        목적 : 본 연구는 국내 작업치료(학)과 대학생의 진로선택에 대한 현황을 알아보고 일반적 현황에 따른 진 로성숙도와 진로불안감에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 작업치료(학)과가 개설된 4년제 대학 7개 학교, 3년제 대학 7개 학교의 총 2,180명의 학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 실시하였고 1,590명의 응답을 최종분석에 사용하였다. 결과 : 전공 선택요인을 분석한 결과, 70.0%가 넘는 응답자가 입학 전 장애인관련 기관에서 봉사경험이 있 었고 가족 중 보건직종사자가 있는 경우도 60.0%에 달했다. 학과선택계기는 추천보다는 스스로 선택한 경우가 조금 더 높았으며 정보는 인터넷으로 습득한 경우가 가장 많았다. 관심치료 연령군은 소아가 913명이 응답하여 가장 높았고 관심 치료 분야는 감각통합치료 빈도가 가장 높았다. 학생들의 졸업 후 또는 십년 후 희망 취업지 모두 의료기관 취업의 비율이 가장 높았으며 응답자 중에 종합병원의 선호도 가 61.1%로 가장 높았다. 국시불안은 5점 만점에 평균 4.29으로 높은 편이었고 진로확신은 입학 시 평 균 4.34(5점 만점)에서 현재는 평균 4.15로 감소하였다. 그리고 진학확신수준에 따라 진로성숙도는 유 의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 진로확신 수준이 높은 경우 진로불안이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 마 지막으로 진로성숙도와 진로불안은 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 보였다 결론 : 최근 작업치료 전공 학생들의 진로선택 현황, 진로성숙 및 진로불안의 경향에 대한 본 연구의 결과 는 향후 실제적이고 효과적인 교육환경 개선과 학생 지도를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Despite the growing trend of incorporating ethnic motifs, colors, and styles (i.e., ethnic-inspired designs (EIDs)) into mainstream fashion products in the US, there is yet a lack of understanding on what drives consumers to demand such products with EIDs. Although extant literature provides important insights as to what motivates consumers to favor EIDs, much of the studies have focused on the products’ appeals to particular ethnic groups with matching their cultural backgrounds. Less is understood on the core self-centric values mainstream consumers reflect into EIDs and the personal goal-pursuit they project by wearing them. We address this issue. Building upon Image Theory (Beach & Mitchell, 1987), our findings document that consumers’ purchase intent toward products with EIDs is more fundamentally driven by their aspirations to boost their self-view confidence by wearing EIDs (i.e., self-enhancement), which are guided by their core self-values that are represented by two personal values (i.e., cultural openness and seeking personal style) and two product values (i.e., perceived esthetics and perceived novelty).

        본 연구는 수학 수업에서 배움의 즐거움을 찾지 못하고, 수학 자신감이 부족하여 수학 교과에 대한 두려움을 갖고 있는 학생들이 쉽고 재미있게 수학을 공부하는 경험을 통하여 학습자의 수학 흥미도와 자신감을 키울 수 있도록 수학 수업 방법을 변화시키기 위하여 이루어졌다. 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 수학에 대한 흥미와 자신감을 키울 수 있는 학생 중심의 참여형 수업 구현을 위해 거꾸로 수학교실 적용을 위한 환경을 구축하였고, 학생 중심의 참여형 수업 방법과 융합적·창의적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있는 평가 방안을 구안하였으며, 학생 중심의 참여형 수업을 함께 연구하는 수업 교사 동아리를 구성·운영하여 수업 방법 개선의 성공 경험을 공유하였다.

