        To synnema formation and entomopathogenic of Paecilomyces tenuipes using some of media under the blue LED lamp. Lyophilized matured silkworm hemolymph and Bombyx mori powder were used as nutrient source in cultivation of an entomopathogenic fungus, Paecilomyces tenuipes. Matured silkworm (MS, aged seventh days of fifth instars) was in whole lyophilized without any treatment. Hemolymph (HL) powder was prepared by water-soluble extraction from matured silkworms which was silk gland removed and also lyophilized, too. Both of media showed better growth rates and synnemata formations than potato dextrose (PD) medium, and B. mori was controlled under the blue LED lamp conditions. To investigate their effect on mycelial growth of P. tenuipes, each of them were provided as nutrient sources by final concentrations of 2, 3 and 4%, respectively. Total 18 test cultures were cultivated for 14 days with no light. Three PD cultures were used as control group. Each of growth areas was measured with an image analyzer. The result showed that MS and HL medium promoted mycelial growth of P. tenuipes by 287 and 310%, respectively, in comparison with PD medium. The synnema formation and its shape of Paecilomyces tenuipes using B. mori under the blue LED lamp group are not so good than normal conditions. But, how to change of a compositions are not yet. It will be investigation in the future.

        Cuticular proteins (CPs) and the polysaccharide chitin are the major components of the exo- and endocuticular layers or procuticle. CPs contain a conserved sequence known as the Rebers & Riddiford (R&R) motif, which may function as a chitin-binding domain that helps to coordinate the interaction between chitin fibers and the protein network. We identified two highly abundant RR-2 CPs, TcCPR18 and TcCPR27, in protein samples extracted from elytra (rigid cuticle) of Tribolium castaneum adults and determined that these two CPs are required for rigid cuticle morphology. In this study, we identified the third most abundant protein (TcCP30) extracted from the elytra, and cloned a full-length cDNA. It encodes a very unusual 171 amino acid residue protein of which 36% of the residues of the mature protein are Glu, 21% are His, 19% are Arg, and 16% are Gly, organized in a regular pattern but not R&R consensus motif. TcCPR18 and TcCPR27 genes are expressed at 4 d-old pupae, while TcCP30 is highly expressed at 5 d-old pupae (last pupal stage) and 0 d-old adults. Immunohistochemical studies revealed the presence of TcCP30 in rigid adult cuticle (e.g. elytron, pronotum and ventral abdomen) but not soft cuticle (e.g. hindwing and dorsal abdomen). Injection of dsRNA for TcCP30 into late instar larvae had no affect on larval and pupal growth and development. The subsequent pupal-adult molt, however, more than 50% adults were unable to shed their exuvium and died. In addition, the resulting adults exhibited wrinkled, warped and split elytra. TcCP30-deficient adults could not fold their hindwings properly. These results indicate that TcCP30 may play critical roles in rigid adult cuticle formation, development and insect growth and survival. This work was supported by NRF (NRF-2012R1A2A1A01006467).

        This study presents the global star formation efficiency (SFE) of 272 local star-forming galaxies based on the HI gas mass, stellar mass, star formation rate (SFR), and morphology. The SFE increases as the stellar mass increases while the specific SFR decreases. The SFE is enhanced for galaxies with large Há equivalent widths, which is primarily due to the large SFR, not due to the large available amount of gas. The SFE is also enhanced by a factor of ~2 for merging systems compared to the normal spirals, showing that the merger-induced high pressure and density environment are crucial for the active star formation. Based on the SFR scaling relation, I present a SFR calibration formula using the HI gas mass.

        Since 1984, the author has been studying the Daedong flora and has collected a large number of fossil plants from the Amisan Formation of Nampo Group distributed in Chungnam Coal-Field. One of the fossil plants was bennettitalean male flower, which was collected in 1986. The author described it as Weltrichia sp. The occurrence of Weltrichia sp. is the first record in the Early Mesozoic Daedong flora of Korea.

