        본 연구는 국내산 목재의 효율적인 이용과 이용확대를 목표로, 낙엽송, 소나무 그리고 백합나무의 도장처리에 따른 흡수성과 방사방향 및 접선방향 의 고습환경하의 팽윤율을 조사하였다. 도장처리재는 미처리재에 비해 3수종 모두 고습환경에 노출 된 후 150시간 이후의 흡수율은 작게 나타났고, 도장처리재의 흡수율은 백합나무(2.2%) > 소나무(2.1%) > 낙엽송(1.9%)의 순이었다. 고습환경에 노출된 후 150시간 이후의 함수율은 흡습량에 비례하여 증가하였고, 그 크기는 백합나무 > 낙엽송 > 소나무의 순이었으나, 소나무의 경우 양자의 차이가 적은 것이 확인되었다. 도장처리재의 방사방향 팽윤율은 2.18% - 3.44%의 범위였고, 그 크기는 낙엽송이 백합나무나 소나무에 비해 현저히 적은 값을 나타내었다. 또한, 도장처리재의 접선방향 팽윤율은 4.17% - 6.36%의 범위에 있었고, 이 값은 방사방향과 같이 낙엽송이 가장 적었고, 소나무, 백합나무의 순이었다. 이 값은 미처리재에 비하여 0.85 – 0.96배의 적은 값을 나타내었고, 방사방향의 약 1.9배 높은 값을 나타내는 것이 확인되었다.

        This study aimed to identify changes in upper body measurements and body shape types among women over a 10-year period based on data from the 6th and 8th Size Korea Anthropometric Surveys. The study used regression analysis to explore the relationship between various dimensions, enabling the prediction of different upper body dimensions based on height and waist circumference. The sample consisted of 1,179 women in their 20s who participated in the 6th (2010) and 8th (2020) Size Korea Anthropometric Surveys, with 33 items analyzed. Initially, most items, except those related to height, exhibited larger values in the 8th Survey than in the 6th, suggesting a general increase in the upper body dimensions of females in their 20s over the 10-year period. Subsequent factor analysis revealed three factors crucial for determining the upper body shape of women in this age group. The body shapes were then categorized into four distinct clusters. Regression analysis indicated that both waist circumference and height significantly influence most of the measured items, with waist circumference having a more substantial impact in most models. Through this research, we aim to provide foundational data that reflects the evolving upper body shapes of women in their 20s to enhance clothing production and improve the sizing system.

        In this study, the relationship between the color of the pigment added to the plastic resin and the size of the fractured part of the specimen was confirmed when processing ABS plastic tensile specimens using a sealed 3D printer. Through the test, it was confirmed that the fracture dimension existed in the range of 13.104 to 13.138 ㎜ and there was no significant difference in dimension according to the color of the additive, and the null hypothesis was adopted. In addition, it was confirmed that a significant difference occurred in the order of red, black, white, and green colors.

        In this study, we examined dimensional changes in processing carbon fiber composites using a cost-competitive domestic high-speed router. Lacking temperature compensation features found in typical machines, it faces increased defect rates due to temperature fluctuations during processing. To mitigate this, we defined specific processing temperature conditions, established hole positions as distance references for various temperatures, and measured dimensional changes. This enabled us to calculate necessary dimensional corrections, minimizing thermal deformation.

        The purpose of this study is to classify the body types of obese men in their 50–60s and compare them with those of obese middle-aged men in their 30–40s. The 3D anthropometric data of obese men aged 50 to 60 years from the 6th Size Korea. The data are analyzed using SPSS 25.0 for Windows, and descriptive statistics, χ2 test, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis are used to classify obese body types. As a result of the study, five factors are extracted to determine body types, which are classified into three obese body types through cluster analysis. 1) a large physique and consequently large circumference and height; 2) A short upper body length, short height, and thick belly; 3) the lowest rate of obesity and relatively flat abdominal curve. For the 30–40s group, Type1 showed the highest rate at 55.6%, whereas for the 50s group, Type3 showed the highest rate at 49.3%, and for 60s group, Type2 showed the highest rate at 41.2%. The classification accuracy of the discriminant function for each type is 94.7%, indicating relatively high accuracy. Furthemore, the recently changed obese body type are analyzed by comparing it with the 3D anthropometric data of 8th Size Korea, which will contribute to the utilization of basic data for manufacturing apparel for obese men.

