인터넷망의 개방성과 중립성을 어느 정도까지 보장해야 할 것인지에 관한 망중립성 논의는 2000년 대 초반에 시작되었지만, 인터넷망을 통한 사업모 델들이 융합과 혁신을 통하여 눈부시게 발전할수 록 이 문제에 대한 이해관계인들간의 의견은 찬성 과 반대로 첨예하게 대립하고 있는 모습이다. 망중 립성이라는 개념은 결국 이를 통하여 어떠한 가치 를 어떻게 보호할 것인지에 관한 문제로 접근하는 것이 보다 현실적인 해결방안으로 보인다. 미국의 경우, Comcast판결에서 연방통신위원회의 규제권 한 존재여부의 문제로 망중립성 문제가 논의되었 으나, 최근 Verizon판결에 의하여 일단 연방통신위 원회의 규제권한 존부의 문제는 일단락이 되면서 향후에는 연방통신위원회의 규제의 내용과 방법에 관한 논의로 전개될 것이 예상된다. 유럽에서는 망 중립성에 대한 규제와 관련하여 당초 미국에 비하 여 다소 소극적인 입장에서 출발했으나, 사업자들 간의 이해관계가 점점 더 첨예하게 대립하면서 이 를 정면으로 받아들이는 입법까지도 고려되고 있 다. 우리나라의 경우에는 전기통신사업법과 공정 거래법의 관련규정을 통하여 망중립성이라는 규범 적 가치를 보호하기 위한 입법이 정비되어 있는 상 황이며, 실제로 망중립성의 문제가 내재한 사안들 에서 방송통신위원회와 공정거래위원회의 규제권 한이 행사되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 다만 두 기 관의 관할충돌 및 중복규제에 대한 우려가 제기될 수 있는 상황에서 두 기관간의 조화로운 규제권한 의 집행이 필요하다.

본 연구는 송파구의 도시녹지 네트워크 강화와 도시녹지 확충을 위한 가로녹지 개선계획 수립을 목적으로 수행하였다. 송파구 네트워크 가로를 선정하기 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 송파구 관내 공원, 녹지축 현황을 분석하고, 가로변 녹지 현황, 보도폭 현황을 분석하였다. 분석결과 가로변에 위치한 19개 공원과 녹지축 연계가 가능한 13개 가로를 도출하였다. 가로변 녹지는 자연녹지 및 조성녹지와 연계된 가로가 56,546m이었고, 보도폭은 추가적인 띠녹지 확보 및 보식 가능한 보도폭 5m 이상의 가로가 8,600m이었다. 이를 종합하여 도시녹지 네트워크 가로로 올림픽로, 송파대로, 남부순환로, 위례성길을 선정하였다. 네트워크 가로의 가로녹지 조성 현황을 분석하여 가로녹지 조성 및 가로수 식재량 증진 방안을 도출하였다. 가로녹지 개선은 관목 위주 가로녹지의 녹지구조 다양화, 가로변 녹지를 활용한 가로녹지 보완을 제시하였다. 가로수 식재량 증진은 가로녹지 개선계획을 바탕으로 수목 보완 식재를 통해 식재량 증진이 가능한 가로를 대상으로 하였다. 송파구 네트워크 가로 중 아교목 보식(1주) 가능 구간은 전체 길이 34,206m중 63.6%이었다. 녹지 네트워크 가로별 식재량 증진계획에 따른 주수변화를 산정한 결과 4,708주의 추가식재를 통해 전체 9,518주로 증가할 것으로 예측되었다.

If information representativeness is given to an information network, users can easily see what representative information the site has, and it helps in reducing unnecessary time during information search. This paper proposes the generating representative information method which utilizes the degree of coupling of information and the weighted information value in order to solve various problems which occur in the information network. The generating representative information method measures the degree of coupling of the information by utilizing the attribute information and page information expressed on the information network and generates the representative information by calculating the weighted information value of the information network. are also presented.

The thermodynamic state variables in superheated region of steam table are not wholy obtained by measurements. This means that steam table contains a little error. In this study small error was artificially added to superheated variables and modeled using neural networks. The results were compared with the analysis using quadratic spline interpolation method. By and large the relative errors of variables by neural networks were sufficiently small and similar to or less than those by quadratic spline interpolation method. It was concluded that neural networks could be one good way of modeling for superheated steam table.