        近幾年,中國內地“恢復繁體字”之呼籲引起社會廣泛關注,在漢字教學領域也隨之出現“教繁”與“教簡”之爭。爭論中,從官方到民間以至學界,鮮見從簡化字如何形成這一“歷時”的角度觀察漢字演化的歷史,進而展開科學的、理性的討論。 本文依據專家歸納的漢字簡化9種方法,對中國國家語委和教育部聯合頒佈的《現代漢語常用字表》一級、二級常用字(3500個)當中的簡化字進行數據分析,嘗試為“復繁”的討論提供多一個思考的角度。 結論:現行簡化字是通過搜集、篩選千百年來民間通行的簡體字整理而成的,並非憑空而造。而簡體字歷史悠久,它伴隨漢字的出現而同步產生,各種簡化方法約定俗成,已成體系。人為“復繁”教育成本大,“沒必要也不值得”。

        In order to produce size-controllable Ag nanoparticles and a nanomesh-patterned Si substrate, we introduce a rapid thermal annealing(RTA) method and a metal assisted chemical etching(MCE) process. Ag nanoparticles were self-organized from a thin Ag film on a Si substrate through the RTA process. The mean diameter of the nanoparticles was modulated by changing the thickness of the Ag film. Furthermore, we controlled the surface energy of the Si substrate by changing the Ar or H2 ambient gas during the RTA process, and the modified surface energy was evaluated through water contact angle test. A smaller mean diameter of Ag nanoparticles was obtained under H2 gas at RTA, compared to that under Ar, from the same thickness of Ag thin film. This result was observed by SEM and summarized by statistical analysis. The mechanism of this result was determined by the surface energy change caused by the chemical reaction between the Si substrate and H2. The change of the surface energy affected on uniformity in the MCE process using Ag nanoparticles as catalyst. The nanoparticles formed under ambient Ar, having high surface energy, randomly moved in the lateral direction on the substrate even though the etching solution consisting of 10 % HF and 0.12 % H2O2 was cooled down to -20˚C to minimize thermal energy, which could act as the driving force of movement. On the other hand, the nanoparticles thermally treated under ambient H2 had low surface energy as the surface of the Si substrate reacted with H2. That's why the Ag nanoparticles could keep their pattern and vertically etch the Si substrate during MCE.

        On March 10, 2011, Chairman Wu Bangguo of the standing committee of China's National People's Congress announced that a socialist law system with Chinese characteristics has formed, but the legal system can be constructed through legislation to form? What meanings are vocabularies that describe the characteristics of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics? And what is the evaluation criterion of this system? To answer these questions, in this paper, we combine the key laws in the key point and the legal disputes between scholars in the forming process of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, trying to sketch a picture of pure and fresh and full of historical composition and theoretical framework.Core idea of this article think, first, the constitution i plays a fundamental role in the formation of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Whether the constitution itself is good or bad determines the content and value of the system, also determines the path and the historical track of the formation of the system. China's National People's Congress (NPC) as the main architect of this system, whose behavior is restricted by the constitution. Second, although all previous changes to the Chinese constitution, which are the result of the development of social politics economy and culture in China, but deepened people’s understand to the law in China, led to scientific discussion of the legal system, and thus indirectly affect the content of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, we think that the formation of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in fact is the result of benign operation of constitutionalism under the guidance of the constitution in China.First of all, the legal system was proposed based on the needs of the legislation, and analyzed the social cause to the concept. Second, Chinese scholars on the legal system of tong said, which is to point to by a country's current legal norms, formed by the combination according to different classification of legal department of a systematic organic connection of the unified whole. Through the analysis, we think it boils down to law system, in essence is a normative system. It lasted for the basic ideas of analytical positivism jurisprudence, its biggest function is to guide legislators classify legislation, by looking for omissions, additions, so can effective legislation in a short period of time. At the same time, it also facilitates law student learning, and provides direction for their future work in the legal fields. In thought, law system highlights the national centralism construction view, emphasized the national rationality, maintenance of the constitution established the people's congress system, set up the center of the National People's Congress and its standing committee at all levels. The constructivism too believes that the role of human reason. Again, through the use of historical material, analyses the formation of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has undergone a preliminary formation, the basic form, and then to the final forming process. While the theory of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has experienced a "socialist legal system", "legal system of socialist market economy", "the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics" between transformation of space and time. Between the key combed the Chinese officials and scholars discussing the standard about legal system formed, because this is a major theoretical issues in construction of legal system. After analyzing various views, point that the constitution is in the core position in the formation of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, if considering t the constitution should be brought into the formation of legal system, and care to the codification of China tradition, criterion of formation can be summed up in four: (1) whether the full implementation of the provisions of the constitution as the legislation; (2) the basic law of law department has codified ; (3) respect for human rights; (4) the unity of legal system. Although the legislation is a difficult task, but compared to law enforcement of the legal system, it is relatively easy. When legislation is not largely enacted, legal interpretation, especially the judicial function becomes increasingly obvious. These are all challenges for China in the future.

