이 연구는 애니메이션을 사회적 임무와 문화적 임무를 짊어진 종합예 술로 보고, 애니메이션에서의 사운드를 대사, 음악, 효과음, 침묵으로 나 눈다. 침묵은 특별한 소리 형태로 감독의 의도를 담고 있으며, 애니메이 션 작품에서 사상성과 견해를 전달하는 사운드 처리 방식 중 하나다. 이 연구는 일본 애니메이션 감독 미야자키 하야오 감독의 애니메이션 작품 “바람계곡의 나우시카”에서 나타난 11번의 침묵 장면을 분석하고, 침묵 부분과 다양한 영상의 조합이 만드는 지향적 활동을 분석하여 현상학 창 시자 에드문트 후설의 지향성 이론을 적용하여 미야자키 하야오 감독이 침묵 장면을 통해 캐릭터의 정신 활동과 내면 감정을 표현하는 방식과 감독이 구축한 태도와 입장을 이해하는 데 도움을 준다. 이 연구는 나타 난 일정한 규칙을 요약하고 정리하여 감독이 작품의 침묵 장면에서 지향 적 내포를 가지고 있음을 확인하고, 이를 통해 침묵 장면이 시청각 체험 연구의 중요성을 강조한다. 이 연구는 시청각 작품에서의 사운드 처리에 서 침묵을 대담하게 사용하고, 더 많은 가능성을 확장하는 데 기여할 것 이다.

Purpose: This study was attempted to investigate the relationship among workplace bulling, organizational silence, organizational justice, ethical climate, and intent to leave in hospital nurses. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Data were collected from 267 full-time nurses working at one general hospital in South Korea from June 10 to 30, 2022 and analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: As a result of the study, workplace bullying averaged 1.81 (out of 4), organizational silence 2.60 (out of 5), organizational fairness 3.06 (out of 5), ethical climate 3.57 (out of 5), and intent to leave was 2.88 (out of 5). The higher workplace bullying and organizational silence, the lower organizational justice and ethical climate, the intent to leave of hospital nurses was high. Organizational justice, workplace bullying, and age could explain their intent to leave of 37.0%. Conclusion: It Is found that it is important to increase organizational justice and prevent workplace bullying in order to lower hospital nurses' intent to leave. So it is concluded that managers should disclose the process and results of organization operation, and prepare measures to prevent bullying in the workplace centered the vulnerable.

본 논문은 산문 “Magic,” “Swedenborg, Mediums, and the Desolate Places,” Per Amica Silentia Lunae와 A Vision에 나타난 예이츠의 영성에 대한 생각을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 본격적인 논의에 앞서, 이 논문은 예이츠가 유년 시절에 접했던 민담과 아버지의 기성 종교에 대한 비판과 같은 예이츠 특유의 영성을 형성한 여러 가지 요소들에 대하여 살펴본다. 이러한 유년 시절의 영향은 예이츠로 하여금 기성 종교와 대비되는 대안적인 형태의 영성을 추구하게 만들었으며 이는 신지 학회와 황금여명회 가입으로 이어진다. 이는 또한 예이츠가 아일랜드의 민담과 전설 등 아일랜드의 고유한 전통에 바탕을 둔 특유의 영성 이론을 발전시키는데 도움을 준다. 다음으로, 논문은 예이츠의 1901년 에세이 “Magic”부터 영성에 대한 추구가 집대성 되어 있다고 볼 수 있는 A Vision에 이르기까지의 예이츠의 산문을 살펴봄으로써 예이츠가 어떠한 방식으로 영성에 대한 생각을 글로써 표현하고자 하였는지에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

『친절한 달의 침묵』에서 예이츠는 세계와 인간에 관한 시적 시스템의 근간이 되는 요소들을 자세하게 설명한다. 이러한 요소들과 사람과 세계의 관계는 21 세기를 보는 새로운 방법이 될 수 있다. 급격하게 변화하는 지금의 세상에서 현대 비평가들이나 학자들은 복잡하게 얽혀진 관계에 비슷하게 동의하고 새롭게 생각하는 방 법과 예전과는 다른 시각을 제안한다. 이 논문은 그들의 관점과 예이츠가 사용한 요소 들을 논하고 특히 그 요소들로부터 모더니티를 찾고자 한다.

