This study investigated the impact of rainfall on the network performance and video transmission quality of smart CCTV systems deployed across 16 bridges over the Han River in Seoul. Using operational logs collected from September 22 to October 6, 2025 (n=254), a comparative analysis was performed between the wired (n=5) and wireless (n=11) network architectures. The results reveal that under rainfall conditions, wireless networks experienced critical performance degradation. Specifically, at a heavy rainfall intensity of 10 mm/h, the average latency (Ping) surged from 22.5 ms to 355.2 ms, while video frame rates (FPS) plummeted from 19.8 to 6.4. Notably, at a maximum rainfall intensity of 15 mm/h, the wireless network performance exhibited a 78.8% degradation compared with clear weather conditions, severely compromising real-time monitoring reliability. Conversely, the wired networks exhibited robustness, maintaining a Ping of approximately 20 ms and an FPS within the 19–20 range, regardless of weather conditions. A significant negative correlation (r = -0.81, p < 0.01) between Ping and FPS was identified, establishing increased network latency as the primary driver of video quality degradation. These findings provide a technical basis for implementing real-time operational thresholds at Ping 40 ms and FPS 15 as leading indicators to ensure surveillance reliability in a smart city infrastructure.

이 글은 한강이 공식적으로 특정한 종교 전통에 자신을 귀속시키지 않지만 문학 활동과 작품을 통해 고유한 영성을 보여준다는 점을 입증하는 것을 목적 으로 한다. 이를 위해 저자는 신앙을 궁극적 관심으로 정의한 폴 틸리히의 정의 를 따라 한강의 궁극적 관심을 추적하고 재구성한다. 또한 작품으로서 문학보다 삶으로서, 활동으로서, 동사로서의 문학에 주목하며, 한강의 문학 활동 자체를 모종의 영성 실천 과정으로 본다. 이것을 저자는 문학 영성이라고 부른다. 구체 적으로는, 최근에 출간된 􋺷빛과 실􋺸을 중심으로 문학을 대하는 한강의 태도와 자세, 몸가짐과 마음가짐을 근거로 삼아, 끊임없이 질문들을 던지고 씨름하는 구도의 영성, 생명의 편에 서서 모든 폭력을 거부하는 저항의 영성, 이성과 사변 보다 몸과 감각을 중시하는 수행의 영성이라는 세 가지 관점에서 한강의 문학 영성이 가진 고유하고 독특한 특성을 조명한다. 이를 통해 한강의 문학이 특정 한 종교의 영성이 아니라, 여러 종교를 관통하는 영성, 나아가 종교와 비종교의 구분을 넘어서는 보편적 영성의 차원이 있다는 점을 보여준다.

본 논문은 한국 작가 한강과 인도 소설가 아룬다티 로이를 비교 문학적 으로 분석하며, 두 작가가 각각의 문화적·사회정치적 맥락 속에서 트라우마, 저항, 정 체성을 어떻게 재현하는지를 탐구한다. 연구는 한강의 􋺷채식주의자􋺸(2007)와 􋺷소년이 온다􋺸(2014), 그리고 로이의 􋺷작은 것들의 신􋺸(1997)과 􋺷최상의 행복을 위한 사원􋺸 (2017)을 중심으로, 두 작가가 체현된 신체, 파편화된 기억, 실험적 서사 기법을 어떻 게 활용하여 구조적 억압과 개인적 고통에 맞서는 비판적 도구로 삼는지를 분석한다. 텍스트의 정밀 독해를 통해, 이 논문은 신체가 어떻게 저항의 장이 되고, 기억이 어떻 게 정치적 역사의 저장소가 되며, 침묵이 어떻게 전복적 발화의 형태로 변모하는지를 살핀다. 한강은 미니멀리즘과 알레고리적 초현실주의를 자주 소환하는 반면, 로이는 풍성한 문체와 정치적 풍자를 활용하는 등 미학적 전략은 다르지만, 두 작가는 모두 주변화된 목소리를 확장하고 제도적 폭력이 지속되는 방식에 도전한다는 점에서 깊은 공통점을 지닌다. 이러한 작업을 통해 두 작가는 권위주의, 가부장제, 사회적 배제에 대한 날카로운 비판을 제시할 뿐 아니라, 문학적 혁신을 통해 새로운 존재 방식과 공 동체의 가능성 또한 상상해낸다.

