Recently Korean enterprises that branch out into China have been continuously increased to achieve diverse objectives such as personnel expenses reduction, market share extension on China and globalization strategy implementation. We have studied about competitiveness reinforcement of enterprises that branch out into China in terms of TPM(Total Production Management). In this paper, we extended the concept of traditional TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) to TPM(Total Production Management) that covers extensively the concept of total management innovation activities. We explored detailed activities of TPM and voluntarily participative field research circle. Also, We suggested some prerequisite conditions for TPM settlement that might be recommended for the foreign companies in China and checked Key Performance Indicator(KPI) that could be useful to confirm how TPM contributed to enterprise competitiveness reinforcement.

무리우산버섯균의 기초적인 자료를 연구함으로써 앞으로 있을 인공재배 및 균사체 대량증식법 등의 연구에 있어서 발판이 되고자 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 실험에 사용된 무리우산버섯균은 액체배지의 경우 Glucose pepton에서 202mg/18일로 균사생장이 가장 좋았으며, 고체배지는 YMG배지에서 81mm/8일로 가장 좋았다. 2. 균사생장 최적 온도는 20∼25℃이며, 최적 산도는 pH 5.5∼6.0 이였으나 pH 6.0∼7.0에서는 생장이 급속히 감소하였다. 3. 무리우산버섯균의 균사생장을 위한 최적영양원으로 탄소원에는 다당류인 Inulin이였으며, Dextrose를 제외하고는 균사생육에 있어서 큰 차이는 나지 않았다. 질소원으로는 무기태질소원인 NaNO3였으며 다른 질소원들은 생장이 저조하였다. 4. 최적 톱밥배지 선정에 있어서 졸참나무가 가장 좋았으며 미송, 아카시나무, 상수리나무, 포플러 순으로 생장이 좋았고, Corn cob의 경우 생장이 가장 저조하였다. 5. 광학현미경과 주사형전자현미경으로 관찰한 바 목섬유의 세포벽의 일부분이 침식되고 세포 내강에서 중간층으로 점차 얇아지는 박벽화 현상이 관찰되었다. 6. 균사의 밀도는 도관과 방사유세포에 높게 나타났고, 일부 목섬유에서도 균사의 밀도가 높게 나타났다. 도관 내에 균사의 밀도가 높게 나타남에도 불구하고 목섬유와 유세포에 비해 분해가 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 7. PDA배지에 tannic acid를 첨가한 Bavendam 반응에서 배지의 재색이 암갈색으로 변하는 양성 반응을 보여 리그닌 분해 효소중의 하나인 laccase가 존재함이 확인되었다. 8. Dry weight에서 5.9%의 감소율을 보였으며, 이에 따른 pH의 변화는 6.07에서 4.31로 배지가 산성화 되였다. 또한 온수추출물에 있어서 톱밥과 미강(4:1 w/w)의 경우 12.98%의 추출량을 보여주었으며 무리우산버섯균이 배양된 배지의 경우 8.56%를 보여주었다.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Sanitary management practices from 8 packaged meals (Dosirak) manufacturing establishments were surveyd during production and distribution and their microbiological quality of dosirak items marketed in CVS were analyzed. Correlation coefficients were calculated to deternine significant relationships between sanitary management practices and microbiological quality of packaged meals. The results of self evaluation on sanitary management practices indicated 'doing practice well' in personnel and equipment sanitation management but time-temperature control management were practiced satisfactorily only about 55% as compared with the managerial standard guidelines. Significant relationships between the status of actual sanitary management practices and microbiological quality of Dosirak items were not found, but general status of microbiological quality of Dosirak items revealed positive relationship with the size of operational structure and the status of time-temperature control management practices.
