본 논문의 주요 목적은 총체전력 정책(TFP, Total Forces Policy) 차원에 서 국방동원 환경 변화에 부합하는 우리 군의 예비전력의 역할 변화와 방안 방향에 대해 제시하는 봄에 있다. 이를 위해서 주요 분석 요소는 미래 국방 동원 환경 변화에 따른 예비전력의 운용과 역할 변화, 국방동원에 대한 인식 전환, 4차 산업기술을 활용한 과학화 예비군훈련장의 구축 현황과 활용 방안이다. 장기화되고 있는 러-우 전쟁에서 볼 수 있듯이, 미래전의 양상과 인구급감에 따른 첨단 과학기술 중심의 군 구조 개편 등을 고려해 볼 때, 상 비군 중심의 전투에 예비군이 보완하는 형태의 전쟁 수행은 어려울 것이다. 국가 총체전력 차원에서 유사시 전장에서 상비전력과의 동반전력으로 전쟁 을 억제하고 전쟁의 지속능력을 보장할 수 있는 예비전력에 대한 인식 전환 을 통해 예산 확보와 주요 핵심 필요한 역할 등을 점진적으로 확대해야 한 다. 따라서 다양한 분쟁 상황에 대비하여 예비군을 필요한 시기와 장소에 적시적으로 보충하기 위해서 과학화 예비군훈련장을 중심으로 장비와 물 자를 편성해서 실전적 훈련이 꾸준히 전개돼야 한다.
PURPOSES : The number of snowfall and the amount of snowfall are gradually increasing, and due to the characteristics of Seoul, which has a lot of traffic, it is difficult to respond quickly with a snow removal method that relies on snow removal vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an IoT based eco-friendly snow removal system that can respond to unexpected heavy snow in winter. In this study, the low temperature operation and snow removal performance of the IoT road condition snow removal detector and the snow removal system using CNT and PCM are evaluated in the climatic environment chamber. METHODS : To make artificial snow, it consists of an climatic environment chamber that can simulate a low temperature environment and equipment that can supply compressed air and cold water. Depending on the usage characteristics of the climatic environment chamber, use an air-water type snow maker. In order to make artificial snow, wet temperature, which takes into account the actual air temperature and the amount of moisture in the air, acts as the most important variable and is suitable for making snow, below –1.5 ℃. The lower the water temperature, the easier it is to freeze, so the water source was continuously supplied at 0 ℃ to 4 ℃. One of the two different pipes is connected to the water tank to supply water, and the other pipe is connected to the compressor to supply high-pressure air. Water is dispersed by compressed air in the form of many small droplets. The sprayed microscopic water particles freeze quickly in the low temperature environmental climatic chamber air and naturally fall to the floor, forming snow. Based on the KS C IEC 60068-2-1 cold resistance test standard, an integrated environmental test procedure was prepared to apply to IoT-based snow removal systems and performance evaluation was performed accordingly. The IoT based eco-friendly snow removal system is needed to in winter, so visual check and inspect the operation at the climatic chamber before setting up it to the actual site. In addition, grid type equipment was manufactured for consistent and reliable snow removal performance evaluation under controlled environmental conditions. RESULTS : The IoT-based eco-friendly snow removal system normally carried out the task of acquiring data and images without damaging the appearance or freezing in a low temperature environment. It showed clear snow removal performance in areas where PCM and CNT heating technology were applied to the concrete slab. This experiment shows that normal snow removal tasks can be carried out in low temperature environments in winter. CONCLUSIONS : The integrated environmental test procedures and grid type evaluation equipment are applied to low temperature operation and snow removal performance evaluation of snow removal systems. In the climatic environment chamber, where low temperature environments can be simulated, artificial snow is created regardless of the season to derive quantitative experimental results on snow removal performance. PCM and CNT heating technology showed high snow removal performance. The system is expected to be applied to road site situations to preemptively respond to unexpected heavy snow in winter.
In korea, 500MW standard coal fired power plants were designed and operated for the initial base load, so facility stability was prioritized from facility problem to treatment, but now we needed to research for minimizing greehouse gas emissions at the operation of coal fired power plants. research on various facilities and technologies was actively conducted to reduce environment pollutants was drastically reduced, but research and attempts on coping measures in the event of a reduction facility problem were in sufficient. this study considered investigated ways to minimized pollutants by quickly responding to logic development and application of the load runback concept in case of serious problems with environmental pollutant reduction facilities such as NOx reduction selective catalytic reduction facilities, SOx reduction wet flue gas desulpherisation facilities, and TSP(Total Suspended Particles) collection low temperature electric precipitator.
