        Dinitramide(N(NO2)2)염 화합물은 현재 고체 산화제로 로켓추진제의 중요한 원료 물질 중 하나이며, 환경 및 인체에 독성이 적은 친환경 에너지물질로 알려져 군사적 목적 외에 다양한 가스발생 제로서 사용되고 있다. 특히 무기염이 아닌 유기염인 Guanidine 염(GDN)은 수분에 대한 안정성이 향 상되어 안정적 보관 및 제조가 가능하므로 고순도 물질의 대량 생산이 가능하다. GDN의 출발물질로 guanidine의 음이온 염인 acetate, chloride, carbonate, nitrate, sulfate를 사용하여, GDN(GDN-1,2,3,4,5)을 최대 99%의 수율로 합성하였고, 이들의 물성을 다양한 분석기기를 이용하여 평가하였다. 흡수파장은 3452, 3402, 3354, 3278, 3208, 1642, 1570, 1492, 1416, 1337, 1179, 1000 cm-1이 공통적으로 관찰되었으며, 열적 특성 변화는 130 ℃에서 일어나기 시작하며 150℃~160 ℃에서 는 발열반응과 함께 물질의 변화가 관찰되었다.

        Serious environmental problems have been caused by the greenhouse effect due to carbon dioxide(CO2) or nitrogen oxides(NOx) generated by the use of fossil fuels, including oil and liquefied natural gas. Many countries, including our own, the United States, those of the European Union and other developed countries around the world; have shown growing interest in clean energy, and have been concentrating on the development of new energy-saving materials and devices. Typical non-fossil-fuel sources include solar cells, wind power, tidal power, nuclear power, and fuel cells. In particular, organic solar cells(OSCs) have relatively low power-conversion efficiency(PCE) in comparison with inorganic(silicon) based solar cells, compound semiconductor solar cells and the CIGS [Cu(In1-xGax)Se2] thin film solar cells. Recently, organic cell efficiencies greater than 10 % have been obtained by means of the development of new organic semiconducting materials, which feature improvements in crystalline properties, as well as in the quantum-dot nano-structure of the active layers. In this paper, a brief overview of solar cells in general is presented. In particular, the current development status of the next-generation OSCs including their operation principle, device-manufacturing processes, and improvements in the PCE are described.

        Ultrapure water (UPW) is water containing nothing but water molecule (H2O). The use of UPW is increasing in many industries such as the thermal and nuclear power plants, petrochemical plants, and semiconductor manufacturers. In order to produce UPW, several unit processes such as ion exchange, reverse osmosis (RO), ultraviolet (UV) oxidation should be efficiently arranged. In particular, RO process should remove not only ions but also low molecular weight (LMW) organic matters in UPW production system. But, the LMW organic matter removal data of RO membranes provided by manufacturers does not seem to be reasonable because they tested the removal in high concentration conditions like 1,000 ppm of isopropyl alcohol (IPA, MW=60.1). In this study, bench-scale experiments were carried out using 4-inches RO modules. IPA was used as a model LMW organic matter with low concentration conditions less than 1 ppm as total organic carbon (TOC). As a result, the IPA removal data by manufacturers turned out to be trustable because the effect of feed concentration on the IPA removal was negligble while the IPA removal efficiency became higher at higher permeate flux.

        The adsorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) was carried out using an activated carbon fiber (ACF) filter in an automobile. The adsorption capacities of formaldehyde, toluene, and benzene on an ACF filter were far better than those of a polypropylene (PP) mat filter and combined (PP+activated carbon) mat filter by batch adsorption in a gas bag. In a continuous flow of air containing toluene vapor through an ACF packed bed, the breakpoint time was very long, the length of the unused bed was short, and sharp "S" -type breakthrough curve was plotted soon after breakpoint, showing a narrow mass transfer zone of toluene on the ACF. The adsorption amount of toluene on the ACF filter was proportional to the specific surface area of the ACF; however, the development of mesopores 2-5 nm in size on the ACF was very effective with regard to the adsorption of toluene. The ACF air clarifier filter is strongly recommended to remove VOCs in newly produced automobiles.

