곤충 머리의 부분 명칭들과 동소이명(同所異名)인 suture들의 명칭을 구조의 부분별 위치와 기능을 기준으로 하여 정리하고 우리말 이름들 을 체계적으로 모아서 조명하였다. 여기에는 머리 표면의 각종 선, 배자의 머리 구분, 머리의 외골격과 내골격, 입 내부구조, 긴주둥이, 더듬이 외부구조와 기본마디, 더듬이 모양, 표면 털 모양에 관한 용어들이 포함되어 있다.

본 연구는 멀미증상이 동공 리듬에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 2D와 HMD를 통해 동일한 가상현실 콘텐츠를 실험참가자에게 15분 동안 경험하게 한 이후에 동공반응을 비교하였고 본 실험에는 16명(남자 8명, 여자 8명, 평균 나이: 25.67 ± 2.43세)의 피험자가 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 영상멀미를 경험한 이후에 동공 리듬이 불규칙한 패턴을 나타내었고 이것은 동공 크기(mPD) 및 동공 리듬의 편차(sPD)가 증가하는 결과로 확인되었다. 이러한 동공 반응의 결과는 인지부하와 밀접한 관련이 있고 영상멀미를 처리해야 할 시각 정보량의 증가 및 감각정보들 사이의 충돌 혹은 불일치로 인한 인지부하 현상으로 해석이 가능하다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법은 기존의 센서 기반의 평가 방법에 비해 멀미 증상을 카메라 기반의 비접촉식으로 측정할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

내시경 초음파 유도 가는 바늘 생검은 췌담도 질환의 진단 영역에서 잘 알려진 안전한 시술이다. 심각한 천공, 췌장염, 출혈, 감염의 합병증은 드물게 보고되고 있다. 시술 후에 발생한 지연성 출혈의 보고는 매우 드물고, 시술 후 가성 동맥류으로 인한 지연성 출혈의 보고는 저자가 알기로는 없는 것으로 알고 있다. 저자는 췌장의 고형성 병변에 대한 내시경 초음파 가는 바늘 생검 후에 발생한 위십이지장 동맥 가성 동맥류로 인한 지연성 출혈을 보고한다. 68세 남자 환자가 췌장두부에 15 mm 가량의 종양으로 시술 10일 후에 흑색변을 주소로 재방문 하였다. 당시 복부 전산화단층촬영을 시행하였고, 2 cm 가량의 조영증강의 둥근 병변이 췌장의 두부에서 확인되었고, 조직 검사 결과는 악성을 시사하지 않았다. 환자에게 추가 검사를 위하여 입원을 권유하였으나 거부하였다. 12일 후에 환자는 반복되는 흑색변을 주소로 응급실에 재방문하였다. 혈관조 영술에서 위십이지장동맥 가성동맥류 소견 및 코일 색전술을 시행한 후 성공적으로 지혈하였다. 환자는 유문 보존 췌십이지장 절제술을 받았고, 병기는 IIB 췌장암으로 진단되었다.

