        본 연구에서는 방사선조사 유발 체적팽창(RIVE)이 원자력 발전소의 콘크리트 생체 차폐벽의 구조 건전성에 미치는 영향을 확인하 고자 하였다. 이를 위해 원자로 압력용기 감시 프로그램의 데이터를 사용하여 콘크리트 생체 차폐벽의 누적 중성자 조사 수준을 추정 하는 방법으로 원자로 압력용기(RPV) 내부 표면에서 차폐벽 외부까지의 누적 조사량의 감쇠를 계산하는 과정을 설명하고 콘크리트 의 방사선 조사 유발 체적팽창에 대한 모델을 제시하였다. 콘크리트 생체 차폐벽의 응력 상태는 온도의 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 방사선조사유발 체적팽창 효과와 더불어 운전 중 차폐벽의 온도 상승 효과도 고려하였다. 콘크리트 생체 차폐벽 구조에 대한 방사선 조사 유발 체적팽창과 온도의 영향을 평가한 결과, 차폐벽의 안쪽 표면 부근 영역의 압축 응력이 국부적으로 콘크리트의 압축 강도 한 계를 초과할 수 있으며, 외부 영역의 인장 응력은 균열을 유발할 가능성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 중성자 누적 조사량이 증가 하면 응력도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 온도도 차폐벽의 응력 상태에 영향을 미치지만, 그 영향은 방사선조사 유발 체적팽창의 효과에 비해 그다지 크지 않았다. 향후 추가 연구를 통해 차폐구조물의 보다 현실적인 기하학적 구조, 중성자 조사량 분포, 그리고 차폐벽 내 부 보강 철근 요소 등을 포함하는 상세 모델을 바탕으로 콘크리트 생체 차폐벽에 설치되는 압력용기 지지 구조물 및 앵커 시스템에 대 한 영향 평가를 수행할 계획이다.

        탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 (Carbon fiber reinforced plastics, CFRP)은 고함량의 탄소섬유 (Carbon fiber, CF)와 고분자로 이루어진 복합재료로서, 뛰어난 기계적 성능으로 항공우주, 자동차, 토목 등 다 양한 산업 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 하지만 사용량 증가에 따른 폐기물의 환경문제와 추출한 재활용 탄소섬유 (Recycled carbon fiber, rCF)의 적용 가능 분야의 한계로 인해 재활용이 제한적인 실정이 다. 본 연구에서는 rCF와 CF 혼입 시멘트계 전자파 복합재를 제작하여 그 성능을 비교 분석하기 위 한 실험을 수행하였다. 구성재료는 시멘트, 잔골재, 고성능 감수제를 사용하였으며, 비교 분석을 위해 CF와 rCF를 각각 6 mm, 12 mm 길이를 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 wt.% 함량으로 사용하였다. 전자파 복합 재의 흡수 성능 향상을 위해 각각 다른 함량의 다층 구조를 형성하였으며, 전자파 투과를 낮은 함량에 서 높은 함량 방향이 되도록 측정을 진행하였다. 전자파 차폐성능은 재령 28일 이후 네트워크 분석기 를 사용하여 자유 공간에서 측정하였으며, C-band (4~8 GHz)와 X-band (8~12 GHz) 주파수 영역 에서의 반사율과 투과율을 각각 측정하였다.

        Thermal and wind panels are installed on offshore oil and gas platforms to protect personnel, equipment and structures. However, in general, panels are designed and manufactured through trial and error based on performance tests. For this reason, it is difficult to develop and design a heat sink in the Korean shipbuilding and offshore equipment industry due to the lack of performance test data and limited experience. In this study, the experimental results performed to verify the performance of the thermal and wind panels were analyzed, and the characteristics and performance characteristics of the thermal and wind panels were investigated. The conclusions drawn from this study will be useful in terms of the design and development of shielding.

        This paper aims to explore how Korean-Chinese bilingual speakers process Korean final ending -ko. Korean-Chinese bilingual speakers from Yanbian participated in the masked priming experiments through a word judgment task. The masked priming experiments were designed to compare the subjects’ response under three different prime-target conditions: Identical Condition, Unrelated Condition, and Test Condition. The participants’ response time in the experiments was statistically analyzed in two different ways: i.e., subject (F1) analyses and item (F2) analyses. The results of both the subject analyses and the item analyses revealed full priming effects, as is usually found in native speakers’ morphological processing. These findings indicate that Chinese-Korean bilingual speakers are sensitive to each combining morpheme of morphologically complex words including Korean final ending -ko and their processing of the words are not dependent upon the lexical storage of the full form.

