본 연구는 시야에 발생하는 현저한 시각적 변화에 대한 탐지 경험과 양안경합이 초래한 감각적 상충에 대한 탐지 경험을 상호 비교함으로써 변화탐지 경험의 감각적 특성에 대한 이해를 시도하였다. 이를 위해, 실험 1에서는 2, 4, 6개의 항목을 단기파지 한 후 뒤이어 제시되는 검사항목과의 비교를 요구하는 변화탐지 과제가 사용되었다. 전체 변화탐지 시행 중 시각적 변화가 발생한 일부 시행에서는 검사항목 중 변화를 야기하는 한 항목에 양쪽 단안 분리 입력을 통해 서로 다른 항목이 제시되는 양안경합을 처치하였다. 실험 결과, 양안 경합이 처치되지 않은 경우 항목 개수 증가에 따른 변화탐지 정확도의 분명한 감소가 관찰된 반면 양안 경합이 처치된 경우 이러한 항목 개수 효과는 관찰되지 않았다. 실험 2에서는 항목 개수를 4, 8, 16개로 달리하는 탐색 배열 중 양안경합이 초래하는 감각적 상충을 보유한 표적 항목에 대한 탐색 효율성을 측정한 결과, 양안경합 처치 유무에 관계없이 탐색이 매우 효율적인 것이 관찰되었다. 실험 1과 2의 결과는 시야의 현저한 변화에 대한 탐지 경험은 기억부담의 증감에 따라 경우에 따라서는 양안경합 자극이 초래하는 감각적 상충에 대한 탐지 경험과 유사할 가능성을 시사한다.

과거 중앙정부는 비선호시설들을 도시외곽지역에 입지하여 왔다. 그러나 시간이 흘러 도시화가 진전됨에 따라 이들 시설의 입지가 도시의 중심지화 되어 있어 이들의 이전과 재건축을 둘러싸고 중앙정부와 지방정부 그리고 주민간의 갈등이 빈번해지고 있다. 그러나 그동안 비선호시설의 이전 및 재건축을 둘러싼 갈등이 당사자들간의 합리적 대화를 통해 해결하려는 노력보다는 물리적 충돌과 법적 다툼으로 전개됨에 따라 상호관계는 손상되고, 문제해결은 더욱 어렵게 되어 가곤 했다. 그러나 서울시 광진구 중곡동 소재 국립서울병원은 19년간의 갈등을 1년간의 조정기제를 통해 성공적으로 해소한 대표적인 사례이다. 이 사례를 통해 적절한 갈등관리 기제의 적용은 오래된 갈등도 효과적으로 해소할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 국립서울병원 사례와 같은 배경과 맥락을 갖고 있는 안양교도소 갈등사례를 분석하여 이 갈등해소에 국립서울병원에서 작동한 갈등해소 기제인 조정의 적용을 제안하고 있다. 1989년 이후 평촌신도시의 개발로 안양교도소의 주변 환경이 변화됨에 따라 갈등이 발생되었으나, 이전과 재건축이라는 지방정부와 중앙정부간의 충돌이 효과적으로 해소되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 적절한 조정기제의 설계를 통해 안양교도소 갈등문제를 효과적으로 해소할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다.

In the 16th century, the country of the heaven’s son Ming Dynasty had been on the verge of decline. Under such a circumstance, Portuguese who had been shown along the coast of Southeast Asia occupied the Malacca Kingdom with their force, which was a tributary state to China for a long time, resulting in disturbances in the tributary trading system whose summit was Ming Dynasty. Although Portugal with its entry to the Sea of Southeast Sea wanted to keep a tributary relations for the stable and organizational trading activities with China, the government of Ming Dynasty could not overcome its suspicion and fear against Portugal as they had not experienced such a situation, resulting in forming conflicts for a long time. Macao – The process to form residences of Portuguese in Macao can be said to be a course to expand the understanding and trust on the counterpart while the government of Ming Dynasty with no power to control the counterpart were reducing the suspicion and fear against Portugal. Although Ming Dynasty could not embrace Portugal as one of the tributary states, it allowed their stay in Macao as the land of the heaven’s government. Although gateways were installed to control the access of Portuguese to the inland, their trading was never blocked. Although Portuguese did not give up the construction of walls under the justification of protecting their living foundations from the external invaders such as the Dutch, they served for the government of Ming Dynasty which allowed them to have their safety and Christian missionary works until they were perished. The Portuguese residents in Macao with Catholic churches and Western buildings in the Iberian style together with Chinese colors can be said to be cultural heritages which came from the contacts and conflicts between China and Portugal.

