        본 연구는 낙엽활엽수종인 이팝나무(Chionanthus retusa) 잎의 흡음 성능을 평가하고자 하였다. 잎을 주재료로 하여 재료의 크기와 두께 및 건조 조건을 달리해 흡음재를 제조하였다. 중간형 측정관(100㎐-3200㎐)을 적용한 관내법(Impedance tube method)을 이용하여 흡음율을 측정하였 다. 총 18개의 조건에서 측정된 흡음율을 분석하였다. 기건엽 조건(MC 13.92%)과 생엽 조건(MC 162.04%)의 흡음율은 두께가 증가함에 따라 크게 향상되었다. 흡음율은 밀도의 증가에 비례하는데, 부피당 밀도가 더 높은 생엽조건의 두께별 흡음율이 더 높게 나타났다. 생엽 조건군에서 크기 0.5 × 0.5㎠의 2.50㎝ 두께에서 평균 흡음율은 0.643으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 각 시험처리 조건별 흡음재의 주파수 대역별 흡음율은 기건엽 조건의 두께 1.75㎝에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과로부터 전반적인 흡음율은 1000㎐ 이상의 대역에서 더 높은 성능을 보였다.

        In this study, the noise reduction effect of the steam vent silencer was investigated by performing a transient flow analysis applying the Loss Model, a porous flow analysis model, and calculating the noise intensity from the pressure fluctuation according to the time change. As a result of flow analysis, it was confirmed that the noise intensity decreased as the number of diffusers and the number of splitters made of foamed aluminum increased. In the case of three-stage diffusers, the noise intensity decreased by up to 33.4 dB when six foamed aluminum with a thickness of 150mm were installed.

        In this technology development, we have developed an automation system after developing a material rotation mixing process so that the manual process of sound absorbing materials can be supplied in quantities. After setting up 5kgf supply of the fused acoustic material, the setting value of 5kg was automatically supplied to the molded frame to reach the quantification supply. In the process of producing noise goods between floors, the automatic compression system was developed, which was a manual operation of three persons, and the production of one person was allowed, and the production of 200 sound absorbers per day, It has improved to 450. Quantitative supply unit was developed to reach 50.7mm for target 50±3mm based on the sound absorption product thickness indication, reducing the defect rate to less.

        Glass wool is widely used as a typical soundproofing material because it has superior characteristics as a soundproofing material as well as excellent marketability. However, moisture penetration through condensation and cleaning up causes deterioration of insulation and soundproofing performance. In this study, we evaluate the wettability and sound absorption performance when the metal is deposited on the surface of glass wool. The performance is examined based on parameters such as the angle test, drying speed, the absorbency, the moisture content, the wettability. The wettability data shows that Cu coated glass wool is the best performance compaed to Ti coated one. The sound insulation characteristics are also compared by using the impedance tube. At the low frequency range, there is no difference among the test specimens, however, at the frequency above the 250 Hz range, Cu coating shows 10 % better in th sound asorption. Ti coating has almost same to the existing glasss wool performance. It turns out that metal coating on the glass wool seems to be very promising: the metal deposition reveals strong water repellency and sound absorption performance is equivalent to the existing glass wool.

        Glass wool is a fiber made by melting sand and waste glass at high temperature. It has been used as an inorganic fiber for sound absorption, insulation, and non-combustible materials for automobiles, ships, and household appliances. However, the disadvantage comes from the moisture penetration through condensation and cleaning up so that it deteriorates insulation and soundproofing performance. In order to overcome the disadvantages of glass wool, we investigate the water repellency by plating metal on the surface of glass wool with Cu and Ti while coating stability is considered. The thickness of the deposited metal is about 300 nm. The deposition chemicals and the image of the specimen are analyzed by using SEM equipment. The electron microscopic result shows that quite amount of Cu and Ti metals are deposited on the glass wool surface.

        선박의 거주구는 엔진 등 동력원과 거주구 주변의 각종 팬 & 모터에서 발생하는 소음 및 진동이 직접적으로 영향을 미치게 된다. 최근 선원의 근무구조 개선을 위해 국제해사기구에서 2014년 7월 이후 계약된 선박부터 소음규정을 강화하여 강제적용 하도록 하였다. 이 연구에서는 강화된 소음 규정을 만족 할 수 있도록 흡음재 설치에 따른 소음저감 효과에 대해 고찰하였다.

        Most of the soundproof tunnels generate significant discharge noise through their inlets and outlets so that the length of the tunnel has been extended frequently than required to minimize the effect on such discharge noise. Thus, in this paper, we investigate reduction capability of discharge noise from the sound proof tunnel installed with lateral sound-absorbing panels on the partitioned truss members in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. In conclusion, noise field analysis results shows that the sound proof tunnels with lateral sound-absorbing panels have an effect on discharge noise abatement and thereby tunnel’s length reduction.