        This study was designed to examine the performance of an aspirated radiation shield(ARS), which was made at the investigator's lab and characterized by relatively easier making and lower costs based on survey data and reports on errors in its measurements of temperature and relative humidity. The findings were summarized as follows: the ARS and the Jinju weather station made measurements and recorded the range of maximum, average, and minimum temperature at 2.0~34.1oC, -6.1~22.2oC, –14.0~15.1oC and 0.4~31.5oC, -5.8~22.0oC, -14.1~16.3oC, respectively. There were no big differences in temperature measurements between the two institutions except that the lowest and highest point of maximum temperature was higher on the campus by 1.6oC and 2.6oC, respectively. The measurements of ARS were tested against those of a standard thermometer. The results show that the temperature measured by ARS was lower by –2.0oC or higher by 1.8oC than the temperature measured by a standard thermometer. The analysis results of its correlations with a standard thermometer reveal that the coefficient of determination was 0.99. Temperature was compared between fans and no fans, and the results show that maximum, average, and minimum temperature was higher overall with no fans by 0.5~7.6oC, 0.3~4.6oC and 0.5~3.9oC, respectively. The daily average relative humidity measurements were compared between ARS and the weather station of Jinju, and the results show that the measurements of ARS were a little bit higher than those of the Jinju weather station. The measurements on June 27, July 26 and 29, and August 20 were relatively higher by 5.7%, 5.2%, 9.1%, and 5.8%, respectively, but differences in the monthly average between the two institutions were trivial at 2.0~3.0%. Relative humidity was in the range of –3.98~+7.78% overall based on measurements with ARS and Assman's psychometer. The study analyzed correlations in relative humidity between the measurements of the Jinju weather station and those of Assman's psychometer and found high correlations between them with the coefficient of determination at 0.94 and 0.97, respectively.

        Fire fighting robots to cope with fire are used to support fire fighting activities of firefighters. In the field of fire, the thermal performance test of the fire fighting robot is indispensable as the radiation intensity is high. For this purpose, a thermal barrier material which can be used for heat shielding was selected. Also, the results of the thermal barrier study, which can improve the heat shielding for the fire fighting robots, are presented by evaluating the characteristics of the heat shields of the material. By coating the Ag film on the surface of the robot, heat transmitted to the inside can be shielded, and the thermal barrier effect due to the difference in the thickness of the Ag coating can be seen. It can be seen that a secondary thermal barrier system using an Ag coated insulating box and a heat insulating board capable of protecting the electronic devices of the fire fighting robot at high temperatures and protecting the electronic devices for smooth functioning is efficient. This study is introduced a thermal barrier structure and system that can be used for fire fighting robots.

        This paper investigates Korean-Chinese bilingual speakers’ processing of Korean plural marker -tul. It employed masked priming experiments with a word judgment task for Korean-Chinese speakers from Yanbian, China. The data of the experiments was analyzed in two different ways: subject analyses and item analyses. The subject analyses of the study showed partial priming effects and the item analyses full priming effects. These findings indicate that Chinese-Korean bilinguals seem to be sensitive to morphological structure of a morphologically complex words in Korean and less dependent on the lexical storage of the full form, as is usually found in L2 learners’ morphological processing.

        SiC-based composite materials with light weight, high durability, and high-temperature stability have been actively studied for use in aerospace and defense applications. Moreover, environmental barrier coating (EBC) technologies using oxide-based ceramic materials have been studied to prevent chemical deterioration at a high temperature of 1300℃ or higher. In this study, an ytterbium silicate material, which has recently been actively studied as an environmental barrier coating because of its high-temperature chemical stability, is fabricated on a sintered SiC substrate. Yb2O3 and SiO2 are used as the raw starting materials to form ytterbium disilicate (Yb2Si2O7). Suspension plasma spraying is applied as the coating method. The effect of the mixing method on the particle size and distribution, which affect the coating formation behavior, is investigated using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. It is found that the originally designed compounds are not effectively formed because of the refinement and vaporization of the raw material particles, i.e., SiO2, and the formation of a porous coating structure. By changing the coating parameters such as the deposition distance, it is found that a denser coating structure can be formed at a closer deposition distance.

