In general, companies operate systematically in response to financial risks such as exchange rates and liquidity, while they are vulnerable to risks in the manufacturing and sales processes. In particular, logistics refers to the activities for planning, managing and implementing efficient flows from the starting point of goods and products to the point of consumption, The purpose of this study was to develop key risks and key risk management indicators (KRIs) for risks that undermine logistics efficiency so that logistics risks can be effectively prevented and managed. As a result, 40 risk management indicators (KRIs) were developed in a total of six categories in the logistics sector, and the definition, calculation method and early warning grade of each KRI were presented so that companies could prevent risks in advance in logistics activities and contribute to enhancing efficiency of their work.

The purpose of this paper is to present Smart Virtual TRS(Trunked Radio System) service that gives the TRS function in mobile network with smart phone application and server. TRS is essential equipment of logistics vehicle so, most of trunk drivers uses TRS frequently. Developed service is based on smartphone without TRS equipment. For this, this study evaluates the level of effectiveness of the activities of environmentally conscious logistics management of domestic logistics enterprises toward its logistics performances. Enormous flocks by the reduced life cycle of products caused by the technological innovation if later 20 century, development of new materials and diversified demands of customers appeared as the pressing element causing the trouble in management of companies, and when considering the logistic costs that are imposed to companies in terms of function, the costs related to the stock topped the list of costs, followed by the transportation ones, and for pallet pool system, inventory of stocks is very difficult by the number of companies. Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent pallet system that is the core of unit load system, and the purpose of consistent pallet system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent pallet system, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, more pallets will be used so, numbers of empty pallets will be increased accordingly by returning the pallet. Therefore, in this study, we will establish the effective stock management system by comparing with the other existing stock management system after looking at the concept and examples of pallet full system in order to resolved this kind of problem.

Purpose: In Korea, win-win growth policy has been successfully implemented in supply chain and logistics management. In the policy, it is recommended to support supply chain partners with various mechanisms including financial and technical aids. This study attempts to scientifically analyze the effects of direct and indirect win-win growth policy factors on supply chain and logistics management performance through partnership factors. Research design, data and methodology: This study builds a structural equation model reflecting the relationship between the win-win growth policy, partnership and performance factors. The proposed model is verified with the PLS (Partial Least Squares regression) methodology. Data from shipper and logistics companies were collected and analyzed by the PLS model. Results: The analysis showed that both direct and indirect policy factors are meaningful to improve supply chain and logistics performance. Indirect support factors including R&D, management innovation, human resources development and educational supports have positive impacts on partnership factors. Direct support factors including financial aids and fairness also have positive impacts on the performance. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a turning point in which supply chain Win-win growth and partnership efforts are perceived as new value-creating mechanism rather than unilateral cost reduction for logistics industry.

본 연구는 조선기자재 수출입 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수출입 물류에 관한 일반사항과 물류실태, 화물정보 제공, 화물 식별 및 분류, 화물 오배송 및 손상 등의 화물관리 상의 애로요인과 개선방안을 조사, 분석하여 조선기자재 수출입 물류에 있어서 화물 관리의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하였다. 조선기자재 수출입 물류가 원할히 이루어지기 위해서는 수출입 업체와 물류관련 업체 간의 화물상 태와 위치에 관한 정보가 실시간으로 제공되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 수출입 화물의 지연과 소실 및 오배송을 줄이고 물류효율성을 제고하기 위해서는 표준 화물 분류시스템과 인식시스템의 제정이 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 조선기자재 전문 포워더의 육성과 전문성 강화 가 필요하며, 이를 위해 포워더 담당자들에 대한 역량배양 교육을 수출입 업체와 물류업체가 공동으로 참여하여 조선기자재 제품 특성과 물 류 특성을 모두 반영하여 수행하여야 할 것이다.

전자상거래의 급속한 발전에 따라 온라인쇼핑은 더 이상 대도시에만의 소비방식이 아니다. 시읍단위의 인터넷 소비는 전자상거래의 새로운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 중소 도시의 전자상거래 함께 연계되어 있는 시읍단위의 물류사업은 당연하게도 여러 물류 기업의 중점 문제로 대두되고 있다. 전자상거래 환경속에 중국 시읍물류 관리는 제 3 자 방식 물류, 착지 배송, 자영+개방식, 일시적 연맹등의 여러가지 방식으로 나타나 고 있다. 그러나 물류 인재의 부족과 물류 자원의 동질화, 물류업계의 장려 정책등이 개선의 여지가 있고, 물류관리가 체계를 잡지 못한 등의 일련의 문제들이 중국 물류 발전을 저해하는 있는 주요 원인이다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 시각에서 중국 시 읍단위의 물류관리모델과 그 속에 존재하는 문제점들을 분석하며, 시읍단위 물류와 전자상거래의 협력발전을 촉진하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

우리나라 정부는 글로벌 보안 추세와 전쟁 및 테러리즘에 대처하기 위해 컨테이너 보안조치(CSI, 24시간 규칙 포함), 종합인증 우수 업체(AEO) 등 다양한 보안 제도 및 보안 조치를 도입했다. 하지만 수출입 과정의 다양한 구성원들은 CSI, 24시간 규칙, AEO의 목적과 기능에 여전히 부정적이다. 이것은 보안 리스크를 수출입 과정의 장애나 방해 요인으로 여기고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 리스 크를 규명, 측정, 평가하고 적절한 관리 방안을 제시함에 있다. 이를 위한 리스크규명과 리스크관리에 따른 성과 측정을 위해 선행연구 및 현장 조사를 바탕으로 설문조사를 진행했다. 설문조사를 통해 대상 리스크를 상대적인 값을 구분하여 Key Risk, Major Risk, Minor Risk로 나눌 수 있었으며 각 리스크를 대상으로 분산분석을 실시하여 집단별 관리정도의 차이를 알아낼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 회귀분석을 통해 리스크관리 정 도별 물류성과 검증을 실시하여 CSI 리스크관리가 물류 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, CSI 리스크관리와 AEO 인증 리스크관리는 물 류 서비스 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알아낼 수 있었다.