        현재 방음을 위해 사용되는 흡음구조는 흡음률이 높은 재료를 이용하여 만들어진 판을 방음이 필요한 벽에 붙이거나 삽입하는 형상이다. 이러한 형상은 흡음재의 재료가 고정되기 때문에, 사용하는 환경에 따라 효율성이 변화한다는 한계점이 있다. 하지만, 흡음재 없이 흡음효과가 나타나도록 외벽의 구조를 설계한다면, 흡음재의 재료에 대한 제한이 없어져 가용 범위가 상당히 넓어지게 된다. 따라서 우리는 이러한 효율적인 외벽의 구조로서 타공판의 구조를 제안한다. 타공판이 어떻게 흡음률을 가지는 지에 대해 등가물성치를 이용한 수치해석을 통하여 검증하였다. 또한 타공판의 형상과 공명기의 형상이 유사함을 밝혀내었고, 이를 토대로 타공판이 갖는 흡음구조에 대해 분석하였다. 결과적으로 타공판은 별도의 흡음재가 없더라도 효율적인 흡음효과를 낸다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사용자가 타공판의 형상을 쉽게 변화시킴으로서, 특정한 주파수의 소음을 차단할 수 있어 상당히 효율적인 흡음구조임을 확인하였다. 본 연규의 결과들은 향후 자동차, 고속철도, 주택 외벽 등에 사용되는 흡음구조로서 사용될 수 있을 것이며, 나아가 흡음구조를 설계하는데 기본적인 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

        For the purpose of finding out the acoustical characteristics of exterior materials in bridge, analytical studies are performed with boundary elements method by using the commercial program SYSNOISE. Before analysis, to figure out material property, it was conducted experiments of absorption coefficient for absorptive material. And prediction of pressure were conducted I GIRDER type (before & after installation of absorption panel ) and BOX GIRDER type (before & after installation of absorption panel) The results show that when the absorption panel is installed, environment around bridge can help reduce traffic noise. It was proved to be the effective noise reduction counter-plan for a traffic noise in the bridges.

        A new absorption material, cellulose sponge soaked in cement, was made for anechoic water tank and its acoustical properties were investigated by pulse methods. The sound absorption coefficient a (dB/cm) of the material was obtained in the frequency range of 40~120kHz from the echo reduction ER (dB) and insertion loss IL (dB) data. The result was averagely 1.8dB/cm higher than the sound absorption coefficient a (dB/cm) of cork-filled rubber which is one of the most effective absorption materials. The wedge (1.2~5.0cm long) type absorption tiles were made with this new material. The echo reduction ER (dB) of the absorption tile with 5.0cm wedge measured in water tank was higher than 20dB in the experimental frequency range.

        Efforts to reduce noise in industrial application fields, such as automobiles, aircrafts, and plants have been gaining considerable attention while a sound proof wall to protect people from the noise has been intensively investigated by many researchers. In this study, our research group suggested creating a new sound proof wall composed of scrap aluminum chips and perforated plates in a commercial polyester sound proof wall, which was then successfully fabricated. This wall's sound absorption characteristics were measured by an impedance tube method. The sound absorption property was evaluated by measuring the Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) to the standard, ASTM C 423-90a. The noise reduction coefficient of the sound proof wall composed of 3.5 vol.% and 7.5 vol.% of scrap aluminum chips relatively increased to 5% and 8% compared to the commercial polyester sound proof wall. The scrap aluminum perforated plate also relatively increased to 13% compared to the commercial polyester sound proof wall.

        This paper reviews the requirements of the sound - absorbing block for the maintenance of the concrete track and suggests ways to solve it. It is applied to the design and production by preparing the shape improvement plan so that the cracks of the road can be observed. In order to secure safety by tunnel lift in the tunnel, the lift generated by computational fluid dynamics analysis is examined to confirm the safety of the sound absorption block.

        유지관리를 고려하여 도시철도 자갈도상을 콘크리트 도상으로 교체함에 따라 증가되는 소음진동을 저감하는 방안으로 흡음판을 기존 운행 중인 터널 내부에 부착하는 방안이 다양하게 시도되고 잇다. 기존의 설계에 반영되어 있지 않은 새로운 유지관리, 안전, 화재 등 여러가지 간섭현상이 주요 문제점으로 부각되었다. 국내외 설계기준과 시도된 방안들의 문제점과 시공 및 유지관리를 고려한 요구조건을 비교 검토하여 현실성있는 설치방안을 제한하고자 한다.

        Depending on the speed up of railway noise problem has become increasingly serious. In general, under the same conditions when the vehicle speed is 300km/h in a 400km/h increases, it is known that an increase in the noise level of 6 to 7dB. Railway Noise can be reduced by improving the vehicle and the track system. Also, the noise barrier and sound absorbing block may be a valid alternative to reduce railway noise. Here we propose a construction method of absorbing blocks are removable to allow maintenance.

        In this study, will evaluate the performance of noise reduction devices for next generation high speed railway system of a train which has maximum speed over 400km/h. The core soundproof devices are the absorption block which reduces the reflection noise from concrete slab track and the interference device installed the top of noise barrier. Two types devices will be verified at 400km/h test section according to studied performance assessment at Hwang-san Kim-jae Chonbuk, Jeonbuk, Korea.