본 연구에서는 사회과학적 문학작품 분석모델을 적용하여 한강의 『소 년이 온다』(2014)에 나타난 존엄 훼손과 회복의 서사, 죽음의 공간적·상 징적 구조, 그리고 죽음의 가치와 사회적·윤리적 죽음담론을 확장시킬 수 있는 청년의 좋은 죽음에 대한 인식의 직·간접적 사례를 깊이 있게 탐구 하였다. 이 작품에서 삶의 마지막 공간은 단순한 임종의 장소가 아니라, 청년의 자기정체성과 존엄 회복의 서사적 공간으로 기능한다. 또한 작품 속 청년의 죽음은 국가폭력과 사회적 침묵 속에서 인간의 존재 가치가 체계적으로 파괴되는 존엄 훼손의 과정으로 재현되지만, 이들의 죽음을 기억하고 재서사화하는 행위를 통해 존엄의 복원과 사회적 연대의 가능 성이 드러난다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 청년세대의 죽음에 대한 인식을 존 엄의 윤리와 사회적 기억의 관점에서 재조명함으로써 현대사회의 죽음담 론이 나아가야 할 방향을 논의하였다.

The foreigners' company housing in Ul-san is a research subject that has important implications for the technology transfer process of the Korean petroleum industry. Examining the foreigners' company housing in the 1960s and 1970s is also to more closely understand the architectural response methods of companies that made efforts to lay the foundation for production in the early industrialization stage of Ul-san. This study examines the spatial composition of the housing that was planned to contain the lives of foreigners, which was different from the Korean style of residence, and attempts to clarify the construction method that was selected for this purpose. Through this, compared to the domestic housing, the architectural characteristics of the foreigners' housing in the early stages of the creation of the Ul-san industrial complex are to be more clearly understood.

본 연구는 예이츠의 􋺷연옥􋺸을 대순사상의 원(寃)과 한(恨) 개념을 활용 하여 재해석한다. 이 희곡은 어머니의 영혼을 구원하려는 노인의 폭력적 시도를 통해 세습된 죄의 파괴적 순환을 드러내며, 이러한 시도가 오히려 비극을 반복하게 됨을 보 여준다. 예이츠가 􋺷비전􋺸에서 밝히고 있듯이, 이러한 갈등의 순환으로부터의 해방은 인간의 폭력적 노력보다는 통합적 해결을 통해서만 가능함을 시사한다. 이에 비해 대 순사상은 해원상생(解冤相生)의 원리를 통해 화해와 상생의 건설적 길을 제시한다. 따라서 본 논문은 예이츠의 “존재의 합일” 개념과 해원상생의 법리를 비교 분석함으로 써, 예이츠의 비전을 중심에 두되 양자가 모두 순환적 갈등으로부터의 해방을 지향하 고 있음을 논증한다.

South Korea has the highest suicide rate among the major OECD countries. The suicide rate in Seoul ranges from 21.3 to 23.2 per 100,000 individuals. To improve the survival rate of individuals attempting suicide on Han River bridges, the Seoul Fire Department began installing CCTVs on these bridges in 2012 and has been monitoring them to assess their effectiveness using collected data. This study aimed to evaluate the operational impact of deploying professional monitoring personnel and establishing an integrated video monitoring center by comparing suicide statistics before and after its implementation. The analysis distinguished between two periods: one when water rescue team members monitored the footage themselves after installing their own video monitoring center and the other when deploying professional monitoring personnel and establishing an integrated video monitoring center. After deploying professional monitoring personnel and operating the integrated video monitoring center, the number of rescue dispatches increased by an average of 50%, the survival rate improved by an average of 4.9%, and the mortality rate declined by an average of 4.9%.

