모든 전자금융거래에 반드시 공인인증서를 사용하도록 규정된 현행 전자금융 감독규정은 보안기술의 경쟁과 개발을 저해하는 측면이 있으며, 인증서 기술이 제공하는 보안 효능에 대한 과장된 기대에 근거하고 있다. 인증서 발급, 관리가 어떻게 수행되는지, 인증서 개인키가 어떤 저장 매체에 저장되는지, 실제로 인증서 사용에 동원되는 소프트웨어가 어떻게 설계되는지 등에 따라서 PKI인증서 기술은 높은 수준의 보안을 제공할 수도 있고 낮은 수준의 보안을 제공하는데 그칠 수도 있다. 이런 기술적 현실을 도외시 한채 공인인증서를 사용하기만 하면 만족스러운 수준의 보안이 마치 확보될 수 있는 것처럼 전제한 현행 감독규정은 보안 기술에 대한 무지와 강제 수단을 동원하여 공인인증 제도를 유지, 확산하려는 그릇된 정책적 고려, 그리고 공인인증 업체의 이해관계를 반영할 것일 뿐 진정한 거래의 안전을 위한 규정이라고 하기는 어렵다. 또한 거래내역 전자서명은 침입 공격에 대한 방어 수단도 아니고, 보안을 위한 조치도 아니라 사고 거래 여부에 대한 분쟁이 발생하였을 경우 입증의 수단에 불과하며, 전자서명이 가지는 부인방지 효력은 실은 매우 제한적이라는 점을 지적한다. 이 글은 전자금융 거래의 안전을 확보하기 위하여 고려되어야 할 여러 측면들을 종합적으로 제시함으로써, 공인인증서가 차지하는 비중을 균형있게 이해하는데 기여하고자 한다.

The paper discusses the establishment of management strategy and quality policy by the alignment of BSC or policy deployment, the effective handling methodologies of control plan based on SPC, and the traceability of calibration uncertainty and MSA, etc.

Tetra-hydrothiophene ((CH₂)₄S) has an odor that is detectable at very low levels. For this reason, it was included as a component of dangerous gases to allow the detection of leaks by smell. A type of tetra-hydrothiophene gas CRM in the μmol/mol level was developed for the analysis of trace-level odorant gas in natural gas. The gas standards produced simultaneously in 3 bottles and examined by GC-FID were show with 0.12%, reproducibility of preparation and 0.05%, standard uncertainty due to weighing and purity. The concentration of tetra-hydrothiophene ((CH₂)₄S) was 10 µmol/mol level in the cylinder filled with methane, 1500 psi. And the variability of concentration for 1 years was about 0.03% due to the adsorption or instability of (CH₂)₄S. The relative expanded uncertainty of 1.0% (95% of confidence level, k=2) was assigned to the certified value of 10 μmol/mol level of(CH₂)₄S after quantitative evaluation on the purity, mixing, weighing, analysis, adsorption and stability of tetra-hydrothiophene gas.

본 연구는 227개의 국내 중소기업들을 대상으로 기업의 활용적(exploratory) 혁신활동 및 탐색적(exploitative) 혁신활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 이러한 영향이 혁신형 기업의 경우에는 어떻게 달라지는지 또한 기술환경 및 소비자환경에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 분석하였다.최근에 새로운 역량을 개발하는 탐색과 기존 역량을 바탕으로 하는 활용이 적절한 균형을 이루는 것이 매우 중요해졌다. 두 가지 유형의 혁신활동이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 본 연구의 핵심질문은 대부분의 기업이 당면하고 있는 상충적인 전략적 요구에 대한 인식에서 비롯되었다.실증연구 결과, 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동은 모두 경영성과에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 기술혁신성과인 K마크인증, 신제품(NEP)인증 등 제품임의인증을 취득한 혁신형 기업의 경우 탐색적 혁신활동은 재무적 성과에 정의 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 활용적 혁신활동은 재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 기술환경 및 소비자환경과 같은 환경요인들은 두 가지 유형의 혁신활동과 경영성과의 관계에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Firstly, preceding research, the literature and investigation analysis about process approach method which is the special characteristics of ISO/TS 16949 standard. Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. Finally, get a enterprise survey data related to improvement of Performance Indicator and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.

한국의 농업분야에는 여러 가지 인증제도가 존재한다. 그 예로 유기농산물 인증, GAP인증, KPGI인증, TOP푸르트/TOP라이스 인증 등이 있다. 이러한 인증제도는 소비자에게 안전하고 고품질의 농산물을 보장하기 위해 시행되었다. 하지만 각 인증제도가 명확한 목적을 보유함에도 불구하고 이러한 인증제도들이 소비자에게 관련정보를 수반하는데 성공적이지 못하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 그 이유로는 현존하는 몇몇의 인증제도가 오히려 소비자들을 혼란스럽게 하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 각각의 인증제도를 별도로 유지하고 홍보하는 것은 더 많은 비용을 발생시킨다. 이 연구에서는 여러 인증제도를 활용하여 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

Expecially, KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency) in Korea has supported to set up the OSHMS (Occupational Safety & Health Management System) by KOSHA 18001 since 1997. But small & medium enterprises (SMS) has many difficulties to set up the OSHMS system because of limited natural and human resources. In this study, the rating system as a judgment method of an OSHMS based on the certification standard of the OSHMS, which was suggested in previous study, was developed for SMS to adopt voluntarily the OSHMS, certify KOSHA 18001, and improve the safety and health level.