영업비밀 보호기간은 판례가 만들어낸 영업비밀 보호에 대한 시간적 범위로 퇴사자의 퇴직시점(퇴직 전 업무이탈이 있으면 업무이탈 시점)부터 Head-start 법리에 의해 계산된 리드타임 상당기간(그러나 대개는 경업금지기간과 일치) 동안 진행하고 종료한다. 이러한 영업비밀 보호기간은 결정적인 이론적 결함이 있다. 바로 절대적 비밀성 이론 채택의 오류이다. 영업비밀의 비밀성은 절대적 비밀성이 아니라 상대적 비밀성이라고 전 세계적으로 정리된 지 오래이고 이는 우리 부정 경쟁법은 물론 TRIPS 협정에도 반영되어 있고 Head-start 법리를 계수한 우리나라 최초의 영업비밀 판결인 모나미 판결도 이를 전제로 이루어진 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 모나미 판결 바로 다음에 이루어진 다이아몬드 판결이 모나미 판결의 Head-start의 법리를 차용하면서 “당사자 사이”에 비밀성이 해제되면 영업비밀이 소멸 한다는 취지의 절대적 비밀성 이론을 이에 결합 시켜 영업비밀 보호기간이라는 독특한 개념을 만들고 이는 퇴사자의 퇴사시점부터 진행하고 어떠 한 이유로도 연장불가하다고 하였다. 그런데 절대적 비밀성 이론은 부정경쟁법과 TRIPS 협정에 반하여 위법⋅부당하다. 영업비밀 보호기간이라는 중간적 도구를 폐기하고 본래의 Head-start 법리가 제대로 복원되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of upper thoracic mobilization on cervical alignment in stroke patients with forward head posture. The subject's of this study were two stroke patients with forward head posture and a cervical curve angle (four-line Cobb's method; FLCM) less than 40°. The intervention, central posterior-anterior (PA) mobilization, was applied to the T1-T4 vertebrae (upper thoracic spine) following the Maitland concept. This mobilization was applied three times per week for four weeks. In the results, the cervical curve angle (FLCM) increased for both subject 1 and 2. However, Jochumsen method score was decreased in subject 1, while it was increased in subject 2. These results demonstrate that upper thoracic mobilization had the positive effect on the cervical curve angle but not on Jochumsen method score. These findings suggest that PA mobilization on the upper thoracic spine could correct cervical curve angle measured by FLMC in stroke patients with FHP.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of joint mobilization on forward head posture and to propose an effective method to improve correct body posture and balance. A total of eight patients from a Maitland-applied group (n=8) received mobilization therapy to increase the mobility of the cervical joint, with Maitland's movement grade III intensity for 30 seconds of treatment and 30 seconds of rest, for ten intervals, three times a week for four weeks. The craniovertebral angle (CVA) changes before and after the intervention with the Maitland technique were measured as 56.85 ± 2.31° before, 63.23 ± 2.23° two weeks after, and 64.98 ± 1.27° four weeks after joint intervention. There were significant CVA changes before and after the Maitland technique (P <.05). The results of this study suggest that the Maitland technique is useful for improving the head vertebral angle in patients with forward head posture

Background: The craniocervical flexion (CCF) exercise is one of the effective exercise in correcting forward head posture (FHP). However, some people with FHP achieve CCF with compensatory movements, for example, low cervical flexion using superficial neck flexors such as the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle. No study has yet investigated whether a dualpressure biofeedback unit (D-PBU) method to prevent low cervical flexion would be helpful in performing pure CCF movement. Objects: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the CCF using D-PBU method and the traditional CCF method on the cross-sectional area (CSA) of the longus colli muscle (LCM) and the activity of SCM muscle in subjects with FHP. Methods: Twentyfour FHP subjects (male: 16, female: 8) were recruited for this study. All subjects performed CCF using two different methods: The traditional CCF method and the CCF using D-PBU method. The CSA of the LCM was measured via ultrasound, and surface electromyography was used to measure SCM muscle activity. Results: The change in CSA of the LCM was significantly larger during the CCF using D-PBU method (1.28±.09) compared with the traditional CCF method (1.19±.08) (p<.05). The SCM muscle activity using the CCF using D-PBU method (2.01±1.97 %MVIC) was significantly lower than when using the traditional CCF method (2.79±2.32 %MVIC) (p<.05). Conclusion: The CCF using D-PBU method can be recommended for increasing LCM activation and decreasing SCM muscle activity during CCF movement in subjects with FHP.