본고는 비대면 환경에서의 영상번역수업에 학습자중심 교육을 적용한 사례 연구이 다. 학습자가 무엇에 관심과 흥미가 있는지 개인프로필을 조사하였고, ZOOM 소회의 실 기능의 조별활동을 통해 학습자간의 상호작용을 최대한 높이고, 개별 피드백과 조별 피드백, 이클래스 LMS를 통해 학습자와 교수자와의 소통을 활성화한 수업이 되도록 진행하였다. 한 학기 동안 학습자중심으로 설계하고 운영한 영상번역수업에 대한 학습자의 강의평가와 만족도를 살펴보았다. 학습자들이 직접 번역하고 교수자 의 피드백을 받고, 조별 활동의 토론을 통해 서로의 의견을 교환한 뒤 조별 완성본 을 제출하면서 수업에 대한 성취감과 만족감이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.
When weapon system is designed and developed, a reliability is one of important factors to determine the development goal. The reliability analysis of the weapon system and equipment is based on MIL Specification, MIL-HDBK-217F and MIL-HDBK-338B. And the weapon system is operated on various environments by operating concept of the military using the weapon system. It is clearly understood that e-navigation is beneficial to prevent collision and grounding of ships. The purpose of this study is to define and present a future ship operation system under the e-navigation environment in order to provide clear direction for the design of Korean e-navigation system. The future ship operation system consists of shipboard navigational system, shore supporting system and maritime communication system. To achieve the objectives of this study, the ship operation system was discussed separately into SOLAS ships and non-SOLAS ships in this study. In SOLAS ships, mariners become a system manager, choosing system presets, interpreting system output, and monitoring vessel response. In small ships and fishing vessels, mariners may enjoy their navigation by using the automatic tracking of ship’s position on the portable electronic chart display. The improved bridge design, integrated and harmonized navigational system and single window reporting will reduce significantly the administrative and physical workload of mariners. Mariners can concentrate their attention more on navigational duty under the e-navigation environment. To build an effective Korean e-navigation system, the essential navigational functions and e-navigation services for small ships and fishing vessels must be identified and developed taking into account user needs.
퍼블릭액세스 미디어 정책은 시청자들의 방송 접근권을 보장하고 주류방송에서 쉽게 다루지 않는 다양한 공동체와 사회소수자들의 직접적 목소리를 담아내기 위한 취지에서 마련되었다. 이 정책의 대표적인 제도가 시청자 미디어센터이다. 그러나 이 제도는 융합미디어 시대에 기능과 역할이 재검토되어야할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 융합미디어시대 미디어센터의 역할과 기능은 무엇인지를 찾고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 지역채널을 소유하고 있고 지역민의 통합적 역할을 하는 지역 MBC 시청자 미디어센터를 중심으로 사업운영의 안정성, 이용의 공평성, 보편적 접근성, 운영의 자율성, 수익의 다원성 측면에서 경영 분석과 SWOT분석하였다. 분석 결과, 예산지원 미비에 따른 안정성이 약화되어 있고, 각 모델별 센터의 특징은 다르지만 이용의 공평성은 양호하며 별도법인인 울산미디어센터를 제외하고 보편적 접근성은 양호하였다. 운영의 자율성 부분에서는 평가하기 힘들 정도로 유명무실했다. 수익다원성부분에서는 미디어 교육과 공모사업 등이 대다수를 이루었다. MBC시청자미디어센터가 융합미디어시대 새로운 정체성을 형성하기 위해서 예산 확보를 통한 운영의 안정성과 자율성을 유지해야할 것이며 퍼블릭액세스 개념의 확장을 통해 융합적 액세스 프로그램을 개발해야할 것이다.