        This study reports on the influenceof N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium tetrafluoroborat (PYR14BF4) ionic liquid additive on the conducting and interfacial properties of organic solvent based electrolytes against a carbon electrode. We used the mixture of ethylene carbonate/dimethoxyethane (1:1) as an organic solvent electrolyte and tetraethylammo-nium tetrafluoroborate(TEABF4) as a common salt. Using the PYR14BF ionic liquid as additive produced higher ionic conductivity in the electrolyte and lower interface resis-tance between carbon and electrolyte, resulting in improved capacitance. The chemical and electrochemical stability of the electrolyte was measured by ionic conductivity me-ter and linear sweep voltammetry. The electrochemical analysis between electrolyte and carbon electrode was examined by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.

        This paper presents the findings of a study on the influence of health consciousness, organic food knowledge, and environmental attitudes on consumer’s attitude towards organic foods. A questionnaire survey was conducted using a sample of 222 respondents and a partial least squares approach was used to validate the research model. Environmental attitude and organic food knowledge are found to have positive influences on consumers’ attitude towards organic foods, which is consistent with research results from prior studies. Our research results also conclude that health consciousness does not show a significant relationship. Several implications of our findings for research and for the continued development of the organic industry in Asia are proposed.

        With the popularization of the issues of global warming and climate change, more and more people are aware of environmental damages caused by human behavior. The fundamental living necessities of humans, such as food, water, clothing, housing and transportation, all take place on the Earth. Many environmentalists and governments worldwide have started to promote low carbon and green concepts. Such a green urgency is sweeping the world. Based on the surveys conducted by the Organic Trade Association (OTA) in 2013, over 40% of those surveyed in US households have a higher level of motivation to purchase organic products, for the sake of their own and their family's health. In addition, 97% of organic product buyers had purchased organic fruits or vegetables in the past six months. We can also see this kind of situation in Taiwan, where about 80% of consumers are willing to pay more money to purchase environmentally friendly products. The OTA even maintains that, except for Japan, Taiwan is the fastest growing organic market in Asia. Therefore, this study aims to explore the consumers' purchase behaviour behind the organic market in Taiwan. The organic market in Taiwan covers the products from agriculture, food processing, textiles, apparels, and even personal care products and cleaning supplies. Following this green trend that seeks to enhance human health and to maintain a sustainable earth to live on, organic stores in Taiwan have become an emerging industry and there seem to be endless business opportunities in this potential organic market. In order to acquire a significant market share, it is necessary for enterprise managers to understand consumers' perceived value of organic products and how this determinant, perceived value, impact their purchase intention. Perceived value is the overall purchase experience of consumers. It is based on the consumers' comparison between the quality and quantity of products received and paid out, and their objective and subjective consideration of certain factors (Schechter, 1984; Zeithaml, 1988). Perceived value varies with the type of products and services and consumers' personal traits (Zeithaml, 1988). Perceived value is a complicated construct and, therefore, its impact on consumers' purchase intentions toward products cannot be judged from a single dimension only (Bolton & Drew, 1991). Literature on perceived value divides it into utilitarian and hedonic values. Utilitarian value refers to the perceived value acquired by consumers after their purchasing goals have been achieved in the process of consumption. That is to say, utilitarian value is the task- and rationalization-oriented decisions of consumers. On the other hand, hedonic value is affiliated to the individual emotional and irrationality phase of consumers, which usually occur during the process of consumption. Consumers commonly feel pleasant emotions and feelings of motivation and accomplishment, or can even fulfill their desire for escape (Babin & Attaway, 2000; Babin, Darden, & Griffin, 1994; Bae, 2008). Past studies have pointed out that perceived value has a direct impact on the purchase intention (Grewal, Monroe, & Krishnan, 1998). However, in the Value-Attitude-Behavior Model, Homer and Kahle (1988) indicated that perceived value affects consumers' purchase intention through the mediating effect sourced from their attitude. