        This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of spatial organization of individual lots on building construction in neo- Hanok Villages, focusing on the phenomenon of vacant lots. The study area is Eunpyeong Hanok Village in Seoul, and a total of 148 individual lots were analyzed. The analysis employs binary logistic regression model, with building construction(0=unbuilt, 1=built) as the dependent variable. Independent variables included view conditions, sunlight exposure, lot aspect ratio, parking availability,etc. The results indicate that lot aspect ratio, permitted land use, lot orientation, and view conditions have statistically significant effects on building construction. Among these, lot aspect ratio was identified as the most influential variable, suggesting that lots closer to a rectangle proportion have a substantially higher probability of being built. In contrast, sunlight exposure and parking availability were not found to be statistically significant.This study demonstrates that the occurrence of unbuilt lots in planned neo-Hanok Villages is not merely a matter of insufficient demand but is closely related to spatial organization and regulatory conditions at the lot level.

        본 연구는 지역축제의 획일화 문제를 극복할 전략적 대안으 로 스토리텔링에 주목하여, ‘강릉 단오제’의 스토리텔링 구성요 소가 브랜드 정체성 구축에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 1991년 지방자치제 부활 이후 지역축제는 양적으로 성장했으나 콘텐츠 의 유사성이라는 한계에 직면했다. 이에 본 연구는 2020년 온 라인 전환기와 2025년 일상 회복기를 중심으로 강릉 단오제의 서사 전이 과정을 고찰하였다. 방법론적으로는 문헌 분석과 소 셜미디어 기반의 네트노그라피(Netnography)를 병행하여 참여 자의 자발적 기록과 브랜드 안착 과정을 다각도로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 강릉 단오제의 성공적인 브랜드구축에는 세 가지 핵심 요소가 작용하였다. 첫째, ‘단오주’, ‘관노가면극’ 등 고유 상징 자산을 디지털 환경에 적합한 서사로 변주하여 정체성을 유지하였다. 둘째, 온라인에서도 오감 중심의 체험 요소를 결합 해 방문객의 감각적 기억을 강화하였다. 셋째, 방문객을 서사의 생산자로 전환하여 브랜드 자산을 내재화하고 확산하는 구조를 형성하였다. 본 연구는 스토리텔링이 축제의 지속 가능성을 확 보하는 핵심 기제임을 확인하고, 참여자의 기록을 브랜드 자산 으로 전환하는 전략적 방향을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌 다.

        Purpose: Nurses frequently encounter morally complex clinical situations that generate moral distress, which, if unresolved, may accumulate as moral residue and progress to moral injury. This review synthesizes current evidence on moral resilience and ethical practice environments and proposes an integrated framework for sustainable ethical practice in hospitals. Methods: A narrative review of literature was conducted to examine moral distress, moral injury, moral resilience, ethical climate, psychological safety, and speaking-up climate. Conceptual integration was undertaken to present a multilevel strategy framework and a stepwise model linking individual, relational, and organizational factors. Results: Moral resilience, defined as the capacity to maintain or restore moral integrity under moral adversity, comprises four domains: response to moral adversity, personal integrity, relational integrity, and moral efficacy. Higher moral resilience is associated with lower burnout, turnover intention, and quiet quitting and may mediate the relationship between ethical climate and work engagement. However, individual resilience alone is insufficient in hierarchically structured and psychologically unsafe environments. In such contexts, sustainable ethical practice requires institutionalized ethical climate, psychological safety, protected speaking-up systems, and structured ethics support. Conclusion: Sustainable ethical practice is achieved when moral resilience is strengthened at the individual level and embedded within team culture and organizational policy.

        This study aimed to establish a regional cooperative network involving the Endangered Species Restoration Center (National Institute of Ecology), local governments, educational institutions, and community residents, and to develop a structured citizen science platform to support the conservation of the endangered beetle Polyphylla laticollis manchurica (Endangered Species Class I). The primary objective was to assess changes in citizens’ awareness and derive practical strategies for the conservation of endangered species through community engagement. Between 2023 and 2024, citizen scientists were recruited in the Miho River area of Cheongju, South Korea, and participated in educational programs designed to strengthen their research capacity. As a result of monitoring activities and ecological education, 153 individuals of P. l. manchurica were identified, demonstrating that participants were capable of independently conducting surveys following training. A post-program survey of 98 participants revealed a high level of understanding of the activities and a strong motivation for conservation activities. However, challenges remain in securing long-term sustainability of such initiatives, including the need for stable funding, structured feedback mechanisms, and appropriate incentive systems for continued citizen involvement. This study underscores the potential of citizen science as a viable tool for endangered species conservation and highlights the importance of regionally coordinated frameworks. The findings provide foundational data for promoting sustained, community-based conservation actions through local cooperation.

        The Goryeo Palace Manwoldae Building Site No. 1-1 has a unique floor plan in which the main building and the buildings on both sides are arranged on the same axis, and the independent annex is built at right angles on the same foundation. Judging from this floor plan, the overall layout of Building Site No. 1-1 is likely to have been a structure in which the independent main and side buildings are arranged on the same axis and side building and annex are perpendicular to each other and their roof structures overlap. The structure of independent gable roofs on one axis was commonly seen in prestigious buildings such as palaces, temporary palaces, and buildings commemorating the king in local government offices during the Goryeo Dynasty, and traces of it can also be found in a few buildings in the central and local area during the early Joseon Dynasty. Meanwhile, the structure of two independent gable roofs overlapping at right angles was confirmed in government offices, local national and private schools, and housing construction from the late Goryeo Dynasty to the early Joseon Dynasty, suggesting that this architectural method was widely adopted. The structure of Building 1-1, graphically restored in this paper, is a meaningful relic that shows the architectural ideas of the Goryeo Dynasty's architectural structure and traces remaining in the Joseon Dynasty.