The Han Shu Yi Wen Zhi recorded a wide range of dictionaries in Han Dynasty, only Cang Jie, Ji Jiu and Analytical Dictionary of Characters had been passed down. Apart from these, scholars of the Qing Dynasty collected the lost content of Fan Jiang, Xun Zuan, Cang Jie Xun Gu, Quan Xue, which can help us to recognize and deepen the understanding of the Han Dynasty dictionaries. There are eleven kinds of books of them, reflecting the strict paradigm of editing in the Qing Dynasty. Among them, Ma Guohan’s edition contains the largest number of articles, with the strengths of detailed evidence and fine proofreading. His weakness is that it mistakenly compiles character sequences of anonymous texts as sequences of Analytical Dictionary of Characters. The disagreement among the people is whether the references to Sima Xiangru and Yang Xiong in Analytical Dictionary of Characters claim should be subsumed in Fan Jiang and Xun Zuan. The second difference lies in the collection of scattered writing style of the exegesis of Fan Jiang, Xun Zuan, Cang Jie Xun Gu, Quan Xue.

The character Qian (䙴) first appeared in oracle bone inscriptions of the Shang Dynasty. In the Western Zhou Dynasty, it meant relocation or migration. During the Warring States period, its meaning extended and its written form differentiated. The original character Qian (䙴) often represented QianXing, a form of punishment by exile, and the differentiated character Qian (遷) took on the meaning of relocation or migration originally carried by Qian (䙴). In Qin and Han legal documents, Qian (䙴) and Qian (遷) had clearly defined functions, but in other Qin and Han texts, there was a phenomenon of functional overlap between them. In the later Western Han period, these two characters underwent functional merger, with Qian (遷) assuming all functions and Qian (䙴) gradually disappearing. The reasons for the function changes can be attributed to the frequent migration activities during the Qin Dynasty, the culture and psychology of seeking auspiciousness and avoiding misfortune, the pursuit of clear semantic representation in writing, and the dynamic adjustment of the Chinese character functional system.

The Tay people are the ethnic minority with the largest population in Viet Nam. Over the long history of their development, along with the development and improvement of their language, the Tay people have gradually created a type of writing system using the graphic, phonetic, and semantic elements of Chinese characters in combination with indigenous phonetic and linguistic elements, to create the system that is called the Nom-Tay script or the Nom script of the Tay ethnic group. Traditional Tay literature is mainly recorded in this Nom - Tay script. The article is based on the text of the work “Han vuong Luu Bang” written in Nom - Tay script currently archived at the Institute of Sino Nom Studies (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) to survey and analyze types of writing and understand the “caodian fuhao” ( ) used to write Chinese and Nom characters in these documents. Thereby, the article tries to affirm the important role and rich appearance of Chinese characters and Chinese character units in Vietnamese Nom-Tay texts.

김정한의 소설은 오랫동안 문학 교과서에서 정전의 자리를 차지했으나, 2012 고시 교육과정 이후 소외 되었다. 이 논문은 김정한 소설이 현대의 독자들에게 공명하지 못하는 이유에서 역설적으로 문학교육적 가 치를 찾고자 한다. 창작 과정에 개입한 이데올로기와 창작 당시 맥락에 주목하면, 비판적 문식성을 함양하 기 위한 교육 제재로서 김정한 소설의 가치를 재발견할 수 있다. 김정한 소설을 본문 제재로 수록한 마지막 교과서는 ｢산거족｣에서 주인공의 정의로움과 저항적 의지를 부각하며 학습자가 그것을 내면화하기를 유도 한다. 이는 현대의 독자들에게 크게 공명하기 어렵다. 이 논문은 ｢산거족｣에서 인물 형상화 과정에 개입된 창작 당시의 이데올로기와 맥락에 주목하여, 애국주의와 영웅주의 그리고 당대 심층적 토대였던 근대적 동 일성이 작가에게 영향을 미쳤다는 사실을 교육내용으로 제안한다. 이 교육내용은 비판적 문식성을 함양하 고, 창작 당시 망탈리테와 더불어 작가의식의 유동성과 구성성 그리고 망탈리테의 역사성과 상대성까지 교 육할 수 있다.

