        Seismic isolation systems have typically been used in the form of base seams in mid-rise and low-rise buildings. In the case of high-rise buildings, it is difficult to apply the base isolation. In this study, the seismic response was analyzed by changing the installation position of the seismic isolation device in 3D high - rise model. To do this, we used 30-story and 40-story 3D buildings as example structures. Historic earthquakes such as Mexico (1985), Northridge (1994) and Rome Frieta (1989) were applied as earthquake loads. The installation position of the isolation device was changed from floor to floor to floor. The maximum deformation of the seismic isolation system was analyzed and the maximum interlaminar strain and maximum absolute acceleration were analyzed by comparing the LB model with seismic isolation device and the Fixed model, which is the base model without seismic isolation device. If an isolation device is installed on the lower layer, it is most effective in response reduction, but since the structure may become unstable, it is effective to apply it to an effective high-level part. Therefore, engineers must consider both structural efficiency and safety when designing a mid-level isolation system for high-rise buildings.

        PURPOSES: This study, compared and verified the test results of post-bearing capacity and the test results of a full-scale vehicle crash test on flat ground and slope ground. METHODS: The results of the bearing capacity test on the barrier post show that, the bearing capacity of the banking section ground and flat ground was relatively large. In the full-scale vehicle crash test, the maximum deformation of the barrier was not large, and the occupant safety indexes(THIV, PHD) were relatively similar. The post-bearing capacity test is a static load test. RESULTS: Therefore, there was a large difference on the flat ground and on the banking section ground because of the effect of soil failure. On the other hand, the full-scale vehicle crash test is close to the impact load. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore, it can be concluded that the whole barrier system was not affected by soil failure alone.

        소백산국립공원에서는 멸종위기종복원사업의 하나인 여우 복원사업을 진행중이다. 멸종위기종 복원을 진행함에 있어 안전한 서식지 제공은 복원종의 정착화에 가장 중요한 요수중에 하나이다. 그러나 농업을 기반으로 생활하는 주민들은 야생동물로 인한 농산물 피해를 방지하기 위해 올무, 창애와 같은 불법엽구를 이용하여 과수원이나 밭을 침해하는 야생동물을 차단하고 있다. 이 이유로 농작물에 피해를 주는 유해조수 뿐만 아니라 다른 멸종위기종에게 까지 영향을 미치고 있다. 소백산국립공원에서 복원중인 여우의 생태적 특성 상 민가와 농작지 주변에 활동하고 중소형동물로 올무와 창애에 피해를 입을 확률이 더 크다. 실제로 2012년 방사 이후 3개 체가 불법엽구로 인해 폐사 하였으며 7개체는 다리 절단 등의 이유로 회수된 상태이다. 야생동물에게 서식지는 먹이 활동, 교미, 출산, 양육 등 생활사를 유지하는데 필수적인 요소로 특히나 멸종위기종 복원에 있어 서식지 안정화는 1차적으로 고려되어야 하는 요소중의 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구는 멸종위기종 1급인 여우의 복원대상지인 소백산국립공원 지역의 불법엽구 수거 실적을 이용하여 공간분석을 통해 불법엽구 설치 유형을 도출하고 이에 따른 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석방법은 2016년부터 2018년까지 소백산국립공원인 접지역에서 수거한 불법엽구 설치 좌표 112개를 이용하여 설치지점의 고도, 경사, 농경지(논, 밭, 과수원)로 부터의 거리, 주거지로 부터의 거리, 도로와의 거리, 토지이용현황 등 총 6가지 환경인자를 이용하여 불법엽구 설치 유형을 도출 하였다. 분석결과 불법엽구가 설치된 지점의 평균고도는 348.4m로 나타났으며 경사는 평균 16.2°, 농경지로 부터의 거리는 평균 109m, 주거지로 부터의 거리는 192m, 도로와의 거리 114m로 나타났으며 불법엽구가 설치된 지점의 토지이용현황은 침엽수림이 44%로 가장 높았으며 과수원 31.25%, 혼효림 11%, 밭 5%, 교통시설 4.4% 등으로 분석되었다. 위 분석결과를 바탕으로 차후 위험지역 설정 및 설치 예상지역을 도출하여 불법엽구 근절을 위한 현수막과 홍보 활동을 통해 주민의식을 계도하고 환경청, 지차체, NGO, 지역주민 등 유관기관과 연계하여 대대적인 불법엽구 수거를 통해 밀렵에 의한 피해를 방지하여야 할 것이다.