목 적：본 연구는 자기공명영상 검사에서 Head coil 적용 시 신생아의 머리와 같은 피사체의 작은 volume으로 인한 영상의 불균일성 개선을 위해서 올바른 position의 설정을 찾고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법：Philips 장비회사에서 제공되는 밑면의 둘레와 부피가 각각 31.4cm 1000cc(이하 P1), 37.68cm 2000cc(이하 P2), 43.96cm 3000cc(이하 P3)인 원통형 Mineral Oil Phantom을 사용하였으며, 영상 획득 장비는 3.0T 초전도 자기공명상장치(Archieva, Philips medical system)와 32 channel SENSE Head coil을 사용하였다. 각 Phantom을 옆면이 바닥에 위치하도록 하여 Head coil의 바닥에서부터 2.5cm 높이 간격으로 5cm 높이까지 scan하였으며, 본원 PED Brain MR검사 시사용되는 표준 T2 강조영상의 매개변수로써 TR 2300msec, TE 80msec, flip angle 90ﾟ, FOV 210×180mm, matrix 352×226, slice thickness 5mm, slice gap 1mm, slices 10slice, number of excitation 1.5, scan time은 1분 32초를 사용하였고, Coil의 감도를 균등하게 하기 위해 signal 강도를 맞춰주는 Clear mode를 적용하였다. Phantom의 관상면 영상(axial image)을 각각 10회씩 획득하였으며, 매 회 5번째 영상으로 평가하였다. 영상 평가는 Archieva, Philips medical system Viewforum 장비를 이용하였으 며, 자기공명영상 촬영 장치 정도관리에서 영상 강도 균일성 평가 시 이용되는 ACR method를 이용한 PIU(Percent Integral Uniformity) 값으로 비교 분석하였다. 통계적 분석방법은 Phantom의 높이를 달리하여 scan한 결과를 PIU 값의 합격 기준과 비교한 후, Matlab(ver,R2015a,Mathworks, USA)의 simple one way ANVOA를 이용하여 유의한 차이가 있는지 평가하였다. 결 과：영상의 강도 균일성의 PIU 합격기준은 3.0T 이상의 장비에서 82% 이상이어야 한다. 연구 결과 P1은 Head coil의 0cm, 2.5cm, 5cm 높이에서 scan하였을때 각각의 PIU 값은 52.1±0.53%, 77.85± 1.12%, 91.32±0.38%이었으며, P2는 Head coil의 0cm, 2.5cm, 5cm 높이에서 scan하였을때 각각의 PIU 값은 57.95±1.34%, 79.91±8.92%, 90.46±1.55%이었고, P3는 Head coil의 0cm, 2.5cm, 5cm 높이에서 scan하였을때 각각의 PIU 값은 60.84±1.90%, 83.81±1.72%, 90.34±1.78%이었다. 연구 결과 P1과 P2는 5cm 높이에서 P3는 2.5cm 높이에서 scan하였을때 PIU 값이 82% 이상임을 알 수 있다. Phantom의 높이를 달리하여 scan한 결과는 모든 P1, P2, P3에서 높이에 따른 PIU 값 차이가 통계적으로 유의하였다(p>0.05). 결 론：우리나라 신생아의 평균 머리둘레는 34.58~40.69cm이다. 그러므로 위 실험 결과에 따라서 32 channel SENSE Head coil을 사용하여 신생아의 PED, Brain 검사 시 coil의 바닥면에서 5cm를 높여 서 검사를 했을 때 영상의 불균일성을 개선함으로써 영상의 질을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

Radiotherapy (RT) is a mainstay in the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). For locally advanced HCSCC, concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) benefits HCSCC patients in terms of better survival and loco-regional control. In this study, we evaluated changes in oral microbiota in patients, who received CCRT for head and neck cancer. Oral rinsed samples were weekly collected before and during CCRT and at 4 weeks following treatment from HNSCC patients, who had received 70 Gy of radiation delivered to the primary sites for over 7 weeks and concurrent chemotherapy. Oral microbiota changes in three patients were analyzed by next-generation sequencing using 16S rRNA 454 pyrosequencing. On an average, 15,000 partial 16S rRNA gene sequences were obtained from each sample. All sequences fell into 11 different bacterial phyla. During early CCRT, the microbial diversity gradually decreased. In a patient, who did not receive any antibiotics during the CCRT, Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the most abundant phylum. During the early CCRT, proteobacteria gradually decreased while Firmicutes increased. During the late CCRT, firmicutes gradually decreased while Bacteroides and Fusobacteria increased. In all the patients, yellow complex showed a gradual decrease, while orange and red complex showed a gradual increase during the CCRT. At 4 weeks after CCRT, the recovery of oral microbiota diversity was limited. During CCRT, there was a gradual increase in major periodontopathogens in association with the deterioration of the oral hygiene. Henceforth, it is proposed that understanding oral microbiota shift should provide better information for the development of effective oral care programs for patients receiving CCRT for HNSCC.

이 연구의 목적은 골프드라이버 샤프트의 가변성이 타구속도, 헤드스피드 및 비거리에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 피검자는 핸디캡이 0인 남자 프로골퍼 10명과 핸디캡이 18인 남자 아마추어 골퍼 10명으로 하였다. 클럽의 종류는 1번 드라이버로 한정하였고, 각기 다른 스팩의 24개 드라이버를 가지고 실시하였다. 종속변인으로는 타구속도, 비거리 및 헤드스피드로 하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, CPM에 따라 유의한 차이가 나는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 사후검증 후 230< 이상일 때 타구속도, 비거리 및 헤드스피드에서 최적의 수행력을 보였다. 둘째, 샤프트길이에 따른 타구속도 및 비거리는 유의한 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났고, 사후검증 후 타구속도 및 헤드스피드는 46inch에서 비거리는 45inch에서 최적의 수행력을 보였다. 셋째, 샤프트 무게에 따른 변인 간 차이는 나지 않았고, 사후검증 후 샤프트 무게가 65g일 때 타구속도와 비거리에서 최적의 수행력을 보였고, 50g일 때 헤드스피드에서 최적을 보였다. 또한 프로와 아마추어 간에는 변인에서 유의한 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 최적의 드라이버는 CPM이 230<, 샤프트길이 46inch, 샤프트 무게가 65g 샤프트 일 때 최고의 수행력을 발휘하는 것으로 판명되었다.

