The role of QR Code robots in smart logistics is great. Cognitive robots, such as logistics robots, were mostly used to adjust routes and search for peripheral sensors, cameras, and recognition signs attached to walls. However, recently, the ease of making QR Codes and the convenience of producing and attaching a lot of information within QR Codes have been raised, and many of these reasons have made QR Codes recognizable as visions and others. In addition, there have been cases in developed countries and Korea that control several of these robots at the same time and operate logistics factories smartly. This representative case is the KIVA robot in Amazon. KIVA robots are only operated inside Amazon, but information about them is not exposed to the outside world, so a variety of similar robots are developed and operated in several places around the world. They are applied in various fields such as education, medical, silver, military, parking, construction, marine, and agriculture, creating a variety of application robots. In this work, we are developing a robot that can recognize its current position, move and control in the directed direction through two-dimensional QR Codes with the same horizontal and vertical sides, and the error is to create a QR Code robot with accuracy to reach within 3mm. This paper focuses a study on the application of QR Code recognition system during the development of QR Code-aware indoor mobility robots.
The first aim of the study is to improve the productivity by uniformizing the thickness of coating and reducing quality-inspection time. The second aim is to cut down on the raw materials for coating by prevent the waste of spraying in the air during a painting process through a real-time coating-sizerecognition monitering to fit the target components. To achieve the two aims, a simplified version of automatic coating control system for recognition of coating for vessels and Spray. With the sytem, following effects are expected:
First, quality improvement will be achieved by uniformizing the film-thickness.
Second, it will reduce the waste of coating paint by constructing the speed of the coating, the spray gun robot transfer time, and the number of DBs according to the size of the vessel.
Third, as a 3D industry, it will be able to solve the difficulty of supply of labors and save up the labor costs.
Therefore, in the future, further research will be needed to be applied to various products with DB design that designates the variable value, which is added for each type of pieces by comparing the difference between various types of workpieces and linear ones.
실생활에서 사용되는 결제 시스템에는 전자 사인 , QR 코드, 바코드들이 사용된다. VR 환경 내에서 구현되어 있는 결제 시스템은 점점 연구가 시작되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 결제 시스템을 VR 환경에서 구현하기 위해 손 제스쳐 인식을 이용한 VR 전자사인 시스템을 제안한다. VR 시스템에 서는 키보드를 두드리거나 마우스를 건드릴 수 없는 상황이다. VR 컨트롤러를 가지고 결제 시스템 을 구성하기 위한 방법에는 여러 가지가 있을 수 있다. 손 제스처 인식을 이용한 전자사인이 그 중 하나인데, 손 제스쳐 인식에는 크게 Warping Methods, Statistical Methods, Template Matching 방법 으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Template Matching 방법에 속한 $p 알고리즘을 이용하여, VR 에서 결제 시스템을 구성하였다. 그리고, VR 환경을 조성하기 위해서 Unity3D와 Vive 장비를 이용 해서 실제 결제가 이루어지는 paypal 시스템을 구현하였다.
Climate change has been identified as one with the greatest challenges facing nations, government, business and over future decades. Activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by the Kyoto Protocol, the international community has been in progress. Korea also has introduced the Emission trading system to reduce greenhouse emission from the supervision of the government. Greenhouse gases emissions quantity should be internationally recognized. Mutual Recognition Arrangement should be recognized as the same greenhouse gas emission. International recognition of domestic verification body of international mutual recognition is required. Efforts are needed to secure the equivalence between the emission rights through direct cooperation with the relative nation accreditation body. Early entry into the IAF/PAC GHG MLA is essential for demonstrating equivalence between greenhouse gas emissions. Emissions trading will also require connection to the EU ETS, California, USA, and Tokyo, Japan to link Emissions trading. In the case of establishing accreditation standards and accreditation criteria, it will be necessary to distinguish between the domestic Energy Target Management System and the Emission Trading System. Independent greenhouse gases verification bodies should be established to meet the requirements of IAF and PAC. It is necessary to revise the qualification criteria for the verification of the greenhouse gas verification body according to international standards requirements. It is necessary to support the role of accreditation bodies of domestic greenhouse gas verification bodies. It is required to join international organizations of international mutual recognition of international trade and the need for pilot projects to link greenhouse gas emissions. The core link to our emission trading system is called EU-ETS, and we will need to join the IAF/PAC GHG MLA GHG. The International Mutual Recognition Agreement (IAF) is expected to allow international interoperability of GHG emissions verification between EA and the PAC. By signing a PAC GHG MLA, it will need to be prepared to prepare for the pilot project to link the emission trading system.