The diaspora mission is one of the major issues in global mission work, which has arisen as one of the tasks to be carried out by cross-cultural diaspora groups that have global networks traditionally such as Chinese speaking people, Indian and Filipinos diaspora, and also Koreans who now have finances and skills. Taking this historical opportunity, this author will try to define the concepts of the diaspora and the diaspora mission based on the sense of calling, outline the current status of Korean diaspora mission network, and present the direction of Korean diaspora mission. The missional meaning of the history of the Korean diaspora can be summarized as follows. Firstly, it is commonly held that the Korean emigration started from the middle of the 19th century, which is late compared to other nations. Secondly, the history of Korean emigrants is the history of Korean diaspora mission. Thirdly, the Korean diaspora mission spread very rapidly and widely. Fourthly, the history of Korean diaspora is the history of the overseas Korean churches. Fifthly, the history of Korean diaspora becomes more meaningful when it is reviewed in relation to the current global mission of the Korean Church. The Korean Church Mission implies two concepts, mission of the Korean Church, and mission for the Korean Church. Likewise, diaspora mission has dual meanings, mission for diaspora and mission by diaspora. Moreover, as the word ‘diaspora’ is used as a complex concept, diaspora mission could be expanded in three ways for Korean situation today: first, the mission of the Korean Church through Korean diaspora (or ‘toward’); second, the mission of the Korean Church for (or ‘through’) the immigrants in Korea; third, the mission of the Korean Church for (or ‘through’) cross-cultural diaspora in other regions other than Korea. The history of Korean diaspora is the history of the Korean diaspora mission. The Expansion of Korean diaspora expanded the overseas mission of the Korean Church. The mission movement for Korean diaspora started from North America and extended to the world. This has been a driving force of calling out Korean diaspora to mission field, and presented a new direction for global mission of the Korean Church. In the process, Korean diaspora produced various mission networks. This is a good model for the world mission, which should be promoted through union and agreement with one another. The future global mission of the Korean Church should be carried out through cooperative networks with global churches. Also, the Korean diaspora mission will be a foundation that will expand to the global mission of the Korean Church through cooperation with cross-cultural diaspora and the Global Church.

본 연구는 기존의 회귀분석과는 달리 시계열 분석과 인공신경망 모형을 이용하여 장래 해상교통량을 예측하였다. 특히, 시계열 분석을 통한 예측값을 인공신경망 모형에 추가 입력변수로 적용하여 장래 해상교통량 예측을 제고하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 인천항의 1996년부터 2013년까지 월별 관측값을 대상으로 하였다. 모형의 예측력 검증을 위해 1996년부터 2012년까지 관측값을 대상으로 구축한 모형으로부터 2013년을 예측하여 실제 관측값과의 비교로 적합한 모형을 판별하였다. 인천항의 2015년 장래 해상교통량은 매월 평균 교통량보다 5월과 11월에 각 5.9 %, 4.5 % 많았으며, 1월과 8월은 매월 평균 교통량보다 각 8.6 %, 4.7 % 적은 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서 인천항은 계절에 따른 월별 교통량의 차이를 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구는 해상교통 현장관측 조사시 계절에 따른 교통량의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

On July 30, 2012, Kakao Talk of Kakao Co., Ltd has pioneered a mobile platform SNG market for the first time in the country along with the launch of ‘Kakao Game Center’. While Kakao Talk has released a puzzle game called ‘Anipang’ at the time of launching the Kakao Game Center, it has recorded a DAU value exceeding 8 million at the most by dominating the domestic mobile game market for smart phones right after being released. However, a sudden decrease of DAU was shown starting September 4th which is not even two month after being released and the defection of DAU continues to occur. This is a condition which is different from the Facebook SNG which is a computer platform based SNG where the DAU is steadily maintained until now. This study attempts to analyze the cause of such conditions through the comparison between Facebook SNG and Kakao Talk SNG representing each of computer platform based SNG and mobile platform based SNG to present an important reference point for the game creators who are preparing for the participation of mobile platform based SNG industry in the future through this analysis.

Users of smrtphone based mobile social network games are rapidly increasing. However, there are few researches for smartphone based mobile social network games. In this paper, we conducted a qualitative study in order to understand the continual usage intention of mobile social network game from indepth interview. As a result, passing time, hedonic valuem social value, challenge/competition, perceived enjoyment, and social interaction were found to have positive effects on continuous usage intention of smartphone based mobile social network game. And network quality, difficulties of game, and social interaction were found to have negative effects on continuous usage intention of smartphone based mobile social network game. This study provides practical suggestions for developers of social network game to invigorate the smart-phone based social network game market, such as improved additional investment for simple game interface, easy game rule, additional interactive services.