        고준위방사성폐기물 심층처분에서 처분안전성의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안으로 그리고 처분 프로그램 개발 및 인허가를 위해 많은 나라들에서 자국에 적합한 safety case를 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방사성폐기물 처분을 위한 safety case 의 의의, 필요성, 개발과정들을 정리하고 소개하였다. 그리고 처분안전성을 safety case의 다양한 측면에서 논의하였다. 아울러 스위스, 일본, 미국, 스웨덴, 핀란드 등 해외의 safety case 개발 현황과 현재 KAERI에서 개발 중인 safety case의 개발 전략을 간략히 소개하였다. 고준위방사성폐기물 처분안전성의 신뢰도 향상을 위해 safety case 기반 하에서 어떤 노력들이 필요한지를 분석하였다. 그리고 국내 상황을 반영하여 신뢰할 수 있는 정보자료의 구축, 안전성 관련 과정들의 이해, 안전성 평가의 불확실성 저감, 이해당사자와의 의사소통, 공정성과 투명성 확보 등의 실행 방안을 제안하고 논의하였다. 본 논문에 제시된 내용들은 심층처분 safety case를 이해하고, 국내에서 개발하고 있는 고준위방사성폐기물 처분 safety case 개발을 통한 처분안전성 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        A product’s competitive position (CP) identifies the segment the product is targeting and the value proposition it offers that differentiates it from its competitors (Hooley & Greenley, 2005). Having a clear, strong competitive position for products in the mind of the consumer, known as the perceived position, is considered to be absolutely imperative for products to compete in today’s market. In order to get to this evaluation or judgment on the product’s position, consumers need to sift through the ever-growing availability of organization and market-derived information. Consumer behavior literature dictates that such a judgment would have a level of confidence attached to it, specifically known as belief-confidence. Extensive literature has empirically linked belief-confidence to purchase intention (Bennell & Harrell, 1975; Howard & Steth, 1969; Laroche, Kim, & Zhou, 1995; Russo, Medvec, & Melov, 1996), however the construct has not been examined relative to the strategic concept of competitive product positioning. This research proposes a framework that suggests when the consumer’s perceived position for a product matches their purchase goal, [for example a consumer is seeking a ‘top of the range’ personal laptop and after evaluating laptop alternatives in the market judges product X as the ‘top of the range’ offering] the consumer’s confidence in their positioning judgment acts as a moderator, magnifying its ultimate effect on purchase intention. Given that judgment confidence is context specific (Chandrashekaran, Rotte & Grewal, 2005), this research suggests three antecedents to consumers’ confidence in competitive positions of products (1) position clarity (2) position consistency (3) alignment between the initial and post (information search) perceived positions. Support for these antecedents stems from various fields of literature including positioning implementation; consumer perception; judgment revision; information distortion and brand equity signaling (Erdem & Swait, 1998; Muthukrishnam, 2002; Russo, Medvec, & Melov, 1996; Crawford, 1985). Two between-subjects factorial experiments entailing a mock information search designed to manipulate (1) and (2) of the proposed antecedents will be administered online, whereby total n=540. Measures taken pre and post the experiment will enable validation of the remaining variables in the conceptual model. This research aims to show that adding a confidence measure to positioning measurement such as perceptual mapping, is a better predictor of purchase intention (when coupled with purchase goal), than positioning measurement alone. It ultimately gives managers an insight into what drives consumers’ confidence in deciphering what a product stands for amongst its competitors.

        Purpose: This study was to identify the effect of siimulation-based educational for delivery nursing program on knowledge, problem solving process and confidence in nursing students. Methods: This study was one group pre-post test design, participants are 51 nursing student. This simulation-based education for delivery nursing program was applied to the subjects from 31th, August to 25th, September, 2015. The program consist of a scenario in which each of the situations presented from first stage of labor to the fourth stage of labor. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 19.0 program. Result: There was a significant difference on delivery nursing knowledge, problem solving process and confidence. Conclusion: Therefore, the educational program of labor simulation was effective on improving knowledge, problem solving process and self-confidence among nursing students.

        Recently, there has been an increase in wellbeing marketing, which focuses on increasing consumer life satisfaction or consumers’ sense of subjective wellbeing. Numerous studies have been conducted to identify which aspects contribute to consumer life satisfaction. In order to provide additional insights into consumer life satisfaction, this study aimed to identify the relationships among social psychological variables (consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, and career anxiety), shopping confidence, and life satisfaction. Shopping confidence in this study relates to confidence for clothing/ accessories. It was hypothesized that social psychological variables influence life satisfaction not only directly but also indirectly through shopping confidence. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred eighty six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Factor analysis of consciousness of social face revealed two factors, ‘desire to gain face’ and ‘fear of losing face’. Factor analysis of social interaction anxiety, shopping confidence, and life satisfaction revealed that these variables were uni-dimensional. Test of the hypothesized path showed that all social psychological variables influenced life satisfaction indirectly through shopping confidence, whereas ‘fear of losing face’ of consciousness of social face and career anxiety influenced life satisfaction directly. The results give marketers some understanding of their consumers' life satisfaction in relation to consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, career anxiety, and shopping confidence.

