본 고에서는 BM특허 및 의약특허의 미완성발 명 및 명세서 기재불비관련 최근 주요 판례에서 판 단기준을 재해석하고 미완성 발명과 명세서 기재 불비의 상호관계를 정립함으로써 심사 또는 심판 처리에서의 정확성 및 공정성을 전보다 한층 더 도 모하고자 한다. BM특허 및 의약특허의 경우 구체성이 없고 현 재의 기술수준으로는 실시가 불가능한 경우에도 미완성발명으로 취급하여 특허법제29조제1항본 문을 적용하여 명세서 기재불비와 구별할 필요가 있으며, 그 이외의 사항에 대해서는 특허법제42조 제3항의 명세서 기재불비로 거절결정하는 것이 심 사 심판실무에서 바람직 할 수 있다. 종래에는 산업에 해당되지 않는다고 생각되어 온 의료관련 행위가 바이오 기술의 발전에 따라 제 한 없이“산업화”경향을 나타내고 있으며, 오히려 의료업 자체가 신규산업의 창출과 산업 발전에 불 가결한 것으로 여겨지고 있다. BM 기술의 인터넷 산업도 상기와 거의 같다. 결론적으로, SW특허 및 BM특허 등 모든 기술 분야에 예외 없이 특허보호를 인정하려는 추세를 고려하여 볼 때, 법적 해결이 아닌 법해석에 의해 거절이유를 제시한다는 것은 적절치 않다. 즉, 진정 한 산업발전을 위해서는 특허법의 취급을 해석론 의 틀에서 논쟁을 벌일 것이 아니라 입법적으로 해 결해야 한다고 본다.

The Korean Church has been doing various mission works in many areas. However, it seems that there is neither profound study nor systematic materials for professional mission. This study is an attempt to a basic study for medical mission in East Timor. This project-style study is a practical one through not only literature analysis but also field research. East Timor is a newly born country. The government of East Timor has made education, health and agriculture as the most priority works in the National Development Plan. These three areas are surely urgent and important for the national development. At present, medical facilities are falling behind and national health indicator is very low in East Timor. Both fertility rate and infant mortality is high. Not only infant mortality but maternal mortality rate is also high. Moreover, the people of East Timor are not free from various diseases. However, a regular prevention of epidemics can reduce attack rate of disease. Medical mission should begin with grasping of the urgent need and importance in the field. It is not only provide medicine and cure a disease, but also takes a disease prevention program and health education. Prevention is better than cure. It plays a role to protect people from a disease beforehand. In order to prepare for medical mission, it is necessary to make stages, set goals, examine processes of operation goals, analyze results and evaluate them. Among the six stages, the first stage is to organize a short-term mission team. It is consisted of 5 to 10 people and the members stay at least two weeks to a month. The team visits a fixed place once or twice a year. This is because the members of the team may have a close relationship with the natives and get the information of their health. This may help grasp their health condition and provide appropriate health care. The second stage is to send one or two medical volunteers to a local clinic or hospital as long-term medical missionaries. The third stage is preparation period for founding a local clinic. In order to found a clinic, carefully examine the necessity of founding a medical institution and a suitable location where is no medical benefit. The fourth stage is a period of founding a local clinic. One nurse and one midwife serve the clinic. The fifth stage is a stable period of operating the clinic. In this period, the clinic provides medical service of good quality and preventive education. The sixth stage is a self-supporting stage of operating the clinic. It is time to change its members as the natives by stages, and transfer its operation to them. Medical mission is a future-oriented work in the respect of the promoting national health. It carries out on the level of Christian mission, so that may share God’s love with the people in East Timor. The society will be healthy through forming a healthy person in both body and mind, and living in harmony with God, neighbor and nature make.