In biomass gasification, efficiency of energy quantification is a difficult part without finishing the process. In this article, a radial basis function neural network (RBFN) is proposed to predict biomass efficiency before gasification. RBFN will be compared with a principal component regression (PCR) and a multilayer perceptron neural network (MLPN). Due to the high dimensionality of data, principal component transform is first used in PCR and afterwards, ordinary regression is applied to selected principal components for modeling. Multilayer perceptron neural network (MLPN) is also used without any preprocessing. For this research, 3 wood samples and 3 other feedstock are used and they are near infrared (NIR) spectrum data with high-dimensionality. Ash and char are used as response variables. The comparison results of two responses will be shown.

Many countries have implemented genetic evaluation for fertility traits in recent years. In particular, reproductive trait is a complex trait and need to require a system-level approach for identifying candidate genes related to the trait. To find the candidate gene associated with reproductive trait, we applied a weighted gene co-expression network ana-lysis from expression value of bovine genes. We identified three co-expressed modules associated with reproductive trait from bovine microarray data. Hub genes (ZP4, FHL2 and EGR4) were determined in each module; they were topologically centered with statistically significant value in the gene co-expression network. We were able to find the highly co-expressed gene pairs with a correlation coefficient. Finally, the crucial functions of co-expressed modules were reported from functional enrichment analysis. We suggest that the network-based approach in livestock may an important method for analyzing the complex effects of candidate genes associated with economic traits like repro-duction.

본 연구의 목적은 2009 개정 과학 교육과정의 지구과학 I 목표와 교과서의 학습 목표와의 일치성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 교육과정의 목표와 교과서의 학습 목표를 능력, 공통 개념, 행위 동사로 구분하였으며, 이 자료를 언어네트워크분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 능력 요소와 관련하여 교과서는 인지적, 정의적 영역을 주로 강조하였다면 교육과정은 이외에도 탐구능력을 함께 강조하였다. 공통 개념은 교과서가 교육과정보다 더 다양한 요소가 사용되었다. 행위 동사 요소는 '이해'를 가장 많이 사용하였으나 대부분 인지 체제 수준으로 제시한 것에 그치고 있다.

The study focuses developing an effective mission strategy in a Social Network Service culture to reach the net generation in Korea. It asks these important questions: “What are the barrier for the Korean churches in evangelism to the net generation?” “How can Korean churches change their SNS culture in mission for the unchurched net generation?” In order to answer these questions, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with members of the net generation in Korea. Both the characteristics of the net generation, and those of the emerging SNS culture in Korea, were analyzed.The effective strategies of Korea church mission was an important issues in this study of how best to reach for Christ the net generation in SNS culture. I think that experience of mission in the Korean context led N-generation to the strategy that the Korean churches need a mission approach using SNS culture. This evangelism is a challenge for Korean churches seeking to reach the net generation. Korean churches need to be develop the mission strategies using SNS appropriate for the Internet culture of the net generation. Such SNS must be part of an effective mission toward the net generation who embrace a SNS culture.

본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크가 유발한 스트레스가 소비자의 대처행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 대학생 219명을 대상으로 쇼셜 쇼핑 상황을 가정하여 소셜 네트워크 내에서 겪은 스트레스가 쇼셜 쇼핑의 광고반응으로 수립된 소비자의 대처행동(적극적 대처, 정서적 지지, 부인)에 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 쇼셜 네트워크 스트레스는 소비자의 대처행동 중 적극적인 대처와 정서적 지지, 부인에는 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 그리고 대처행동 중 적극적인 대처와 정서적 지지는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며 부인은 부(-)의 영향을 주었다. 그러나 쇼셜 네트워크 스트레스가 구매의도에 주는 영향은 비유의적이었다. 한편 연결의 강도차원에서 쇼셜 쇼핑 상황 내에서 추천인과의 관계가 스트레스에서 대처행동의 경로에 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보았는데, 지인추천과 파워블로거 추천은 비유의적이었으나 MD 추천의 경우 부분적으로 스트레스와 대처행동의 경로 상에서 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 제언을 하였다.