Conformity assessment bodies (CABs). can objectively state such conformity. These CABs perform conformity assessment activities that include certification, inspection, testing and calibration. A system to accredit CABs conformity assessment services should provide confidence to the purchaser and regulator. Certification of management system is one of means of providing assurance that the organization has implemented a system for the management of the relevant aspects of its activities, in line its policy.

본 논문에서는 질의어를 이용하여 온라인 인터넷상의 게임 보안 시스템과 연동되는 질의어를 암호화할 수 있는 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다. 인터넷과 게임 인증 보안의 연동을 통해 기존의 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 보안 환경을 개선하려 하고 있으며 내부 서버와 연동되는 인터넷게임의 보안이 중요한 문제점으로 떠오르고 있다. 이에 인터넷 게임에 접속할 때 일반적으로 사용되는 인증수단을 개선하여 인증보안이 강화된 ID와 패스워드를 통하여 암호화할 수 있는 암호화 질의어를 생성하고 그 알고리즘을 통하여 데이터베이스 테이블의 정보를 암호화하는 모델을 본 논문에서 제시하고 유지,보수 관리 방안도 함께 고찰한다.

본 연구에서는 소비자 지향적 마케팅시대에 직면하여 국내외 농산물 소비수요의 변화에 대응하고 친환경농산물의 유통개선을 도모하기 위하여 소비자들의 친환경농산물인증제도 및 정책에 대한 인식을 조사분석 하였다. 조사연구 결과에 의하면 첫째, 친환경농산물의 소비저변을 확대시키기 위한 가장 시급한 문제는 생산자인 농민들이 아니라 소비자들에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양하고 안전한 판로개척과 품질경쟁력 제고, 소포장 규격화 판매, 품질인증제도를 통한 브랜드화 추진, 리콜제 실시 등을 통해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 한다. 둘째, 정부의 친환경농산물정책에 대한 지속적이 홍보와 교육이 이루어지고 또한 감독강화가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 친환경농산물 유통구조에서 농민들과 직접 거래를 하는 직거래나 인터넷 거래를 활성화시킴으로서 소비자들에 의한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 계기가 마련될 것이다. 셋째, 친환경농산물에 대한 품질관리가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이는 중앙정부의 감독관리도 중요하지만 지역별 품질인증기관을 육성하고 품질인증기관이 생산과정에 대한 투명성을 철저히 보장할 수 있도록 제도화하여 친환경농산물에 대해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 할 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 친환경농산물 생산농가가 판매에 대한 어려움을 지자체 등이 적극적으로 지원할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서는 모든 사물이 소통할 수 있는 환경이기 때문에 사물과 사물 사이, 사물과 사람 사이, 사람과 사람 사이의 진정성을 확보할 수 있는 수단이 필요하며, 이를 위하여 종래의 단편적 서비스에 머무르고 있는 인증기능을 통합적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 따라서 인증서비스는 인증에 필요한 인증대상, 등록(대행)기관, 인증서비스제공기관, 인증을 검증해주기 위한 검증기관, 인증서비스제공기관의 인증서비스를 평가하기 위한 제3의 기관이 요구된다. 나아가 이러한 인증서비스의 전 과정에 걸친 업무의 투명성, 진정성, 안정성 등에 대한 관리․감독 및 정책을 수립․수행하기 위한 관리감독기관의 설립이 필요하다. 한편 기기인증모델의 경우에 인증기관이 등록(대행)기관을 통하여 인증수단을 발급하거나 직접 인증수단을 발급할 경우에 어느 경우에나 허위 혹은 부정확한 인증수단이 발급됨으로 인하여 인증수단을 발급받은 자나 그와 법률행위를 함으로써 손해를 입은 경우에는 그에 대한 손해를 배상할 책임을진다. 인증수단의 발급 사무를 기기의 제조업체에서 수행하는 경우에 발급되는 인증서 자체에 문제가 발생한 경우에는 인증기관이, 발급과정에 문제가 발생한 경우에는 제조업체가 책임을 지게 된다. 더불어 종래 전자서명법에 규정되어 있는 공인인증기관에 한하여 인정되는 형식적 증거력의 인정 규정을 개정하여, 다양한 인증수단에 형식적 증거력이 부여되도록 하는 형태로 수정할 필요가 있다.

In the policy management system of the safety&health(same as the environment and the quality), the documentation of the management system is required in various international standards & guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure(or the process) and the job instruction. Each level of the document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. Considering such document level, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the related job worker. This paper is prepared for surveying the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises holding ISO certificate and trying to suggest the better way of application of the system documents.