PURPOSES : Traffic congestions which occur in the intersections of arterials lead to mobility and environment problem, and then traffic agencies and engineers have been struggling for mitigating congestions with greenhouse gas emissions. As an alternative of solving theses problems, this study is to introduce a low-cost and high-effectiveness countermeasure as unconventional intersections which are successfully in operation in U.S.. The main feature of unconventional intersections is to reroute turning movement on an approach to other approach, which consequently more green time is available for the progression of through traffic. Due to improved progression, this unique geometric design contributes to reduce delays with greenhouse gas emission and provides a viable alternative to interchanges. This study is to evaluate the potential operation and environment benefits of unconventional intersections. METHODS: This study used the VISSIM model with Synchro and EnViVer. Synchro is to optimize signal phases and EnViVer model to estimate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions by each condition. RESULTS : The result shows that unconventional intersections lead to increase the capacity and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, compared to existing intersections. CONCLUSIONS: Unconventional intersections have the ability to positively impact operations and environments as a low-cost and higheffectiveness countermeasure

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze continuous operation of food waste resources at Dongdaemun Environmental Resources Center and to improve the overall operation of the dry anaerobic digester facility. Korean domestic food wastes consist of 18% total solid (TS) content but food waste is difficult to utilize for dry anaerobic digestion. Other operational trouble-shooting resulted from the inherent design, construction and operation of such a biomass generation facility based on 100% utilization of dewatered cake with 35% TS concentration as feedstock, causing the accumulation of unwanted solid residues. A materials flow analysis obtained from actual operation of the anaerobic digestion facility revealed that the organic material loading rate (OLR) and its residence time were 8.3 kg-VS/m3·day and 18.3 days, which adversely affected stable operation. The OLR was occasionally > 15,000 mg/L organic acid concentration and the facility shut down. Such anomalies drastically reduced biogas production and increased organic matter loading in the wastewater, which exceeded the legally allowed concentration limit. Operation of this facility has been normalized to the targeted facility capacity of 98 m3/day based on the results of this study.
From December 2014 to November 2015, an automatic weather system (AWS) was installed over a wide road of Daegu to continuously measure meteorological factors and surface temperature. We investigated the effective operating period of the clean-road system using the daily maximum and minimum air and asphalt surface temperatures, with the aim of creating an optimum thermal environment. The clean-road system was installed over a part of the broad way of Dalgubul(Dalgubul-Daero) by Daegu Metropolitan City in 2011. Until now, the clean-road system has been operated from the middle of April to the end of September. We assumed that it was desirable that the clean-road system could be operated when the discomfort index was above 55. In conformity with the conditions, we concluded that the optimum operation period of the clean-road system is from the end of March to about the middle of October.
Number of researches on efficient terminal operation system applying RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) are in progress. However, RFID has limitations on tracking and providing accurate positions of containers. In this paper, to enhance the performance of the integrated terminal operation system, an efficient loading management of yard is proposed by applying RFID based RTLS(Real Time Locating System) that provides real time accurate positions of containers. It was found that a group based sequence system is more efficient than the existing individual sequence number system in the container yard In the group based sequence system, the containers in the same group should have similar characteristics such as port of destination(POD), size, weight, etc. In order to run this system, we proposed the parameters to the unspecified N bytes of RFID tag which are specified in ISO 18000 7. And then, we developed an integrated operation system of container terminal using RFID. The proposed system reduces the ship turnaround time in ubiquitous port environments.
Ecological society and energy conservative systems has become a subject of world wide attention. To examine the technologies of such systems as resource recycling society, this study is proposed for using rainwater as energy source and water resources in urban area. Useful informations for planning of utilizing rainfall as energy source, water resources, emergency water and controlling flood are discussed with model systems in urban area. It is calculated that the rate of utilizing rainwater, amounts of utilizing rainwater, substitution rate of supply water, amounts of overflow rainwater according to rain storage tank volume. By applying the past weather data, The optimum volume of rain water storage was calculated as 200m3 which mean no benefits according to the increase of storage tank volumes. For optimum planing and control method at the model system, several running method of rainwater storage tank was calculated. The optimum operating method was the using weather data as 3hours weather forecast.
This paper described the overall operations and applications of the water environment management and evaluation systems (WEMES) for environmental management, conservation, and evaluation for a small watershed. WEMES was to be applied with field data from small watersheds ranging from 0.4 to 29.79km2 in size which have steep topography and complex landuses. WEMES was a computer aided decision support system, that was comprised of the database subsystem, the simulation model subsystem, the environmental evaluation model subsystem, and the graphic user interface subsystem that visualizes the simulated results. The water environment management and evaluation with WEMES was successfully performed.