        본 논문에서는 AI 기반 설계 탐색 기법을 활용하여 선박의 주요 치수 최적화를 수행하였다. 설계 탐색 기법은 최적화 프로그램 HEEDS의 SHERPA 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 유동 해석은 상용 CFD 코드인 STAR-CCM+를 사용하였고, 주요 치수 변환은 전처리 과정에서 JAVA Script와 Python을 사용하여 선박의 치수가 자동으로 변환되도록 설정하였다. 대상 선박은 소형 쌍동선형으로 주요 치수 최적화는 한쪽 선형의 길이, 폭, 흘수 그리고 단동선형 간의 간격에 대하여 수행되었다. 최적화 알고리즘에 사용된 목적함수는 총저항이며, 내부 의 장 시스템의 크기 등을 고려한 배수 체적의 범위를 제한조건으로 선정하였다. 그 결과 최적 선형의 주요 치수는 기존 선형 대비 ±5% 내 에서 변화가 있었고 총저항은 약 11% 개선된 결과를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 선박의 형상을 직접 변경하지 않더라도 주요 치수 최적화를 통해 선박의 저항 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였고, 다양한 선박의 주요 치수 최적화를 통한 성능 향상에 활용이 될 것으로 기대한다.

        The first step is to determine the principal dimensions of the design ship, such as length between perpendiculars, beam, draft and depth when accomplishing the design of a new vessel. To make this process easier, a database with a large amount of existing ship data and a regression analysis technique are needed. Recently, deep learning, a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in regression analysis. In this paper, deep learning neural networks are used for regression analysis to find the regression function between the input and output data. To find the neural network structure with the highest accuracy, the errors of neural network structures with varying the number of the layers and the nodes are compared. In this paper, Python TensorFlow Keras API and MATLAB Deep Learning Toolbox are used to build deep learning neural networks. Constructed DNN (deep neural networks) makes helpful in determining the principal dimension of the ship and saves much time in the ship design process.

        This study aims to design a new sizing system for hygienic masks to protect against COVID-19-related respiratory disorders. The product sizes were collected from 70 commercially available hygienic masks, and 18 head measurements were obtained from the three-dimensional (3D) scan data of 2,048 men and women aged 20 to 69 years from the 6th Size Korea Survey. The statistical analysis was performed using the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 28.0 program. The “bitragion-subnasale arc” and “menton-sellion length” were chosen as the key body dimensions for the hygienic mask sizing system. The linear regressions with 18 3D head measurements were analyzed, and it was determined that the key body dimensions were useful for statistically predicting other 3D head measurements related to hygienic masks. A new sizing system was proposed for two types of masks, “masks with a tight fit” and “masks with a loose fit,” taking into account the existing Korean Industrial Standards (KS) and the shortcomings of the sizes of hygienic masks on the market. The sizing system for tight-fitting masks consisted of the key body dimensions, with their sizes indicated by a pair of numbers. The sizing system for loose-fitting masks consisted solely of the bitragion-subnasale arc, with their sizes denoted by letters such as S, M, and L (denoting small, medium, and large, respectively). Future studies should consider this mask sizing system for different age groups, such as children and adolescents.

        Fen(分°) is the proportional dimension unit of the standard timber section on Yingzaofashi(營造法式), and there is a phrase that not only structural members but the whole structural design of a building also use Fen as the dimension unit on the book. But in fact only the section dimensions of structural members are recorded by Fen, but the design dimensions are recorded by Chi(尺) on the book. Other historical records also described the building size by Chi. So there has been long-standing debate on the phase in Chinese architectural history society, including the recent confrontation on the analysis of survey figures of the east great hall of Foguangsi temple(佛光寺東大殿). This paper analyzes all the records about the size of structural members and section planning on the book to make various calculation and evaluation. And it makes a survey of Cai(材) as the dimension and design unit between Chi and Fen through geometric analysis. Cai might be a rough unit of measurement in terms of structural and proportional scheming on Yingzaofashi, and the full size Cai(足材) had been a building scheming module before the Song dynasty.