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) has been commonly used to explain a variety of human behaviour (Cunningham and Kwon,2003; Andrews, Silk and Eneli,2010; Kim & Chung, 2011). The TPB mainly focuses on the influence of three behavioural intention dimensions of individuals: attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control. In short, following the fundamental concept of TPB (Ajzen, 1985), this study explored the variables of (1) consumers' attitude towards organic products, (2) the subjective norm, represented by the pressure from family members and close friends, and (3) the perceived behavioural control, presenting perceived ability to control the availability and accessibility of organic products. The ultimate goal of this research is to find out the critical determinants influencing consumers' purchase intentions towards organic products. In order to explore the consumers' possible decisive path from perceived values to purchase intention toward organic products (see figure 1), this study includes the variables utilitarian value and hedonic value as the antecedents, attitude as the mediating factor, and both subjective norm and perceived behavioural control as other influential factors. Figure 1: Conceptual framework and hypotheses This study mainly targeted the consumer behavior toward organic products in the Taipei area of Taiwan. Totally 565 samples were collected. Excluding invalid questionnaires (73 samples), the number of valid questionnaires was 492. The valid response rate was 87%. The SEM is a statistical technique combining both factor analysis and path analysis and is widely used in social and behavioural science studies. Therefore, this study adopted the SEM as the analytical tool to explore the causal relationship among the latent variables discussed above. In sum, this study revealed that the proposed model could well predict consumers’ purchase intentions toward organic products. The empirical research results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the findings of this study confirmed the claims proposed by many scholars that perceived value is a critical determinant affecting the purchase intention of consumers (Zeithaml, 1988). The empirical results of this study show perceived value is an important antecedent driving consumers to purchase organic products in Taiwan. Nevertheless, perceived value is a multi-dimensional construct. As Ryu et al. (2010) suggested in order to explain all consumptive phenomena, we should consider consumers' overall evaluation of utilitarian and hedonic values that are taken into account during their consumption experience. This study found that utilitarian and hedonic values are, indeed, the important driving antecedents for consumers to purchase organic products. Moreover, utilitarian value, compared to hedonic value, has a higher level of impact on the consumers’ purchase intention toward organic products. With regard to the sale of organic products, in addition to the emphasis on the interesting and exciting experience acquired from the purchase or use of organic products, what is more important is that managers can directly emphasize the quality, practical value of organic products, and the contribution that organic products make to people’s health and environmental protection. This not only directly drives consumers to purchase organic products but also further promotes the degree of satisfaction of consumers towards organic products, subsequently increasing the chances for organic products to be purchased. In particular, this study also finds that the main reason for people who never purchase organic products is that they do not yet have a preference toward organic products. For enterprises which want to extend the organic market in Taiwan, this study suggests that managers make consumer to be fond of organic products by driving hedonic and utilitarian value that can be provided by the organic products. Second, the influence of perceived behavioral control and attitude on purchase intention, as mentioned in the TPB in previous studies, was also supported in this study. In other words, when consumers purchase organic products, they have been deeply affected by factors regarding the degree of their knowledge of organic products or the accessibility of the organic products. In that case, the channel strategy and the store coverage of organic products should be very critical in the ever-booming organic products market in Taiwan. Besides, this investigation finds that a certain proportion of consumers do not purchase organic products because they do not understand the organic products, which is also a very important clue for the companies that intend to penetrate the market. They could spread environmental protection knowledge via the advertisements to educate consumers about the benefits (such as protecting the environment, and being good to health, etc.) of the usage of organic products. In that way, the potential consumers could be encouraged to purchase organic products and this will be beneficial for the development of total organic product market.

