library information.

그동안 아날로그 환경에서 타이포그래피 적용에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되었고, 그 연구를 바탕으로 오늘의 디자인에 적용되어 왔다. 그 결과 지면 출력을 위한 편집디자인은 많은 발전을 가져왔지만, web환경에서의 웹디자인은 프로그램이 허용되는 범위내에서 그대로 이용하는 현실이다. 웹디자인의 발전에 따라 다양한 서체가 개발되었으나 서체로는 다양하고 개성있는 소비자들의 욕구를 충족 시켜줄 수 없고, 다시말해서 개성이 사라지고 획일화되어 남과는 차별화를 요구하는 사용자에게는 불만의 요소가 되어왔다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 웹디자인에서 타이포그래피를 적용시키는 방법과 자신의 개성을 강조하고픈 사용자들의 욕구를 충족 시켜줄 대체 방안을 논하고자 한다.

최근 인터넷에서 사용되고 있는 하이퍼텍스트 생성 언어(HTML : Hyper Text Markup Language)는 제한된 태그(Tag)들을 사용하기 때문에 문서를 구조화시키지 못해 정보 축적과 정의추출 방법이 비효율적이고 추출한 정보의 가공이 어렵다. 그러나 확장성 생성 언어 (XML ； eXtensible Markup Language)는 사용자가 문서상에 사용될 태그를 자유롭게 정의할 수 있고 다른 사람들도 그 태그를 사용할 수 있기 때문에 HTML에 비해 정보 축적과 정보추출 방법이 용이하다. 서로 다른 데이터베이스를 사용하고 있는 항만 관련 업체들간의 물류에 관한 정보를 공유하거나 교환하기 위해서는 HTML이 아닌 XML이 더 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 항만업체들의 요구를 수용하기 위해 XML을 이용하여 웹에서 이기종 데이터베이스 관리 시스템(DBMS ; Database Management System)간의 데이터 복제 및 정보를 교환할 수 있는 웹 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

웹을 통하여 모델을 생성하고, 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 새로운 자바를 이용한 웹 기반 시뮬레이션 환경들이 제시되고 있다. 웹 기반 시뮬레이션은 인터넷에 연결된 많은 컴퓨터를 협동적으로 이용할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 웹 서버와 자바의 원격호출(RMI: Remote Method Invocation)이 이용되는 환경에서는 매우 많은 시뮬레이션 개체들간의 상호 동작과 정보 공유가 서버의 과다한 처리량과 통신 부하를 초래하여 시뮬레이션의 성능과 확장성을 저하시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 확장성과 성능을 고려한 웹 기반 시뮬레이터를 설계하고, 객체 지향 언어인 자바를 사용하여 구현하였다. 또한, 제안된 시뮬레이터가 온라인게임에서 클라이언트와 서버 엔진의 모델을 생성하기 위해 활용될 수 있다. ATM 스위칭 모델의 시뮬레이션을 통해 구현된 시뮬레이션 환경의 활용을 제시한다.

우리나라에 인터넷이 보급된 이후에 웹 페이지는 초기에는 텍스트 위주에서 그래픽 위주로, 그리고 현재에는 사용자를 위한 디자인으로 발전해 가고 있다. 또한 초고속 정보통신망 구축의 가속화와 멀티미디어 기반 기술의 보편화로 수요자 중심과 시공간을 초월하는 인터넷 기반 서비스로 교육환경이 변화하고 있다. 교사가 일방적으로 이끄는 교육에서 학습자 중심의 교육체제로 전환이 되고 있으며 정보의 공동활용과 정보의 디지털화로 교육의 질적 향상은 물론 비용도 절감하는 효과가 있다. 인터넷상에 수많은 교육용 웹 페이지가 있지만 사용자가 사용하기에 불편한 웹 페이지가 많은 것을 볼 수 있다. 이것은 웹 디자인을 하려면 디자인에 대한 기본기술과 웹에 대한 이해가 수반된 상태에서 웹 페이지를 디자인하여야 하는데 많은 사람들이 이런 기본적인 것들을 무시하는데서 기인한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 웹 페이지를 사용하는데 고려해야 할 것들을 살펴보고 이러한 것들을 VRML을 교육하는데 반영한 교육용 웹 페이지를 구현해 보고자 한다.