        최근 상업주의 언론의 과도한 시장지향성이 저널리즘 기능수행을 위협하고 있어 본 논문은 시장지향적 언론의 형성 과정과 성격 및 특성을 한국과 미국 신문의 비교연구를 통해 고찰해보았다. 그 결과 시장지향적 언론은 상업적 언론에 내재해있는 이윤추구 속성이 경영 악화, 소유구조 변화, 경쟁 심화와 같은 경제적 조건으로 인해 노골적으로 강화되는 일반적 현상이라는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한 두 나라 신문 모두 광고수입 의존도가 높다는 점이 시장지향성을 강 화시켰다. 시장지향적 언론이 보이는 특성은 첫째, 최대한 많은 독자를 확보해 광고수입을 극대화하기 위해 독자지향적으로 뉴스를 제작한다. 둘째, 수익성을 높이기 위해 영 업과 편집의 통합화를 시도하는데 미국 신문이 마케팅 차원에서 접근하는데 비해 한국 신문에서는 영업활동에 편집국을 조직적으로 동원하는 행태를 보인다. 셋째, 언론의 공적 사명보다 사업적 이해를 우선하기 때문에 편집의 자율성이 침해되고 약화한다. 넷째, 시장지향적 언론은 광고주의 압력에 취약하고, 광고 수주에 도움 이 되는 방향으로 기사에 대한 내적 통제를 실시한다. 다섯째, 시장지향적 언론은 비용에 민감하기 때문에 취재보도 활동에 충분한 지원이 이뤄지지 않으며, 이에 따라 외부의 자료제공에 대한 의존이 높아지는 경향이 있다.

        Electrochemical surface treatment is commonly used to form a thin, rough, and porous oxidation layer on the surface of titanium. The purpose of this study was to investigate the formation of nanotubular titanium oxide arrays during short anodization processing. The specimen used in this study was 99.9% pure cp-Ti (ASTM Grade II) in the form of a disc with diameter of 15 mm and a thickness of 1 mm. A DC power supplier was used with the anodizing apparatus, and the titanium specimen and the platinum plate (3mm×4mm×0.1mm) were connected to an anode and cathode, respectively. The progressive formation of TiO2 nanotubes was observed with FE-SEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy). Highly ordered TiO2 nanotubes were formed at a potential of 20 V in a solution of 1M H3PO4 + 1.5 wt.% HF for 10 minutes, corresponding with steady state processing. The diameters and the closed ends of TiO2 nanotubes measured at a value of 50 cumulative percent were 100 nm and 120 nm, respectively. The TiO2 nanotubes had lengths of 500 nm. As the anodization processing reached 10 minutes, the frequency distribution for the diameters and the closed ends of the TiO2 nanotubes was gradually reduced. Short anodization processing for TiO2 nanotubes of within 10 minutes was established.

        In the 16th century, the country of the heaven’s son Ming Dynasty had been on the verge of decline. Under such a circumstance, Portuguese who had been shown along the coast of Southeast Asia occupied the Malacca Kingdom with their force, which was a tributary state to China for a long time, resulting in disturbances in the tributary trading system whose summit was Ming Dynasty. Although Portugal with its entry to the Sea of Southeast Sea wanted to keep a tributary relations for the stable and organizational trading activities with China, the government of Ming Dynasty could not overcome its suspicion and fear against Portugal as they had not experienced such a situation, resulting in forming conflicts for a long time. Macao – The process to form residences of Portuguese in Macao can be said to be a course to expand the understanding and trust on the counterpart while the government of Ming Dynasty with no power to control the counterpart were reducing the suspicion and fear against Portugal. Although Ming Dynasty could not embrace Portugal as one of the tributary states, it allowed their stay in Macao as the land of the heaven’s government. Although gateways were installed to control the access of Portuguese to the inland, their trading was never blocked. Although Portuguese did not give up the construction of walls under the justification of protecting their living foundations from the external invaders such as the Dutch, they served for the government of Ming Dynasty which allowed them to have their safety and Christian missionary works until they were perished. The Portuguese residents in Macao with Catholic churches and Western buildings in the Iberian style together with Chinese colors can be said to be cultural heritages which came from the contacts and conflicts between China and Portugal.