게임 엔진과 같은 3D공간에서 프로시저럴 모델링 애셋을 사용하여 도시를 구성하는 방식은 이전부터 존재하여 다양한 방법으로 제작되어 왔습니다. 초기 제작시간은 길지만 라이브러리가 구축됨에 따라, 크기와 모양이 다양한 건물을 보다 빠르고 다양하게 배치가 가능하다는 장점 을 바탕으로 사용되었습니다. 하지만, 앙곡과 안허리곡으로 이루어진 이중곡선을 가지며 결구 방식에 따라 모양이 변화하는 한옥의 경우에는 프로시저럴 기법으로 모델링 애셋을 제작하기 어려워 수동 모델링이나 스캔 데이터 형식으로만 존재하는 불편함이 존재하였습니다. 그렇기 에, 본 연구에서는 게임 엔진에서 사용이 가능한 가변적인 한옥 모델링에 대한 프로시저럴 기 법에 대해 소개하고자 합니다.

본 연구는 대승불교 경전인 『유마경』과 『승만경』에 나타난 여성관에 대하여 비교 고찰하고 여성에 대한 사상, 가치관과 위치를 탐구하고자 한 다. 『유마경』은 보살도의 실천이 대승불교 수행정신의 핵심을 강조하면서 세속의 적극적인 참여와 재가불교의 이상을 펼치고 중생의 평등적 깨달 음에 주목한다. 반면, 『승만경』은 여성의 깨달음의 가능성을 강조하며, 여래장(如來藏)사상을 담고 있다. 특히 승만 부인이 주인공으로 등장하여 여성의 적극적인 종교참여와 불교 내 여성의 역할과 여성도 남성과 동등 하게 깨달음을 얻을 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 두 경전에서 나타난 대승불교에서의 여성의 역할과 위치가 어떻게 다루어지고 있는지를 살펴보았고, 여성에 대한 긍정적인 시각과 그 시각이 현대 사회에서 여성의 지위 향상에 기여하는 방법을 탐색해 보았다. 그들 경전이 여성에 대한 전통적인 관념을 타파하고 성의 차별 없는 모든 중생이 깨달음을 얻는 가능성을 근본적인 사상에 주목하게 되 었다.

본고는 고대 자전류를 중심으로 두의에 관련된 어휘를 정리하여 고대 중국의 두의 가 어떤 형태였고, 이것이 한국의 고대 두의와 어떤 차이를 가지는지 살펴보고자 하 였다. 복식문화는 그 사회의 문화 지표이자 시대적 역사성과 공동체의 의식을 계승 한 현실과 가장 근접한 문화적 상징이라고 할 수 있다. 문화는 결코 한 방향으로만 흐르지 않는다. 우리나라의 의복이 중국의 영향을 받지 않을 수 없었겠지만, 일방적 인 중국 복식문화의 수입에만 의존하였다고 생각할 수도 없다. 중국의 두의는 冠‧冕 과 巾에서 발전한 幘이 있고, 冠과 幘이 합쳐진 형태의 巾幘이 있다. 고대 유가 의례 에 관한 문헌에 자주 보이는 弁은 자형의 혼용, 弁 형태에 대한 설명의 상충 등 모 순점을 가지고 있다. 본고는 이를 자형과 고문헌 자료의 편찬 시기 등의 자료를 바 탕으로 한국의 고깔형 弁과의 융합 가능성을 제기하고자 한다.