        Purpose: This study was tried to identify the effects of problem-based learning integrated with simulation education on the critical thinking disposition, problem-solving process and self-confidence of nursing process in nursing students. Methods: This study was one group pre-post test design, participants are 47 senior nursing students. We developed the simulation practice by applying problem based learning taking 2 hours per session, once per week for 15 weeks. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Result: There was a significant difference simulation practice by applying problem based learning on the critical thinking disposition, problem-solving process and self-confidence of nursing process of nursing students. There was a correlation between each other variables. Conclusion: Therefore, suggest that the repeated studies to verify the effects of simulation practice by applying problem based learning.

        본 연구는 조직 내 구성원들이 일상적, 비일상적 업무 수행시 마주하는 다양한 문제에 부딪혔을때 이를 해결할 수 있다는 자신감과 각 개인의 업무에 대한 의미감이 그들의 과업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고, 이들 관계에서 조직 상사의 변화리더십의 조절효과를 확인하고자 설계되었다. 조직구성원들에 게 부여된 과업의 고성과에는 성공적으로 수행할 수 있다는 자신감과 자신이 수행하고 있는 업무가 개인 차원은 물론이거니와 조직차원에서도 중요하고 가치있다고 지각하는 일 의미감이 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 검증을 위하여 국내 기업의 다양한 업종, 직위 및 성별, 연령의 연구대상 390명을 선정하여 이들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 통계 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 문제해결자신감이 업무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일 의미감이 업무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절효과 검증 에서 일 의미감이 업무성과에 미치는 영향력에는 변화리더십이 조절효과를 보였으나, 문제해결자신감이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여는 변화리더십이 조절효과를 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통한 의의와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 조직구성원들의 업무성과 향상을 위해서는 과업 수행 시 원만하고 성공적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 자신감을 가질 수 있도록 동기부여하고 효율적인 방법을 제시해주어야 하며, 결과에 대한 피드백 등을 통하여 개인이나 조직차원에서 부딪히는 문제상황 에서 효과적인 해결책을 탐색하고 식별할 수 있도록 지원 및 관리가 필요함을 제시한다. 또한 조직구성원 에게 부여된 업무에 대한 의의와 중요성을 발견하고 스스로 업무에 동화되어 높은 가치를 두느냐에 따라 업무성과가 달라짐을 확인하였다. 따라서 조직은 개인의 업무에 대한 의의와 역할을 명확히 제시하고, 또 한 개인 스스로 일에 대한 목적과 가치를 발견할 수 있도록 동기 부여할 수 있는 기회를 제공해주어야 할 것이다. 끝으로 연구 상의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

        Many advanced treatment processes have been introduced to WTPs, however, the consumer confidence on tap water is still low and the percentage of drinking water directly from the tap is less than 2 %. One of the methods to improve the credibility of tap water is to introduce a drinking water certification system. By introducing the system, water treatment processes can be optimized, which in turn, can significantly improve drinking water quality. In this paper, 6 water quality parameters(i.e., turbidity, CT, residual chlorine, geosmin, 2-MIB, Mn) which have significant influences on tap water quality and consumer confidence were identified, and their recommended guidelines were proposed. 3-Star or 5-Star certification can be awarded to the WTPs which have met the certification criteria. The drinking water certification system can be carried out as a voluntary program among drinking water suppliers.