        ORF78 (ac78) of Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) is a baculovirus core gene of unknown function. To determine the role of ac78 in baculovirus life cycle, an ac78-deleted mutant AcMNPV, Ac78KO, was constructed. Quantitative PCR analysis revealed that ac78 is a late gene in the viral life cycle. After transfection into Spodoptera frugiperda cells, Ac78KO produced a single-cell infection phenotype indicating that no infectious budded viruses (BVs) were produced. The defection in BV production was also confirmed by both viral titration and Western blot. However, viral DNA replication is unaffected. Analysis of BV and occlusion derived virus (ODV) revealed that AC78 is associated with both forms of the virions and is a structural protein located to viral envelope. Electron microscopy showed that ac78 also plays an important role in embedding of ODV into occlusion body. This study therefore demonstrates that AC78 is a late virion associated protein and is essential for the viral life cycle.

        오늘날 우리가 소비하는 축산물, 즉 소고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기 등은 대부분 공장식 축산방법으로 사육되었다 해도 과언이 아니다. 공장식 축산이란 공장에서 동일한 규격의 제품을 대량으로 찍어내듯이, 비용을 최대한 절감하는 표준화된 방법으로 가축을 사육하여 고기를 대량 공급하는 시스템이다.안전한 축산물 소비를 위해서는 가축의 도살이후 식탁에 오르기까지의 위생환경도 중요하지만 그 이전에 적절한 사육환경 조성이 선행되어야 한다. 그러나 축산 농가는 소득증대를 위해 이것을 무시하며 대량공급 달성에 열을 올리고 있다. 즉 활동하기조차 매우 비좁은 공간에서 항생제를 대량으로 먹여가며 빠른 시간 내에 살을 찌워 우리에게 공급하는 것이다. 이런 축산물은 우리 건강에 장래 어떤 영향을 줄 것인가?, 그리고 그에 대한 근본적 책임은 누구에게 있는 것일까?공장식 축산의 내용인 ‘단위면적당 가축사육기준’은 축산법 시행령에 규정되어 있다. 2013년 2월부터 축산법상 사육규제를 강화하였지만, 이 기준은 예전과 비교하여 크게 달라진 바가 없다. 그리고 여전히 사육업자가 이 기준을 준수하도록 하기 위한 행정제재의 실효성에도 한계를 가지고 있다. 이 글에서는 공장식 축산방법으로 사육된 축산물과 이를 소비한 국민의 생명 ․ 건강상의 위해 간에는 직접적인 관련성이 있음을 전제로 하였다. 즉 국가가 설정한 ‘단위면적당 적정사육기준’이 사육업자의 부적절한 사육환경을 유발시키고 있다는 점을 근거로 하여 국가의 안전보호의무 위반에 대한 책임을 논하였다.

        A cell formation approach based on cluster analysis is developed for the configuration of manufacturing cells. Cell formation, which is to group machines and parts into machine cells and the associated part families, is implemented to add the flexibility and efficiency to manufacturing systems. In order to develop an efficient clustering procedure, this paper proposes a cluster analysis-based approach developed by incorporating and modifying two cluster analysis methods, a hierarchical clustering and a non-hierarchical clustering method. The objective of the proposed approach is to minimize intercellular movements and maximize the machine utilization within clusters. The proposed approach is tested on the cell formation problems and is compared with other well-known methodologies available in the literature. The result shows that the proposed approach is efficient enough to yield a good quality solution no matter what the difficulty of data sets is, ill or well-structured.

        Graphene has been synthesized on 100- and 300-nm-thick Ni/SiO2/Si substrates with CH4 gas (1 SCCM) diluted in mixed gases of 10% H2 and 90% Ar (99 SCCM) at 900˚C by using inductively-coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD). The film morphology of 100-nm-thick Ni changed to islands on SiO2/Si substrate after heat treatment at 900˚C for 2 min because of grain growth, whereas 300-nm-thick Ni still maintained a film morphology. Interestingly, suspended graphene was formed among Ni islands on 100-nm-thick Ni/SiO2/Si substrate for the very short growth of 1 sec. In addition, the size of the graphene domains was much larger than that of Ni grains of 300-nm-thick Ni/SiO2/Si substrate. These results suggest that graphene growth is strongly governed by the direct formation of graphene on the Ni surface due to reactive carbon radicals highly activated by ICP, rather than to well-known carbon precipitation from carbon-containing Ni. The D peak intensity of the Raman spectrum of graphene on 300-nm-thick Ni/SiO2/Si was negligible, suggesting that high-quality graphene was formed. The 2D to G peak intensity ratio and the full-width at half maximum of the 2D peak were approximately 2.6 and 47cm-1, respectively. The several-layer graphene showed a low sheet resistance value of 718Ω/sq and a high light transmittance of 87% at 550 nm.

