큰28점박이무당벌레(Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata)는 감자, 토마토, 구기자 등 가지과 식물을 가해하는 저작형 해충으 로, 유충과 성충 모두 줄기와 잎의 엽육만을 가해하여 그물모양의 흔적을 남긴다. 큰28점박이무당벌레는 섭식량이 매우 많아 대발생할 경우에 상품성과 수량에 막대한 피해를 준다. 뿐만 아니라, 이동성이 높고 기주가 구기자의 경우 약용으로 사용되기 때문에 화학적 방제가 어려운 문제가 있다. 한편, RNA interference(RNAi)는 dsRNA로 인해 유전자 발현이 억제되는 기작으로, 최근 이를 해충방제에 이용하려는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 딱정벌레목 해충에 대해서는 해충방제를 위한 RNAi 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 RNAi를 이용하여 큰28점박이무당벌레를 방제하고자 실험을 수행하였다. 우선, RNAi에 이용할 target 유전자를 선발하기 위해 큰28점박이무당벌레의 cDNA library를 제작하였다. 그 결과, RNAi에 적합한 약 100~500bp의 insert를 확인하였고, 이를 LITMUS 28i transcription vector에 cloning하여 T7promoter를 이용해 dsRNA를 합성하였다. 향후에는 dsRNA를 큰28점박이무당벌레에 주입하여 방제에 효과적인 target 유전자를 선발하고, 나아가 transgenic plant를 통해 섭식에 의한 RNAi 효과를 확인하고자 한다.

Many fatal and non-fatal injuries occurred as a result of unexpected falls from horse scaffolds during structural or finishing works such as painting, plastering, or plumbing. Therefore, this study is to improve safety standards for horse scaffolds used mostly in the interior finishing works. But hazard elements for the horse scaffolds has not been specifically identified. This study has analyzed the accidents of horse scaffolds to prevent construction accidents and the characteristics of a serious accidents related the horse scaffolds. It was suggested a safety management plan and a group of accidents characteristics. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic data for prviding a reference related to the horse scaffolds and to be unified the regulations associated with the horse scaffolds.

수행이 중심이 되는 선원건축은 일반 사찰건축과 다르다. 그 공간적인 미 학 또한 특별하다. 최근 들어 명상센터와 템플스테이 관련한 건축물을 유행 처럼 짓고 있지만 선원건축에 대한 불교건축적인 기준이 없어서 설계와 건 축에 기준을 찾고 적용하는 데 어려움이 따른다. 이에 선원건축의 일반 사찰 건축에 대한 상이성을 모색해 보고자 전문적인 선 수행도량인 해인사 상선 원을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 상선원과 더불어 남양주 화개선원과 문경 봉암 사는 특별한 공통점과 특징성을 가지고 있다. 선원건축은 외떨어진 고요한 곳에 위치해 있으며, 백골건축이라 불릴 정 도로 단청이 생략되어 있고, 건물 사면이 문과 창호 및 복도로 구성되어 있 다. 내부에는 그 어떤 상징물(불상, 불단, 탱화 등)도 없고 생활과 관련된 시 설이 최소화되어 있으며, 마당에는 탑이나 종루도 없이 비어 있다. 그리고 수행에 방해가 되는 혼침과 벌레를 쫓는 환경이 갖춰지고, 수행공간도 평등 의 공간으로 남게 된다. 이러한 특별함에 대해 공간미학의 관점에서 비움과 채움, 가둠과 열림, 차가움과 따뜻함, 고요와 폭류의 개념을 추출하였다. 수행공간인 선원건축은 건축공간 내에 불교사상이 반영되어 있고 수행정 신을 고양시킬 수 있는 환경이 구축되어야 한다고 보았다. 선원(禪院)은 진 여가 온전히 드러나는 선의 근원[禪源]이고 불교 수행의 핵심을 담아내는 공 간이다. 이러한 건축적 미학을 선원건축에 담아내고 우리 삶의 공간으로도 끌어와야 할 것이다.