        바람이 불어오는 과정에서 지형 및 지물을 지나칠 경우 바람은 흐트러진다. 이 흐트러짐에 의해 풍속은 빨라질 수도 있고 느려질 수도 있다. 특히 건축물이 밀집되어 있는 도심지에서는 주로 속도가 느려지는 현상이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 실물축척의 도심지를 재현하여 풍동실험을 통해 도심지에서의 차폐효과에 의한 풍속이 느려지는 현상을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 차폐효과에 큰 영향을 미칠 인자들을 도로폭과 주변건축물들의 평균적인 높이로 선정하였고 각각의 조건에 따른 차폐의 정도를 차폐계수로 정의하여 나타내었다. 연구의 결과로부터 도로방향으로 바람이 불 경우 왕복4차선 이하의 도로변에서의 차폐계수는 0.85 이하로 나타났고, 도로직 각방향으로 바람이 불 경우 왕복6차선 이하의 도로변에서의 차폐계수는 0.9 이하로 나타났다.

        This study investigates the influence of sintering temperature on the magnetic properties and frequency dispersion of the complex permeability of Ni–Zn–Cu ferrites used for magnetic shielding in near-field communication (NFC) systems. Sintered specimens of (Ni0.7Zn0.3)0.96Cu0.04Fe2O4 are prepared by conventional ceramic processing. The complex permeability is measured by an RF impedance analyzer in the range of 1 MHz to 1.8 GHz. The real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability depend sensitively on the sintering temperature, which is closely related to the microstructure, including grain size and pore distribution. In particular, internal pores within grains produced by rapid grain growth decrease the permeability and increase the magnetic loss at the operating frequency of NFC (13.56 MHz). At the optimized sintering temperature (1225-1250°C), the highest permeability and lowest magnetic loss can be obtained.

        The electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger has been designed by using grid pattern metal sheet, PET & DST stacking and laminating technology. For this purpose, the twisting protection and the bubbling prevention device, the automatic position adjustment controller, the visual sensors and the motor actuator for controller, the EMI shielding sheet cutting device and the main control system have been developed for manufacturing the apparatus. As the study result, the development on manufacturing the equipment and shielding sheet of the EMI shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger having the lamination productivity of 27.4m/min exceeded the target of 8m/min in this study. In addition, the magnetic induction and the applicable shielding sheet were prepared in the magnetic resonance system, all of the two wireless charging system. The power with a band of average 6.87MHz of shielding sheet was greater than the target of 30dB to 32.57dB. The available frequency with a band of average 7.95MHz the target was exceeded by a 7.00MHz.

        The purpose of this study was to develop a grid forming equipment of the electromagenetic interference(EMI) shielding sheet for use in a wireless charger. In addition, the present study was to form a lattice in the surface of the thin metal ribbon to exert an electromagnetic wave shielding performance of the precision small electronic devices such as smart phones. For this, grid forming presses such as manual pressurized press, automatic pressurized press, heat pressurized press, and continuous grid forming equipment with cylinder roll type, and a grid inspection and grid uniformity inspection devices have been developed. Finally, the cylindrical roller-type continuous grid forming equipment showed the best suited.

        Rare-earth zirconates, such as lanthanum zirconates and gadolinium zirconates, have been intensively investigated due to their excellent properties of low thermal conductivity as well as chemical stability at high temperature, which can make these materials ones of the most promising candidates for next-generation thermal barrier coating applications. In this study, three compositions, lanthanum/gadolinium zirconates with reduced rare-earth contents from stoichiometric RE2Zr2O7 compositions, are fabricated via solid state reaction as well as sintering at 1600oC for 4 hrs. The phase formation, microstructure, and thermo-physical properties of three oxide ceramics are examined. In particular, each oxide ceramics exhibits composite structures between pyrochlore and fluorite phases. The potential of lanthanum/ gadolinium zirconate ceramics for TBC applications is also discussed.

        Lanthanum zirconate, La2Zr2O7, is one of the most promising candidates for next-generation thermal barrier coating (TBC) applications in high efficient gas turbines due to its low thermal conductivity and chemical stability at high temperature. In this study, bulk specimens and thermal barrier coatings are fabricated via a variety of sintering processes as well as suspension plasma spray in lanthanum zirconates with reduced rare-earth contents. The phase formation, microstructure, and thermo-physical properties of these oxide ceramics and coatings are examined. In particular, lanthanum zirconates with reduced rare-earth contents in a La2Zr2O7-4YSZ composite system exhibit a single phase of fluorite or pyrochlore after fabricated by suspension plasma spray or spark plasma sintering. The potential of lanthanum zirconate ceramics for TBC applications is also discussed.