The majority of silence research has been limited in a negative perspective in which silence was stigmatized as passive non-behavior or counterproductive behavior in the organization. The present study proposed a broader and balanced approach of silence as a way of active communication in daily communication and investigated its social functions. The Eighty college students completed an open-ended questionnaire asking context cues, the reasons, and the consequence of intentional silence in daily life. The reasons and consequence were categorized to extract their structural factors. Eleven factors of silence reasons were abstracted: “partner caring”, “conflict avoidance”, “thinking arrangement”, “dissatisfaction”, “discomfort”, “embarrassed”, “annoyingness”, “misunderstanding”, “no-idea”, “uninterestedness”, and “ignorance”. The silence consequence data revealed 11 factors such as “turning topic”, “understanding and accepting silence”, “apologizing”, “partner's efforts of resuming communication”, “escaping discord”, “continuation of partner's unilateral speaking”, “misunderstanding”, “partner–embarrassed”, “awkwardness”, “stop communicating”, and “nothing happened”. Furthermore, the analyses on frequencies of silence reasons by partner's gender or relational attribute(vertical vs. horizontal) showed the patterns that have been consistently found in verbal communication literature. The findings suggest that silence is not meaningless inaction but active and goal-driven communication. Its functional implications in cultural contexts were discussed.

본 연구는 개인혁신과정에서 팀 내 구성원의 아이디어 창출이 아이디어 실행에 미치는 영향 및 이 관계에서 침묵풍토의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기업 68개 팀의 구성원 383명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 특히, 침묵풍토의 형성원인에 따라 방어적 침묵풍토와 체념적 침묵풍토로 구분하여 독립적인 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 팀원의 아이디어 창출과 실행 간의 관계에서 침묵풍토의 환경적 요인에 국한한 영향모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 다층 구조(예: 산업분야, 직급 등)를 고려한 다중소속 다층모형(MMMM)에 기반한 완전-정보 문항기반 요인분석과 베이지언 모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 구성원의 점진적 아이디어 창출과 아이디어 실행 사이에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 기존 연구에서 강조했던 혁신의 선행변수로서 개인 창의성의 중요성이 지지되었다. 또한 침묵풍토의 유형에 따라 아이디어 창출-아이디어 실행의 관계가 달라지는 양상이 나타났다. 특히 방어적 침묵풍토 인식이 높을 경우, 급진적 아이디어 창출-아이디어 실행 간의 정적관계가 약화되었으며, 체념적 침묵풍토 인식수준이 높을 때는 급진적 아이디어 창출과 아이디어 실행 간 관계가 오히려 강화되는 현상이 나타났다. 이 결과는 혁신의 긍정적인 부분과 부정적인 부분을 동시에 보여주는 것으로 조직 내 침묵풍토가 강하다고 인식할 경우, 개인들은 자신의 혁신 아이디어가 실제로 수용될 가능성이 낮다고 인식하므로 더 높은 수준의 급진적 아이디어 창출과 실행을 시도하게 되며 이는 혁신피로를 야기할 수 있어 궁극적으로 개인혁신에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

This study explores C. S. Lewis’s portrayal of desire/greed in Out of the Silent Planet, the first of his Space Trilogy. After an introductory note on Lewis’s concern to connect supernatural with mundane, the novel’s background is explained with a sketch of its storyline. The first main section deals with Devine, a paragon of materialistic greed. In light of Lewis’s “dialectic of enjoyment and renunciation,” he constitutes a tragic case of a “wrong attitude toward things.” a futile attempt to grasp eternity with transient things. The cold-blooded “evolutionist” Weston is clothed with the ideal of “eternal prosperity of humanity,” which seems to transcend mere materialistic desire. Yet he too is driven by fear of death, possessed by the egocentric desire to become his own mater. The study makes constant references to Byung-chul Han, a Korean German philosopher, noting the remarkable correspondence between the two, very different, thinkers. Toward the end of the study a critical reflection is offered on the unmistakable difference between Lewis the hopeful Christian and Han an atheist philosopher.