본 연구는 서울시 도봉구 내 산림녹지축 단절지역의 도시 생태계 현황분석과 야생조류 출현현황과의 관계를 조사·분 석하여 야생조류 이동루트 설정과 비오톱 구조개선 방안을 제시하였다. 연구대상지 도시생태계 현황분석결과 토지이 용현황에서는 산림, 산지형공원과 저층 단독주거지가 대부 분을 차지하였고 녹지율 분포에서는 녹지율 75% 이상인 지역이 47.7%로 넓게 분포하였으며 토양피복 현황 분석결 과 지붕이 평평한 건물과 녹지 및 오픈스페이스가 주요 유 형이었다. 현존식생에서는 산림 중 자연림과 인공림 면적이 비슷하였으며 도시화지역이 41.3% 면적을 차지하였다. 건 축물의 층고현황은 저층건물 지역에서는 대부분이 5층 이 하의 단독주거지가 대부분이었고, 고층건물은 공동주택지 가 대부분이었다. 야생조류 출현현황은 가을철 2회, 월동기인 겨울철 2회, 그리고 번식기인 봄철 1회 등 삼계절에 걸쳐 5회를 실시하 여 월별, 계절별로 분석하였다. 가을철 출현 야생조류는 총 26종 1,541개체로 다양하였고 겨울철에 출현한 야생조류는 총 22종 1,198개체로 가을철보다 비교적 적었고 봄철에 출 현한 야생조류는 25종 643개체이었다. 봄철의 야생조류는 다른 계절에 비해 조사 횟수가 1회 적어서 개체수는 많이 줄었지만 여름철새 증가로 종수는 증가하였다. 전체적으로 시가화종과 텃새의 우점도 및 출현빈도가 높았다. 분석대상 종은 연구 목적을 고려하여 연구대상지에 출현한 35종 중 도심지에 적응한 종과 맹금류를 제외한 31종을 선정하였다. 선정된 종을 대상으로 각 비오톱 유형별 가을철, 겨울철, 봄철 출현종 및 개체수와 길드분석, 서식유형별, 내부종-가 장자리종, 종다양도를 분석하였다. 토지이용 유형, 식생의 자연성(인공림, 자연림), 식생의 층위구조, 토양피복과 종수간 분산분석 결과 고도의 유의성 이 인정되어 토지이용 유형, 식생의 자연성 및 층위구조에 따라 종수가 차이가 있었고, 녹지율과 출현 종수간의 상관 분석 결과도 고도의 양의 상관관계가 인정되어 녹지율이 증가함에 따라 야생조류 종수도 증가하였다. 비오톱구조 개선방안 제시를 위해 이동목표종을 선정하 였다. 이동목표종은 분석대상종으로 선정된 31종의 야생조 류 중 텃새를 중심으로 단기적인 녹지개선으로 이동성이 증가 할 수 있는 종으로 대상지 내 출현빈도가 높은 직박구 리, 쇠박새, 박새 등 3종을 선정하였다. 또한 녹지의 질적 향상 및 장기적인 서식처 조성을 통해 중·장기적으로 도입 가능한 쇠딱따구리, 오색딱따구리, 오목눈이, 붉은머리오목 눈이, 동고비, 청딱따구리, 큰오색딱따구리 등 7종을 추가적 으로 제안하였다. 녹지축 단절지에 이동목표종 출현특성 및 서식유형을 분 석하여 야생조류 이동을 위한 루트를 단기, 중기, 장기로 구분하여 루트별로 현황을 분석하고 비오톱구조 개선방안 을 제시하였다. 단기이동루트는 단절지내에서 비교적 녹지 가 풍부하고 단기 이동목표종인 박새, 쇠박새, 직박구리가 다수 관찰된 루트다. 중기 및 장기 이동루트는 주택재건축 예정지역이 포함된 단독주거지가 대부분으로 단기간에 녹 지 확보가 어렵지만 중·장기적인 개선방안이 실현된다면 야 생조류 유입이 가능한 지역으로 설정하였다. 단절녹지축에 대한 비오톱구조 개선방안으로 단독주택 지는 생활가로조성, 담장 허물기 및 옥상녹화를, 공동주택 지는 녹지구조 개선 및 관목식재 추가, 상업지역은 옥상녹 화 및 가로수 수종 갱신, 학교는 운동장녹화, 옥상녹화 및 불투수포장 개선, 공공기관은 옥상녹화 녹지면적 증대를 개 선방안으로 제시하였다. 노해로와 도봉로는 가로숲 조성을 제안하였다. 또한 녹지축단절지역을 생태축연결지구로 용 도지구를 지정하여 도시관리계획 차원에서 장기적인 연결 목표를 갖고 관리 할 것을 제안하였다.

PURPOSES : This research is a study on the changes in the road network of the surrounding area is installed according to the Kiss & Ride Zone. METHODS : Estimating the transportation mode of students by using the Metropolitan household Surveys(2006) and estimating the O/D by Kiss & Ride ratio with the estimated data, then being applied to a method of reducing the number of lanes for certain sections of the road which would be installed with Kiss & Ride Zone. RESULTS : The reason why it is different for delay resolving time and the affected roads as the Kiss & Ride percentage change, was the impact of the Kiss & Ride Zone's installation position. CONCLUSIONS : The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the road network in accordance with the installation of Kiss & Ride Zone by using speed and queue delay resolving time, and it is a need to develop a quantitative evaluation technique which was using various indicators in impact analysis according to the installation of the traffic safety facilities in the future.