Recently, the need for asset management(AM) plan introduction to reduce increasing O&M cost with aging water facilities is on the rise. Therefore, asset inventory classification is necessary as the first step for AM plan construction. In this study, all assets of YW water treatment plant(WTP) were classified as 5 steps. In addition, specific code name was given to each asset which can increase compatibility in constructing the AM programs among WTPs. In the future, codes for attribute and status of asset will be allocated, which can facilitate proper AM operation.

With the development of economic globalization and political multi-polarization, the regional economic integration has become a great trend. Developing slowly of regional cooperation in northeast Asia reflects the great differences of culture identity. While the economic integration is developing vigorously worldwide, the northeast Asia falls behind. This situation not only means the economic interests contradictions of the regional countries, but also means that there is not a cultural identity in this area. If we want to prompt the region integration process we should strengthen the construction of the regional cultural identity. This paper analyzes the reasons of lacking of cultural identity in northeast Asia and point out the advantages and disadvantages of conutrcting northeast Asian cultural identity.

The effect of weir construction (2009~2011) was investigated on algal bloom dynamics and surrounding conditions in the Youngsan River by analyzing the long-term (2001~2014) data provided by the Water Information System, Ministry of Environment. The data include chlorophyll a and water properties such as total suspended solids (TSS), ammonium (NH4 +), nitrate (NO3-), orthophosphate (PO43-), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and DIN/DIP molar ratio collected from 12 stations along the channel of the river. Temporal variations were examined using data collected monthly from 2001~2014 and Box-Whisker plot was used to examine the difference in algal bloom dynamics between before (2006~2008) and after (2012~2014) the weir construction. Pearson’s correlation analysis was also used to analyze the correlation of parameters. The results showed that TSS affecting water turbidity increased during the construction but decreased especially at the stations located in the upper and middle regions of the river after the construction. Ammonium concentrations increased whereas the concentrations of other nutrients decreased after the construction inducing an increase in N:P molar ratio. Chlorophyll a decreased suddenly during the construction but increased clearly after the construction at the stations where TSS decreased. This indicates that algal blooms can develop in the Youngsan River due to a decrease in turbidity that increases light penetration in water column although the concentrations of nutrients such as orthophosphate were reduced after the weir construction.