        갈색날개매미충은 기주 범위가 넓고, 효과적 방제가 어려운 해충으로 알려져 있으며, 향후 더 큰 피해를 유발할 수 있는 해충으로 지목되고 있다. 경북지역의 안동과 의성에서 3월부터 9월까지 4개 지점을 선정하여 갈색날개매미충의 월동란이 산란된 월동기주를 중심으로 월동란 부화 시점 및 부화 후 약충에서 성충까지 그리고 다시 월동란 산란까지의 패턴을 모니터링하였다. 각 지점의 환경조건 및 수목류 군락의 조성은 조금씩 차이가 있으나 충분한 산란흔이 있었다. 1령 약충은 5월 중하순부터 하순까지 나타났고 산수유나무, 매실나무에서 가장 먼저 확인되었으며, 이후 수목류에서의 밀도증가 양상은 매실나무에서 더 빠르게 진행되었다. 그리고 2령 약충 까지는 기주식물에 인접한 수목류로의 이동한 모습도 일부 관찰되었다. 그러나 6월 중순경에는 3령 약충의 기주식물 주변 초본류로의 이동이 관찰되었으며, 월동란에서의 부화 후 1회차 이동분산으로써, 주로 상부에서 하부로의 점프를 통한 이동으로 판단된다. 이는 새순 부위가 경화된 월동 기주식물에서 경화되지 않은 초본류의 새순으로의 이동으로써, 특정한 초본류에 집중되지 않고 넓은 범위에 산재하여 분포하였다. 4령 약충 시기에는 주변 특정 초본류와 목본류 새순에 집중적으로 분포하는 패턴을 보이기도 하였다. 7월경에는 성충이 관찰되었으며, 이는 2회차 분산이 진행되는 시점으로 판단된다. 이후 8월 중순까지 지속해서 밀도 감소가 이뤄지던 월동 기주에서의 밀도 감소 상태가 증가 추세로 전환되었다. 그리고 9월 상순경에는 2018년 월동기주에서의 성충밀도 증가와 교미 행동 및 1년생 가지에서의 산란흔이 관찰되었다. 산란흔의 집중도는 산수유나무와 매실나무가 다른 수목류보다 높았으며, 이는 모니터링이 진행된 모든 지점에서 공통된 패턴임을 확인할 수 있었다.

        황색점착트랩의 설치각도에 따른 고설재배 딸기해충의 유인 특성을 구명하기 위해 수직, 수평 앞면 및 뒷면, 45도 앞면 및 뒷면 등으로 달리 설치하고 유인된 해충수를 조사하였다. 모든 트랩은 딸기 포기 정상부로부터 30cm 높이에 트랩의 중심이 오도록 설치하였다. 총채벌레류의 경우 45도 윗면, 수직, 수평 윗면은 45도 뒷면이나 수평 뒷면보다 많은 수가 유인되었다. 또한 트랩내 공간위치에 따라 유인수가 달랐는데, 수직트랩에서는 주로 상단부와 좌우 가장자리에 많은 수가 유살되는 경향이었다. 다른 각도의 트랩은 위치에 따른 경향성이 없었다. 뿌리파리류는 수직, 45도 위면, 수평 윗면 순으로 많은 유인수를 보였으며, 45도 뒷면과 수평 뒷면보다 유인수가 높았다. 수직과 45도 윗면 트랩에서는 좌우 가장자리에 많은 유살수를 보였다. 매미충류는 수직 또는 45도 위면 트랩에서 통계적으로 많은 수가 유살되었고 전체적으로 45도 뒷면, 수평 윗면이나 뒷면은 적은 수가 유살되었다. 수직과 45도 윗면, 수평 윗면 트랩에서 중앙자리를 중심으로 높은 유살수가 나타났다. 진딧물과 가루이류는 발생밀도가 낮은 관계로 뚜렷한 경향이 나타나지 않았다.