종업원침묵은 개인과 조직 모두에게 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 보고되고 있기 때문에 종업원침묵 을 줄이는 것은 중요하다. 그러므로 종업원침묵의 선행변수를 탐색하여 종업원침묵과의 관계를 규명하고, 이 관계에서 종업원침묵을 감소시킬 수 있는 조절변수를 확인하는 것은 개인과 조직 모두를 위하여 필요 하다. 본 연구의 목적은 방어적 침묵의 선행변수로서 조직 내 관계갈등을 확인하고, 관계갈등과 이직의도 의 관계에서 방어적 침묵의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이었다. 또한 관계갈등과 방어적 침묵의 관계에서 소 명의식의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 육군에 재직 중인 초급간부 182명을 대상으로 설문응답을 실시하였으며, 관계갈등과 이직의도, 방어적 침묵 및 소명의식 등이 측정되었다. 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 관계갈등이 방어적 침묵에 미치는 효과가 정적으로 유의하게 나타나 방어적 침묵의 선행변수로 서 관계갈등이 확인되었고, 방어적 침묵이 관계갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 매개변수로 투입되었을 때 완전매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 관계갈등과 방어적 침묵의 관계에서 소명의식의 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 구체적으로 소명의식이 높을 때, 낮을 때보다 관계갈등이 방어적 침묵에 미치는 정 적인 영향이 더 낮게 나타났다. 추가적으로 매개모형과 조절모형이 결합된 조절된 매개모형 분석이 실시 되었으며, 조절변수인 소명의식이 관계갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 방어적 침묵이 가지는 매개효과를 조 절하는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 결론에서 본 연구의 결과에 대한 해석과 의의, 시사 점, 한계 및 미래 연구에 대한 방향 등이 논의되었다.

『순교자』는 전쟁이라는 역사의 폭력 앞에 내동댕이쳐진 인간의 실존적 고뇌를 다루면서, 신의 존재를 부인하는 신 목사를 통해 자기를 희생하면서까지 교인들에게 희망을 전하고자 하는 새로운 신앙의 진실을 그려낸 작품이다. 작가는 신 목사를 통해 침묵하는 신을 대신해서 불가사의한 현실을 이해하고 받아들일 수 있는, 사랑에 기초한 윤리적 휴머니즘이야말로 곧 희망의 복음이라는 메시지를 역설하고 있다. 󰡔순교자󰡕가 현실을 살아내야 하는 견인주의적 관점을 고수하는 실존신학의 입장을 드러냈다면 󰡔침묵󰡕의 경우는 비록 실존신학적인 주제이긴 하지만 신의 침묵 뒤에서 신의 응답을 듣게 되는 율법에서 자유로운 신앙을 구현해 냈다고 볼 수 있다. 신부는 성화판을 밟는 이율배반적인 사랑의 행위를 치르면서 그리스도의 종말론적 고난을 대리 경험하고 신의 현존을 새롭게 인식하게 된다. 베드로가 예수를 부인한 고통 속에서 참 그리스도를 만나게 되었듯이 로드리고 신부 역시 성육신한 구속주 예수를 성화판 사건을 통해 만나고 애벌레가 나비가 되는 탈바꿈에 이른 역동적 신앙을 얻을 수 있게 되었다.