중기의 예이츠는 삶의 의미를 회복시키기 위해 삶에 초점을 맞춘 시론을 선택하고 있다. 그러나 이런 입장에도 불구하고 그는 초기와 마찬가지로 초월적인 세계를 마스크로 선택함으로써 중기시에는 마스크에 대한 동경과 이것의 결함을 제시하며 삶의 가치를 주장하는 목소리가 공존하고 있다. 삶과 마스크의 갈등은 때로 중기 마스크를 구체적으로 제시하기 위한 예술의 이미지와 삶의 갈등으로 드러난다. 그의 시적 목표를 충족시키지 못하는 불만족스러운 마스크로 인해 예술은 행복한 것이라는 마스크 이론이 함유하고 있는 예이츠의 주장이 훼손되고 있다. 중기의 마스크는 그의 중기 시론과 마스크 이론을 다 같이 훼손하며 삶과 마스크의 갈둥을 첨예하게 만들고 있다.

본 논문은 예이츠와 히니 시를 갈등과 그것에 대한 해결이라는 관점으로 읽고 분석해 그 두 시인이 경험했던 갈등과 그 해결법에서 공통점과 차이점을 고찰한다. 그런데 그들의 갈등은, 예이츠의 경우에는 그가 1920년대 현대 아일랜드 초기 독립을 위해 싸웠던 시기 그가 앵글로 아이리쉬였다는 점에서 주로 파생되었고, 히니는 1960-70년대의 북아일랜드 사태 때 영국령에 살았던 카톨릭 아일랜드 인이란 점에서 주로 기원한다. 그런데 그들 자신의 갈등을 풀어 가는 해결법에서 두 시인은 모두 아일랜드인의 영혼의 중심인 “이시나흐”를 추구했다는 공통점이 발견된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between 'family-work conflict/work-family conflict', job burnout, job satisfaction, and individual job performance in the employees at the restaurants in Daegu City. The sample of this study consisted of employees at the restaurants in Daegu City who visited the 2010 Daegu Food Tour Expo between October 7 and October 10. A total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed using statistical methods of factor analysis, reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The research findings were as follows; firstly, work-family conflict was positively related to job burnout, secondly, job burnout was negatively related to job satisfaction and individual job performance and thirdly, job satisfaction was positively related to individual job performance. However, there was no relationship between family-work conflict and job burnout. The reason for rejection of the relationship between family-work conflict and job burnout was that family-related affairs were not important enough to affect job burnout among restaurant employees in Korea. This phenomenon happened differently in the US. Therefore, currently, restaurant managers in Daegu City should pay much attention to work-related affairs so as to mitigate job burnout as much as possible among their employees.

The Jews and Palestinians are entitled to self-determination in the historical area of Palestine. An Arab state, the Kingdom of Jordan, has been established in Eastern Palestine and a Jewish state, Israel, in part of Western Palestine. The status of the intermediate area, known as the West Bank is as yet undetermined. It was part of Palestine which the League of Nations destined for a Jewish national home, since, however, the majority of the population of the West Bank are Palestinian Arabs, who are entitled to a right of self-determination, Israel will have to relinquish its claims to this area. The Palestinians for their part will have to accept the Jewish right of selfdetermination in the state of Israel. Among the issues that will need to be negotiated between the parties are borders, the status of Jerusalem, security arrangements, refugees, settlements and water issues.