The purpose of this study is to design and develop integrated game system for experiential walking exercise. Existing walking exercise is performed outside, so it is influenced by external weather, temperature, time, place and other situation information. Therefore, it is necessary to have an experiential walking exercise game that can induce the recommended level of physical activity for the elderly who have a low interest in health care. The experiential exercise game requires a vision - based system to recognize motion and a smart mat that can recognize walking information. We also developed a walking exercise program to improve the sense of balance and cognitive ability of elderly people. There are 4 types of Walking Exercise Games: 5 levels for beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels.

The purpose of this article is to search stakeholders' recognition related to Fire Construction Surveillance system; a client(order), fire fighting officer, supervision company, construction company, design company, other. The paper provides 4 important things. Firstly, a client(order) suggested the lowest recognition in the needs about the need of separation order, that of contract for any construction work limited registered companies, and that of standard price for engineering.. Secondly, the design company is lowest recognition in guidance and control participating in construction-design phase. Thirdly, the design company is lowest in adjustment about manpower-allocation according to allocation criteria of technical manpower. Fourthly, a client(order) and supervision company are relatively lower than other stakeholder in necessity on special education and training system for auditor in fire protection construction. Almost all related matters are related to more or less stakeholders' interest.
We present a Microsoft Kinect-based hand recognition algorithm for an interactive image clipping system, which is widely used for environments such as public facilities and security environments where personal capturing devices including mobile phones are not allowed. User-friendly interface and accurate image capturing function are required for an image clipping system. We build the system by combining Microsoft Kinect, HD webcam and projector. The Kinect and webcam are used to capture the motions of users' hand and project is to display the user-selected area from the capturing material. Hand recognition is composed of three steps: (i) the region occupied by users' hand is extracted from an image, (ii) the fingertips of the extracted hand region are analyzed using k-curvature algorithm, and (iii) the height of the fingertip is estimated using the depth image from Kinect. The height of the fingertip informs whether users' finger touched the surface of the target. The region captured by the fingertip is clipped from the image and stored as the target image. The excellence of our hand recognition algorithm is proved through a user test.

본 연구에서는 소비자 지향적 마케팅시대에 직면하여 국내외 농산물 소비수요의 변화에 대응하고 친환경농산물의 유통개선을 도모하기 위하여 소비자들의 친환경농산물인증제도 및 정책에 대한 인식을 조사분석 하였다. 조사연구 결과에 의하면 첫째, 친환경농산물의 소비저변을 확대시키기 위한 가장 시급한 문제는 생산자인 농민들이 아니라 소비자들에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양하고 안전한 판로개척과 품질경쟁력 제고, 소포장 규격화 판매, 품질인증제도를 통한 브랜드화 추진, 리콜제 실시 등을 통해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 한다. 둘째, 정부의 친환경농산물정책에 대한 지속적이 홍보와 교육이 이루어지고 또한 감독강화가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 친환경농산물 유통구조에서 농민들과 직접 거래를 하는 직거래나 인터넷 거래를 활성화시킴으로서 소비자들에 의한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 계기가 마련될 것이다. 셋째, 친환경농산물에 대한 품질관리가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이는 중앙정부의 감독관리도 중요하지만 지역별 품질인증기관을 육성하고 품질인증기관이 생산과정에 대한 투명성을 철저히 보장할 수 있도록 제도화하여 친환경농산물에 대해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 할 것으로 보인다.
마지막으로 친환경농산물 생산농가가 판매에 대한 어려움을 지자체 등이 적극적으로 지원할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
본 논문에서는 기존의 연기만을 감지하는 연기감지(smoke detector) 센서에 카메라의 시각기능을 부여한 화염감지(flame detector) 모듈을 추가하여 고기능의 화재 감지 시스템의 구현을 제안한다. 제안한 화재감지 시스템은 연기감지 센서에서 연기신호를 감지하여 카메라에 내장된 RS-232포트로 전달하고 이를 TCP/IP 모듈을 통해 제어 시스템으로 전달한다. 화염의 감지는 카메라에서 받은 영상 신호를 JPEG 으로 압축하여 TCP/IP로 제어 시스템으로 송신하여 화염감지 여부를 판단한다. 화염감지 알고리즘은 JPEG 영상을 복호화 하여 HSI 영역으로 변환한 다음, 화염의 관찰모델로부터 화염의 외부 경계추출, 모폴로지 연산, 영역채움, 거짓 추출된 화염 제거 등의 영역해석을 수행함으로써 화염을 인식한다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 형광등이나 주변 사람의 움직임의 변화에 무관하게 화염을 감지하는 매우 좋은 결과를 보여 준다.