        PURPOSES: In order to apply high-speed weigh-in-motion (HS WIM) systems to asphalt pavement, three high-durability asphalt concrete mixtures installed with a WIM epoxy are evaluated. METHODS: In this study, dynamic stability, number of loading repetitions to reach the rut depth of 1 mm, and rut depth measurements of three asphalt mixtures at 60℃ were compared using an Asphalt Pavement Analyzer (APA). Laboratory-fabricated material and field core samples were prepared and tested according to KS F2374. RESULTS : Through the laboratory tests, it was found that all three modified asphalt mixtures (stone-mastic, porous, and semi-rigid) with WIM epoxy showed favorable permanent deformation results and passed the dynamic stability criterion of 3000 loading repetitions per 1 mm. In addition, it was confirmed that the modified SMA mixtures cored from the field construction yields satisfactory rutting testing results using the APA. Finally, the epoxy used for the HS WIM installation shows good adhesion with the three asphalt mixtures and permanent deformation resistance.

        오늘날 현대적 국가는 UN 장애인의 권리에 관한 협약을 비준하여 장애인이 차별받지 않는 환경을 조성하고 있다. 세계해사기구에서 1996년에 노인 및 장애인의 요구에 부응하기 위한 여객선의 설계 및 운영에 관한 권고안을 제시하였다. 우리나라에서는 교통약자의 이동편의 증진법이 시행되어 선박, 차량, 항공기, 철도 및 여객시설에 장애인편의시설이 신속하게 설치되고 있다. 하지만 해상교통환경은 안전에 관한 관심에 비하여 장애인에 대한 배려가 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 현장 조사와 문헌조사를 통해 우리나라에서 장애인에 대한 해상교통환경을 개선하는 기초적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 연안여객운송의 상당부분을 담당하는 유선과 도선 및 소규모 항구는 관련 법규의 적용이 제외되어 있었다. 또한 선박과 터미널에 장애인 교통편의시설의 설치율이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 낙후된 장비를 고려하고 있었다. 따라서 법령의 보완과 향상된 장애인 교통편의 시설을 신속하게 구축하여 인류보편적 가치인 장애인에 대한 인권을 보호해야 한다.

        In this study, TMD(Tuned Mass Damper) is installed in a retractable-roof spatial structure in order to investigate dynamic response characteristics according to mass ratio and installed position of TMD on large spatial structures. The example analytical model is generated based on the Singapore sports hub stadium. Twenty eight analytical models are used to investigate optimal installation position of TMD for the example retractable-roof spatial structure using 4 to 16 TMDs. The mass of one TMD is set up 1% of total mass at the example analytical model. Displacement response ratio of model with TMD is compared with that of base model without TMD. It has been found from numerical simulation that it is more effective to install TMD at the edge of the spatial structure rather than to concentrate the TMD at the center of the spatial structure.

        An offshore installation is built or installed for the purposes of exploration and exploitation in any part of the sea. The offshore installations that are presently in existence reflect great scientific progress in the field of marine resources. However, they become a source of concern when they are no longer in use. Due to the potential to disrupt activities conducted around their location, they interfere with navigational safety. Therefore, it is important to remove such installations. Their removal should be based on the provisions of the IMO Guidelines and Standards. Indonesia is a coastal State and should adhere to the above mentioned guidelines and standard in designing policies and regulations.

        Piezoelectric harvester for road power generation was installed on test roads owned by Korea Highway Corporation. 24 harvesters were installed on the concrete pavement and the remaining 12 harvesters were installed on the asphalt pavement. After installation, power generation performance and environmental tests were carried out with three types of vehicles: compact / passenger cars / trucks. The running speed of the vehicle was 30 km/h, 60km/h, 90 km/h. The test results show that the larger the weight of the vehicle, the higher the power generation, the concrete road than the asphalt road, and the exposed type rather than the buried type. The generation amount according to the depth of buried was at least 2.2 times at the depth of 1cm than 5cm depth. When the delegator lighting test was performed using 12 harvesters, it was possible to light up more than 20 seconds in one vehicle due to the improvement of the charging circuit. In addition, the wireless communication module driving test enabled temperature sensing and data transmission for 25 seconds. In addition, there was no breakage of the pavement when driving more than 180 times, and the generation amount was maintained more than 90%. However, Test for the durability of the pavement and the self-durability of the harvester is required more than 180 times of vehicle driving conditions and required more than minimum of 6-12 months of long-term monitoring.

