정보화의 도입 및 추진은 기업의 생산성의 향상과 경쟁우위의 확보에 있어서 중요한 요소임은 이미 주지의 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 중소 제조기업에 적합한 정보화 수준 진단 방법을 제시하고, 웹 상에서 사용자가 직접 수준 진단을 수행할 수 있은 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존에 제시된 설문 항목 중심의 수준 진단 방법론을 근간으로 하여 업종 특성, 고객 특성, 공급체인상의 위치 등의 해당 기업의 특성을 고려하여 획일적인 진단 방법에서 탈피하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 웹사이트를 통해서 진단되는 다수의 사례들로부터 향후 정보화 방향 설정에 유용한 정보를 도출할 수 있는 방법의 개발을 고려한 시스템을 설계하였다.

이 논문에서는 최근 기업정보보고의 표준형식으로 부상하고 있는 XBRL을 소개하기로 한다.XBRL은 미국을 비롯한 유럽, 호주, 일본 등에서일찍부터 활발한 논의가 진행되어 왔으며 기술적으로도 상당한 진전이 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라에서는 Kosdaq시장이 시범적으로 XBRL을 이용한 기업정보를 제공하고 있다.

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is intended to detect anomalous usages or attacks on system and network. Even though many IDS models have been developed, they still may have problems, such as involvement of components contaminated by anomalous process, in detecting anomalous behavior patterns. The goal of this paper is to offer a quantitative decision model using Quality Function Deployment(QFD). We consider the factors outsourcing that affect the benefits of the organization and the fifth alternatives that were selected to be considered for outsourcing as customer requirements and technical attributes in QFD. For selecting the outsourcing system, we compute the priority considering interdependencies among alternatives. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

붉은점모시나비의 국내 서식지를 확인하기 위하여 기존에 알려진 채집지와 표본자료, 그리고 실재 잔존 발생지로 알려진 경남 남부지방을 조사한 결과 경남 고성군과 의령군 2개소에서 발생이 재확인되었으며, 이 외에 조사기간 중 강원도 삼척에서 대량 서식지가 발견되었다. 종의 보전을 위한 복원계획 수립을 위해 대량사육기술 개발이 필요하므로 생활사 등 생태적 특성을 위한 기초조사를 실행하였다. 성충의 출현 시기는 5월 중순에서 6월 말까지였다. 산란은 기주식물 외에 주변의 마른 나뭇잎 등에도 하였으며, 암컷 한 마리당 127개까지 산란하였다. 늦은 봄에 산란된 난은 220여 일의 난 기간을 보내고 1월 11일부터 난각을 깨고 부화하며, 부화된 1령유충은 10여 일이 지나 섭식을 시작한다. 항온조건(, 75% RH, l6L:8D)에서 전 유충기간은 65.7일로 각각 1령충 11.2일, 2령충 7.3일, 3령충 12.8일, 4령충 16.2일, 5령충 18.2일이었다. 용기간은 21.3일이었으며, 성충의 수명은 26.2일이었다. 산란조건을 알아보기 위하여 크기를 달리한 산란실을 만들고 각 실 당 접종수를 달리하여 시험해 본 결과 222m이상 크기의 산란실에 암컷 3+수컷 1의 비율로 넣은 경우가 가장 효과적이었다. 흡밀용 당원을 개발하기 위한 실험에서는 흑설탕구와 Fructose구에서 높은 선호도를 나타내었다.