        There have been meaningful changes in column stirrup spacing by KDS 41 20 00 in 2022, which is to decrease one of the spacing limits from the minimum section dimension to half of the minimum section dimension. Decreased column stirrup spacing increases the seismic shear resistance of columns and the seismic performance of the entire building. Among the effects of the column stirrup spacing change, this study focused on deformation compatibility in the seismic design of building frame system buildings with ordinary shear walls for seismic design category D. The beams and columns in building frame systems shall satisfy moment and shear strength, or deformation capability induced by seismic design displacement for satisfaction of the deformation compatibility. The commentary of KDS 41 17 00 describes that the deformation compatibility check can be ignored if the members in moment frames are upgraded to intermediate section details. The study showed that the deformation compatibility of columns was satisfied without additional consideration if the building frame systems were designed by the decreased column spacing in KDS 41 20 00. However, beams adjacent to walls needed further consideration, such as the recommendation of commentary in the code.

        본 연구는 노인여가복지시설인 경로당의 지역사회 돌봄 거점 으로서의 기반에 주목하며 경로당회장 리더십이 프로그램만족 및 역량강화에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 서울지 역 소재 경로당 이용노인을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 분 석결과, 경로당회장의 리더십은 프로그램만족도에 긍정적 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경로당은 노인이 이용자이면서 운 영자가 되는 운영체계를 특성으로 하고 있어, 운영의 핵심적 위치에 있는 회장 리더십의 동기부여, 개별적 배려, 영향력 등 은 프로그램 만족도를 높이는 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 경로당회 장 리더십은 경로당 역량강화에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 경로당회장 리더십은 지역노인들이 여가, 건강, 친 목 등을 위해 자율적으로 참여하고 협력하는 노인공동체로서 공유된 정체성과 유대감, 협력과 상호작용을 높여 경로당 역량 강화에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경로당회장 리더십이 역량강화에 미치는 영향 관계에서 프로그램만족은 부분매개 역 할을 하는 것으로 드러났다. 이는 경로당회장 리더십이 경로당 역량강화에 긍정적 영향력을 미치는데 있어서 프로그램만족이 간접적인 경로로 기여하고 있는 것으로 풀이된다. 이에 지역사 회 돌봄의 특성화된 소규모 거점으로 경로당의 기능 강화 실천 적 방안을 제안하였다.

        본 연구에서는 구조물의 응답 데이터를 기반으로 고유진동수, 감쇠비 등 동특성과 풍하중 모델의 파라미터를 동시에 추정할 수 있는 스펙트럼 백색화 기반 식별 기법을 제안하고, 이를 실제 40층 고층 구조물에 적용하여 실용성과 정확도를 평가하였다. 기존 연 구에서는 본 기법을 수치 시뮬레이션 및 풍동 실험에 적용하여 그 타당성을 입증한 바 있으나, 실계측 응답 데이터를 활용한 실구조물 적용에 대해서는 검증이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 이를 확장하여, 장기간 계측된 고층 건축물의 진동 응답을 분석하고, 각 주요 모드에 대해 백색화 처리를 수행함으로써 구조물 전달함수 및 풍하중 전달함수의 파라미터를 최적화 기반으로 동시 추정하였다. 특히 백색 잡음의 누적 파워 스펙트럼 길이를 목적함수로 설정함으로써, 기존 커브 피팅 기반 기법 대비 감쇠비 추정의 정확도와 안정성을 향상시켰다. 분석 결과는 전통적인 모달 식별 기법(예: SSI)과의 비교를 통해 제안 기법의 유효성을 입증하였으며, 풍하중 모델 파라미 터까지 포함하는 통합적 구조 해석 프레임워크로서의 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 향후 구조물의 풍응답 예측, 하중 생성 모델 구 축, 구조 건전도모니터링(SHM) 및 디지털 트윈 기반 해석 등 다양한 실무 응용에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Within the Pungnap-dong Earthen Fortress in Seoul, various archaeological remains and artifacts that constitute an ancient capital have been excavated, including residential sites from the Proto-Three Kingdoms period to the Hanseong period of Baekje, as well as public buildings, ritual facilities, large-scale waste pits, pit dwellings, roads, waterways, and earthen fortess. The reconstruction focuses on Building Site No. 44 in the Gyeongdang zone and Pit-Dwelling Site No. Ga-30 in the Mirae Village area. Based on the traces of these structures, the study reconstructs various architectural elements, including floor plans, foundation construction methods, flooring treatments, pillar arrangements and frameworks, wall construction techniques and openings, as well as roof materials and forms. Building Site No. 44 in the Gyeongdang zone exhibits features characteristic of a transition to above-ground architecture, such as a rectangular floor plan, the construction of a separate foundation, a deliberately planned pillar layout, and independently built walls. Pit-Dwelling Site No. Ga-30 in the Mirae Village area, on the other hand, was designed as a pit structure with thick load-bearing walls to create a large interior space, differing from earlier forms. In this case, materials such as wood, stone, and earth were combined, reflecting an understanding of the distinct properties of each material. The significance of this study lies in the discovery that, although both buildings share similarities with pit dwellings in terms of floor plan and certain structural aspects, they also reveal attempts to implement new wall construction techniques in order to elevate the structures above ground and to construct large-scale buildings.