        본고는 신경숙 소설을 정신분석학적 측면에서 살펴보았다. 신경숙의 소설은 결핍과 욕망의 존재인 인간의 근본속성에 대해 그려내고 있으며 그 과정에서 여주인공의 히스테리적 심리 구조를 보여주고 있다. 히스테리자는 아버지를 사랑하며 아버지의 욕망의 대상이 되고자 하나 그것은 금지이기 때문에 다른 방식으로 자신의 결여를 메꾸려 한다. 또한 히스테리적 오이디푸스 구조를 유지하기 위해 자신은 언제까지나 충족될 수 없는 결핍의 상황을 만들어내는 환상을 가진다. <딸기밭>에서 주인공과 인물들의 관계는 프로이트의 연구에서 ‘도라의 사례’와 유사한 욕망의 구조를 보여준다. ‘나’는 정상적인 오이디푸스과정을 거치지 못한 인물로 욕망의 결핍으로 방황하는 도라의 모습과 겹친다. 나의 욕망은 희미하게 존재조차 잊어버린 아버지의 자리를 채우지 못하고 대신 완벽한 여성성을 향유하는 ‘유’에게로 향한다. ‘유’라는 욕망은 자유롭고 부드러운 여성성이다. 어느 것에도 만족을 구할 수 없고 순수하게 자신으로부터 발생하는 욕망을 가질 수 없던 ‘나’는 사랑에 대한 욕망조차 유를 통해서 얻었던 것이다. <바이올렛>에서 주인공 오산이는 아버지의 존재를 경험한 적이 없기에 상실에 대해 슬퍼하거나 애도할 수조차 없는 인물로 그려진다. 오산이는 동성친구 남애를 통해 아버지에 대한 슬픔이라는 정서를 대신 충족하려고 하지만 그 관계가 깨어지고 성인이 되어서는 금지된 사랑을 꿈꾸는 남애를 동경한다. 소설의 결말에서 <딸기밭>의 주인공이 자신의 과거를 망각하고자 하는 것과 <바이올렛>에서 오산이가 자신의 욕망이 실현되지 못하는 것에 대한 좌절로 자기파괴를 시도하는 것은 히스테리자로서 환상을 유지하는 심리기제가 파국의 상황에서도 여전히 작동한다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 히스테리적 주체의 상황은 신경숙의 작품에서 일관되게 나타나는 소통의 단절, 고독감, 소외된 타자로서의 인물, 주제적 측면에서의 죽음 등과 관계가 있다. 소외되고 타자화되는 인물들의 고통과 방황, 그리고 인물간의 관계들은 정신분석학에서 히스테리자의 전형적인 주체 형성과정을 보여주는 욕망의 흐름에 따라 움직이고 있었다. 신경숙 소설은 온전히 자기 자신의 욕망의 주체가 되지 못하는 히스테리자의 공허한 내면을 적나라하게 그려내면서 인간의 실존적 불완전함에 대해 돌아보게 한다.

        Dielectrophoretic filtering and alignment of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were tested using deuterium oxide as a solvent. A solution of deuterium oxide-SWCNTs was dropped on top of a silicon chip and an ac electric field was applied between pre-defined electrodes. Deuterium oxide was found to be a better solvent than hydrogen oxide for the dielectrophoresis process with higher efficiency of filtering. This was demonstrated by comparing Raman spectra measured on the initial solution with those measured on the filtered solution. We found that the aligned nanotubes along the electric field were not deposited on the substrate but suspended in solution, forming chain-like structures along the field lines. This so-called pearl chain formation of CNTs was verified by electrical measurements through the aligned tubes. The solution was frozen in liquid nitrogen prior to the electrical measurements to maintain the chain formation. The current-voltage characteristics for the sample demonstrate the existence of conduction channels in the solution, which are associated with the SWCNT chain structures.