        In this experiment, the error according to the measurement method was analyzed for the length, angle, radius of curvature, and diameter of the measurement system analysis using a profile projector device used in the field. One-way analysis was performed on each data tested 30 times using a statistical technique. Through the experiment, it was found that an error occurred in each data when measuring the angle according to the measurement method, and the null hypothesis that no error occurred when measuring the length, inside dia and radius was established.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze changes to body measurements and silhouettes after wearing an early 19th century women’s corset. Two types of corsets were tested. Changes in body size and silhouette were compared based on the levels of tightening strength of the corset. The tightening strength was adjusted in 4 steps by making the length of back fastening string 10-40 cm shorter than the standard. The silhouette was compared with the front silhouette and the side silhouette. The results were as follows. After wearing the experimental 19th century corsets, the chest circumference and front interscye length increased. However, the chest circumference did not increase proportionally to the tightening strength. The underbust circumference, waist circumference, and back interscye length also decreased. The waist width was decreased to create a slim front silhouette. The change in the body silhouette differed depending on the style of the experimental corset. The experimental corset made with the six-piece torso pattern changed the posture so that the shoulders were pulled back and the chest was pushed forward. The experimental corset with the side bodice pattern resulted in the subject’s shoulders reclining backward and the chest and abdomen extending forward. The results of this study show that women’s body sizes and silhouettes could be changed by wearing the early 19th century corsets, but the changes in body size and silhouette vary depending on the wearer's individual body type or corset style.

        최근 환경 문제를 포함하여 여러 이유로 액화가스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인하여 선박을 통한 액화가스의 운송이 증대하고 있고, 이를 수용할 터미널 건설도 다수 이루어지고 있다. 터미널을 건설하는데 있어 그 규모의 결정은 대상선박이 명확히 결정 되어 있을 경우 그에 따른다. 그렇지 않다면 터미널이 수용하고자 하는 선박 규모를 결정하고, 관련한 규정이나 기준에 제시되어 있는 선박 치수를 활용한다. 이와 관련하여 최근 액화가스터미널 건설을 위해 항만 건설시 설계기준으로 가장 많이 적용하는 항만 및 어항 설계 기준 및 해설(2017)을 활용하여 대상선박의 규모를 파악하는 과정에서 대형화된 선박의 기준이 마련되어 있지 않고, 제시되어 있는 선박의 주요치수가 실질적으로 운항하고 있는 선박과 상당히 상이하다는 점이 발견되었다. 이러한 문제점으로 인하여 터미널을 건설하는데 있어 대상선박 및 터미널의 규모 결정, 터미널의 안전성 평가 등에 있어 이해 당사자 간의 많은 이견이 있을 수 있기에 현행 액화가스운반선의 주요치수에 대한 기준을 현재 운항하고 있는 선박들의 현황 분석을 통하여 개정안을 제시하였다. 제시된 개정안은 향후 선박 및 터미널 규모 결정에 보다 적절하고 현실적인 기준으로 활용되고, 불필요한 터미널 건설비용 증가를 막을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        As a part of the research on existing structures of private homes from Joseon Era. Focusing on one hundred twenty five-purlin houses, the current study investigated the features and characteristics of the house structure from style, size, proportion and roof pitch, and measurements of key parts, and developed the following conclusions. Most are single-houses (89, 83%), and among them, there are 47 single front-terrace houses (39%), which is the highest number. The sizes of lower house structure do not differ greatly depending on the vertical structure, and single rear terrace house and double-house have relatively larger side sizes. The size of upper structure is larger in double-houses compared to other vertical structures, indicating a relatively higher roof. The cross-section measurement of major parts show that double-houses are larger than single-houses by 3cm in pillar, 3-4.5cm in crossbeam length, and 4.5cm in crossbeam width. However, Janghyeo width was consistent at 7.5 to 10.5cm, maintaining uniformity regardless of vertical structure of the houses. In addition, the cross-section measurements decreased from sixteenth to nineteenth century, with the size of pillar size decreasing the most. The result that the Janghyeo width is not related to the house structure house confirmed that the Janghyeo width was kept consistent regardless of the size of the house structure.