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of walking on a treadmill while using dynamic functional electrical stimulation (Dynamic FES) on functional ability and gait in chronic stroke patients. This was a prospective, randomized controlled study. Twelve patients with chronic stroke (>;24 months) who were under grade 3 in dorsiflexor strength with manual muscle test were included and randomized into intervention (Dynamic FES) (n1=7) and control (FES) (n2=5). Both the Dynamic FES group and FES group were given a neuromuscular development treatment. The Dynamic FES group has implemented a total of 60 minutes of exercise treatment and gait training with Dynamic FES application. The FES group, with the addition of applying FES while sitting, has also implemented a total of 90 minutes of gait training on treadmill after the exercise treatment. Both two groups accomplished the program, twice a week, for a total of 24 times in a 12-week period. Exercise treatment, gait training on treadmill, and both Dynamic FES and FES were implemented for 30 minutes each. Korean version activities-specific balance confidence scale (K-ABC) was measured to determine self-efficacy in balance function. Timed up and go (TUG) test was performed to evaluate the physical performance. K-ABC, TUG, Berg balance scale (BBS), modified physical performance test (mPPT) and G-walk were evaluated at baseline and at 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, statistically significant differences (p<.05) were apparent in the Dynamic FES group in the changes in K-ABC and BBS. mPPT, TUG, gait speed, stride length and stance phase duration (%) were compared with the FES group. K-ABC had higher correlation to BBS, along with mPPT to TUG. Our results suggest that walking with Dynamic FES in chronic stroke patients may be beneficial for improving their balance confidence, functional ability and gait.

        목적 : 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 일반적 특성에 따른 학과만족도, 진로불안감 및 진로성숙도에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 국내 작업치료(학)과 대학생들의 현황 및 인식도 조사연구 I : 일반적 현황 및 전공 선택의 연구 틀과 절차가 동일하다. 결과 : 학과만족도에서는 여학생이 남학생보다 높게 나타났으며, 17∼22세 범위의 연령대의 학생들이 26∼28세 범위의 연령대의 학생들보다 높게 나타났다. 그리고 3년제 대학이 4년제 대학보다 학과만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 재학생이 복학생, 편입생보다 학과만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 진로확신에 속하는 진로불안감과 진로성숙도는 남학생이 여학생보다 더 높았으며, 연령이 높은 학생이 연령이 낮은 학생보다 진로성숙도가 더 높았으며, 진로불안감은 낮았다. 그리고 4년제 대학이 3년제 대학보다 진로불안감과 진로성숙도가 더 높았으며, 국시 불안감이 클수록 진로 불안감은 더 높았다. 결론 : 이러한 결과를 토대로 전국 작업치료(학)과에서는 학생들 개개인의 특성에 맞는 교육 및 관심을 제공해야 하며, 작업치료(학)과의 질적 향상을 위해서 3년제 대학과 4년제 대학은 상호보완 관계로 발전해 나가야 한다.

        The purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of decision-making confidence of clothing. As determinants, this study examined consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence, vanity, and clothing knowledge. Data were collected through surveying university students in Seoul metropolitan area using convenience sampling method. Out of 324 distributed, 300 useful questionnaires were returned. The results showed that identical conformity among consumer susceptibility to interpersonal influence factors significantly influences, both directly and indirectly, decision making confidence through vanity. Although normative conformity does not influence decision-making confidence directly, it does significantly influence decision-making confidence indirectly through influencing vanity and clothing knowledge. The results suggest clothing is a manifestation tool for managing public self, which finally leads to increased clothing knowledge and decision-making confidence of clothing. These findings may be used by marketers in developing strategies for product development and promotion.

        This study was designed to examine, applying Rasch analysis based on item response theory, the questionnaires of the Activities-Specific Balance Confidence (ABC) scale for the elderly. The subjects were 99 institutional older adults and clients of social welfare facilities. The subjects (17 men, 72 women) ranged in age from 65 to 94 years (mean age 76.5 yrs). The Winsteps software was used to assess whether the ABC scale fits the Rasch model, to estimate the score and to refine the rating scale. The results are as follows. Twenty-two subjects were excluded as misfit persons. Four items were found to be misfits and the order of difficulty of the remaining 12 items was rearranged. Their balance confidence is indicated by -.64~1.12 logit, and the transformation formula is score=[(logit score+2.76)/(2.76+3.48)]100. The most difficult item was "Walk outside in icy sidewalks" and the easiest item was "Walk around house." In conclusion, the ABC scale for the elderly has been proven reliable and valid. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an effective examination tool for treatment planning and screening for older adults.