<인터스텔라>의 서사에서 과학은 중요한 역할을 한다. 과학으로 망가진 지구 를 구하려고 새로운 과학을 기대하는 내용뿐만 아니라 영화 자체가 과학적으로 엄밀하게 기획, 제작되었다. C. S. 루이스의 침묵의 행성 밖에서 는 기독교 관 점에서 쓰인 반과학적 SF 소설이다. 주인공 랜섬이 미친 과학자들에 의해 화성 으로 납치되어 희생물로 바쳐질 뻔한 이야기에서 루이스는 20세기 초 유행했던 과학만능주위를 알레고리라는 장치를 통해 호되게 비판한다. 두 작품은 과학에 대해 완전히 다른 입장을 취하고 있지만 우주에 대한 묘사는 유사하다. 루이스 의 우주는 웰즈와 같은 당대의 SF 작가들이 상상한 무섭거나 차갑지 않고 중세 인들의 우주처럼 밝고 따스하다. 놀란의 블랙홀은 빛도 벗어날 수 없는 무자비 하고 칠흑 같은 감옥이 아니라 모든 시간과 공간을 관통한 의사소통이 가능한 곳이다. 이 유사한 우주의 묘사를 통해 본 논문은 과학이 지배하는 현대사회에 서 종교가 살아남을 수 있는 가능성을 엿보려한다. 종교뿐만 아니라 과학도 세 계를 이해하는 방식은 해석이다. 비록 과학이 자연이 들려주는 이야기를 더 잘 들을 수 있을지라도 과학 역시 해석을 통해서만 자연을 이해할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of silence climate on the innovation behavior and LMX (Leader-Member Exchange). In order to test our model, we conducted a survey based on the questionnaire. Results showed that silence climate had a negative effect on the innovation behavior and LMX. Secondly, The LMX had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Moreover, the LMX partially mediated silence climate and the innovation behavior. Finally, we drew a conclusion by discussing limitations and implications of the research, and suggested directions for further researches.

Per Amica Silentia Lunae (Yeats translated it into Through the Friendly Silences of Moon) was written between January and May of 1917, and consists of a Prologue and an Epilogue for Iseult Gonne, "Ego Dominus Tuss," Anima Hominis and Anima Mundi. In Anima Mundi Yeats said, "I have always sought to bring my mind close to the mind of Indian and Japanese poets, old women in Connacht, mediums in Soho, lay brothers whom I imagine dreaming in some mediaeval monastery the dreams of their village, learned authors who refer all to antiquity: to immerse it in the general mind where that mind is scarce separable from what we have began to call 'the subconscious'... ." In the background of his theory of anti-self there are Indian and Japanese Religious thought, Celtic folklore, Spiritualism, the Order of Golden Dawn, and the great poet Dante. "Ego Dominus Tuss" is a dialogue between two men, Hic and Ille, who discuss poetry and creative process. Ille, like Yeats, is a daimonic poet walking in the moonlight. For Yeats, lunar and subjective were always the antitheses to solar and objective. Poesis called for complete subjectivity, for entry into the friendly silence of the moon. The moon is always associated with feminine divinity. With the help of a mask, Ille is calling to the opposite of his daily self, his anti-self. In the end of the poem, Ille found his anti-self. In Anima Hominis Yeats said that the saint like Christ and Buddha, and the poets like Dante and Keats attained the anti-self. The anti-self is a egoless self, the higher self. Saint, hero, and poet are all inspired. Yeats said, "Saint or hero works in his own flesh and blood and not in paper or parchment, have more deliberate understanding of that other flesh and blood." Only when Yeats became the anti-self could he become a totally subjective mind, overcome the illusion of duality, and find a "revelation of realty." Yeats could receive daimonic inspiration only during visionary experiences. Finally Yeats found the anti-self he felt ecstasy. According to his theory, the production of art was an expression of the artist's longing for "Unity of Being." In Per Amica silentia Lunae Yeats said "the poet, because he may not stand within the sacred house but lives amid the whirlwinds that beset its threshold, may find his pardon."