        This study investigated the dimensional plan of Kor Sork temple in Preah Pithu complex, Angkor by civil surveying, 3D scan, measured integer ratio and regularity. According to epitaph and preceding researches, Khmer temples were built based on structural planing with the constant ratio and regularity by using special construct measure scales "Hasta" and “Byama”. The study assumed the same unit method was applied in Kor Sork temple and identified the regularity of actual measurement value about the temple. The assumed construct measure scale (Hasta) used for the design of this temple is 413mm. The overall apart arrangement of the temple is different in the East-West direction and the North-South direction. In the East-West direction, the whole scale is 180 hasta, and it is divided into 20 hastas. On the other hands, it was confirmed that the North-South direction is 96 hasta and it was divided four quadrants in 24 hastas. Regarding the detailed design, the regularity according to the constant ratio was confirmed. 7 hasta was used as the basic unit on the first floor and 6 hasta were used as the basic unit on the second floor of the terrace. the basement and the central sanctuary is of 6 hasta and 8 hasta were used as the basic standard.

        본 논문의 주 목적은 전산유체역학(CFD)을 바탕으로 어선에 부착된 빌지킬의 치수 파라미터에 대한 저항성능 맵(MAP)을 작성 하는 것이다. 치수 파라미터 스터디에는 빌지킬의 길이 3가지와 폭 3가지를 선정하여 9가지로 구성하였다. 현존선에 부착된 빌지킬의 길이는 배 길이 대비 약 90 %이고, 폭은 배 폭 대비 약 5 %이다. 수행항목은 빌지킬 길이는 배 길이 대비 63 %, 77%, 90% 그리고 빌지킬 폭은 5%, 7 %, 9 %로 구성하였다. CFD 를 이용하여 9가지 빌지킬에 대하여 실선의 유효마력을 추정하였다. 현존선을 기준으로 길이가 제일 짧고 폭이 제일 긴 빌지킬의 경우 0.3% 감소된 결과를 보여주었다. 길이와 폭 모두가 가장 긴 빌지킬의 경우 1.7% 증가된 결과를 보여주었 다. 길이와 폭 모두가 가장 짧은 빌지킬의 경우 2.3 % 감소된 결과를 보여주었다. 이 맵은 저항성능 관점에서 해당 어선의 이동 및 조업 패턴에 따른 최적의 부가물 치수 선정에 활용 가능하다.

        기후변화로 인한 아고산대 산림식생의 변화 양상을 파악하기 위해서는 연속적인 기초자료의 축적과 지속적인 모니터링이 수반되어야 한다. 또한 장기 변화의 추세를 이해하기 위해서는 하층식생에 대한 단기간의 생태적 정보 변화의 모니터링도 매우 중요하다. 따라서 단기간에 걸친 구상나무 치수의 동태와 고도별 식생분포 변화를 구명하고자 2015년도와 2017년도에 지리산 구상나무 분포지를 대상으로 총 36개소의 방형구를 설치하여 매목조사 및 식생조사를 실시하 였다. 현장에서 수집된 자료를 토대로 층위별 주요 종에 대한 중요치 및 평균상대우점치, 고도별 주요종의 중요치 및 종다양도, 치수 개체군 변화를 분석하였다. 구상나무 분포지의 식생구조는 교목층 구상나무, 관목층 철쭉, 초본층 실새풀의 중요도가 높았으며, 평균상대우점치는 구상나무, 철쭉, 당단풍나무 순으로 나타났다. 해발고도별 종조성과 종다양도 지수는 1,500 m이하에서 조릿대의 중요도가 높고 종다양도 지수가 낮게 나타났다. 또한 1,700-1,800 m에서 미역줄나무의 중요도와 초본층 종다양도가 높게 나타났다. 전체 조사구에서 구상나무 치수는 2015년도 1,250 본/ha에 서 2017년도 970 본/ha으로 22.4% 감소하였다(p<0.05). 수고급별 감소율은, 10 cm 미만은 22.9%, 10-30 cm 3.4%, 30-50 cm 8.9%, 50-100 cm 39.3%이었으며, 100 cm 이상은 55.1%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 해발고도별로 살펴보면, 1,500 m 이하는 조릿대의 우점, 1,700-1,800 m는 미역줄나무의 우점과 높은 종 다양도로 인하여 치수 발생량이 적었던 것으로 판단되었다. 1,600-1,700 m는 조릿대와 미역줄나무가 출현하지 않은 반면 구상나무 치수발생량은 많았다. 이 고도에서 구상나무 치수의 발생 및 생존이 보다 안정적인 것으로 판단되었다.