이 논문에서는 공연이벤트 특성의 스폰서십갈등관리전략의 연구자별 연구를 통하여 각 개념을 정립한 후, 공연이벤트 스폰서십갈등관리 요인과 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 결과를 요약해보면 통계분석을 실시한 결과 선행연구를 토대로 설정한 가설은 공연이벤트특성은 스폰서십갈등관리전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며,스폰서십 갈등요인으로 설정된 이벤트, 재정적 지원, 목표달성, 사업적 관계, 커뮤니케이션, 마케팅서비스의 특성은 또한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 공연이벤트, 스폰서십갈등관리 특성에 대한 타당성 검증의 최종문항 선택은 요인적재량이 0.5이상인 경우를 기준으로 하였다. 신뢰도 검증은 공연이벤트 특성에 대한 공통요인들의 크론바하의 알파 값은 0.7285 0.8574로서 대체로 양호한 결과를 얻었다. 또한 연구모형에서 종속변수인 정서적 이미지에 대한 크론바하의 알파 값도 0.9524 0.9180으로 매우 우수한 신뢰도를 나타내었다. 결과변수인 공연이벤트 스폰서십에 대한 관계성과의 크론바하의 알파 값은 0.8677 0.8795로서 매우 좋은 결과를 보이므로, 본 연구모형을 통해 잠재적인 요인구조를 설명할 문항들은 전반적으로 신뢰도가 양호한 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구가 다루고 있는 공연이벤트(공연기획) 예술경영학문은 아직 초기의 단계의 단계에 있으므로 학문적 완성도가 높지 않다는 것이 지적되며, 본 연구 결과가 많은 시사점을 도출했음에도 불구하고, 공연이벤트의 스폰서십갈등관리전략에 관한 연구는 논제가 복합적 구성요소를 가지고 있어 각각의 정의가 광범위하다보니 연구의 한계를 갖는다. 따라서 기존의 공연이벤트와 스폰서십의 관계성과에서 초점이 맞추어진 신뢰, 몰입의 요소를 포괄적으로 접근하는 측정요소를 보다 구체적이고 명확화하게 할 필요가 제기된다. 공연이벤트 스폰서십의 관계성과에 대한 스폰서와 피 스폰서의 인식 차이에서 발생하는 요인들의 개발이 선행되어야 하며, 공연이벤트 스폰서십을 통해 발생하는 스폰서의 심리적 변인과 실체적 결과에 대한 명확한 측정요소의 개발이 향후에 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 연구의 한계점을 극복하는 후속연구가 활발히 이루어져 본 논문과 관련된 다양한 이론과 성과를 이루기를 기대한다.

This study is an attempt to analyze Yeats’s early poetry in the light of his theory of the mask. For this purpose the writer of the present study has first proposed to define the ‘mask’ to investigate the theory and has reached the conclusion that the ‘mask’ is a Yeatsian term for an ideal image of life which is always opposite to the natural self or the natural world, and the theory of the mask has three aspects−aesthetic, moral, and philosophical−according to the role of the mask. The aesthetic meaning of the theory demonstrates Yeats’s argument on the nature, the source, and the touchstone of a work of art: art is the embodiment of the writer’s mask of life and his inner struggle between mask and life sets him to his creative work; the quality of a work depends upon the expression of this tragic war. And all the more important, Yeats’s strong belief in polarity of the two terms of conflict is clarified. The study of Yeats’s early poetry in terms of his theory of the mask has concluded that Yeats’s early mask is the very transcendent realm which Yeats’s early symbolism proposes to evoke and the main symbols used to express this ideal world are the images of Arcadian island across the sea, rose, the Irish mythic world and Maud Gonne; and the synthesis of Yeats's theory of the mask and symbolism in his early poetry causes some distortions in both his theory of the mask and symbolism. The nature of his transcendent world is conveyed not by the symbols but by the imperfect realities in spite of his strong belief that “divine essence” can only be evoked by the symbols; the nature of this ideal world has also been distorted: it is not the super reality lying beyond reality like Mallarme’s but only an ideal place where all the impurities and imperfections of the real world are removed or corrected. As for the theory of the mask, polarity, the most important basis of the theory, has been impaired: only the value and the love of the ideal world is emphasized, whereas those of the earthly life are restrained or its weaknesses and painfulness are stated to describe the ideal world.

Yeats has expended so much energy on theatre for the simple reason that his imagination was essentially dramatic. Just as in his lyrical poetry he was to find a way of embodying his conviction that conflict is at the root of life, so in his drama he was to develop techniques that enabled him to shape his vision into actable form. Despite great differences in subject matter and technique, Yeats's plays consistently dramatize the conflict between the opposing values: passion, intuition, heroism and self-assertion, on the one hand, reason, prudence, convention, community and self-submission, on the other hand. This paper studies the conflicts in Yeats's three early plays: the conflict between the poet Aleel's world of dreams and beauty and Cathleen's decision to sacrifice herself for the community in The Countess Cathleen, the conflict between the life-denying forces of moral orthodoxy and social conformism and gaiety and aesthetic vitality in The Land of Heart's Desire, and the conflict between the poet Forgael's transcendental journey and his companions' absorption in wine, women, and loot in The Shadowy Waters. Thus, conflict is a powerful instrument to dramatize Yeats's dramatic vision and these early plays, in spite of many failings, show the embryo of the recurrent theme of conflict in his more successful later plays.