        본 연구는 안정동위원소 분석방법을 적용하여, 호소내 식물플랑크톤 성장에 영향을 미치는 외부 오염원의 기원을 추정함으로써, 효율적인 수질 관리 및 수생태계 기능해석을 제공하기 위하여 연구하였다. POC, PN, Chl. a, 탄소 안정동위원소비 및 질소 안정동위원소비의 자료로 유추해 보았을 때, 팔당댐, 남한강, 북한강 지역에 비해서 경안천 지역에서 계절에 따른 유기물의 기원 변동이 뚜렷하게 관찰되고 있다. 유입량 및 강우량이 많은 시기인 7, 8월경에 입자성 유기물의 기원이 자생기원 유기물보다는 외부기원 유기물이 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 여겨진다. 한강 유역에서 입자성 유기물의 탄소 및 질소 안정동위원소비를 이용한 유기물 기원 연구는 적용가능 할 것으로 여겨지며, 추후 유역 오염원의 대표값(end member)의 지속적인 조사를 통하여 자료구축이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 악취물질의 농도를 계절별로 비교하여 초지 및 농경지에 살포되는 분뇨의 악취강도를 예측하고자 수행되었다. 1.비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 휘발성유기물의 계절별 농도 비교페놀류 중 p-크레졸 농도는 봄, 여름 및 가을에 차이가 없었지만, 페놀, 인돌 및 스카톨 농도는 여름과 가을에 비해 봄에 높았다(p<0.05). 돼지 슬러리의 경우 p-크레졸과 스카톨이 악취강도에 큰 영향을 주기 때문에 계절에 따른 휘발성유기물의 악취강도 차이는 크지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 2.비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 휘발성지방산의 계절별 농도 비교휘발성지방산의 경우 악취강도가 높지 않은 단쇄지방산의 농도는 봄철이 여름과 가을보다 높았으나(p<0.05), 악취강도가 상대적으로 높은 이성체지방산의 농도는 계절별로 숫자적인 차이는 보였지만 통계적인 차이는 없었다(p> 0.05). 계절에 따라 휘발성지방산이 악취강도에 미치는 영향은 높지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 결과적으로 봄철에 악취물질의 농도가 더 높은 것은 온도, 환기 및 돈사내부로 유입되는 물의 양에 의한 것으로 추정되며, 여름철은 슬러리에서 생성되는 악취농도 보다 환기에 의해 휘산되는 양이 많아서 슬러리의 악취농도가 감소되거나 증가되지 않았을 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 비육돈사의 슬러리를 초지 또는 농경지에 살포하였을 때 계절에 의한 악취강도의 차이는 크지 않을 것으로 기대된다.

