Unknowingly, the relationship between IT departments and their internal customers becomes that of client-supplier based on the mechanisms of marketing and competition. In addition, due to enhanced focus on the customer in the planning, development, and delivery of information service, IT service management(ITSM) has become increasingly important. These days IT management is focusing particularly on the 'de-facto' standard ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) for implementing ITSM. It is linked as a part of CobiT’s 'deliver and support' domain, which is a framework of IT governance, and ISO/IEC 20000 is a unique international certification standards on the ITSM. This paper proposes the strategy and procedure for ITSM implementation based on ITIL with consideration of IT governance structure for manufacturing industries. It also presents a case study to share the lessons learned and results of an ITSM project.

서울시와 베이징시의 두 도시의 공원 관리체계의 현황, 유형, 관리조직, 이용객, 예산, 문화활동 분야로 구분하여 정리하였고, 양국 비교분석 하였다.두 도시의 공원 관리체계의 기본기능과 내용은 대체적으로 동일하나, 그러나 구체적인 방면에서 차이가 많다. 공원녹지통계, 오락공원시설, 이용객 및 구성원의 신분 통계, 수입관리방식, 관리조직과 기능, 이용객을 끌어들이는 방식 및 관련있는 법규의 내용등 방면에서 나타난다.공원관리의 과정에서 나타나는 차이의 주요원인은 국가의 문화, 행정체제가 다른데 있으며, 목표에 도달하기 위하여 두도시 모두 많은 방면에서 노력을 하고 있으며, 시설의 재정비, 공원문화의 혁신 등을 통하여 이용객 만족도를 높이는 것이다.두 도시의 도시녹화, 공원시설, 이용객 활동, 구성원과 원림수입/지출방면의 통계자료로 두 도시의 특징과 차이를 보이고,도시공원의 문화활동, 입장료 판매방식, 수입/지출관리 방식을 비교하여 최종에 두 도시의 공원관리방식에 관련 있는 법규내용의차이가 나타났다..공원관리사업에서도 공통적으로 공원조성, 수목 및 화훼, 시설물 보수 및 정비, 환경위생, 공원 서비스, 유람 서비스등서비스가 포함되기 때문에 관리내용이 비교적 업무량도 많으나. 그러나 베이징시의 경우 공원 구성원들은 반드시 계획대로고효율적으로 공원관리를 진행하여 공원관리의 목적에 도달해야 하다는 인식이 지배적이다.그러나 비교할 수 있는 자료는 문화와 행정체계가 다르고 연구 자료도부족하기 때문에 내용도 한계가 있다고 보며, 중국의녹지 정책, 넓게는 중국의 환경개선 및 보호 정책에 대한 정보가 매우 부족한 상태이므로 정책과 실상을 알아보는 것이가장 우선되어야 할 것이다.

The safety & health can not be accomplished by only one side's effort of labor and management. To establish high level of occupational safety & health system, we have to recognize the extent of participance and need to study about how to keep the labor-management cooperation in good condition. The purpose of this paper is to make better suggestions such as how to improve the labor-management cooperation and how to establish the efficient occupational safety & health law through studying the labor-management cooperation system in the occupational safety & health.

It is an important and urgent issue to improve process capability in quality control. Process capability refers to the uniformity of the process. The variability in the process is a measure of the uniformity of output. A simple, quantitative way to express process capability, the degree of variability from target in specification is defined by process capability index(PCI). Almost process capability indices are defined under normal distribution. However, these indices can not be applied to the process of non-normal distribution including reliability. We investigate current research on the process of non-normal distribution, and advanced method and technology for developing more reliable and efficient PCI. Finally we suggest the perspective for future study.

According to Korea was re-elected as ICAO council member state at the 35th session of the assembly, there are more contributions and roles of international aviation society. Being developed technology and grown international transportation, world is focusing to aviation safety, Safety Management System(SMS) is systematic approach to manage risks caused by human and organizational factors. ICAO is specified that 'As of 24 November 2005, certified aerodrome shell have in operation a safety management system.' at Annex 14 to implement it airports as a first step. This study introduced SMS principle, analysed SMS's of advanced states and developed appropriate Korean Aerodrome SMS Model in our cultural and industrial circumstances.

The importance of IT in supporting the core business and realizing the targets and vision of the Corporate Plan are beginning to be increasingly recognized. In order to evaluate IT performance many methods and techniques have been suggested over the years. One potential solution is the use of Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard as a conceptual and pragmatic model for the development of performance measures for an IT Department. This paper explores how the Balanced Scorecard approach might be applied to measuring the performance of the IT Department within the non-profit Organization.

본 연구는 우리나라 공원관리의 효율화 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초적 연구로 한국과 일본의 공원관리 현황과 구조특성을 비교하여 그 차이점을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 조사는 관련문헌조사와 함께 관련기관 담당자와의 전화인터뷰 및 방문면접조사로 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 일본의 공원지정기준은 최소의 공원면적을 수치로 정하고 있고 관리인원이 한국보다 적으면서 넓은 면적을 관리하고 있다. 양국의 공원관리기관은 중앙과 위탁기관으로 구분되었다. 중앙기관은 한국이 환경부내 자연자원과 6명이 담당하고 일본은 3개과(국립공원과, 자연환경정비과, 총무과) 53명이 담당하고 있다. 총무과는 국토를 11개 블록으로 구분해 11개 자연보호사무소와 12개지소, 67개의 자연보호관 사무소를 운영하고 있다. 위탁기관의 경우 일본의 자연공원재단은 본부와 20개지부에 54명의 직원이 현장관리업무를 하고 있으나 한국의 국립공원관리공단은 본부와 25개사무소에 748명의 직원이 중앙기관의 업무와 현장관리업무를 병행하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 우리나라 국립공원관리의 효율화 방안을 다음과 같이 제안했다. 첫째, 공원지정기준에 수치화를 도입하고 둘째, 용도지구를 재검토하며 셋째, 국립공원관리사무소를 현지사무소.권역사무소로 구분해서 업무분담 및 인원 재배치하고 넷째, 환경부의 공원관리 부서를 확대하고 다섯째, 국립공원관리공단 직원에 대한 신분을 국가공무원으로 전환할 필요성이 높다.