사용후핵연료 관리 정책 결정에 있어 사회적 수용성은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본고에서는 그 역동적 과정을 담아낼 그릇으로서 공론장을 제안한다. 즉, 사용후핵연료 관리 정책에 대한 공론장은 무엇이고, 공론장의 주체인 이해관계자들은 누구이며 또 공론장에 내재된 갈등구조는 어떠한지에 대해 살펴보고, 바람직한 공론장의 조건에 대해 논의한다. 공론장은 다양한 이해관계자와 시민이 스스로의 의지를 바탕으로 정책의 결정과정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기제와 제도를 의미한다. 현실성 있고 효과적인 공론장을 구축하고 운영하기 위해서는 사용후핵연료 관리를 둘러싼, 정치, 외교안보, 경제, 사회문화, 법과 제도에 관한 면밀한 분석과 대응방안 마련이 필요하다.

This study explored differences between parents and their children in the evaluation of utilization and effects of electronic games. The study also examined conflicts that could be occurred between parents and their children because of the games, and potential predictors of the conflicts. A total of 210 5th and 6th grade students of elementary schools and their 210 mothers were participated in the survey. The results showed that, compared to children, mothers evaluated that games were not beneficial to children and contained lots of violent content. Mothers concerned the potential negative effects of games on school performance among other variables. The results also indicated that the children who highly utilized games, and enjoyed violent games more experienced negative behaviors during game-playing. In addition, children's experiences of aggressive behaviors during game-playing moderately correlated with 'fighting with friends/ brothers/sisters'(mothers' evaluation), 'unbalanced game-playing' (mothers' evaluation), 'the amount of game utilization'(mothers and children's evaluations), 'the degree of violence of favorite games' (mothers' and children's evaluations). Conflicts between children and mothers due to game-playing could be predicted by unbalanced and excessive game-playing, the degree of violence of favorite games, and potential harmful effects on children and school performances.

This study focused on the conflict and missional contextualization in Turkey, between Islamism and secularism. This article aims to analyze and relate to the religion of Turkey and Islam, defined what do they cause by conflict and struggle between Islamism and secularism. This study also attempt to apply missional contextualization between Islamism and secularism. Contextualization can be defined as the set of process that yields missional situation in Turkey. It is the process by which Turkey culture become interdependent in aspects of their values, social, economics, and political. It is easy to connect interdependent conflicts through Islamism and secularism in Turkey. The Islamism in Turkey begun by political, social, and cultural motivation with the 19st. This Islamism movement appeals strongly nationalism, liberalism, and modernism in Turkey. This Islamism reveals itself society and community. They are important faith with religion solidarity in their community. The secularism includes Turkey’s constitution, political tradition, social policy, cultural point of view, and religious education. They were complicated the conflict and struggle between Islamism and secularism from a long time in Turkey. The missionary should be consider mission ministry and activity in this Turkey situation. They also careful apply to contextual mission in Turkey. I think that we can be pray to get the Holy Spirit’s support and guide for Turkey’s mission and evangelization.

도로교통안전관리공단(2005)이 발표한 자료에 의하면 우리나라의 2004년 총 교통사고 건수는 220,755건이며, 사망자는 6,563명으로 조사되었으며, 이중 교차로에서의 사고가 1/4 이상을 차지하고 있는 것으로 보고하고 있다. 교차로 교통사고는 통행 특성상 단일로에 비하여 많은 상충점을 가지고 있어 사고의 잠재성이 높은 것이 사실이다. 교통상충기법은 다양한 측면에서 기존의 교통사고 자료를 활용한 분석방법보다 그 활용도가 높으며, 보다 많은 필요성이 제기되고 있지만, 기존의 교통상충기법은 신호교차로에서 발생하는 다양한 상충유형에 대해 상충발생의 심각도를 고려하지 못하는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신호위반시 발생하는 대향좌회전 상충의 유형에 대하여 상충심각도를 고려한 새로운 상충판단기준을 정립하였으며, 이를 인천광역시의 교통사고발생이 빈번한 교차로를 선정하여 상충수와 심각도를 분석하였다. 취득한 대상 교차로의 영상을 3시간 동안 분석한 결과, 총 41건의 대향좌회전상충이 발생하였으며, 각각의 심각도는 '상'이 3건, '중'이 10건 그리고 '하'가 28건 발생한 것으로 확인되었다. 신호교차로에서 발생하는 상충유형의 심각도 연구가 필요한 근거는 보다 교차로의 안전도를 평가하는데 있어 보다 정밀하게 접근하고자 함이며, 상충의 심각도가 고려되지 못한 기존의 상충발생의 건수만을 이용한 연구로는 상충연구가 가지는 의의가 제한적이기 때문이다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 대향좌회전상충유형을 비롯한 신호교차로에서 발생하는 다양한 상충유형의 심각도 판단기준을 정립하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.