        초지 또는 농경지에 살포되는 퇴비와 액비에 의해 발생될 수 있는 악취민원에 대처하기 위하여, 돼지의 분과 뇨에 존재하는 악취물질 농도를 비교 분석하였다. 1.비육돈의 분과 뇨에 함유된 휘발성유기물의 농도 비교페놀, p-크레졸 및 페놀류 농도는 분 보다 뇨에서 높았으며(p<0.05), 분 보다 뇨에 축적된 비율이 페놀은 138배, p-크레졸은 545배 높았다. 인돌 농도는 분 보다 뇨에서 높았으며, 스카톨은 뇨 보다 분에서 높았다(p<0.05). 휘발성유기물은 대부분 뇨로 배설되었으며, 이 중 농도 및 악취강도가 가장 높은 물질인 p-크레졸이 뇨에 많이 함유되어 있다. 돼지 분뇨를 고액분리 하였을 때 퇴비로 이용되는 고체보다 액비로 이용되는 액상물질에서 악취가 훨씬 강할 것으로 예측된다. 2.비육돈의 분과 뇨에 함유된 휘발성지방산의 농도 비교아세트산과 단쇄지방산 농도는 분 보다 뇨에서 높았으며 (p<0.05), 부티르산과 프로피온산은 차이가 없었다(p> 0.05). 이성체지방산 중 I-부티르산의 농도는 뇨 보다 분에서 높았지만(p<0.05), I-발레르산과 이성체지방산은 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 휘발성지방산 중에서 아세트산과 프로피온산은 분에서 각각 65와 20%, 뇨에서는 각각 93과 4%로 휘발성지방산의 대부분을 차지하였지만 아세트산과 프로피온산을 포함하는 단쇄지방산은 악취강도가 낮다. 반면에 악취강도가 상대적으로 높은 이성체지방산은 분과 뇨 간에 차이가 없기 때문에 휘발성지방산이 악취강도에 미치는 영향은 크지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면, 돼지 분뇨의 악취물질 중 악취강도가 높은 p-크레졸은 뇨에 많이 함유되어 있기 때문에 퇴비와 액비 생산과정 중 액상처리 시 악취강도가 매우 높을 것으로 추정된다. 다만, 악취강도는 휘발성지방산의 농도 변화에 따라 차이가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        본 연구는 사일리지 발효 특성에 있어 미생물제제와 유기산제제의 처리효과를 분석하고 비교하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 사일리지 pH, 젖산, 초산, L/A비율, 프로피온산, 낙산, WSC, CP, NH3-N, NDF 및 ADF 등을 발효 특성 항목으로 조사하였고, 메타분석기술을 이용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 총 14편의 연구논문들을 분석에 사용하였다. 미생물제제 처리는 대조구에 비하여 pH, 젖산, 초산, L/A 비율, 프로피온산 및 ADF 함량 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 이와는 반대로 낙산, WSC, CP, NH3-N 및 NDF는 대조구에 비하여 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 유기산제제의 처리는 ADF 결과를 제외하고 모든 조사 항목에서 대조구에 비해 처리구에서 높은 결과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 미생물제제와 유기산제제의 처리효과 비교에서 유의적인 차이는 낙산, WSC, CP 및 NH3-N에서 나타났고(p<0.05), 미생물제제 처리가 유기산제제 처리에 비하여 낙산, WSC, CP 및 NH3-N 함량을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05).

        복숭아순나방과 복숭아심식나방의 방제를 위해 교미교란제 MD-IKR (Isomate-KR)과 MD-CR (Confuser-R)의 효과를 무농약 유기재배 사과원에서 평가하였고 관행방제 사과원과 비교하였다. 2011년 칠곡지역의 복숭아순나방에 대한 두 종의 교미교란제에 대한 교미저해율은 99.8%였고, 상대적으로 청송지역의 교미저해율이 각각 99.8과 92.8%로 칠곡지역과 차이가 있었다. 2012년 칠곡지역의 교미저해율은 각각 92.4와 96.7%였다. 청송지역에서 교미저해율은 99.6%로 가장 높은 교미저해율을 보였다. 2011년 2012년의 복숭아심식나방에 대한 교미저해율은 두 교미교란제 모두 100%로 높게 나타났다. 두 교미교란제는 복숭아순나방과 복숭아심식나방이 방제효과에 대하여 무방제구 대비 방제효과가 월등하였고, 관행방제와 비교했을 때 통계적으로 유의성 없이 방제효과가 대등하였다. 두 종의 교미교란제와 관행재배구의 새순과 과실피해율은 무방제구 대비 유의성있는 방제효과를 보였다. 두 종의 교미교란제 간에는 효력의 차이가 없어 MD-IKR이 MD-CR을 충분히 대체할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        This study conducted a survey to analyze awareness, preferences, and the current state of consuming environmentally friendly organic food while eating-out in 435 adults aged 20 and above in Daegu, Korea. Most subjects (95%) showed awareness of environmentally friendly organic food, and 88.5% of subjects answered environmentally friendly organic food is ‘needed’. The percentage of eating out for families was 58.9%, and 49.0% of subjects said they eat out one to three times per month on average. In addition, subjects preferred a price range between 10,000 and 20,000 won per person when eating out, and they mostly favored Korean restaurants when ordering environmentally friendly organic food. Analysis of awareness of environmentally friendly organic food showed that among ‘health’ factors, ‘environmental’ factors, ‘social’ factors, and ‘dietary essential’ factors, ‘health’ factors showed the highest percentage for awareness. A survey on preferred foods by gender showed that both genders preferred vegetables the most. The results show that subjects in their 20s and 30s favored vegetables and fruits while subjects in their 40s preferred vegetables and grain animal products. Analysis of preferred types of environmentally friendly organic foods showed that men preferred polished rice while women preferred brown rice. Subjects in their 20s and 30s preferred strawberries, whereas those in their 40s preferred cherry tomatoes and those in their 50s and above favored tomatoes (p<0.001). Among root and tuber crops (63.4%), sweet potato was the most preferred. Among fruits, subjects preferred apples while among special crops, they most preferred oyster mushrooms; both genders preferred Korean beef. The most preferred livestock product of subjects in their 20s was pork, whereas subjects in their 30s preferred Korean beef. Subjects in their 40s preferred Korean beef and pork in the same proportions, whereas subjects in their 50s and above favored eggs the most.