본 연구는 한국 사회의 압축적 성장과 함께 폭발적으로 증가한 아파트를 비롯한 집합건물 이라는 주거형태가 가사노동의 절감과 생활의 편익증대 등 긍정적인 요소를 가지고 있는 반면에 부실공사로 인한 문제점들이 노출되면서 하자 기획소송의 폭증으로 이어져 여러 가 지 부작용이 발생하게 된 원인과 대책을 살펴보기 위하여 규범판단 부분과 사실판단 부분 으로 대별하여 하자담보책임 규범 상호간의 부조화 또는 현상과의 불일치 문제, 하자판정 의 기준미비 등에 대한 문제점과 대안제시를 핵심내용으로 하고 있다. 즉, 첫 번째로 하자담보책임 규범 상호간의 부조화 또는 현상과의 불일치 문제이다. 지금까 지 공동주택 등 집합건물에 대한 하자담보책임에 관하여 명확하고 통일적인 규정이 존재하 지 아니하여 하자보수에 관하여는 구 주택건설촉진법(현 주택법)이 적용되고 하자보수에 갈음하는 손해배상에 대하여는 민법 제667조 내지 671조가 준용되는 구 집합건물법제 9조 가 적용된다는 해석론이 득세를 하게 되면서 주택소비자들이 건축업자로부터 정상적인 절 차에 따라 하자보수를 받으려 하지 않고 금전배상만을 고집하는 부작용이 발생하였다. 이 에 대한 반작용으로 주택법이 2005년도에 개정되면서 공동주택의 하자담보책임에 관하여 주택법이 우선 적용되며 그 적용 시기도 동법 개정 전의 모든 아파트로 확대하여 소급입법 을 하기에 이르렀다. 이 주택법 부칙이 2008년도에 헌법재판소로부터 위헌판결을 받음에 따라 2012년도에는 공동주택을 포함한 모든 집합건물의 하자담보책임에 관하여 집합건물 법이 우선 적용되는 것으로 정리되었다. 그런데 집합건물의 하자보수와 관련된 2012년도의 법률개정은 집합건물과 관련된 법리상 의 오류 및 위헌요소가 일정부문 해소되었고, 마감재 등의 하자담보기간이 연장되었으며, 공동주택 구분소유자의 하자관련 권리가 강화된 반면, 분양자의 담보책임을 가중시키고 수 분양자와 직접 계약관계가 없는 시공자도 담보책임을 지도록 함으로써 시공자의 우발채무 부담을 증가시키는 방향으로 이루어졌다. 따라서 그동안 공동주택의 하자담보책임과 관련하여 주택법과 집합건물법이 상호 쟁투를 벌이듯 서로 우선 적용하는 것으로 다투다가 이를 합리적으로 정리하기 위하여 2012. 12. 28.에 주택법과 집합건물법이 모두 개정되었음에도 입법의 효과 못지않게 부정적 효과 또 한 적지 않다고 보이고 그중 핵심적인 문제점은 주택법령의 담보책임 기간과 상이하게 규 정되어 있어 특별한 사정이 없는 한 입주자는 시공자로부터 하자보수를 받으려하지 않고 여전히 금전배상을 원할 것으로 보인다. 두 번째로 하자담보책임에 관한 사실판단의 문제 즉, 하자판정기준 미비에 관한 문제이다. 이에 관하여는, 2011년 9월에 서울중앙지방법원에서 건설감정실무지침이라는 기준을 마련 해놓고 있고, 2012년 12월에 건설관련 주무부처인 국토교통부에서 제정한 ‘하자판정기준, 조사방법 및 보수비용 산정 기준’이 마련되어 있으나 여전히 미비점과 모순점이 많은 점을 감안하여, ① 하자감정의 기준이 되는 설계도서 문제, ② 하자발생 시점 특정 문제와 책임 제한, ③ 사용검사전 하자문제, ④ 중요한 하자에 대한 판단기준, ⑤ 균열보수 및 도장공사 의 범위와 방법 문제, ⑥ 실무상 공사비 산정방법의 구체적 문제점, ⑦ 건설관행에 대한 하 자판정의 구체적 문제점 등으로 항을 나누어 살펴보고 각 항목별로 하자판정에 대한 보완 적 해석론을 제시하였다. 결국 하자분쟁 예방을 위한 입법론으로, ① 집합건물의 하자담보책임 규정의 기간을 합리 적으로 손질하여 집합건물법에 일원화할 필요성, ② 하자발생시기의 특정문제로 인한 논쟁 을 종료하기 위한 입증책임 조항 신설, ③ 하자분쟁 조기 종식을 위한 하자종료합의서의 효력 인정, ④ 모든 집합건물에 대한 보증보험 가입 의무화 및 통일적 규정, ⑤ 설계 및 감 리의 책임 보험 규정 신설 등을 통하여 하자분쟁을 예방하거나 최소화하는 방향을 모색하 였다. 나아가 현실적 대안모색의 방법으로 ① 하자판정의 논리적 3단 평가방식을 형법에서 차용 하여 하자를 판단하는 일반이론을 개발할 필요성과 방법을 모색하였고, ② 부지불식간에 발생한 설계도서와 건축물간에 불일치 현상으로 인한 예기치 않은 비용 증가를 억제하기 위하여 사업주체 또는 시공자 스스로 준공전 예비감정(점검)을 시행함으로써 주택공급자는 하자소송의 위험에서 벗어나 합리적인 가격에 품질 높은 주택을 공급하며, 주택소비자는 쾌적하고 안전한 주거생활을 영위할 수 있도록 공급자와 소비자간의 균형을 도모하면서, 하자소송으로 인한 사회ㆍ경제적 낭비를 최소화할 방안을 모색하였다.