This paper describes the traditional Ondol medical care, the specific combination of ancient and contemporary examples to be articulated. As a traditional Korean culture, to be extracted from the historical perspective, it described the relationship and origins between them, From a health perspective, in accordance with the logic and pharmacologyit introduced Ondol as the important principle of health care equipment. The modern architecture of some common harmful to the body, from the perspective of Ondol, it should be improved and based on scientific proof to the theory.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-7 시각 기술자를 조합하고, 유사도 수행에서 초기 중요도 가중치를 고려한 관심영역(ROI: Region-Of-Interest) 기반의 의료 영상 검색 기법을 제안한다. 의료 영상에서 의미 없는 배경 부분을 제거하고, 영역 추출의 처리 시간을 줄이는 관심 윈도우(AW: Attention Window)를 생성하여 관심 영역 분할을 수행한다. 또한 인간 시각에 부합하도록 검색 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 유사도를 비교하는 영역에 대한 초기 가중치를 설정하여 특징 벡터 거리를 계산하였다. 실험에서 제안된 기법은 의료 영상을 효과적으로 찾아내며, 조합된 특징과 가중치를 이용한 유사도 측정으로 검색 성능이 향상됨을 보여준다.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective way of finding injurious factors and making improved plan that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a semi-finished medical product fabricating company A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the company with similar working conditions and process.

This Study aims at looking into the use of oriental medical services in treating hypertension. The first objective to be explored through this study is the morbidity caused by the disease, classifying them by age, gender, and occupation. The second is to determine the regular use of anti-hypertensive medicine and their efficacy in controlling blood-pressure. The third is to investigate the use-rate and satisfaction of oriental medical service. 838 households across the country, were asked to answer questionnaires for the period of time from Apr. to Jun. 2005. The conclusion from the survey can be summarized as following. The age of which the first medical diagnosis of hypertension were made showed lower in males, those with higher education and income. The study showed females were more active in blood-pressure control, with their frequent monitoring of blood-pressure for the past year. With age, people in under 50 age group proved to be less active. The management of high blood pressure was more effective in group with regular dosage compared to group with irregular use of anti-hypertensive medication, but their difference was minimal. Also, group with no medication showed signs of blood-pressure control. The use of oriental medical service for the past year, were more frequent in groups with lower education, either low or high income, old age, females and occupations in agriculture, forestry and fishing industry. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. Females, people over 51 years old and with lower education showed more intentions in utilizing oriental medical services in the future. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. It is necessary to offer a more accurate information on oriental medical treatments. Also, a systematic reform to reduce the patient's share of the treatment cost, as well as, heightening public awareness on the infirmity of present blood-pressure management system is crucial.

In Oriental Medicine, Atopic dermatitis(AD) belongs to the category of the Naesun, Taesun(胎癬), Taeryumchang(胎斂瘡), Eczema(濕疹), Seupchang(濕瘡), Samanpung(四彎風), Chimumchang(浸淫瘡). The Basic Prescriptions which have been used for treatment of Atopic dermatitis are saengryusamultang(生料四物湯), Onchungeum(溫淸飮), Seungmagalgeuntang(升麻葛根湯),Hoichunryangkyuksan(回春凉膈散), Doghengsan(導赤散), Pyungweesan(平胃散), Heungbangpaedoksan(荊防敗毒散), Goomigangharltang(九味羌活湯), Baekhotang(白虎湯), Gaegytang(桂枝湯), Yukmigihyuangtang(六味地黃湯). AD can divide three groups, Acute-Type, Semiacute-Type, Chronic-Type, according to it's condition. This study shows that it can be applicate Seungmagalgeuntang(升麻葛根湯), Hoichunryangkyuksan(回春凉膈散), Doghengsan(導赤散), Heungbangpaedoksan(荊防敗毒散), Goomigangharltang(九味羌活湯), Baekhotang(白虎湯), Gaegytang(桂枝湯) for treatment of Acute-Type, Pyungweesan(平胃散) for treatment of Semiacute-Type, and saengryusamultang(生料四物湯), Onchungeum(溫淸飮) for treatment of Chronic-Type.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