This study was carried out to establish the consumer-centric food labeling system by investigating usage state, importance evaluation, problems and satisfaction, etc. on the current food labeling system by consumer. For usage state of checking the food label, 50.2% of respondents were replied ‘mostly check the label’, and they were indicated a significant difference on ‘education level(p<.05)’, and in case of married respondents, most were relied 'absolutely check the label', For the reason to check the food label, 61.8% of respondents were replied 'to determine whether it is stable or not', and they were indicated a significant difference on age(p<.01), marital status(p<.01), and job(p<.01). For the item considered as important things on the label of the whole food, 49.8% of respondents were replied that 'expiration and manufacture date is important', and they were indicated a significant difference(p<.001) on age, marital status, job. For item considered as important things on the label of each food, it was indicated that they considered food company as important thing in case of snack, soft drink, edible oils, and noodles, and food company in case of ice cream, and expiration and manufacture date in case of milk product and meat product. For the problems on the current food labeling system, the clauses 'Poor marking on food additives and materials contents' and 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on age(p<0.05, p<0.001), and the clause 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on marital status(p<.01) and job(p<.01).
현재의 유비쿼터스 환경의 홈 네트워크 제품 사용자는 단일 사용자가 아닌 다수의 사용자가 사용하는 네트워크 행태를 취하고 있다. 변화하는 사용환경과 시스템들은 현재와는 다른 요구사항을 가지고 있으며, 이에 따른 사용자 중심의 디자인과 제품 인터페이스 체계의 연구활동은 국내외에서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 모바일 디바이스 및 홈 네트워크 제품의 보급화가 빠르게 성장하면서 이를 쉽게 제어하기 위한 다양한 제어방식이 연구되고 있다. 이중 음성인식기술을 비롯한 표정은 안면표정인식기술의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 모션감지 센서를 활용한 사용자 제스처 콘트롤 체계는 아직까지는 초보적인 단계에 있으나, 제품 제어에 있어서 향후 근미래에는 자연스러운 인터랙티브 인터페이스의 활용도가 높아질 전망이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효과적인 디바이스 제어를 위한 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 사용언어체계 개발 방법 및 결과 그리고 사용자 맨탈모델와 메타포 실험을 통한 연구내용을 정리하였다. 기존 사용자의 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 사용언어를 분석하면서 디바이스 제어방식으로서 활용 가능성을 검토할 수 있었으며, 동작 감지 카메라 및 센서를 활용한 새로운 디바이스 제어방식 개발과정의 연구를 통하여 제스처 유형의 자연스러운 언어 체계 개발 및 과정을 정립하였다.
Farmers using conventional sprayer system are exposed to pesticide poisoning and soil pollution due to pesticide application. In order to reduce this problem, the effective sprayer system is required. In this paper, we propose development of intelligent sprayer system using tree recognition. This intelligent sprayer system consists of an image recognition module, a remote control, a sprayer system, an air blower, and a control module. It is possible to spray pesticides automatically and manually through remote control using cameras and controls. We conducted a total of four experiments in tree recognition experiment, test of attachment and water sensitive papers, measurement of pesticide consumption, and measurement of worker exposure. The test results showed that the consumption of pesticides could be reduced while giving the same effect as conventional controls.
In this paper, we propose a jellyfish distribution recognition and monitoring system using a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). The UAV was designed to satisfy the requirements for flight in ocean environment. The target jellyfish, Aurelia aurita, is recognized through convolutional neural network and its distribution is calculated. The modified deep neural network architecture has been developed to have reliable recognition accuracy and fast operation speed. Recognition speed is about 400 times faster than GoogLeNet by using a lightweight network architecture. We also introduce the method for selecting candidates to be used as inputs to the proposed network. The recognition accuracy of the jellyfish is improved by removing the probability value of the meaningless class among the probability vectors of the evaluated input image and re-evaluating it by normalization. The jellyfish distribution is calculated based on the unit jellyfish image recognized. The distribution level is defined by using the novelty concept of the distribution map buffer.
Forest service government has been prepared a Forest welfare voucher service system base on published law on th Promotion Welfare Forest. The purpose of this research is study on domestic situation and set on direction of voucher service before started it. In particular, voucher service will be implemented to Forest service government’s recreation facilities area, awareness of voucher service system of its users and operators need to be reveal, and also other government’s similar voucher operator’s opinions also investigate. From those results, it find out introduction factors of forest welfare services voucher system. Recognition investigating survey result shows that the ordinary people are interested in programs, the forest recreation experts are interested in 'Construction and utilization of forest infrastructure', other voucher's experts are interested in 'Training', and ordinary people are interested in 'voucher programs'. So each respondents’ results are different in important factors of introducing welfare service voucher system.