Companies build the factory automation system to improve management effectiveness and productivity as prime strategies for sustainable growth. But most companies undergo various trials and errors while carrying out the project without elaborate preparation stage for factory automation. In this study, we tried to verify what factors are critical to effectively building distribution automation system, which is a branch of factory automation system. A consulting model for setting up a Material Handling Automation System by utilizing the Stage-Gate Process, which is product development process was studied. 29 material handling automation projects carried out between the year 1990 to 2013 at K-Company were selected. Interviews with the project managers, operators and maintenance personnels, various records and current status of the projects were used as data for structural equations based on the Milan consulting model and existing researches of factory automation, CIM for material handling automation. Creating effective basis of production, material handling system and energy saving system with expert review, when preparing a material handling automation project, help promote the project planning thus contributing to the performance of the resulting system, which appears though rather weakly in our data. Also the effect of material handling automation can be enhanced through sufficient and effective links to the relevant environments such as production logistics management and automated warehouses. More detailed planning characteristics of project promotion or some time-series data of effective Material Handling Automation System could enhace furthur studies. We propose a consulting model for setting up an efficient material handling automation system.

건설과 같은 전문 소송에서는 감정인의 참여가 필수적이다. 감정인은 무엇보다 실체적 진 실 발견을 위한 전문성과 기술력을 갖추어야 한다. 하지만 건설감정에 대해 증명력이 부족 하고 감정결과의 부실을 우려하는 목소리도 높다. 이러한 우려에도 불구하고 그 동안 감정 방법의 구조적 특성으로 인해 발생하는 각종 문제점에 대한 고민이 부족했다. 이 연구에서는 감정의 문제점에 대한 진단의 초점을 감정절차나 기준이 아닌 감정 방법에 맞추어 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 그동안 놓치고 있었던 감정의 과정과 방법에 대해 구체적 으로 분석하고 문제점의 실체를 파악한 후 효과적인 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이제 건설감정의 현장조사 기법은 정보화를 통해 디지털 정보로 구현되어야 할 것이다. 감 정업무 또한 표준화를 통한 더욱 효율적이고 전문적인 감정 수행 방식으로 정착되어야 한 다. 이를 위해 표준 감정내역서식과 업무 방식이 보급되고 개발되어야 할 것이다. 감정 방 법의 정보화는 전자소송 시대의 필연적인 흐름이라고 할 수 있다.

The VHTR (Very High Temperature gas-cooled nuclear Reactor) has been considered as a major heat source and the most safe generation IV type reactor for mass hydrogen production to prepare for the hydrogen economy era. The VHTR satisfies goals for the GIF (Generation IV International Forum) policy such as sustainablility, economics, reliability and proliferation resistance and physical protection, and safety. As a part of a VHTR economic analysis, we have studied the VHTR construction cost and operation and maintenance cost. However, it is somewhat difficult to expect the ripple effect on the whole industry due to the lack of information about Inter-industries relationship. In many case, the ripple effect are based on experts’ knowledge or uncertain qualitative assumptions. As a result, we propose quantitative analysis techniques for ripple effects such as the production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, and employment inducement effect for VHTR 600MWt×4 modules construction and operation ripple effect based on NOAK (Nth Of A Kind). Because inducement effect values have been published annually, we predict inducement effect’s relation function and estimated values including production inducement effect value, added value inducement effect value, and employment inducement effect value using time series and estimated values are verified with published inducement effects’ value. This paper presents a new method for the ripple effect and preliminary ripple effect consequence using a time series analysis and inter-industry table. This ripple effect analysis techniques can be applied to effect expectation analysis as well as other type reactor’s ripple effect analysis including VHTR for process heat.