연근해 소형 어선에 널리 탑재되어 있는 소형 레이더 장치에 radar target extractor를 인터페이스하여 레이더 선호를 수록, 처리 및 해석하기 위한 PC based radar system 을 구축하고, cell averaging CFAR 처리장치를 통해 실제의 레이더 echo 신호를 처리하여 오경보 확률의 설정치 변화에 따른 echo영상의 변화패턴을 레이더 스코프상에서 직접 비교, 분석한 결과 및 레이더 영상신호의 음영구역의 발생대역폭을 추정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 레이더 선호의 해석을 통해 추출된 표적의 운동벡터 및 방위, 거리, 속력, CPA, TCPA 등과 같은 ARPA 정보를 실시간으로 이동 궤적과 함께 PC 모니터상에 구현하고 있기 때문에 소형 레이더 시스템에 이 장치를 부착하면 저가의 비용으로써 ARPA 정보의 취득이 기능하다. 2. ideal threshold 에 의한 표적검출성능을 개선시키기 위해 cell averaging CFAR processor 의 CUT전후에 각각 3 개의 guard cell과 이 cell의 좌.우측에 각각 20개씩, 총 40개의의 reference cell를 설치하여 레이더의 video 신호를 입벽한 후, 오경보 확률 10-0.25/∼10-1.0/의 범위에 대하여 설정치를 점차증가시켜 갈 때, 레이더 영상신호는 10-0.75/ 의 설정치에서 가장 양호한 clutter 제거효과를 나타내었다. 3. 레이더 스코프상에서 영상신호를 관찰하면서 cell averaging CFAR 의 오경보 확률을 적정하게 제어하면 지금까지의 ideal threshold level 에 의한 잡음억제기법에서 나타나는 선박영상의 과도한 레벨약화현상을 보완할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다. 4. 부산 용호만에 정박중인 예인선의 레이더 신호를 해석하여 영상의 음영패턴과 음영 대역폭을 추정한 결과, 예인선의 유효높이는 약 1.2 m 이었고, 이들 음영효과의 정량적 해석을 통한 해상표적의 형상정보는 향후 3차원 레이더 영상을 구현하는 데 그 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

레이더 정보의 수록 및 정량적 해석을 위한 시도로써 타선의 위치정보를 자선의 전자해도 및 radar 화변상에 모니터링하여 두 선박의 간격을 측정할 수 있는 양선거리측정시스템과 ARPA radar가 탐지한 표적의 추적정보를 자선의 전자해도 화면상에 실시간으로 모니터링하기 위한 시스템을 구축함과 동시에 이들 레이더 정보를 필요에 따라 수록 및 재생할 수 있는 레이더 정보수록 및 해석 시스템을 개발하고, 실용화 실험을 행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 목포 인근해역에서 레이더 신호를 수록하고, 이 레이더 영상에 위치발생시뮬레이터에 의해 생성한 타선 위치를 RS232C interface를 통해 전송 및 중첩시켜 타선의 위치를 추적하면서 실시간으로 본선과 타선의 양선 간격을 산출한 결과, 양선 거리 및 방위의 실시간 측정이 가능하여 이 시스템을 양선 거리계로써 활용할 수 있음이 입증되었다. (2) 타선의 레이더 신호를 수신한 후, α-β tracker를 이용하여 타선 영상의 중심 위치를 실시간으로 추적하면서 침로, 속력, 방위, 거리 등을 예측한 결과, 매우 안정된 평활화 추정치를 얻을 수 있었다. (3) ARPA 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 표적의 추적정보를 TTM sentence 등으로써 생성한 후, 이 코드를 전자해도상에 전송 및 중첩 표시시킨 결과, 추적표적의 위치, 속력, 침로, 방위, 거리 등의 추적정보의 실시간 모니터링이 안정적으로 실현된 바, 선내의 여러 장소에서 ARPA 정보를 공유하기 위한 멀티 모니터링 장치의 개발이 기대된다.

This study is to develop and operate the R-FCE(Real-time Fuzzy Control Expert System) model on the SBR(Sequency Batch Reactors) type sewage disposal facility which is for the environmental problem of future and the effective treatment. It is the system that regularly handles the input, output information in real time by the Fuzzy control IF-THEN rule. Nowadays the water pollution caused by the increase of population and the industrialization already exceeds the purifying ability of nature and is getting worse. The sewage disposal facility needs an expert having wide experience and know-how because the quality or quantity of inflow water is so irregular that the process of sewage disposal is difficult. In the nation, however, the accumulation of technology is so weak because field-operators avoid the long-term duty. So the accurate and speedy decision or control of field are difficult in the case of emergency situation.