        Firefighting hoods protect the head, face, and neck areas of officials while they perform firefighting services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the head size of Korean firefighting officials in order to establish the dimensions necessary to construct firefighting hoods. A total of 98 male firefighting officials participated in this study and 11 body dimensions, necessary for the construction of firefighting hoods, were measured. The data collected from the firefighting officials were compared to the general adult male data from the Size Korea national anthropometric study. The heights, weights, head circumferences, head heights, and bitragion arcs of the firefighters were significantly larger than those of general adult males, which shows that firefighting officials generally have larger body and head sizes than general adult males. Based on the results of Pearson's correlation coefficients, head circumference and head height were judged to be the important measurements for the construction of the firefighting hoods. Thus, these two measurements were chosen as the basic dimensions of the cross tabulation analysis. As a result, head circumferences of 57.00~60.99cm and head heights of 23.00~25.99 cm were found to be important measurement ranges among the firefighters. This study is expected to be used as the basis for the creation of firefighting hoods that help to ensure the safe rescue activities for firefighting officials.

        The purpose of this study was to classify the upper torso body types of obese Korean adult women using the 7th Korea National Anthropometric Study data and compare the body type differences according to three age groups: 20s~30s, 40s~50s, and 60s. A total of 548 adult women whose BMI was in the obese range of 25 or higher and whose age ranged from 20s to 60s were selected from the anthropometric database. Twenty-nine body measurements related to torso and arm areas important for torso and sleeve pattern development were chosen. Five drop values by differences between bust, waist, and hip circumferences were also chosen for analysis. The number of obese women increased with age. The results revealed seven factors according to the factor analysis and three obese body types based on the cluster analysis. Body type 1 (47.3% of obese women) was characterized by narrow shoulders, a small or medium torso, and a straight waist. Body type 2 (42.4% of obese women) was characterized by a defined waist and a larger lower torso than upper torso. Body type 3 (10.3% of obese women), the largest obese body type among the three types, was characterized by a large bust, large abdomen area, and long upper torso. Women in their 20s to 30s were most likely to have body type 2, women in their 40s to 50s were evenly distributed between body types 2 and 3, and women in their 60s were most likely to have body type 1.

        In this study, we investigated the effect of bisphosphonate on the osteoblastic differentiation of human dental stem cells (hDPSCs). In the first experiment, we evaluated the effect of bisphosphonate on the differentiation of hDPSCs into osteoblasts by alkaline phosphatase staining after culturing hDPSCs. As a result, on day 13, the osteogenic differentiation of hDPSC was suppressed at 5 μM in clodronate and 2 μM in zolendronate. In NBP, osteogenic differentiation is more suppressed. In second experiment, cytotoxicity and proliferation test, the cell proliferation (examined by MTT assay) was more suppressed as the concentrations of zolendronate were larger than those of alendronate and clodronate. Western blotting, a third experiment, was found that AKT phosphorylation was inhibited in cell signaling proteins involved in cell proliferation inhibition and death by bisphosphonate concentration. In human dental stem cells, bisphosphonates inhibit osteoblast differentiation, and this phenomenon is clearly observed in NBPs (zolendronate), and it has been found that it is related to AKT phosphorylation of cell signaling proteins.