감정평가 방식은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 원가법 및 적산법 등 비용성의 원리에 기초한 감 정평가 방식인 원가방식, 거래사례비교법, 임대사례비교법 등 시장성의 원리에 기초한 감 정평가방식인 비교방식과 수익환원법 및 수익분석법 등 수익성의 원리에 기초한 감정평가 방식인 수익방식이다 이러한 건물의 현존가치 평가는 소송에 의한 경우 법원으로부터 감정인으로 지정된 법원감 정인들에 의해서 수행되고 있다. 감정평가사들에 의해 행해지는 대출 등의 소송 외적인 목 적으로 건물의 현존가치를 평가(이하 ‘사감정’이라 한다) 하는 경우에는 많은 연구와 세부적 인 평가기준이 있다. 그러나 법원감정에서는(유익비 등을 산정하기 위한 건물의 현존가치를 평가하는 경우 등) 평가 대상과 목적에 맞는 합리적인 방법이나 기준이 없어서 사감정의 관 련규정을 준용하거나, 감정인의 주관적인 판단에 의해서 감정평가가 진행되고 있다. 그로 인하여 건물의 현존가치 평가 결과는 평가하는 감정인에 따라서 많은 차이가 나고 있다. 이 와 같이 감정에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없이 감정인 마다 각자의 기준으로 현존가치를 산정 함으로써 감정의 신뢰성 및 효율성이 떨어지게 되고 이를 증거로 채택하게 되는 재판의 결 과에 대하여 당사자의 입장에 따라서는 감정의 결과를 불신하게 되어 재 감정을 요구하거나 감정평가자를 상대로 손해배상을 청구하는 등 강한 불만을 갖는 경우가 많다. 건물의 가치평가 중에서도 소송에 관련된 특수성이 있는 유익비 등을 산정하기 위한 평가 에서도 감정기준이나 방법에 대한 연구가 부족하여 감정인에 따라서 다양한 평가방법으로 건물의 현존가치를 평가하고 있다. 건물의 가치를 평가하는 방법 중에서 복성식평가법을 적용하는 경우에는 건물의 내용연수에 따른 감가수정을 통하여 건물의 가치를 평가하게 된 다. 이러한 경우에 합리적인 건물의 내용연수의 산정이 가치평가에 중요한 요소가 된다. 특 히 법원 감정의 경우에는 건물 전체의 내용연수도 중요하지만, 각 공종별 내용연수 및 잔 존내용연수를 산정하는 방법 및 기준이 필요하다. 이러한 법원감정의 현실을 반영한 각 공종별 내용연수 및 실용내용연수 산정 방법에 대한 기준 등에 많은 문제점을 파악하고, 실무에 활용할 수 있는 각 공종별 내용연수 및 실용내 용연수 산정 방법에 대한 기준을 제시하였다

This study is a study for finding a solution to the current situation and identify problems such as discharge through a survey of special health and safety training in the construction industry. In particular by identifying the status and problems, such as special health and safety training in the construction industry it was carried out for the purpose of the measures taken.

This study analyzed the safety management efficiency through input-oriented BCC Model using DEA by making of Models, in which this study selected the number of staff affiliated with the construction site, number of staff members on the construction team, and number of safety personnel as Input Factor, along with the number of disaster victims and zero-accident accomplished hours as output elements, targeting 40-or-so apartment building construction sites which are being built by 3 domestic construction companies. As a result of efficiency, it was 0.643, the number of efficient DMU was 4. In the aspect of returns to scale, 21 construction sites(52.5%) found to be in a state of increasing returns while 14 construction sites(35%) was in a state of Decreasing returns. The reason for inefficiency was found to lie in technical factors in case of 30 construction sites(75%). Lastly, inefficient DMU is in need of 38.9 % and 66% reduction in site personnel and safety personnel. Based on study results, the 29 construction sites accounting for 72.5% of DMU for safety management efficiency evaluation object turned out to do inefficient safety management that doesn't fit the size of each company.

Bridge construction cost estimates have generally been conducted by using historial unit-price(per meter or square meter). The traditional estimating method based on unit-price references can never completely reflect the specialty of cable supported bridge. In this paper, we have developed the system for supporting the approximate construction cost and the quantity estimation based on 3D model information in the pre-project planning phase of 3-span continuous suspension bridge with 2-pylons. First of all, we’d analyzed the design information (such as structural design report, blueprint and quantity) and the real cost data from the existing suspension bridges and derived the design variables of the bridges. We developed the BIM wizard that generates a suspension bridge model parametrically based on derived design variables. The principle material quantities of suspension bridge are calculated directly from 3-dimensional bridge model built by using the BIM wizard. We have established the system that the construction cost can be estimated more specific than the traditional estimating method.