Firefighting hoods protect the head, face, and neck areas of officials while they perform firefighting services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the head size of Korean firefighting officials in order to establish the dimensions necessary to construct firefighting hoods. A total of 98 male firefighting officials participated in this study and 11 body dimensions, necessary for the construction of firefighting hoods, were measured. The data collected from the firefighting officials were compared to the general adult male data from the Size Korea national anthropometric study. The heights, weights, head circumferences, head heights, and bitragion arcs of the firefighters were significantly larger than those of general adult males, which shows that firefighting officials generally have larger body and head sizes than general adult males. Based on the results of Pearson's correlation coefficients, head circumference and head height were judged to be the important measurements for the construction of the firefighting hoods. Thus, these two measurements were chosen as the basic dimensions of the cross tabulation analysis. As a result, head circumferences of 57.00~60.99cm and head heights of 23.00~25.99 cm were found to be important measurement ranges among the firefighters. This study is expected to be used as the basis for the creation of firefighting hoods that help to ensure the safe rescue activities for firefighting officials.

Background:Rounded shoulder posture (RSP), a postural abnormality, might cause shoulder pain and pathologic conditions. Although most previous research has investigated RSP focusing on the proximal structures of the shoulder, such as the scapula and pectoralis muscles, the relationship between RSP and anterior distal structures of the upper extremity, such as the biceps brachii muscle and elbow joint, is not clearly understood.Objects:This study aimed to investigate the correlations between RSP and the biceps brachii length, elbow joint angle (EJA), pectoralis minor length, general pectoralis major length, humeral head anterior translation (HHAT), glenohumeral internal rotation (IR), external rotation (ER), and horizontal adduction (HAD).Methods:Twelve subjects with RSP (6 male, 6 female) were recruited. All subjects fulfilled the RSP criteria indicated by a distance ≥2.5 cm from the posterior aspect of the acromion to the table in the supine position. The examiner measured each of the following parameters twice: RSP, biceps brachii length, EJA, pectoralis minor length, pectoralis major length, HHAT, glenohumeral IR, ER, and HAD. Pearson’s correlation coefficient(r) was used to assess the correlation between RSP and all the variables.Results:There was a significant moderate positive correlation between RSP and biceps brachii length (r=.55, p=.032), moderate negative correlation between RSP and pectoralis minor length (r=-.62, p=.015), and moderate positive correlation between RSP and HHAT (r=.53, p=.038).Conclusion:The biceps brachii length, pectoralis minor length, and HHAT could be used to evaluate patients with RSP. Better understanding of the correlation between these factors and RSP could help in the development of effective methods to treat patients with this condition in clinical management.

The market for Game is gradually expanding every year, but most of games are disappearing. For this Reason, User have chosen games based on external factors, and users have been not able to choose customized games for users. Thus, This study aim to provide customized game contents to users among 6 content (logic, space, word, nature, body, music) by making a immersion evaluation model using the Csikszentmihalyi’s theory of flow and Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence. First, it is assumed that the definition of immersion can be obtained as an arousal which is an axis of the emotion criterion. Then, after learning the arousal classification model based on the head micro-vibration as emotion signal, the immersion evaluation system is verified through the evaluation with the multi-intelligence theory. As a result, the user can be informed of what contents are most immersed in the content, and allow to choose the game suitable for himself.

This study investigated the characteristics of main house food cultures in Gyeonggi-do using a case study on the head family. The subject of this study was selected through an advisory committee of experts; it incorporated intangible and tangible elements of the main family based on relevant data. Selected representative main house of Gyeonggi-do had 12 parts in total. The entire investigation was conducted in five parts; literature search, telephone survey, in-depth interviews, inheritance food research of the head family, and cuisine demonstrations. Twelve families within the researched family clan had members of high merit or scholarly reputation qualified enough to serve bulcheonwi, a form of important religious worship. Food in Gyeonggi-do, specifically, can be served for Bongjesa jeopbingaek, which is a combination of performance of ancestral rites and greeting guests. Meat ingredients were frequently used. Articles of clothing were colorful and vivid, with wootgi that needed lots of work. Soup and steamed dishes tended to favor simple but fresh tastes that come with their cultural and historical context.