        As the demand of fossil fuel has been increased, meeting future will be faced with exhausted non-renewable energy generation. In addition, there is a lot of expectation that fossil fuel resources are expected to get depleted in the end of century. Piezoelectric energy harvesting technology has significant advantages over other renewable energy sources such as solar panel, wind and geothermal energy. By using the pressure of vehicles, the piezoelectric energy transforms to electric energy by deformation of paving materials. There are many studies about this theme, only a few researches have been conducted on-site. It means that piezoelectric harvester is not available for roadway. Therefore, it is necessary to make it better a research framework that is available technology of piezoelectric materials and paving materials. The piezoelectric generator is tested before piezoelectric harvester manufacture for roadway. Each piezoelectric generator produces 9.38[mW/cm²] and piezoelectric harvester is manufactured by the number of 85 the piezoelectric generator. This harvester size has 50*20*9cm3 which is considered for wheel path of vehicle. When the chosen vehicle (about 2 ton) pass this harvester, the amount of electric energy is 255[W/m²] under 2[mm] of deformation and 30[km/h] of velocity. In this situation, the gathered energy is multiplied the maximum of voltage and electric current then divide it for the area of harvester. The test result is the temperature difference between the inside and outside after the thermal insulation coating process. When the external surface temperature is increased to 180 degrees, the internal temperature is kept 80 degrees even after about 30 minutes, indicating that the internal materials are protected from heat. In spite of many advantages with piezoelectric harvesting system, it is very hard to fit between roadway and harvester because of pavement damage. Most of paving material has a strong thickness. In this study, instead of asphalt and concrete pavement, the paving material is compound of poly-urethane to protect rutting and damage. To analysis for behavior, test is conducted by 90,000 times of wheel load on the pavement. The red line on the graph is commonly used asphalt pavement and the green one is polyurethane pavement. As it seemed that polyurethane pavement shows that the depth from wheel load is over 5 times better performance compared with asphalt pavement. Construction design is first of all, cutting off asphalt which is established before, then set up the tenth of piezoelectric harvesters, twenty fourth of road markers is installed into the roadway. Before filling up to space with polyurethane materials, wire arrangement and connect to controller. Each harvester is connected with controller that makes a signal for voltage, temperature sensor, water leak sensor. In order to use electric energy by harvester, road markers are selected, which each harvester has three of road markers. A circuit for lighting the light emitting device using the output of the harvester installed in the rest area was designed and manufactured. Basically, a circuit is configured to light up the harvester output, and a commercial power supply can be used in case the output of the harvester is reduced due to the durability thereof, and a controller is manufactured for each harvester to connect the road markers.         In order to solve the limitation of the long span arch structures, a numerical analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of embedded trench installation technique to the earth pressure of an underground arch-rib shaped structure. For the arch-rib shape, the parabolic curve and the circular shape were analyzed according to the span-rise ratio varying from 0.1 to 0.5. The finite element analysis program, ABAQUS (2016), was used to consider the soil - structure interaction. The results from the analysis was verified through comparison with the existing Geofoam application technique.

        본 연구의 대상은 서울지역과 경기도지역에 소재한 가정어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 319 명이다. CCTV 설치에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아본 결과, CCTV 설치 의무화 이후 CCTV가 100% 설치되어 있었으며, 문제행동 수정용을 위해 영아에게 CCTV 설치가 필요하다고 인식 하였고 CCTV를 활용에 관한 보육교사의 인식을 알아본 결과, 안전사고 예방과 문제발생시 확인하는 ‘안심보육’의 용도가 가장 높았으며 전반적으로 아동학대 예방에 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. CCTV의 교육적 활용은 ‘영아의 자유놀이 관찰 및 분석’이 가장 높았으며 CCTV 설치로 인해 가장 혜택 받는다고 생각하는 집단은 ‘부모와 영아’로 나타났다. CCTV의 설치로 ‘보육시설과 교사에 대한 부모의 인식’이 긍정적으로 바뀌었으며 반면 ‘교사와 아동의 사생활 침해’라는 부정적 인식이 나타났다. 마지막으로 CCTV 설치 후에 느끼는 변화 차이를 살펴본 결과, CCTV를 설치한 후 교사들은 변화를 인식 하지 못하고 있었으며 CCTV 설치 필요성에 관계없이 전반적인 반응은 영아를 대하거나 말할 때, 행동할 때 제약을 받는 다고 인식하였다.