        Materials are limited for pest control and chemical pesticides are prohibited in organic farming. Thus, the concept of pest control may not be effective for pest management in organic farm. As an alternative approach, landscape management is potentially effective and useful approach for preventing pathogen and insect pests in organic farm. It is needed to develop best practices utilizing functional biodiversity for pest management through landscape management. For this purpose, we investigated the effect of companion plants on species richness of insect pests and natural enemies in the field border area and in the crop plants (rice and soybean). In rice paddy fields, Lysimachiae foenum-graecum, Saururus chinensis were selected as effective companion plants on the paddy field levee for conserving Arachnidae as natural enemy and density suppression of insect pest such as Lissorphoptrus oryzophilus, Riptortus clavatus. As a result, damage rate of rice plant by insect pests was significantly lower (2.5%) and yield rate of healthy grains was significantly higher (8.7%) than control. In soybean fields, Marigold plants such as Tagetes patula, T. officinalis, increased Arthropod species richness and ratio of natural enemy group, and decreased ratio of insect pest group. As a result, yield (weight of 100 seeds) of healthy soybean was significantly increased (2.5%) than control. The 2nd infection rate from damage by R. clavatus was significantly lower in the treated plot than that in control. Thus, yield rates of healthy soybean in the control and the companion plant-treated plot were 79.0% and 84.3%, respectively, compared to conventional farming using chemical pesticides. Therefore, use of companion plants on field border was an effective practices for preventing pest insects and increasing yield in organic farming.

        수심이 얕고 부영양화 특성이 강한 신구저수지에서는 강우시기에 집중 호우등으로 인하여 유입수로를 통하여 외부기원 유기물이 유입되는 경향이 있다. 이러한 외부기원 유기물은 환경변화(탁도, 수온약층, POC/PN), 입자성 유기물의 δ13C 및 δ15N 값으로 특성 지어진다. 동물플랑크톤의 경우, 강우기 이전에는 내부기원 유기물을 먹이원으로 하는 것으로 여겨지나 강우기 이후에는 내부기원 유기물 이외에 외부에서 유입된 외부기원 유기물을 섭식하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 특히 B. longirostris이 다른 동물플랑크톤 (D. brachyurum, D. thmoasi)에 비하여 기원이 다른 입자성 유기물을 섭식하고 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 상위섭식자인 어류의 먹이원 변화를 야기하며, Z. platupus은 내부기원유기물 혹은 이를 먹이원으로 하는 하위 소비자를 섭식하지만, C. carpio와 P. parva은 강우기 이후에는 외부기원 유기물 혹은 이를 먹이원으로 하는 하위 소비자를 섭식하는 것으로 여겨진다. 수심이 얕고 유입 수로가 존재하는 농업용 저수지의 경우에는 강우 후 외부기원 유기물이 수생태계 에너지 흐름에 크게 영향을 주는 것으로 사료된다.