지구과학은 다양한 생명체가 살고 있는 지구를 연구하는 학문으로, 주로 우리 후손들을 위한 건강하고 풍요롭고 쾌적한 환경 조성에 관심을 가진다. UNESCO와 국제지질과학연맹(IUGS)은 과학자들, 의료 전문가들, 그리고 일반 대중에게 의학지질학의 중요성을 널리 알리고자 1996년 의학지질학 연구회를 설립한 이후, 5년간의 국제 지질대비 연구과제(IGCP 454 Medical Geology, 2000-2004)의 성공적인 수행에 이어 2006년에는 국제 의학지질학 연합(IMGA)의 활동에 힘쓰고 있다. 의학지질학과 IMGA는 그동안 수많은 국제회의, 세미나, 워크샵, 심포지움 및 각종 출판물들을 통해서 자연계의 지질학적 요소들과 사람 및 동물들이 고통 받는 질병 간의 관계를 알리는 데 큰 성과를 거두었다. UNESCO에 의하여 추진되고 있는 의학지질학과 IMGA에서 보여주는 바와 같이, 지구과학은 의학 및 치의학과 매우 밀접하게 관련되어 있으므로 생물, 화학, 물리 뿐 아니라 지구과학도 반드시 의 치의학 전문대학원 입시 과목으로 채택되어야 한다. 여기에서는 UNESCO IGCP 454 의학지질학 사업과 IMGA의 활동을 소개함으로써 앞으로 지구과학이 의 치의학 전문대학원 입시 과목으로 선정되어 우리나라 과학 교육의 균형 발전에 이바지하기를 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 응급의료자원의 불균형분포에 관하여 물리적 접근성을 토대로 응급의료서비스가 취약한 지역을 찾아내며, GIS공간분석기법인 Location-Allocation Model을 통해 효율성과 형평성을 고려한 최적의 입지선정을 이루기 위함이다. 취약지역을 위한 접근성 분석은 이송단계에 중점을 두었으며, 응급의료기관을 등급별로 구분하고 운송수단의 공공의 주체가 되는 119소방서와의 관계를 통하여 거리와 시간의 영역을 고려한 접근성 분석이 가능 하였다. 결과적으로 GIS 공간분석기법을 이용한 지리적 관점은 공간상에 발생하는 응급의료자원의 공간적 효율성과 공간적 형평성을 이룰 수 있으며, 그 문제를 통해 공간재배치를 위한 사회 정치 경제적인 의사결정에 효과적인 대안 및 방법을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

It is necessary for the medical missionary to encourage the patient and the family of the patient to seek medical treatmen t. More important than medical treatment is preventive healing. By reducing the anxiety of clients their immune system will be strengthened against the virus. How can we enhance our immune system? First, the medical missionary makes the client recognize that God gave us our body to care for. Our body is not an object of hatred but oflove. Second, true health harmonizes both body and spirit to enhance our immune system against viruses. We need the paradigm shift of medical mission by cultivating various healing methods.

21세기에는 본격적인 노인시대가 열릴 전망으로, 인구학적 변화에 따른 보건복지 국가정책방향에 대한 노인 작업치료의 효율적인 준비가 절대적으로 필요하다. 먼저 고령화 사회로 진입한 일본에서의 작업치료가 국가의 복지서비스방향에 따라서 변화하고 발전해온 것을 참고하기 위하여 우리나라와 일본의 보건의료복지서비스 정책, 작업치료사의 연도별 추이, 취업 현황, 교육 상황을 비교 하여서 노인작업치료의 발전방향과 준비를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다.앞으로 우리나라의 노인보건의료정책이 급속한 고령화에 따른 제반문제에 효율적, 합리적으로 대처해 나가길 바라며, 노인작업치료가 이러한 사회적 변화를 주도해 나가기 위한 더 많은 연구가 진행되기를 바란다.

현재 국내 인체 이식용 전자 의료기의 이식건수는 매년 약 1800 여건으로 해마다 증가하고 있으며 그 연령대도 다양한 작업환경에 노출되는 청장년층으로 급속히 확대되어 가고 있다. 이러한 이식용 의료기는 인공 심장 박동기, 이식형 제세동기, 진통억제를 위한 이식형 전기 펄스 발생기, 이식형 약물주입기 등을 포함한다. 그러한 기기들은 미세한 생체 신호에 따라 반응하기 때문에 생체 신호이외의 잡음에 의한 오동작은 절대적으로 피해져야 하며 경우에 따라 생명위협과도 직결된다. 본 논문에서는 현재사용 중인 이식형 전자의료기들의 구조와 동작원리, 다양한 작업 환경 하에서 잡음의 영향을 고찰하고, 잡음에 의한 오동작의 방지 방안을 고찰함으로써 전자의료기 인체 삽입자의 작업환경에 따른 안전문제를 제고하고자 한다.