        We give a detailed description of the installation and operation of a double-station meteor detection system which formed part of a research & education project between Korea Astronomy Space Science Institute (KASI) and Daejeon Science Highschool. A similar system is currently not existing in South Korea. A total of six light-sensitive CCD cameras were installed with three cameras at SOAO and three cameras at BOAO observatory. A double-station observation of a meteor event enables the determination of the three-dimensional heliocentric orbit in space. This project was initiated in response to the Jinju reball event in March 2014. The cameras were installed in October/November 2014. The two stations are identical in hardware as well as software. Each station employes sensitive \Watec-902H2" cameras in combination with relatively fast f/1.2 lenses. Various elds of views were used for measuring di erences in detection rates of meteor events. We employed the SonotaCo UFO software suite for meteor detection and their subsequent analysis. The system setup as well as installation/operation experience is described and rst results are presented.         Base isolation system is generally used for low-rise buildings. For high-rise buildings subjected to earthquake loads, a mid-story isolation system was proposed and applied to practical engineering. In this study, seismic responses of high-rise buildings considering the installation story of the mid-story isolation system were evaluated. To do this, the 20-story and 30-story building were used as example structures. Historical earthquakes such as Kobe (1995), Northridge (1994) and Loma Prieta (1989) earthquakes were employed applied as earthquake excitations. The installation location of the mid-story isolation system was changed from the bottom of the 1st floor to the bottom of the top floor. The seismic responses of the example building were investigated by changing the location of the isolation layer. Based on the analytical results, when the seismic isolation system is applied, story drift ratio and acceleration response are reduced compared to the case without the isolation system. When the isolation layer is located on the lower part of the building, it is most effective. However, in that case, the possibility that the structure is unstable increases. Therefore, an engineer should consider both structural efficiency and safety when a mid-story isolation system for a high-rise building is designed.

        Royal banquets under the reign of King Sunjo saw developments in the playacting stage, which exhibited characteristics unique to the transitionary period between Jeongjo and Gojong this period established the framework of the Joseon Dynasty’s playacting stage construction. Starting with the Jagyeongjeon-Hall banquet and continuing into the Year of the Golden Rat banquet, the next-day banquet by the Crown Prince demonstrates a renewed format, with the stage also changing accordingly. This change was substantiated by more assertive use of the Red Blind and gabjang. Previously, the Red Blind has been installed in the palace hall and around the royal courtyard, to form three sides, but as next-day banquets became more frequent under Sunjo, the Red Blind developed and came to be installed in accordance with the hierarchy within the royal family. In the Year of the Golden Rat banquet, the Red Blind was lifted and the throne of the crown prince was situated in the palace hall. In the banquet of the following year, however, the Red Blind was let down and the crown prince’s throne was placed outside, in palace court yard. This seems to have been a gesture to reorient the crown prince’s political standing and restore Sunjo’s sovereignty the following year. Hence, the installation of the Red Blind developed in accordance with the royal hierarchy and ranks under Sunjo’s reign. The gabjang provided the second layer of protection for the playacting stage. The hongjeongju gabjang surrounded the stage in multiple layers and served as a partition. The gabjang from the Year of the Golden Bull banquet, in particular, boasted a unique installation, where it dangled from both sides of the royal palace’s facade. Hongjeongju gabjang, lapis lazuli gabjang, red gabjang, and yellow curtains were installed in the stated order to reflect Sunjo’s 40th birthday as well as the 30-year anniversary of his coronation. The Red Blind and gabjang from Sunjo’s years were positioned in creative ways to reinstate the royal authority, and demonstrated many improvements from those of Jeongjo’s reign.