        The purpose of this study is to detect metabolic syndrome components related to exposure of organic solventthrough comparison and analysis of metabolic syndrome components between workers at the workplace exposedto organic solvent (toluene, xylene, styrene) and workers at general workplace. During the period from Januaryto December 2010, the survey was conducted against male workers of 168,769 persons with age group 30-59completed medical checkup, dividing workers at organic solvent exposed work place and workers of generalworkplace against which comparisons were carried out about the result of general characteristics, blood test.Whether exposed to organic solvent and exposed period relationship with metabolic syndrome components wereidentified through execution of multiple logistic regression analysis. The prevalence rate of the metabolic syndromeby age was 15.0% for the 30s, 19.8% for the 40s, 22.9% for the 50s. For the whole workers, the prevalence rateof the metabolic syndrome was 17.4% in exposed workplace and 18.4% in general workplace that was higherthan the rate in exposed workplace. Even if age, drinking, smoking, exercise, region and BMI were corrected,the exposure to the organic solvent was the higher the significance of blood pressure and fasting glucose werestatistically and also the longer the period of exposure was, the higher the significance of blood pressure wasstatistically. In this study, the exposure to the organic solvent showed a statistically significant relevance with bloodpressure and fasting glucose among the metabolic syndrome components and the period of exposure showed astatistically significant relevance with blood pressure. Further researches should be conducted by prospective cohortstudy about the organic solvent and the metabolic syndrome components supplementing the defects.

        Study on effluent organic matter (EfOM) characteristic and removal efficiency is required, because EfOM is important in regard to the stability of effluents reuse, quality issues of artificial recharge and water conservation of aqueous system. UV technology is widely used in wastewater treatment. Many reports have been conducted on microbial disinfection and micro pollutant reduction with UV treatment. However, the study on EfOM with UV has limited because low/medium pressure UV lamp is not sufficient to affect refractory organics. The high intensity of pulsed UV would mineralize EfOM itself as well as change the characteristics of EfOM. Chlorine demand and DBPs formation is affected on the changed amounts and properties of EfOM. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect on EfOM, chlorine residual, and chlorinated DBPs formation with low pressure and pulsed UV treatment. The removal of organic matter through low pressure UV treatment is insignificant effect. Pulsed UV treatment effectively removes/transforms EfOM. As a result, the chlorine consumption is changed and chlorine DBPs formation is decreased. However, excessive UV treatment caused problems of increasing chlorine consumption and generating unknown by-products.

        본 연구는 부패미생물의 종류와 차이를 알아보기 위해 유기농산물과 일반농산물(깻잎, 양배추, 상추)을 구입하여 4oC에 14일 저장한 후 일반목적배지를 사용하여 미생물을 분리 및 16S rRNA sequencing방법을 이용하여 동정하였다. 유기농산물 깻잎, 양배추, 상추의 총균수는 5-7 log10 CFU/g 수준이었고, 일반농산물의 총균수는 5-8 log10 CFU/ g 수준이었다. 유기농산물보다는 일반농산물이 총균수를 더 많이 내재하고 있으나 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았 다(p > 0.05). 유기농산물 깻잎에서 발견된 주요 균은 Microbacterium sp.이었으며, 일반농산물 깻잎에서 발견된 주요 균은 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia이었다. 또한, 유기농산물에서 부패를 일으킬 수 있는 균인 Klebsiella pneumonia 가 발견되었으며, 일반농산물보다 유기농산물에서 발견된 균의 종류가 더 많은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구 결과는 부패미생물에 대한 이해를 높이고 농산물의 신선도 및 유통기한을 늘리기 위한 새로운 살균소독제 및 부패 억제제를 개발하는데 좋은 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
